Finally, some good news for Gina Kirschenheiter! No, she did not get a new stylist. Or a new makeup artist. Or a new hairdresser. She is in a new relationship! This is something that her Real Housewives of Orange County costar Tamra Judge recently revealed, even though it’s none of her business and Gina is in the middle of a nasty divorce and custody battle right now.
Gina’s new man is Travis Mullen. Even though their relationship is new, she is open to getting remarried for a storyline. The ink on her divorce papers isn’t even dry. She and Matt Kirschenheiter are still husband and wife until December. But, she does have a restraining order against him, so it’s not as if they’re hanging out on the reg.
According to an Us Weekly interview, Gina thought, “It’s just a piece of paper, it’s just a contract — I’m not doing that again. There’s no reason, I already have my children. Being in this new relationship has kind of opened my mind a little bit to possibly, maybe [getting remarried]. So you never know. I’m staying open.”
Additionally, she told Us Weekly, “We got set up through a friend and I don’t think either of us were expecting to like each other, you know? We just did, and it’s really easy and comfortable.”
Anything has to be easier than her relationship with Matt. He cheated on her, had an apartment three hours away that Gina had never seen, and he (allegedly) threatened to kill her in front of their kids. Pretty much anyone is an upgrade after that.
And it looks like he’s already met her three children. Gina told the publication, “He has kids as well, so that’s good. Everyone gets along. Our kids are, like, the same age, too.” Well, that was quick.
Gina shared, “It’s just [been] a couple of months. So it’s still new, but we definitely spend a lot of time together. I would say feelings developed quicker than maybe they would if we weren’t able to see each other so much, so it’s nice.” Plus, he (probably) has a license and can drive her around so she doesn’t have to call an Uber to take her kids to the beach. Gina lost her license following her DUI.
Of course, she’s angling to stay on the show for another season. Matt lost his job and she has three kids to feed and loads of platinum hair extensions to buy. She told Us Weekly, “I’m hopeful that maybe [Travis] would film, but I don’t want to put anything on anyone they’re not comfortable doing.”
If Travis doesn’t appear on the show, you can catch a glimpse of him on Gina’s Instagram page. She posted a photo of them pretending to laugh a candid photo. She even wore matching, grey shirts. Oh, boy.
She got cast on the show (somehow) when her husband refused to film. If she’s with another man who refuses to take part in the show, what are we left with? I can only take so much of Gina’s patterned leggings new friendship with Shannon Beador. I’m gonna need a little more if she’s back next season.

We are officially approaching the post-Lisa Vanderpump era on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Unofficially, we know how it feels to have a Lisa-free show since she dipped out of Season 9 mid-filming, skipped the reunion, and announced that she quit to the media instead of telling Andy Cohen.
Aside from Lisa’s exit, fans will be deprived of Camille Grammer and her pot stirring, which she blamed on Kyle Richards. Without the two of them, we are left with a boring show full of “best friends” with an affinity for self-promotion. Enter, Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke. They both joined RHOBH for Season 10, which is a tough task in general, and following LVP’s exit.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Sutton and Garcelle were asked if they felt pressure to fill LVP’s shoes on the show. Sutton began, “Why would I? You know, I think it’s an honor to be on the show and I’m excited and just to step in and be myself.”
She continued, “I’m not anybody’s replacement, I’m not trying to be someone that I’m not. I’m just gonna be myself and live my life and I want other people to see what I’m doing, cause it’s really fun and I’m so blessed. I have a great life and I just want to spread the love and spread the fun.”
Hopefully “spreading the love” is a lot more entertaining than she makes it sound. If RHOBH becomes even more of a love fest, I don’t know how I’m going to get through Season 10. Of course, I will still watch no matter what, but I would prefer to watch some controversy instead of ass kissing…. cough cough Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave.
Garcelle told the magazine, “I feel like this is a new slate, you know? It’s a clean canvas and I’m coming in with my own thing.” Sure. But, the LVP Stans are more than ready to draw comparisons, valid or not.
Garcelle insisted, “I don’t feel like I’m replacing her. I don’t think anybody can replace her.” Something the LVP fandom would avidly agree with.
The new Housewife concluded, “I just feel like I’m gonna me, you know? And I’m doing so many other things.”
