It’s a real struggle for me to think of things that Kristen Doute and her former boss Lisa Vanderpump have in common. In fact, the only one I can think of is that they both have a strong love for animals. In fact, Kristen is now a doggie foster mom. Unfortunately, the good news ends there since Kristen’s dog Bowie is missing.
Kristen’s dog has been missing for about a day now and, as expected, she has been frantically searching for the dog all over the area and posting on social media.

The first place I heard about Kristen’s missing dog was when I saw that Lisa retweeted her. Wow. We all know how much LVP loves animals!
Lisa’s daughter Pandora Vanderpump posted about Bowie going missing as well. Pandora tweeted, “Please help @kristendoute find her puppy Bowie.. He is missing near Fairfax and Sunset!!! It’s raining and cold.. Details on her profile.”
Kristen’s Vanderpump Rules costar Tom Schwartz tweeted to raise awareness, “@WehoDaily my friend’s dog ran off! Bowie, no tags on but chipped. Last seen near fairfax and sunset ! #weho #lostdog. No sweater on.”
And of course, Kristen posted a lot about Bowie’s disappearance. She put up a video of the dog on her Instagram page and wrote, “REWARD!!!! $$$ BOWIE IS MISSING. He jumped over the patio at the sitter’s #WestHollywood#LosAngeles near Havenhurst and Fountain. BEAGLE/CHIHUAHUA MIX 17lbs. Chipped but no sweater/tag. PLEASE CONTACT if you see anything! repost if in LA area!!! #missingdog#beagle.”

Kristen shared another post on Instagram of a flyer with a picture of Bowie and some specific stats. Along with the pic, Kristen wrote, “REWARD!! $$$ BOWIE is still missing. If anyone took him in, contact me or any local vet/shelter/hospital! He IS microchipped! #weho #losangeles #lostpet #lostdog#beagle #missingpet #missingdog.”
Hopefully Kristen will be able to find the dog ASAP.

Moving on to Phaedra’s on-screen enemy and former bestie Kandi Burruss. Luckily Kandi has other friends who want to to do business with her. She just announced that she’s writing a book with Love & Hip Hop New York star Yandy Smith.
Kandi and Yandy have been friends for years, and are both juggling motherhood and reality TV while being businesswomen, so they’ve been inspired to write an advice book titled, “Babies, Breastfeeding, & Boardrooms.”

Dorit Kemsley is coming out biting her first season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. Not mincing words about anybody’s bits, Dorit just doesn’t believe she and Erika Girardi ‘get’ each other, so thank goodness she has her fabulous friendship with Lisa Vanderpump as a consolation prize.
According to Dorit, that in addition to being truly special friends with LVP, they are two peas in a pod. “You don’t come across a lot of people in life who you can count on and connect with. It’s great to be so playful with Lisa,” she shares. “I just love her and I can’t stop laughing most of the time.”

“It was so special to help her find a gift for her Ken,” Dorit continues. “She might have a sharp British sense of humor, but not everyone sees what a caring wife she is that absolutely adores her husband. The silliness about the rubber and the watch is a prime example of how we joke and play around. We are like two silly little girls when we’re together!”
Dorit seemed less warm and fuzzy towards her children, even though she describes being a mother as the “single most important role” in her life. “Becoming a mother changed everything for me,” she explains, “and as a mom I’m prepared to do whatever is best for my kids.”
Citing her daughter Phoenix’s special headband, and son Jagger’s speech issues, Dorit admits, “The moments with my children are both heartwarming and sad at times to watch.”

“It’s so hard to be a mother at times like these. It truly pulls on my heartstrings and gives me sleepless nights, but I’m trying my best and willing to do anything to benefit them,” says Dorit. “I’m so thankful to also have the support that I have in the house. With no family close by and both myself and PK running the business, it’s a godsend to have found the people we have to help us. They truly are an extension of our family, and the babies love them.”
As for things that definitely leave Dorit feeling cold, Erika tops that list. To Dorit, Erika is a conundrum – she is as white hot as panty-less mini-dresses and as icy cold as a cryo-treatment.
“White can be a tricky color and it has its challenges—especially in the underwear area—like we all talked about! I thought Erika’s outfit looked great, but it was a surprise to everyone when she said she was without panties,” remarks Dorit.
Dismissing Erika’s lack of underwear as “not that big of a deal,” Dorit insists that she and PK weren’t being serious how frequently he stole a peek. “We’ve all been there without underwear,” Dorit writes in her Bravo blog. “PK and I have a good sense of humor about these things as you can see when we are joking about it the next day.”

