The current season of Real Housewives of Atlanta has been pretty wild, but I will always miss the golden era of RHOA. The show hasn’t been the same since we saw NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak, and Sheree Whitfield arguing with each other, shifting sides, and pulling wigs. That’s why I’m pretty pumped and hopeful that these rumors about NeNe and Kim coming back to the show may be true.
I never expected either of them to return to the show full time. I just figured – if anything – Kim and NeNe would make a few cameo appearances, stir stuff up, avoid the fray, and then collect their paychecks.

In all honesty, it seems like both Kim and NeNe think that they are way too good for this Housewife life. NeNe has basically said so a million times and has bragged about how she “created” the show and how she’s “too busy” being an actual celebrity. Kim has her own spin-off with her family that allows her to be a reality star without dealing with the clique drama.
So what do Kim and NeNe have to say about the prospect of returning to the show that made them famous? NeNe discussed the possibility in an E! News interview. NeNe did her best to pretend that she is actually a humble person who isn’t actually building up this buzz for herself. NeNe bashfully remarked, “I don’t know what’s wrong with these people and these rumors. They are so ridiculous” as she pretended to be overwhelmed and threw her hands up in the air trying to feign being clueless.
She snapped into being the fiscally-aware and attention-seeking NeNe that we have all come to know when she admitted, “Here’s the deal: I have not been asked back for Season 10 yet. I mean, I don’t know. It’s a little early.” Well, yeah. Season 9 is still airing and they didn’t even tape the reunion yet. So unfortunately it looks like NeNe someone started these rumors a little too soon.

NeNe admitted, “If they need me to come back for Season 10, I’m there.”
Well, yes of course. I don’t see this big acting career that NeNe has been bragging about for years. I love watching her on Fashion Police, but it seems like all the promises of big career moves from NeNe’s ego when she left the show did not really come to fruition. Yes, I know she is a “comedian” now, and she has a store and a website. But she is not an actress – that’s all I’m saying. And there’s no better way to promote her many products and businesses than by playing herself and talking about her stuff on Real Housewives of Atlanta.
During the interview, Jason Kennedy called Kim via Factime and asked her if she’d be willing to become a housewife again. Kim kept it real, admitting, “I’m definitely motivated by money.” She said something else that I couldn’t hear because Jason and NeNe were laughing hysterically, but she added, “Money talks.”
Let’s make this happen, Andy Cohen. As cute as I think Don’t Be Tardy is and as much as I enjoy Fashion Police, nothing would make me happier than seeing Kim and NeNe take over RHOA.

This Is Us star Chrissy Metz, who battled body image problems for years, says it was "convenient" to book a role for a character who is made to lose weight. On This Is Us,...Season 3 of Ladies Of London may be behind them, but Caroline Stanbury and Juliet Angus are still going strong as true blue BFFs. The ladies have been snapping pics of their joint family vacation in the French Alps, showing that time and distance are of no matter when it comes to lasting friendship. But it’s not all rosy among the entire cast – in fact, Juliet insinuates there are some women she frankly never wants to see again! Caroline, however, is working on mending her relationships with her close friends, Sophie Stanbury and Adela King, both of whom she recently reunited with in London.
Caroline also admits she didn’t come across well this season and expresses regret for some of her behavior. “It’s hard for me. Watching it back, I wasn’t my normal light, breezy self because I felt attacked. It seemed like I thought I was better than the other girls simply because I didn’t want to say something I regretted. I tried to take myself out of it as much as I could and away from them and stay away from them.”

Caroline tells Bravo’s Daily Dish that former sister in law, Sophie, also regrets her behavior this year. “I think watching the show back for Sophie was a giant wake-up call. I think when you’re wrapped up in some of that stuff you don’t realize. I think she was in a bad place, and she didn’t really realize exactly what she was doing or how it would be.”
Sophie, who grew close to Julie Montagu early in the season by talking sh*t about Caroline behind her back, eventually apologized for her faux pas and changed her ways. Caroline reflects that “It’s easy to get swept away with a new friend. It’s like a honeymoon period. It’s easy to forget about the old ones. I think everyone was just going through their own issues. With space and time and looking back at it, I think we’d probably do things differently.”
Though it will take time to rebuild what they once had, Caroline says she and Sophie will always be family, and their relationship will survive this minor reality TV detour. Similarly, Caroline points out that her 20-year friendship with Adela will also weather the storm. “We’ll always be fine. We’ve been in each other’s lives for 20-something years. Those relationships you don’t really give up on,” she says.
When it comes to relationships with her castmates, Juliet feels similarly. She still remains friends with Caroline, Sophie, and Caroline Fleming, telling Bravo’s Daily Dish, “Those three girls are the real deal. The others, I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them.”