She shared, “[I] have a Netflix show coming out, Thanksgiving, called Merry, Happy, Whatever with Dennis Quaid. I’m doing Tell Me a Story with Kevin Williamson.” Ah, she really is a Housewife! She is a pro at sneaking in that self-promotion in a not-at-all subtle manner. She will fit in just fine! It’s only a matter of time before she starts selling dusters on TV. Just kidding.

Did you hear that Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is pregnant? I certainly hope so, because it saved her spot will be heavily featured on the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Which is great news for Teddi and her family. A new baby is certainly better than what her co-stars will offer in the way of storylines. At least we will see Teddi visiting her ob/gyn at the doctor’s office and not her lawyer at the courthouse.
Teddi is all about body positivity and sucking up to Kyle Richards family, which is a nice departure from dogs and ganging up on people. Maybe fans will allow themselves to view Teddi in a different light during the journey of her pregnancy. Maybe hell will freeze over too. As you may have suspected, gender reveal events are the big thing these days when women find out they are expecting. Now that Teddi is far enough along, she and husband Edwin Arroyave decided to find out what they are having. Thankfully, she took to social media to share the news we’ve all been losing sleep over.
Aaaaaand, it’s a GIRL for Teddi and Edwin! Congratulations are in order for the couple and their family. Teddi’s new daughter will join her son, Cruz and daughter, Slate. Teddi and Edwin revealed the baby’s sex in a lovely Instagram post.
In a series of photos with the family dressed in matching pajamas (because, OF COURSE they are in matching pjs) Teddi wrote, “It’s a girl! Of course, we would have been equally excited either way, as @tedwinator, the kids and I are just blessed to have a healthy baby no matter the gender. Although I did promise Cruz he could help name her so not sure she’ll be too thrilled being called ‘Catboy’ Arroyave.”
Awwww, isn’t that the sweetest thing ever? I love that Teddi is allowing her son to assist in the naming of the child. No word on whether or not Cruz has to choose between Kyle, Kile, or K’eyel. But in all seriousness, hope her pregnancy continues to go well and without incident.
Obviously this announcement caused a flurry of supportive comments from her followers and several celebrity friends. Real Housewives of Dallas star, Stephanie Hollman, commented “Such an incredible blessing from God. Congrats to you and your sweet family girl.” Note to self, please remember to use the word “girl” in any and all mentions of RHOD. Teddi’s husband also got in on the action (again), “I was so convinced we were having a boy that it took me some time to realize the confetti was pink. Blessed and excited to be having another girl!”
We’re all excited for you too, Teddi and Edwin. Excited to look forward to baby showers instead of debates over lying. Onesies and bottles instead of false accusations and tears. A bit of levity for co-stars to focus on, rather than how much money is not left in their bank accounts.
Okay look, the video Teddi shared is actually quite sweet. Her children are clearly excited and looking forward to their new little sister. Sending good vibes only to Teddi, Edwin, Cruz, Slate, and the new baby.
I’m sure BFF Kyle is already designing a line of baby caftans for the little one to wear. Maybe Auntie Erika Jayne can teach the tyke to communicate through costume and questionable music. And never fear, Lisa Rinna will be on hand to make sure someone is showing the tiny princess all the latest dance moves. Good luck little baby, we’re rooting for you.

Even though he hasn’t appeared on Real Housewives of New Jersey in years, Joe Giudice has the strongest storyline on the show. He is currently stuck in an ICE detention center, waiting to find out if he will be deported to Italy. That’s a lot more compelling than watching someone promote a clothing boutique.
This is after he finished up his 41-month prison stint in March. And during his wife Teresa Giudice’s various hand-holding stints with a twenty-something-year-old guy named Blake Schreck. How interesting! The RHONJ Season 10 trailer indicates that Joe’s deportation and the cheating allegations against Teresa will be major storylines. The season looks downright explosive and I can’t wait.
Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen dished on the Giudice-centered storylines in a recent interview with Us Weekly. In regard to those cheating allegations, Andy remarked, “She’s been on the show for a long time, so I think she understands that whatever is going on we’re going to talk about.”
Why do they talk about “whatever is going on” in New Jersey, but never in Beverly Hills? I would LOVE to know.
Anyway, Andy teased that Teresa “gets close” to her table-flipping level of anger several times during Season 10. I feel bad for Teresa, but I have been (not so) secretly waiting for the yoga-loving, zen Teresa to disappear for a while. I’m ready for the anger. Let’s smash some glasses!