According to Dorit, she and Erika just don’t jive, but she’s not apologizing for the way she feels. “I really do like Erika, but I stand by my remark that she is often guarded,” says Dorit. “I personally haven’t felt much warmth from her, and she has a tendency to snap at both PK and I for no reason.”
That Erika just doesn’t get Dorit’s bi-continental, quasi-British sense of humor! “I think my comment about ‘Americans’ was misunderstood. Of course I’m American and very proud of it. I’m simply stating AS AN AMERICAN, I do think we all need to relax a little and lighten up,” Dorit explains. “The joking around is often a bit of harmless fun and personally I enjoy it. It keeps me young and playful! But everyone’s entitled to their own opinions, and each of us speak our minds openly, whether we agree with each other or not, and that’s just part of being a strong-minded Beverly Hills Housewife.”
Well the ladies of the Beverly Hills definitely don’t like to let go of an opinion or let that get in the way of a good friendship!

This week’s Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills left me wondering how Erika Girardi has never heard of a snatch guard. #BetterCallLuann It left Lisa Rinna wondering if there was a nefarious scheme to expose Erika. Pun intended.
Lipsa wasn’t present for Panty Gate, or should I say ‘Oops I forgot my panties gate,’ because she was in NYC pimpmomagering Delilah’s modeling career and advising Kyle Richards on what not to wear (I wish!).

“NYC with Kyle and our daughters was so much fun,” says Lipsa. “We always have such a good time together and now adding our daughters, who are hilarious in my opinion, into the mix adds such a fun, innocent dynamic for us. Talking and laughing about dating apps (I still have no idea how much it costs!), their time alone in NYC, and everything else was a blast. I can safely say that everyone had a fab time and arrived home happy and in one piece.”
Yes – the two teenagers she left unaccompanied in New York City survived unscathed. Although, considering they’ve spent a lifetime in the care of Lipsa, perhaps they were safer out of her sight in the wilds of NYC.
Another positive: Apparently Lipsa didn’t destroy Delilah’s modeling career or self-esteem by revealing the dastardly secret of her misshapen head. “Look, Delilah knows her mother quite well,” she insists, “and knows that a little humor and self deprecation go a long way in life. *wink*”

Moving onto sadder subjects, Lipsa dedicates a portion of her blog to praising Eileen Davidson‘s handling of family trauma. “I cried while I watched her at her mother’s home and again during her counseling session, but I also felt a certain sense of pride and relief as we watched her really come to terms with how the grief was affecting her,” writes Lipsa. “She’s such a strong woman with great moral character, and it makes me proud to be her friend.”
About the case of Erika’s missing panties, Lisa shares, “Here is where things get interesting for me. Since I was still in Pennsylvania for the Lisa Rinna Collection on QVC, I wasn’t able to attend the White Party at Pump. So, what this means is I am seeing what went down at their pre-gathering for the first time along with you. As you see in the upcoming previews, Eileen and I are filled in by Dorit [Kemsley] next week, but I am literally seeing what actually went down right along with you.”
“What I see is Erika, looking GORGE, sitting like a lady with a napkin over her lap. What I also see is others in the group antagonizing Erika. But, why? Why did a few in this group find it necessary to not only reach under Erika’s napkin but to also start questioning and making assumptions about her character? I have my suspicions.”
So, once again, Lipsa is suggesting that Lisa Vanderpump is manipulating and setting someone up!? Really?! Again?!
I personally think Lisa Vanderpump was being cheeky with Erika in fun while trying to embarrass Kyle in bringing up her panty mishap. I don’t even think LVP realized Erika wasn’t wearing underwear until Erika mentioned it! And why Erika would answer LVP’s question announcing that fact was strange. I would have deployed some of LVP’s ‘British humor’ by making a joke like ‘let me check in my purse for those granny panties you lent me last week’ or some crack. Instead, Erika volunteered the information, thus inadvertently making people want to look up her skirt.
Am I too naive and nice? Maybe. But if I have to hear about Erika’s underpants or lack thereof for the rest of the season I’m gonna start panty bombing WWHL in revolt.
Anyway, Lipsa isn’t done with her critique. She’s appalled by how Dorit and PK reacted. “Watching PK and Dorit in their kitchen the next day, continuing the conversation about Erika and her outfit while having lunch with their two-year-old son, Jagger, was rather shocking to me,” lectures Lisa. “Again, I ask WHY? This is someone’s WIFE and MOTHER that they’re talking about.”