Juliet prided herself on remaining loyal to bestie Caroline, even when Caroline’s oldest friends abandoned her last season. “You can call me lots of names, you can say I’m terrible things, you can say I’m annoying, that I make you sick, all these things,” defends Juliet. “But you can’t say I’m a bad person. You can’t say that I’m a terrible friend.”
Juliet claims that the Caroline we see on camera doesn’t represent who she really is, and Caroline’s long time friends’ disloyalty brought out the worst in her at a difficult time (Caroline spent this past year preparing to move to Dubai). “Everyone in this group of women likes to call Caroline Stanbury out for all of the terrible things she is this season, they’re forgetting all the great things about her,” says Juliet, who felt pushed to the brink during the group’s farewell dinner together.
“I think it just got a little dark and everyone got a little selfish and righteous in this group of women and forgot about caring for a second and how hard something like a move must have been for Caroline Stanbury,” explains Juliet. “And yes, Caroline Stanbury can be a pain in the butt, but she’s also – and Adela and Sophie would not be able to deny – she’s one of the greatest friends a girl could have.”
Whether Ladies Of London will return for future seasons – with or without the same cast – still remains a giant question mark. With Marissa Hermer’s move to California and Caroline’s to Dubai, viewers are wondering if Bravo will try to make it work by filming during the summers in London? Both ladies have hinted at this happening. In any case, it sounds like some relationships are on the mend since cameras have stopped rolling, which can only be a good thing for all involved. TMZ reports that this will be the 7th – yes, SEVENTH – time Sonja has listed her five-bedroom, seven-bath home, which also boats an elevator, sauna, gym, irrigated terrace, and pre-war architecture. It was originally built in 1899. Unfortunately, Sonja, at one point, had some water damage, and then there is that basement… You can see a tour of Sonja’s house here.

Sonja plans to relocate somewhere else in the Upper East Side. I’m guessing she wants something a little more manageable for a single girl and her several interns. She plans to remain in her townhouse until it sells. RHONY is currently filming, so I assume we’ll be seeing this on the upcoming season.

If you thought that Kandi Burruss was just going to forget all about the fact that she and her sexuality have become the latest topic of conversation among the rest of the Real Housewives of...This has been a rough season of Vanderpump Rules for Katie Maloney – to put it mildly. Based on the footage that has been shown, the viewers have not been feeling Katie this season. She even had her Twitter on private for a while. So I am curious to know what Katie thinks of her portrayal and what she has to say about her issues with Scheana Marie and Ariana Madix.
Katie went from being the person everyone was rooting for on Pump Rules to the cast member who is definitely getting the most heat from the fandom. Katie opened up about a lot of topics, from baby plans with Tom Schwartz and their (lack of) birth control method to those rumors about Jax Taylor‘s dip in the man pond back in the day to the downtown action that allegedly went down between Brittany Cartwright and Kristen Doute.

Even though I feel like Jax was actually right about about being the “number one guy” and (in my opinion the) main cast member on Vanderpump Rules, this season has been very Katie-centered. During an appearance on Heather McDonald‘s Juicy Scoop podcast, Katie was asked if this was the hardest response she’s received from the fans. Katie did not hesitate to respond, “One hundred percent yes.” It has been a tough one – for sure.
Katie admitted, “Those moments were real. It’s not blaming editing because they can only work with what they’re given. When it’s all just kind of condensed down, you lose a lot of the other moments and conversations that happened surrounding it that would maybe better support my side of the story.”
Katie added, “Before I was getting a lot of heat for ‘not having a voice’ or ‘not having an opinion’ and just looking like a doormat or like a follower. Now you’re seeing more of a different side of me: that opinionated, vocal side that has always been there and now people don’t like that. I guess I just can’t win.”

