Bethenny Frankel Says Coronovirus Relief Brought Her Closer To Boyfriend Paul Bernon

Bethenny Frankel is once again on the front lines of a crisis. Since her departure from Real Housewives of New York, Bethenny has worked harder than ever to make sure her BStrong Foundation is ready to help those in need. We all remember the good work she did for the people of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, which was featured on the show. Now she’s doing the same for those suffering during the coronavirus pandemic.

It’s not hard to see how we are affected by this coronavirus. Many of us are quarantined and spending way more time with our families than we are used to. Of course, it’s a blessing to be able to slow down and pay better attention to the ones we love but I also can’t judge those who are already feeling the strain of all this extra face to face time. I keep hearing about how we are going to have a baby boom nine months from now but I’m also wondering how many relationships are going to go south over this stressful time. One relationship that isn’t suffering? Bethenny and her boyfriend, Paul Bernon.

In an exclusive with Entertainment Tonight, Bethenny talks about how the coronavirus has brought them closer. She starts by sharing that she was hoping they could be together but with all the current recommendations, that couldn’t happen. “Paul is in Boston and I debated going to him last night but I feel — and I’ve told all my friends and I’ve given the advice based on lockdowns and being near your kids — we need to be at home where we feel the safest and the most comfortable.” 

She continued, “Anxieties are at a high and I need to do my own routine and I need to be closest to my child and I need to have my backyard and my dogs and my things I can touch. He’s working on helping me with Mass General and Boston efforts, and what’s interesting is we’re not together but this has brought us closer than ever.” It’s nice to hear that he’s so involved in her efforts to provide help through her organization.

Bethenny goes on to say, “You’re closer to the people that you can’t be with [because] you’re feeling like you want to talk to them and FaceTime them and you miss them,” she explained.

Bethenny continued, “So we are closer than ever, but I want to go there. It’s just we’re both sort of panicked, if I go and I can’t leave and it’s not rational because I’m sure I’d be able to leave, but you want to just feel in your safe place at the moment.” I think there are a lot of people out there that might be in a similar situation and can relate.

It’s times like these that either bring people together or tear them apart. It seems like Bethenny and Paul have a solid foundation to get through this together while helping so many people in the process.

Camille Grammer Disappointed She Wasn’t Asked To Be On Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Until Late Into Filming & That She Wasn’t Able To Do Confessionals

Camille Grammer isn’t exactly my favorite housewife. Despite being a pot-stirring “friend of” last season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, I’m tired of her always playing the victim and accusing everyone of attacking her. Sure, I don’t mind that she called out Dorit Kemsley and husband PK Kemsley for owing people money. But true to form, she padded that attempted take down in by telling us that she was forced to buy Burberry on consignment after losing her house in the California wildfires. The horror people, the horror. As much as I felt sorry for her losing her house, I thought maybe she would be in a slightly different head space and maybe not in the mood to try and disparage Dorit in that moment. But then I guess she wouldn’t be the Camille we all know and don’t love.

Let’s admit it” Camille is working hard to get that diamond back and complaining every step of the way!

Never one to let us forget that she is the real casualty of the show, Camille has taken some time to respond to those on Twitter calling for her return. When a user recently tweeted, “how much are u gonna be on season 10 of #rhobh? I’m very sad your [sic] not a fill time housewife this season Cmon”, she took the time to respond.

Camille seized her chance and tweeted in reply, “Being that I showed up for the reunion and brought the drama I was disappointed that I wasn’t asked back until a couple of months into filming. I was suppose to do confessionals (interviews) but that has not happened. So, I don’t believe you will see much of me this season.”

Yes, she showed up for the reunion and brought the drama. She also showed up to the season to bring drama everywhere she went. With Lisa Vanderpump all but gone, Camille was brought in to fill the gaps on some much-needed fighting. And drama she brought.

From flip flopping on Lisa’s attendance at her wedding, to accusing Teddi Mellencamp of snubbing her daughter, Camille left no stone unturned when it came to bringing it. She even argued with the ladies over the latest Supreme Court Justice pick by comparing the controversy to being maligned by the public in her divorce from Kelsey Grammer. The real question I have to ask is – what doesn’t revolve around Camille? How could one person make so much about them?

But I suppose without Camille last season, there wouldn’t be much for us to talk about. Which is exactly what Camille wants.

Bethenny Frankel & Boyfriend Paul Bernon Paid For 10,000 Face Masks To Stop Coronavirus Spread; Didn’t Want People To Die If They Waited For Donations

Whether you loved her or hated her during her time on Real Housewives of New York, I think we can all agree that Bethenny Frankel is one of the most generous housewives out there. Ever since the start of her charity organization the BStrong Foundation, she has worked tirelessly to help those affected by a crisis. Her list of ongoing missions to help is vast and impressive. BStrong provided crisis relief for Hurricane Irma and Maria, along with the Amazonian, Australian and California fires. The coronavirus outbreak will be no exception.

Thanks to Bethenny, people are already getting what they need most on the ground. This is especially helpful for those who don’t have the items that they desperately need to stay safe against the fast-moving virus.

Bethenny spoke exclusively with Entertainment Tonight about what those efforts look like. She tells them, “I’m putting my money where my mouth is because my money’s already going to the masks and the hand sanitizer right now,” she says. “That’s where [I’m at], I’ve got to write these checks because, as the former director of FEMA said, we can’t wait to get the money. We have to pay for these things and figure it out later. So, I’m paying for these things and figuring it out later.”

Due to lack of sanitation products in the US today, BStrong is working with the Global Empowerment Mission to create and disperse corona kits. Those kits will include a tote bag with sanitation wipes, gloves, SOS Hydration and the medical community’s recommendations.

In addition, Bethenny’s foundation is donating over 10,000 face masks to help with relief efforts, according to People. These masks are the much sought after N95, which are the medically-approved masks to help stop the spread. They will be sent to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Bethenny explains how BStrong obtained such a large number of masks. She says, “We have relationships in every supply chain for a disaster. So, we have multiple suppliers making hand sanitizer gel and masks for us as we speak. We used masks for the Guatemala volcano eruption and we have a warehouse in Miami where we house our aid and supplies.”

“We have 100,000 masks being distributed to hospitals in crisis next week in addition to our corona kits, hydration, immune building and sanitization kits,” she shares. As of Friday, there have been 15,650 confirmed cases of the coronavirus and 202 deaths in the United States, according to a New York Times database.

Bethenny has a home in Boston with boyfriend, Paul Bernon and says the pair both “wired the money for the first orders because this isn’t something that we can wait for donations for. Donations will come, but without the masks, more people will die.” She says, “This is the biggest crisis now in my opinion.”