Erika rolls around on TV in a g-string and considers the word c-u-next-tuesday a compliment. Does one beget the other, I don’t know, but I shouldn’t think she would be morally offended, although PK’s comments were absolutely inappropriate.
“Dare we play devil’s advocate and ask PK how he’d feel if he heard another man speak of his own wife this way?” asks Lipsa. “To hear another man say, ‘he didn’t mind the view’ while speaking of her ‘bits’ seems as if it may not be taken too lightly by Mr. Kemsley. To me, this is so not okay, and all I really want to know is why Erika is such a big topic for Dorit and PK so early into meeting her. I guess we’ll wait and see how this one plays out.”
I think it’s fine that PK copped to peeking after Erika’s reveal, but discussing the ins and outs (pun intended!) of what was going on under her skirt? Uncalled for. I don’t even think Erika’s skirt was that short, nor do I think it was really possible to see her “hooha” as Dorit called it. We’ll see indeed.

Kenya Moore’s relationships with, well, just about everyone have never been easy. But The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star says that there is one man in her life she can count on these days: her father.
Though Kenya and her dad were once estranged, Kenya explains how their newfound closeness is giving her strength during her very public messiness with Matt Jordan. “My dad was only 15 when I was born,” explains Kenya. “He wasn’t in a position to take care of me when my mother wanted to give me up for adoption. Through the years we have struggled as I never understood why we were always at odds or not speaking at all…sometimes for years at a time.”

Kenya continues, “Over the last few years I made a concerted effort to repair my relationship with my family. My Dad and I had a heart to heart and for the first time I finally understood his pain. Our relationship has never been better.”
Although Kenya has vaguely kept her dad in the loop over the years, she admits he hasn’t been as “hands on” when it’s come to meeting her boyfriends, fiances, paid actors, etc…until Matt. She says her father “has known of my previous relationships and marriage proposals, and we have spoken about my exes on the show before. But he had never met Matt. Unfortunately, I wish it was under better circumstances. He has been happily married for over 35 years and is still very much in love with his wife. He is a great source of information and support. At the end of the day, all my dad wants is for me to be happy.”
During the Matt-frontation, Kenya’s father impressively acted as mediator between his hot-headed daughter, and (by all accounts) equally volatile paramour. Even Kenya admits, “I thought my dad was very respectful and fair with Matt.”

Not missing YET ANOTHER opportunity to shade Matt, Kenya continues, “Although Matt can calmly express himself with others, he cannot control his anger or his emotions when he gets hurt or upset when speaking to me. He constantly keeps score, holds on to things that happened in the beginning of our relationship, and behaves in a tit for tat manner. Age is not a factor, but maturity is. He states he wants my respect, but he breaks down doors in hotels and breaks windows in the home I have put my heart, soul, and hard earned money into. As such, nothing warrants this type of violence.”
Kenya and Matt’s relationship seems to be in the proverbial rear view mirror now, but it’s likely to play out (in excruciating detail!) on RHOA for weeks to come. And so is the fan support Kenya seems to be reveling in these days.
Kenya closes her blog by thanking everyone who’s supported her thus far: “I have appreciated the fans and their support, criticism, and prayers for me and Matt. There were so many people rooting for us, because they saw genuine love between us. Our flaws, struggles, and feelings are broadcast to the world, and it’s not always pretty. People can lie, but your eyes do not. Thank you for seeing the truth and speaking on it. This is not the easiest time for me with the holidays upon us, but I wish you all Happy Holidays and thank you for your love.”