The other criticism that Katie has been getting a lot of this season is that she is a bridezilla when it comes to planning her wedding. Katie said, “I don’t think I’m a bridezilla or tyrant because I was trying to have harmony within the group.”
Katie felt like other people’s drama were taking away from her big moments. “I understand that these petty squabbles are hurtful in the moment or emotionally taxing on you or whatever, but please don’t turn these once in a lifetime events about you and your issues.”
If anything, I would say that other people arguing and looking bad is actually a good thing since it distracts from Katie‘s unflattering moments. Katie added, “If you love me and you love Tom and you’re happy for us and you want to be a part of this day that we’ve asked you to be, just try to be nice to people and suck it up.”
I totally agree that people should not be bringing their issues to events that center around another person, but it seemed like all of the drama could have been handled with more tact. But then again, hindsight is 20/20, especially for me since I am just a viewer.
After discussing all of the Tom and Katie drama that we already saw on the show, Heather asked Katie, “Have you ever made out with someone in six years?”
Katie responded, “According to him, there was a time when I was with him and some of his friends and we were out at this club. I don’t even remember. It was a total blackout night. I think I was frustrated or annoyed. He said there was this guy that looked like Vanilla Ice. In front of him, I made out with him – probably just to piss him off in the moment.”
In regard to Jax‘s former living situation, Heather commented, “He had a past older boyfriend in Miami that we all still wonder about.” Katie didn’t deny the allegations, but she did say, “We may never know. That’s between him, John, and God.” And I, along with the rest of the fandom, continue to be curious about that whole situation.
Another weird soundbite from Katie‘s talk with Heather was when the subject briefly changed to Scheana‘s past with Brandi Glanville‘s ex husband Eddie Cibrian. I always wondered about the timeline of that whole situation since Scheana and Mike Shay got engaged in the earlier Pump Rules era. Katie’s comment on it made the whole thing even more unclear to me. Katie said, “That was before she ever met Shay. That was like ten years ago.” Wait. What?
I thought that Scheana and Shay were high school sweethearts? Were they on and off with a little Eddie Cibrian in between? Was there overlap there? I feel like we will never know, but that is the one question I’ve always had for Scheana. Well – that and something about the color contacts.
Speaking of hookups, I would love to know what Katie thinks of what (or who) went down between Kristen and Brittany. Katie admitted, “It’s hard for me to believe Jax’s stories.” Yeah, but his stories are what have made the plot lines for the past few years on this show.
Heather asked if Katie talked to Kristen about it and Katie said, “Of course I have, but she was like, ‘No. We were just making out.'” Heather then asked, “Do you think she’s gone down on a lot of girls before?” And Katie said, “I don’t know. Maybe.” I mean, Jax did win that poll on Watch What Happens Live. The viewers did believe Jax when it came to whether or not the story was true. Hopefully they clear this one up at the reunion.
Unfortunately for Katie, the wedding and all of its events have provided a lot of drama. She asked every woman in the cast to be a bridesmaid – except for Ariana. “I didn’t ask her to be a bridesmaid because I knew that would be a weird dynamic. Did she really want to be planning and be in a group text with Kristen and Stassi [Schroeder], who she doesn’t like? We hadn’t been close and she even told one of our mutual friends who’s not on the show that she would be relieved if I didn’t ask her.”
In one of the New Orleans episodes, we saw Katie and Tom argue over Ariana and her involvement in the wedding. Katie verified that he ran it by Katie before he invited Ariana to be a groomsman and that she “thought it was a good idea.” Katie said, “I didn’t have a problem with her being a part of the wedding party. If she had to communicate with Kristen and Stassi [as a bridesmaid] that would create unnecessary drama so if she was a groomsman, that would not be an issue.” We all saw how well that role reversal worked out…
Katie admitted, “But then when the things I was scared of happening with the dynamics, happened anyway, I was just like, ‘This is what I’m talking about.'” Then, Katie made the most ridiculous claim, “She’s the one who’s stirring up the drama and not wanting to apologize to Stassi for hurting her feelings.”
Katie tried to justify that with, “At my bridal shower, Ariana was just kind of condescending when she was like ‘I don’t give a f–k about you. I care about Katie.'” when she was talking to Stassi. I don’t see how Ariana telling someone who is blatantly trying to antagonize her that her opinion is irrelevant is so horrible. All Ariana seemed to be doing was stating the obvious: She and Stassi are not friends and the only thing bringing them together is the fact that they have mutual friends.
Katie defended Stassi. “Stassi was saying things to Ariana- I’m not going to say that provoked Ariana- but she was just trying to have a simple conversation. For Ariana to just throw that out there was a little rude. You might not like the things that she’s saying to you, but you don’t have to be rude.”
It seemed like Ariana was just trying to shut down the conversation. But I guess Stassi is the only one who’s allowed to be rude at Katie‘s wedding events.
Unfortunately for Katie, none of her pre-wedding events went according to plan. Katie shed some light on that awkward fight between Katie and Scheana at the spa day: “The whole summer she had been like, ‘I feel like you don’t want to ask me to do bridesmaid stuff. It’s always Kristen and Stassi,’ and that’s because they take the initiative.”
Katie shared, “I figured Scheana had just recently been married. She knows how this stuff works. I figured that she would take some initiative.” Right. I feel like she of all people would have been able to take charge. Katie added, “But it just seemed like when I wasn’t reaching out, kissing ass, and telling her how much I wanted her to do these things, she just started getting a bit of a chip on her shoulder.”
It seems like Scheana has some PTSD from Season 1 when it comes to being around Katie, Kristen, and Stassi again. She’s always waiting for the other shoe to drop with them.
Speaking of Katie and Tom‘s wedding, the planning, and all of the associated events, I cannot help wondering where the budget came from for all of that. That’s why I’m so happy that Heather asked if production helped with the wedding expenses. Katie said, “No.” And I just want to know how she and Tom spent thousands of dollars on flowers. Maybe fairy godmother Lisa Vanderpump made a contribution? I would not be shocked. It’s clear that Lisa has a soft spot for Katie and Tom.