Andy also said that Joe got a “raw deal.” He added, “I feel bad for the guy. He’s got all the girls here, I think he did his time and I think he got a rough deal.”
Whether you think Joe should get deported or not, it’s just taking so long to come to that decision. Put the man out of his misery already.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Teresa said, “I am doing good” thanks to Blake. She added, “My daughters are doing well. We’re hanging in there.” This poor family. My heart really breaks for the Giudice girls. Their parents have put them through so much in a very public fashion.
Teresa elaborated, “They are doing good, thank God. They are pretty amazing, Strong, young woman. I guess they get it from their mommy.” Minus the table flipping and glass smashing, I hope.
The RHONJ OG added “just being with my daughters” and Blake makes the situation better.
No matter how you feel about Joe, I think most (sane) people can agree that this is such a difficult situation for his daughters.

Is Bethenny Frankel engaged to Paul Bernon? That’s what some of her Instagram followers think. And by “some,” I mean “a lot” of her Instagram followers. A few days ago she posted a photo with her daughter Bryn Hoppy, with Bryn’s face covered, of course. Side note, I wouldn’t be able to recognize Bryn if my life depended on it. Props to Bethenny for giving her daughter some semblance of a private life.
Anyway, Bethenny has her hands in Bryn’s hair and it’s such a sweet moment, but there’s one, super shiny, distracting element: a diamond ring. Is it the old ring from when she was “engaged” to Dennis Shields? That whole engaged/not engaged/dating/not dating narrative for her convenience situation still confuses me. I would love to see a clear timeline of Bethenny’s relationships with Paul and Dennis. But, seriously though, is she engaged? Her followers think so.
Bethenny posted the photo in honor of Daughter’s Day. In the caption she wrote, “The best part of my day is when my Peanut comes home from school & it’s mommy & me time. Today is #NationalDaughtersDay, but I am grateful for her every single moment!” Very sweet. A good amount of her followers commented on the sweet caption and photo.
However, the comments just rolled in about that ring. One Instagram user asked Bethenny, “But can we talk about that bling on THAT finger???” Seriously though, can we? Then again, she has more than enough Skinnygirl money to buy her own ring. Maybe it’s just a gift to Bethenny from Bethenny. Side note, I can absolutely see her buying her own engagement ring and I wouldn’t be surprised if she did that with Bryn’s father back in the day. Yes, I’m refusing to mention his actual name.
A different Instagram user told Bethenny, “That’s a pretty ring on your left hand.” It is, but it would be better if diamonds came in Skinnygirl red, am I right? No, obviously, I’m not.
One of her fans asked, “Are you engaged? Omg.” Come on, Bethenny. You have to see all of these comments. Please respond to at least one. We are all curious.
Someone else commented, “That’s sweet. But wait, is that an ENGAGEMENT RING?” IS IT, THOUGH? Another person shared similar sentiments, writing, “Beautiful ring, but is that an engagement ring I spy?” Again, IS IT!?
One person simply commented, “Engagement ringgggg.”
This could (partly) explain Bethenny’s departure from Real Housewives of New York. Paul has never appeared on camera and it doesn’t seem like he has any interest in doing so. If she was engaged, that would be a pretty major thing to exclude from the show. Just saying.
Even if Bethenny isn’t engaged, Sonja Morgan thinks she will be soon. Out of all the RHONY ladies, Sonja predicted that Bethenny would be the next one to get married, because, yes, none of the New York Housewives are actually wives. It’s funny how that works, isn’t it?

Last night’s season finale of Below Deck Mediterranean was a tale of too little, too late backhanded compliments. I still think we need a reunion (and I’m super curious about the real reason that’s not happening, but unfortunately I’m not the one in charge over at Bravo) because one of the biggest questions I want answered is why Captain Sandy Yawn turned suddenly on Hannah Ferrier in the last gasps of the season.
Was it just an amalgamation of so many lazy moments that built up for Sandy? Was Sandy tired of feeling like Hannah wasn’t hearing her demands? Was Sandy influenced by Ben Robinson‘s opinion of Hannah?
But, seriously, why is Sandy – on the last day, of the last charter – upset that table is not set at 5am? Meanwhile the deck crew is just twiddling their thumbs. They put the slide up, they take the slide down, you do the jet ski pokey and you shake your whizz all around… Like what guest is going to wake up, and before they’ve had coffee, decide to take a brisk jet ski ride or slip down the slide?

