Tom Sandoval Would’ve Quit The Traitors if He Was Selected To Be One

When Tom Sandoval was confirmed to be a part of The Traitors Season 3, you couldn’t help but laugh at the irony. Of course, a guy whose life blew up because of a cheating scandal would land on a show called The Traitors. The jokes write themself.

With that in mind, Tom recently revealed that he went into the show with zero interest in playing as a Traitor. Some people were dying for the chance, but Tom said he would have rather quit the show altogether.

In a new interview with Us Weekly, Tom admitted that he wanted people to see a different side of him. He’s still trying to wash off the stench of Scandoval. Playing as a Traitor would have been too on the nose.

“One thing that I was very adamant about is that I just did not want to be a Traitor,” Tom admitted. “If Alan [Cumming] would’ve picked me to be a Traitor, I would’ve left the castle myself. I just, I had no desire.”

Despite his reputation from Vanderpump Rules, Tom said that he wouldn’t have been good at playing the game as a Traitor. He had the perfect analogy to explain himself. He said it’s like forcing a kid to play an instrument versus a kid who actually wants to play an instrument.

“The person who wants to play an instrument is going to be a lot better at it,” he told the outlet. “I knew there were people there that really, really wanted to be Traitors. So I was like, ‘I’m just not gonna be good at it.’”

Although Tom walked away from the experience empty-handed, it sounds like he’s satisfied with his run. Even his biggest haters found a way to laugh with him — with the exception of maybe Chrishell Stause.

“It’s a more positive, fun gaming environment that would get people to see me in a different light,” he explained.

“The funny antics that come with it and the campiness of it all,” Sandoval continued. “I just knew that people would see a different side.”

The Traitors is streaming on Peacock. The Season 3 finale drops Thursday, March 7 at 9/8c.

A now-viral video of Ariana Grande from the night of the Oscars 2025 showcased the actor making smart use of her Schiaparelli gown. Viewers can see the pop singer keeping her phone on the structured waistline of the dress while giving a standing ovation along with her co-star, Cynthia Erivo, during the winning speech of designer Paul Tazewell, who took home the Best Costume Design Oscar for his incredible work in “Wicked.”

Grande’s strapless Schiaparelli gown, which was part of the label’s Spring 2025 collection, showcased a stunning sweetheart neckline and a corset-style, blush-toned bodice that accentuated her toned figure beautifully. The peplum-style structured waistline added a layer of high-fashion drama to the look. From there, the gown fell into a striking long skirt that was made of a beautiful shimmery champagne tulle fabric. As per WWD, the singer wore stylish pumps from Jimmy Choo to go with the gown.

For accessories, Ariana Grande opted for a dazzling diamond-encrusted neckpiece and a pair of studs from De Beers. She also wore two diamond rings. The artist went for a pink petal blush makeup look for the Oscars 2025 night. She kept her hair in a sleek updo. MUA Michael Anthony acted as the makeup artist for this look, while Alyx Liu styled Grande’s hair. As usual, Grande’s longtime stylist, Mimi Cuttrell, curated her showstopping look for the award night.

It almost seemed like this Chanel dress was made for Kim Kardashian as she offered close glances at her pre-Oscars look on Instagram. A glam night called for behind-the-scenes GRWM snippets, and she delivered with her latest social media post. Getting candid for the snaps, Kardashian posed wearing the corseted dress from Chanel’s Fall 1992 collection that featured a plunging neckline and spaghetti-thin straps for a sultry appearance. In addition, it comprised a tiered miniskirt and a mesh underlay.

A striking element of the reality star’s ensemble was her hairdo, which comprised of a slick-back high ponytail with multiple bows. According to WWD, this was in reference to Claudia Schiffer’s runway look from the fashion house’s Fall 1995 presentation. In her post, Kardashian credited celebrity hairdresser Chris Appleton for styling her black tresses into the iconic look and her fashion stylist Dani Levi for the overall outfit.
