Ramona Singer Claims Sonja Morgan Was Mixing Alcohol And Pills; Ramona Has “Interns” Now, too

Real Housewives of New York star Ramona Singer was Andy’s guest last night on Watch What Happens Live. She didn’t have a lot to say, but what she did share didn’t sit well with Sonja Morgan, to say the least.

Ramona shows up with two “interns” who are bartenders for the night. She clarifies that she pays her interns but says they don’t get college credit. Sonja’s interns get college credit but aren’t paid (which is very common).  So, technically Ramona’s aren’t interns, they’re just employees…

A viewer asks what Ramona bought Luann for HER birthday? Ramona says she’s never been invited to Lu’s birthday.

A caller asks if Ramona is jealous that Luann and Sonja are having fun together with young guys. “I’ve been friends with Sonja a long time and she’s had a lot of trials and tribulations. She takes pills for her medication. I can’t help it..what do you want me to say?” Andy says that Sonja says it was the pot calling the kettle black. Ramona starts to reply but says she’s gonna save it for the reunion.

Then she blurts out, “Everyone drinks but Sonja.. well, sometimes it’s unhealthy if you drink too much for your frame or take medication to calm your nerves. Mixing tranquilizers with alcohol. She was having a situation and when she stopped drinking she was fine.”

As you can imagine, Sonja was not happy about the pill popping and boozing accusation. She started Tweeting “Omg lies over n over. Like the bank had my house. She’s on pills.” Sonja continued, “lies as usual. What pills. She’s on pills.#projection. I like to party. Don’t have her tolerance.” She then wrote,  “Everyone rolling their eyes here @andy @BravoWWHL Who fell asleep last year at the reunion. In the middle? #daydrinker.” 

Ramona’s response to that was, “Actually I fell asleep because I was tired, it was 6’oclock. Sonja give it up and stop deflecting.”

 A caller asked about Ramona’s current relationship with Mario,  “We’re cordial. He’s the father of our daughter Avery. He was a great husband for many years and we’re cordial.”

She doesn’t talk to Jill Zarin anymore.

Jules Wainstein Regrets Her Comments About Bethenny Frankel

I was absolutely loving Jules Wainstein during her first few episodes of Real Housewives of New York. She gorgeous, funny, and vulnerable. But then again, no one is perfect, especially on a reality TV show. And we all know that the second a person slips up and says something out of turn, that is something that will definitely end up on the show.

Needless to say, last week’s episode of RHONY was very awkward to watch. When Jules was discussing how rude Carole Radziwill and Bethenny Frankel were in her Hamptons home,  I got vicariously embarrassed for the woman. I adore Jules, but I just knew that she was going to receive a lot of backlash for an offhand comment that she made the second that I heard it. I’m sure you know what I’m referring to and the only good news here is that Jules knows it too. She feels horrible about it and is owning up to her words.

I know that I am not the only person who cringed when Jules said that she and her husband were “old money” and Bethenny was “new money.” Not only did it not make sense, but it was also a pretty antiquated reference to make. It was the first time Jules really looked bad on this show and to be honest I felt bad for her. I know that my reactions doesn’t really make sense, but I just knew that people were going to hate on her.

So of course, Jules addressed what she said in her Bravo blog: “The comment about Bethenny’s home, the ‘new money, old money’ … I was upset and felt offended about what was said about me, my life and my home, but it was wrong to say what I did, and I own it!” It’s pretty rare for a Real Housewife to apologize for anything, let alone to do so right away, so I feel like we have to cut Jules a break on this one. She is new to the reality show life. It seems like she is nervous most of the time when she talks on camera, so I feel like she just got caught up and spewed out something random.

Jules also wrote, “As I watched it on television, I was horrified and embarrassed–I wasn’t raised that way. But I was caught off-guard and felt hurt. We are all human and say things we don’t mean.” This happens to everyone. I don’t agree with the comment that Jules made, but it’s clear that Jules doesn’t even agree with her own comment, so let’s just all agree that it was wrong and move on without giving her even more of a hard time about it.

Jules even clarified how she really feels about Bethenny when she wrote, “After the one-on-one time I had with Bethenny, I did feel a connection with her and was relieved to get to know her better. She was very receptive, and I appreciated that.” It seems like it’s all good in the hood… well, at least for now.