Ben agrees with Sandy that the table should be set first thing in the morning… Which makes me think BEN put in Sandy’s head that the guests should wake up to a set table.
Furious at Hannah and wanting to make a shady point, Sandy pulls Joao Franco aside to compliment him on understanding the difference between the Sirocco and a Carnival Cruise. Suddenly Joao is Sandy Jr. She’s sending him to captain training school? Joao has passion. Sandy has passion… Hannah has what’s the opposite of passion? Laissez-Faire?
Anastasia Surmava‘s table setting looks gorgeous — except for the price tag on the bottom of the box that was never removed. Details, girls, details. #TwoDifferentDefitionsOfService. Sandy is amazed, but she’s not impressed that she has to “come down on Hannah” to get a table which doesn’t look like an AVN banquet at the Hustler Club. Balloons made of condoms, and all! Anastasia, of course, KNEW the guests would love it, even without her message in a bottle ordering them to praise her.. or else! Or else what? She’d sic the Georgian Food Mafia on them?
All effort is wasted though because Sandy is distracted by a yacht on fire and docking drama that she isn’t even listening to the radio when Hannah and Anastasia do an orchestrated brag about how much the guests loved the table. Table Decor, table Decor, Sandy…
Jack Stirrup jokes with Joao about whether or not he should have been fired and if Joao would work with him again. Actually Jack would only work with Joao if he’s allowed to be in charge. But truly it’s Jack and Travis Michalzik who need their own couple name. Bravo really needs a show called “Around The World With Jack & Trav”
Alas Hannah is no longer invited to Hermosa for a mimosa with Dreary Dan, but she can’t even think of romance with semi-wealthy suitors at a time like this because she’s so bent out of shape about Sandy criticizing her.
“I have a lot of respect for Hannah as a friend. Professionally, not so much,” drones Ben. “I’m driven by this challenging job,” elaborates the man who whined about everything from the moment he walked onto Sirocco and cannot wait to get off this boat to go back to his cakewalk catering career. But, sure, Ben – you’re the expert on professional satisfaction!
And making sure he can lap up very public praise, Ben literally descends upon the guests to beg for compliments by asking what the guests’ “favorite” bite was. By the sound of things it was Eggs Benedict. You know the dish of traitors. Ala the perfect dish to illustrate Ben.
No one is more thrilled to leave this boat than Colin Macy-O’Toole. He’s been dreaming of meatballs, literally licking the air in in front of his face in his sleep; dreaming of the polluted ferry air and the smell of diesel fuel mixed with Febreeze, Mommy’s Bath & Body Works Pumpkin Spice body spray, and lasagna. Soon, Colly, Soon…
Joao may be mourning his deep and meaningful friendship with Colin, but Colin has thoughts only of a deep and meaningful dive into pot of sauce!
Captain Sandy manages to find a dock that will have them. She backs that boat’s giant ass up (her yacht parallel parking skills impress the natives far less the second time) and the guests are off. Instead of celebrating, Hannah is crying. She feels backhanded by Sandy insulting her service skills and professionalism.
Hannah is practically vomiting as she awaits an inevitable final talking-to from Sandy, probably aided and abetted by the little bug in Sandy’s ear called Ben. Sandy always seems to need a reason to be unhappy. Maybe it’s how she keeps the crew on their toes, but a few charters back she was disappointed in deck crew and insulting Joao’s ability to make his team work effectively, now she’s cry-hugging that his passion and dedication would be an incredible captain. Sandy even sets Joao up with an interview with someone named Skippy. I don’t even believe this isn’t a cheeseball movie from 1985 about the yachting life saving some nerdy outcast from the torment of the popular kids. The only thing lacking is the cheerleader (or in the case of Zim, maybe the rhino wrangler?) who falls in love with him.
With Joao in the good books Sandy is salty at interior for not thinking like a Pinterest page. Is Sandy wrong? For Hannah it’s more about all the effort she put into sucking up building a personal relationship with Sandy this season, only to have it be lost the second Ben waltzed on board wagging a chef’s knife full of double-edged jabs.
Of course Sandy wants to speak to Hannah following the tip meeting. First she praises Hannah for doing a good job all season, then informs her that she’ll never make it in this business because clearly cleaning toilets isn’t her passion. Hannah argues that giving the guests the ultimate experience is where her true skills lie, and in an effort to always place priority on that, other details – like perfect tables – have slipped. Well, I would argue that this is not even true! Prior to this season Hannah often struggled to put the guests’ needs before her own. She managed to improve this season probably because Travis turned out to be such an alky mess and she realized it was a lost cause to have any sort of romantic liaison with him.
