We’ve reached the semifinals of The Traitors Season 4, and somehow, the Faithful have not gotten any better at playing the game. When we last left off, Eric accepted an offer to join the dark side with Rob. They immediately killed Dorinda, banished Stephen, and shortlisted Natalie, Kristen, Johnny, and Tara for murder.

In The Traitors Season 4 Episode 10, “Do You Know the Enemy?” their reign of terror continued, with Rob fully in control of the game. Eric is just happy to be there, and at this point, it’s their game to lose.

After Johnny and Tara teamed up to survive the roundtable, they came back this episode still completely clueless about how to move forward in the game. Meanwhile, Natalie finally picked up on Rob’s scent, but with a dagger and Maura up his sleeve, getting him out of the game proved to be easier said than done. The finale is right around the corner, and everyone is fighting to stay alive in the castle.

This week, Kristen from Top Chef finally fell to the Traitors. She theorized it was because she was the least suspicious Faithful left in the game. Of course, calling out Eric after the roundtable didn’t help her chances.

“I’m at peace,” Kristen admitted in her exit interview.

“I was the most Faithful of the Faithfuls, and I don’t think many people doubted that, and I think the Traitors knew that,” she added.

In a flashback to the turret, we saw that it was Rob pulling all the strings. He told Eric that if any heat came on him from Kristen’s murder, he’d help him deflect. Then, he put out the marching orders for their next target. They want to go after Natalie.

Rob finally became a suspect

It only took 10 episodes, but finally, some players felt suspicious of Rob. His name popped into the minds of Natalie and Tara when they realized that they needed to start looking at unsuspecting people. They also talked about Candiace’s voting history, and suddenly, it all started to click. Sort of.

Although Natalie and Tara were onto Rob, they realized getting him out at the roundtable wouldn’t be easy. It’s his last day to use his dagger, so his vote counts twice. The numbers aren’t on their side. They need Maura, who just outright refuses to do anything without Rob’s approval.

When Natalie and Tara tried to convince Maura to think critically about Rob’s gameplay, you could see that things just weren’t going to click for her. Maura said she would “drop dead” if she got to the end and found out he played her. If that’s the case, she’d better find something soft to fall on. She’s headed down that road with a big smile on her face.

Natalie and Tara also tried to convince Johnny that Rob should be considered at the roundtable. He agreed that Candiace might have been leaving them breadcrumbs, but later told Tara that he felt suspicious of trusting Natalie. Is the last remaining gamer trying to play them? As soon as that thought crossed his mind, the campaign against Rob started to fall apart.

Natalie showed up at the roundtable, ready to present her case against Rob. She spent all day working with Tara to lead up to this moment, only for the figure skater to fall flat when it was her time to speak.

Tara opened up the roundtable by telling everyone how nervous she felt. She said she didn’t want to wrongly accuse another Faithful of being a Traitor, all while throwing Natalie under the bus. It’s actually painful watching someone so bad at this.

As the roundtable heated up, Tara refused to speak about her suspicions of Rob. Then, when Rob started going after Natalie, Tara just sat there with a blank stare on her face.

Although Natalie originally wanted to come in guns blazing for Rob, she felt so caught off guard by Tara’s last-minute switch-up that she started second-guessing herself. Maybe Tara is the Traitor after all?

The fact that Tara couldn’t explain why she switched up made it even worse. She had to tag in Johnny to explain on her behalf. It’s a move that was cute when they did it last week, but borderline cringe this week.

“I am sketched out by how easily you go from one to another,” Natalie told Tara.

In a landslide vote, Natalie became the latest player banished from The Traitors Season 4. Rob’s plan worked, and Tara’s 180 on Natalie helped seal her fate. Every single player voted against her.

“Today, a gamer got played,” Natalie admitted in her exit speech.

Now, there are no more gamers left. All of the Housewives are gone. The ending for Season 4 gets bleaker and bleaker every day, but alas, we press forward.

After Natalie walked out of the castle, Tara completely lost her mind. For the second week in a row, she helped push a Faithful out of the game, and she realized just how ridiculous it makes her look. She said she didn’t even want to play anymore—that’s how bad things are going for this woman.

“I just feel so pathetic,” Tara wept.

With Natalie out of the game, both Traitors were free to waltz right into the Season 4 finale. It really seems like they have a clear path to victory. However, we saw a similar scenario in Season 3 with Britney and Danielle, but they wound up getting banished at the final roundtable, so if you’re rooting for the Faithful, there’s still a slight glimmer of hope. Still, the ending of this episode probably didn’t leave you with much of it.

Eric won a shield in the challenge, so all of the Faithful were sitting ducks. The Traitors literally get to choose who they want to bring to the finale.

Of course, Alan couldn’t make things too easy for them. He had to throw in one more little twist ahead of the finale. For the last murder of the season, they’ll have a public execution, where all of the players find out together who the Traitors chose to murder. Alan warned Rob and Eric that they’d better act surprised.

The Traitors Season 4 finale airs next Thursday at 9/8c on Peacock.