I say stupid things pretty much every single day, but nobody is paying attention to me the way they are when these RHONY ladies talk. Let’s just let this one go and enjoy the rest of the season. It looks seems like this will be an exciting one!

Tonight is an all new episode of The Real Housewives of New York. Sonja unveils her “Tipsy Girl” to the shock of her co-stars. Carole invites the ladies over for a psychic reading that really hits home for Dorinda, but Bethenny isn’t having it! Tune in at 9/8c!

It looks Kavi is no more!! (I so just made up “Kavi” right now out of irony.) After being plagued by divorce rumors before they even walked down the aisle, Javi Marroquin has officially hinted that he’s split from Kail Lowry. Kail is still denying it, of course.

Benefits is deployed, meanwhile all Kail can do is get her butt reshaped, then sit on it, so it’s no surprise that the Teen Mom 2 stars are having marital issues – especially with the recent gossip that Kail cheated while Javi is gone! Frankly I’m impressed they’ve lasted through 4 years of MTV paychecks!

This latest round of drama reportedly came after Javi ignored Kail on Mother’s Day. Afterwards Javi tweeted, “I had to let go of us to show myself what I could do.” In case you dismissed his enigmatic tweet as unrelated to Kail, he later confirmed he was definitely referring to their relationship!

Javi then added that he was really concerned about Isaac suffering, “that’s my best friend in hurting just as much as he is.” 

NOT Shockingly Kail is pretending she has no idea what is going on with Javi and believes their relationship is fine. #OneOfTheseThingsIsNotLikeTheOther… “We’re married. I don’t know what’s going on,” she admitted to Radar Online. She blamed Javi’s deployment for “messing with his head.”

“My head is exactly where your head is,” Kail added. Meaning that her head is like totally normal? Oh, honey… 

Javi is getting ready to return home and Kail has a big family trip to Disney World planned to celebrate (she confirms that’s still happening.) It will be interesting to see if the couple really is breaking up, or if this a storyline for Teen Mom 2. The timing does seem suspicious considering we know season 8 is confirmed and already filming.

8 Reasons Thomas Ravenel Is The Best Cast Member On Southern Charm

If you watch Southern Charm, you know how addicting it is and the main reason that I tune in every Monday night is to see what Thomas Ravenel is up to. At first, I didn’t really get why he was on this show because he seems like a pretty random person to be in this friend group and the show’s cast, but after I watched the first episode, one thing was so clear to me: Thomas makes this show.

Sure, the other cast members are great, but Thomas is the one who really makes Southern Charm as a outrageous as it is. We have his life to thank for all the twists and turns and that is why I believe that he is the one that people should credit with the show’s success. In fact, I think that T-Rav is the best cast member on Southern Charm and came up with eight reasons to back up my opinion.

I’m not saying that Thomas is the best person on the planet, but he is definitely bringing the most to this series. And in all honesty, most of my points about him being the cast member are not even compliments. A great person does not necessarily make a great reality star and Thomas has struck a perfect balance.

Dance Moms Alum Chloe Lukasiak Lands A Movie Role

If you think that Maddie Ziegler is the only successful Dance Moms star, you would be wrong. It turns out that former cast member Chloe Lukasiak is really killing it out there as both a dancer and an actress. If you watched Dance Moms from the beginning this is not really a shock though. Chloe was the only dancer who could hold her own with Maddie – just don’t say that to her former coach and critic Abby Lee Miller.

Not only did Chloe land a role as a “dance prodigy” (shocking, I know) in the Lifetime remake of Center Stage, but she also has another big project in the works that will focus on her acting abilities. At only fourteen years old, this girl already has an impressive resumé and it looks like she has a great opportunity on the horizon.

Chloe is stepping outside of the dancer-turned-actress stereotype with her role in the movie Cowgirl’s Story, which is starring and produced by Bailee Madison. The movie is a military drama inspired by Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel Little Women. The movie is about high school cowgirls whose parents are on duty in Afghanistan. 

Chloe will be playing a role three years older than herself: a seventeen year old named Savanah Stocker, who is described as “a bit of a goth.” I can’t imagine sweet, little Chloe being a goth girl, but she did get the role for a reason, so I’m sure she will be a great at it. Plus, she is playing an older character and I’m sure it will give her a chance to showcase her acting abilities.