I will agree with Sandy that being a chief stew isn’t Hannah’s passion and it’s time for her to move on, but Bravo being Bravo, we’ll be seeing this same boring, recycled drama play out again next season. Proof being that the last words Sandy says to Hannah before she departs is that she’d love to work with her agin. Why, if Sandy’ not happy and they have totally different ideas about what service is about? Like Hannah said she’s done all she can…
Hannah is heartsick by Sandy’s speaking the truth words and cries to Anastasia and Aesha Scott about how disrespected and under-appreciated she feels. She’s not even in the mood to go out with the crew for a final dinner. Even to a fantastic restaurant where Sandy is paying!
Despite the tension things start out so well (Travis is even keeping his drinking in check) until Sandy asks the crew to go around the table, summer camp-style, to list their favorite and least favorite experiences from the season. It’s a lot of puff answers until she comes to Aesha who states that her least favorite thing was interior not getting the praise they deserved. Sandy is rankled. After all, she spent the better half of said season gushing all over them, and just this afternoon told Aesha what a pleasure it has been to work with her. Sandy practically throes down her napkin and storms away from the table after that. Let’s hope she paid the bill first! Hannah quietly smirks, triumphantly. I guess this is yet another downside of the interior crew being so lovey-dovey with each other: they will also have each other’s backs when it counts!
The second Sandy is out of earshot the true Joao comes out. This is his MO: if people don’t agree with him and Sandy’s back is turned, he morphs into a Zim version of Two-Face, and Aesha seems to be his favorite target now that he’s pretending to respect Hannah. Apparently Joao’s now appointed himself the bodyguard for Sandy’s ego. He stabs his espresso martini to illustrate how Sandy is being treated and snaps, “So cool going against the captain, you fucking hero.” Ugh – I cannot stand Joao! He has not changed! And so cool lashing out at your co-workers in an effort to be a hero for Sandy, you ass. People are allowed to have different experiences. And he’s NO ONE to talk about appropriate behavior given all his antics last season. Joao also really needs to get help for his disgusting misogyny if he expects to make it in any professional career.
The bubble of good humor is burst as everyone awkwardly tries to diffuse the situation. Hannah pulls Aesha aside as she knows full-well about Jezabob! It really irritated me that Jack never said anything in Aesha’s defense!
The high point of Travis‘ season has been his friendship with Jack. Maybe that’s the highpoint of his life, actually. To cement their bond to bromance they decide to sleep out under the stars together. Without Aesha. Travis literally feels as if Aesha has stolen Jack from her, while Aesha considers herself the cream in a Track sandwich. I’m not sure which is weirder and more uncomfortable, but I’m just glad it’s not me.
And then it’s the final day! Colin packs up so fast heads are spinning as he runs off board, with tears streaming down his face, composing a rap to ultimate goodbyes to rocking boats. Ben is ready to return to dry land and working burners, but departs by gifting Anastasia a fancy chef’s knife as a gift. It was probably engraved to stabbing people in the back. Aesha and Jack leave together; making amends with Captain Sandy before waltzing off together into the blinding sun and stumbling to a bar. Travis was probably already waiting.
Travis says he’s headed back to Australia for his first vacation in 2 years and he cannot wait for this much-needed rehab respite. Joao is hopefully off to greener pastures outside of the Bravoverse, but I’m positive we’ll see him back in some sort of captain training capacity. In fact I predict next season will either be Joao and Aesha. Or Jack and Aesha, because spoiler alert: they’ve broken up!! That’s right, Aesha posted an IG story explaining that she wanted to go back to NZ to start her life, while Jack wanted to remain in Europe, bumming around. He’s now living in Italy, dating some ‘stylist’ who is very WAG-esque and tartily dressed. See – this is why we need a reunion! I want more information about what happened with those two, if anyone keeps in touch with June, etc. (I’m predicting June returns next season, btw!)
Last to leave the boat is Hannah, who is still emotional about Sandy insulting her work ethic. Maybe Aesha’s words made an impact, or maybe production intervened, because Sandy gives Hannah a big ol’ classic hug and let’s Hannah know she’d be happy to work with her again. Below Deck Mediterranean really does need a new chief stew though!