When asked about LaLa Kent and her mystery boyfriend handing out non-disclosure agreements to Ariana and Tom Sandoval, among others, Katie remarked, “Tom and Ariana have been asked about it multiple times and they’ve denied it. But just the way when people ask about it, it’s almost like a visceral reaction.” This is another topic that I want to be addressed at the reunion (if legally possible) if LaLa actually shows up.
Now that Katie and Tom are married, people are already asking if they plan on having kids. Katie admitted, “We definitely want children, but it’s just not the right time right now. I need to just not be waiting tables if I’m going to be pregnant.” Fair enough. They just got married. Heather asked Katie if she was on the pill and when Katie quickly answered no Heather asked, “Just pulling out?” Katie answered, “Yeah. Condom or that.”
On that note, I cannot wait to see how the rest of the season shakes out and what they rehash at the reunion. Unfortunately for her, I have a feeling Katie will continue to be in the line of fire, especially when Andy Cohen starts reading those questions from the viewers.

Lisa Vanderpump seemed pretty excited to watch Lisa Rinna back herself into a corner this week on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and she fully admits in her new blog that the vindication is sweet.
Lisa shares about the situation between Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna, “A confrontation was obviously needed. The bubble was about to burst, and the simmering pot was about to boil over. It had just been a matter of time. What is sometimes difficult to remember as you, the viewer, follow the trail of these complicated scenarios is the fact that you have much more information than we do at the time.”

Lisa says she knew even though Rinna was denying having said terrible things about Kim and Kyle that she was lying her face off. How did LVP know? The past behavior of Lisa R.
Lisa asserts, “I obviously had little knowledge of Eden‘s character. How reliable was she, as she reiterated her conversations with LR to me? You have witnessed LR stating her opinion regarding the Kim ‘close to dying’ and also the enabling comment, but I was slowly watching the layers of this unfold, wondering if when confronted LR would cop to the fact and admit it. She had so much conviction as she denied all the assertions it was almost convincing, but I drew my knowledge from past experience. A past experience that still resonated, that was pretty traumatic, as I battled all of them last year.”
LVP was irked at Eileen Davidson for ignoring the real issue, “We didn’t see the tears outside, but it was disappointing once again now to see Eileen try to deflect from the crux of the matter and point a finger at me. I understand the need to defend a friend, but sometimes real friendship is guiding them in the right direction.”

She adds, “I hadn’t interrogated Eden. I had actually pretty straightforwardly warned her to stop inserting herself in others’ business, but she felt it necessary to include me.”
Lisa doesn’t hide her glee over watching Rinna squirm. “Was there some sort of feeling of vindication? Hell yes. How could there not be as Rinna vociferously denied her statements that she carelessly made just a few weeks ago about a precarious subject, including Kim’s sobriety that she worked so hard for?”
She marvels over Lisa Rinna‘s selective memory, “It was difficult last year as she claimed to have an accurate recall of a sentence which had transpired months before she brought it up, a sentence where we argued over three words as it changed the meaning and intention, but now she has no recollection of stating publicly such ludicrous claims. Selectively convenient one might say.”

Lisa admits that she was thrilled to be leaving Mexico to head to Washington and focus on more important matters, “To me, that is what life is all about, having the courage of your convictions, standing up for what we believe in and having truth in your heart. When you are secure in the fact that your intention is well intended, you don’t need to have a good memory. You can rely on your objective.”
She continues, “When you speak the truth, you are not challenged by questioning yourself as your intent will see you through. And that is what is happening here. LR still has residual feelings against Kim, and that motivated her to speak to Eden. If she relied on her truth, she would remember those statements she made.”
LVP promises, “Eventually—you might have to show great patience—the truth will emerge. So do keep watching, and we will get there eventually.”