Chloe‘s character is a supporting one. She becomes best friends with Bailee Madison’s character, Dusty Rhodes, who is new to the town.

To make it official, Bailee tweeted a cute photo of her and Chloe on the set.

As you know being 70 is one thing, but looking 70 is unacceptable! After Lisa coerces Ken into the chair, she straps him down, and the last thing he remembered was a sparkly needle pointed towards his head. Then he woke up unable to move his face. Horrors of Beverly Hills. However, Ken’s face will always remain frozen in a smile when Lisa adds to their animal menagerie!

Erika Girardi lectures us on the professionalism it takes to be Erika Jayne. The hours devoted to patting the puss and dropping on the dick and whipping your anime wig back and forth while mouthing “How many f–ks do I give?” while simultaneously prancing, mini-horse style, around a sound stage is grueling and demanding. As Erotika explains, no one emerges from the womb a superstar (except Blue Ivy!), so it requires dedication, hard work, and Tom Girardi‘s bank account to become Erika Jayne. Erika may not give any f–ks, but maybe she should – that video was tragic! Only Andy Cohen is wooed!

Flashback to the reunion, in the middle of Yolanda extolling why Cryotherapy is so amazing, Andy yawns. “This’s funny?!” snaps Yolanda, turning into Nurse Ratchet, before remembering that Andy is her boss, so she forces a fake laugh. Yes Yolanda – YOU ARE BORING!

Thankfully the only mention of Lyme came when Yolanda visited some chiropractic holistic doctor, supervised by Daisy, Yolanda’s bitchy sitter. The doctor apparently stole Erika Jayne‘s makeup box, and made Yolanda hold various contents to her chest while raising her arm. Then he would tap or tug her outstretched arm to determine if the time she clutched was toxic or healing. C-nty necklace? No…. Glitter spanx? No… 6 foot platinum blonde weave… no. Whatever Yolanda. 

Later Yolanda and David are entertaining Erika and Tom when Gigi appears. Since Yolanda has been Erika’s close friend for nearly 10 years, Tom has never met Gigi before and seems to have no idea who this “supermodel of the world” is. Tom is in for a treat, because Yolanda expects Tom and everyone else to be as enamored with My Gigi as she is! Yolanda tells Tom about how brilliant Brilliant Gigi is. Post-modeling she’s going to become a criminal psychologist, which is Tom’s line of work like that Erin Boogerbitch movie where he won the Powerball and gave all the money to people suffering from Lyme Disease. Unfortunately for Yolanda, Gigi has no interest in “university” because she’s a student of the world and could, like, study criminal justice by talking to people who like had DUIs or something, which is, like, totally more important than a degree. But she’s still a, like, geniusy person. Please tell me I wasn’t the only person stabbing my TV yelling SHUT. UP. The only interesting thing about that scene was Erika’s makeup. 

Horses are all the rage on RHOBH. Portia has abandoned her dream of acting for riding lessons. Frankly, I’m surprised Kyle Richards would allow her daughter near horses given that one can contract chronic Lyme disease from a horse fly, and all… 

Later Kyle attempts to help Portia with her second grade math homework, and realizes that she has no idea what to do with the 15 cents Bobby gave Ronnie since 15 cents doesn’t even equal a Beverly Hills penny. Apparently lack of money math management runs in the family, because Kyle tells her older daughters about how Portia accidentally charged five figures playing Kim Kardashian Hollywood a predatory game on the iPad. Portia bursts into tears believing Mauricio is going to kill her for spending so much money. Kyle seems shocked that Portia is a real girl, with emotions and feelings and stuff, and not some doll she can dress up and pose in cute scenery like an American Girl catalog.

At Lisa Rinna‘s house, her daughter is recovering from a tonsillectomy by communicating in emoji and using her phone as a vehicle for demanding Popsicles. Lisa laughs at her latest role playing Super Mom. Gotta hustle! Hustle! Hustle! Hustle to the freezer…

Lipsa’s other daughter Delilah is gunning for Gigi’s career as Supermodel of the World. She did her first photoshoot and Lipsa encourages her to pursue what she loves so long as she remembers to wear her retainer. However, unlike Yolanda, Lipsa’s approach was all positive affirmations, intermixed with the value of the hustle! but no shaming or micromanaging. 

Then Lipsa admits to lying about using a strap-on, like she said on Jenny McCarthy‘s radio show. “These lips get me in trouble!” she laughs, admitting that the pseudo-admission abut the strap-on just slipped, but isn’t true. Lipsa blames it on being 7 am and she wasn’t sure if she was on radio or in a cryogenic sauna getting Amelia a Popsicle. 

In world without shame Eileen Davidson cannot get enough Erika – Jayne or Girardi. Erika visits her on the Y&R set to watch Ashley deliver her best bitch-face. Erika is giddy. Afterwards the new friends go shopping together. Erika insists she’s a very private person who spends most of her days in her chapel praying for some attention from Tom. 

During bathing suit shopping Erika claims she avoids a bikini – except on stage – and that she really prefers to hang out at home, patting the puss than to partying. Erika respects Eileen’s secret fun side. A side Eileen decides to embrace by purchasing a gown without massive side cut-outs. That cost $600. Which Erika paid for – buying Eileen’s loyalty in exchange for some hoochie wear and the Erika Jayne Treatment. Is Erika celebrating Eileen embracing her brazen-side, or is she buying Eileen’s friendship? Who’s the manipulative one now?! 

Kathryn Edwards goes dress shopping with Lipsa, who talks her into trying on all the things Lipsa wishes her curve-less body looked good in. Lipsa is jealous of Kathryn’s arms, and her ability to wear side cut-outs. Hell, aren’t we all! 

Kim Richards visited Kyle in Palm Dessert wearing a leftover I Dream Of Jeanie costume she found at the Paramount yard sale in 1976. Kim and Kyle bond over their childhood being exploited and taken advantage of by Kathy. Kyle is relieved Kim is in a good place – for now – and that as sisters they can enjoy each other again. “We do have fun,” sighs Kim, as if she’s trying to convince herself more than she’s trying to convince us. 

The episode closes with the ladies in the Hamptons, where all the trouble of the season started. LVP and Eileen supposedly were annoyed with each other at this time, since it was after ‘The Affair Inquisition,’ but LVP instructs the women to focus on the positive instead of discussing why they cry. So they all sat on the patio and laughed about who has the hottest husband. Erika did not win that prize, which was really no competition. Since they all felt bad for her the ladies listened politely while Erika gushed over Tom’s brilliance and how he’s always teaching her something or offering advice. The ladies feign interest, as Erika rambles about their partnership as mutual equals – except when she’s in time-out, or in her room, or rolling around on the stage in a sequined catsuit while he wins millions for people in need. That doesn’t matter to Tom – he never condescends her!  

And that’s a wrap – we’re officially done with this season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, and, sadly, I can’t say I’ll miss the ladies. Yet, if I never again have to hear the words “journey” or “munchausen” or “manipulate” it would be too soon!

Dance Moms Reunion Recap: One Last Good-Bye

Um, are we watching someone unravel right in front of our eyes? The first three minutes of last night’s Dance Moms Reunion was akin to watching Britney Spears’ epic meltdown circa 2006, except there wasn’t any head-shaving…yet (at least). Abby Lee Miller arrives extremely late–and braless–as the mothers wait patiently on the stage with this year’s host, Jai Rodriquez. As a huge Queer Eye fan, I’m glad to see he’s still around! I notice that Phil Collins was wise enough not to get to close to this debacle! Abby stumbles on stage, hair half up in hot rollers, much she like starts her day at the studio. Abby complains about her bra, pulling it outside of her shirt to show the appalled audience, as Melissa Gisoni rushes to her rescue. Jai quickly cuts to a group routine which is already prepped and ready to go.

Jai gushes over the season, and Abby seems to have regained some sense of composure. He inquires about the Ziegler girls’ exit, and Abby accuses Melissa of lying to her, the producers, director, and Lifetime’s legal team. Melissa counters that they all knew, and she followed the proper channels. As Abby rolls her eyes, Jai questions what rumors Abby has heard. She goes on a rampage about Maddie judging So You Think You Can Dance, dismissing the competition show and its decisions. Melissa’s blood is boiling but she’s not allowed to speak on Maddie’s next move. Jill tries to calm her friend. Jessalyn interjects to remind Abby that she cried for hours when she heard about Maddie and MacKenzie’s impending departure. Abby argues that she’s beyond happy for Maddie, but she wanted to part of the united front when announcing their new opportunities. The other moms recognize that Melissa was following the advice of her lawyer, but they feel slighted that she always accused them of lying or believing gossip when they would question her about the rumors that turned out to be true.

Abby doesn’t want to take away from the excitement that comes with Maddie’s next adventure, but she wants the viewers to realize that she gave up so much to make her dancers successful enough to have these opportunities. While the mothers agree, Holly feels that Maddie and MacKenzie deserved more than the iciness that Abby showed them. Jill just hopes that there is potential for Kendall to become a leader on the team, and Abby surprises Jill by spouting off her grand plans for Kendall’s music career. Jill is floored, and no one has the heart to point out that Abby’s likely just trying to needle Melissa with this assertion. Jai then turns his attention to Ashlee who complains the mothers hated her because Brynn was poised to join the team as “the new Maddie.” As the moms try to downplay the drama, Jai reminds them with a highlight reel of Jill, et al., talking smack about about Ashlee’s daughter, and vice versa. Even with the evidence in her face, Jill maintains that she wasn’t trying to badmouth Brynn. She was mad at Abby for not teaching Ashlee her place. Kira agrees. If a child doesn’t fit in with the team, it’s the mother’s fault. Has Jai really ever watched this show? He seems petrified! You know who else was frightening? Lizzy Borden. Yes, that was my segue to Maddie’s creepy solo, and I’m darn proud of it! 

The mini-moms join the veteran mothers on stage, and I can’t even with any of these women. They revisit the mini’s beautiful solo in honor of her brother who has cerebral palsy. The mini mother felt hurt that Melissa tried to overshadow her daughter’s moment by making it all about Maddie and MacKenzie. Having them play back the drama isn’t any easier to watch than the first time around. Melissa tries to act apologetic, but she’s sick of the mini moms thinking their daughters will be the next generation of the ALDC. Isn’t that point? If all the original dancers stayed on the elite team until they were 18, is Abby supposed to close up shop when they age out? Nope, no more dancers! I broke the mold with these, and I don’t need any more. Even Holly has been drinking the Kool-Aid. How dare the mini moms even consider they could possibly be a part of the ALDC legacy? Thankfully, the bickering is interrupted by a Kendall and Maddie duet. 

Diving into Abby’s legal struggles and stress over opening the new studio in Los Angeles, Jai wonders what has affected Abby the most. Abby quips it’s that producers told him to ask that question and he actually did. The moms discuss Abby’s erratic behavior, hot rollers, and bathrobes. Abby seems to be going off the rails again, refusing to address her shadiness and disappearances from competitions. The team’s studio time with Debbie Allen is revisited, and Holly believes that it was a good decision. After their session with Debbie Allen, Abby returned and hasn’t sketched out since. Jai points out that Nia is now the only remaining original member of the ALDC. Holly reveals that Nia has learned a lot under Abby’s training, and they have no plans to leave any time soon. Abby claps loudly while pointedly staring down Melissa. Kalani and Nia take the stage to perform their Debbie Allen choreographed duet. 

The attention turns to Kira and Jessalyn’s showdown when Melissa was responsible for Kalani after Kira gave birth to her son. In the footage, Kira hurls a water bottle at Jessalyn, and I feel like if she had one on the reunion stage, she’d do it again. All of mothers accuse Kira of pawning off Kalani on them at multiple times during the season. While they admit that Kalani is a dream, it’s supposed to be a mother-daughter experience, and Kira didn’t carry her weight. Before Kira can get any more defensive, Jai introduces another group routine. Thank goodness for all of these dance interludes! 

Is it just me, or did the first half of the Dance Moms reunion make an Andy Cohen moderated event seem like hard-hitting news? The last few minutes are a walk down memory lane for the ALDC as Melissa sobs about her last reunion. Abby sobs when they footage of her late mother and dog. The moms share their “heartfelt” good-byes to Melissa as she thanks Abby, the show, and the fans. The mothers shower Melissa with their love and support and adoration of her beautiful daughters. Ashlee even takes the opportunity to gush about MacKenzie and not make it about her daughter. Jai prompts Abby to give some parting words, which she does, somewhat sincerely. Jai passes around champagne as Melissa and Abby embrace. Damn you, Lifetime. I’m getting misty!
