Deal or No Deal Island Episode 11 Recap: Finale Part 1

Photo Credit: Monty Brinton/NBC via Getty Images

Welcome back! Let’s get right into the Deal or No Deal Island Episode 11 recap. Last time, Amy selected Aron to play against the Banker. Aron made a bad deal and was eliminated. This week’s episode, “Are You Tenacious?” features the most difficult challenge for the players thus far. Here’s everything you need to know about Deal or No Deal Island Episode 11!

Dealing with Aron’s elimination

At camp after Aron’s elimination, Stephanie didn’t feel bad about Aron. Instead, she was elated that she was in the final four. If she wins, she wants to open a birth center in Alabama.

Amy was also hoping to be the last one standing. Winning that money would make a huge difference in her family’s life. But Rob sat by himself, feeling sad about Aron’s departure. Rob wants “retribution,” and he won’t be satisfied until he wins.

Some surprises from the Banker

The next morning, the group was surprised by a lavish breakfast spread, including eggs benedict, lobster, cheeses, and fruit. And, as they ate, they spent some quality bonding time. No fighting or sarcastic comments.

The group discussed their motivations. Rob explained that he wanted to see if he could still play the game. He added that he tells his four daughters that they can do anything they want if they try. He wants to be an example for them.

Jordan’s motivation for joining the show is to start a family. The options that are available for her, like IVF or adoption, are extremely expensive.

Suddenly, they heard a helicopter. Ben was sitting inside, and he tossed a case into the ocean below. Rob swam out to retrieve it.

Inside the case was a message. “Congratulations on reaching the final four. It’s an accomplishment worth celebrating. But brace yourselves, because my ultimate test awaits.” It was signed, “The Banker.” Yikes! The Banker loves to spoil a relaxing moment.

The case started a conversation about the Banker’s identity. Could it be Kamari or Ben? The group shot down that theory. Or maybe Joe? There were so many questions about what could happen next.

Meanwhile, the Banker’s helicopter touched down, as Joe and Kamari waited. As the Banker approached, with his face hidden from the camera, Joe announced that tonight the Banker would meet his opponent. I have a theory about who the Banker is, but I’ll keep it to myself for now.

The best-laid plans

Photo Credit: Monty Brinton/NBC via Getty Images

Jordan, Amy, and Stephanie were the last three women, and Night Owls, standing. They all agreed that Rob is experienced at games like this and needs to go home.

When Amy left for a moment, Stephanie asked Jordan if she had considered who she would bring to the final two. Stephanie asked Jordan to pick her if she had the opportunity. Although Jordan agrees, she still doesn’t trust Stephanie. Still, she would rather compete against Stephanie in the final two than Amy.

Instead of going to her tent, Amy made a deal with Rob. She swore on her necklace, which represents her family. Amy pledged to take Rob to the end if she had a choice. “It’s about time. From the beginning I’ve been trying,” Rob said. Amy planned to take Rob to the final two and then beat him.

A creepy challenge

The next excursion will test the competitors’ determination. There are unmarked cases inside a giant maze that looks incredibly creepy. There are two locations in the maze where the cases are hidden. One area has high-value cases, while the other has low-value cases. Of course, the cases with the highest values are more difficult to reach. And that means that a contestant could be at risk of exiting the maze last.

The competitors must earn a map by answering one question. The answer is a two-digit number, and the guests will use tiles to answer the question. When their answer is correct, the map will pop out.

Inside the maze, the players must swap their maps for keys to unlock the cases. Next, the contestants will find their way back to the cases by memory. And the Banker has just ratcheted up the tension. The last player to return from the maze will be eliminated, as will the guest with the lowest value case.

One player breaks the rules

Then Joe hits the players with the question. “How many total retrieved cases have been put on the board at the Banker’s Temple?” Rob was counting to himself, while Jordan was drawing in the sand.

The answer was 75, and Amy scored her map. Inside the maze, she was targeting a low-value case. Amy wasn’t a fast runner and wanted to get back as soon as possible.

Then, Rob moved over and looked at Amy’s podium for the answer. Joe halted the competition immediately. Rob thought it was fine to look at another contestant’s table, but Joe told him it was not. That was one of the rules that Joe gave at the start of the excursion. What are you doing, Rob?

Now Rob will enter the maze last with a time penalty. Wow. I thought he would be eliminated. Rob told Stephanie and Jordan that he thought it was allowed. It was acceptable in Survivor. So, Rob has only himself to blame. He reluctantly accepted his punishment.

Who heads into the maze next?

Jordan and Stephanie resume the number challenge, while Amy decided that she now has time to get a high-value case. Stephanie solved the puzzle next. Rob’s time penalty of three minutes will begin when Jordan enters the maze.

The Banker, in his quest to make this task even more fun, has left groups of hurdles and a spiderweb of ropes to crawl through. Good times!

Stephanie reached the high-value cases, but she had no key. She headed back over the 10 hurdles. Poor Amy was exhausted by that rope maze. Finally, Jordan got her map, and she ran into the maze. She ran passed Stephanie, and now Stephanie was following Jordan.

Amy finally reached Ben and Kamari. She has the keys, but now where are the cases?

The maze continues to confuse the players

This maze looks extremely difficult and confusing. Amy passed Stephanie and Jordan on her way back. She directed them to a dead-end. Wow.

Finally, Rob headed into the maze. Stephanie and Jordan both reached Kamari and Ben and obtained their keys. Rob ran passed the other players on their way back. Stephanie lost Jordan, so she has no idea where she is without her map.

Rob reached Ben and Kamari, sampled some iced tea, and turned in his map. He is cruising through the maze. Jordan was the first to reach the highest cases. She picked the fourth case because it reminded her of her husband and her two dogs. Right now they are a family of four.

Now it’s Rob’s turn to be lost without the map. His situation looks bleak. Stephanie and Amy were headed to the high-value cases. Stephanie chose case number two. Then Amy, who is struggling, selected case number three because she has three kids.

Who is the last to leave the maze?

Jordan was the first one back. Rob passed Amy coming back from the cases. She told him that there were only three cases and that none were left. So sneaky, Amy! He didn’t believe her and told her that she was lying.

Then Stephanie was the second guest to escape the maze and lock in her case. Meanwhile, Rob grabbed the final high-value case and it was a race between him and Amy to exit the maze.

Right before the episode ends, someone is nearing the exit. But who? Then the words that we all dread. TO BE CONTINUED!

Deal or No Deal Island continues on Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.

EXCLUSIVE: OMG Fashun Episode 2, Winner’s Walk Interview With Padina Bondar-Gibbs

On E!’s OMG Fashun Episode 1, we saw Elizabeth Shevelev taking home the win. Directly after, Episode 2, called “Plastics,” aired, and in this, we met Padina Bondar-Gibbs, our second winning Disruptor. Upcycling’s her norm, so Padina’s win tracks. In fact, most of her creations have hailed from the various dumpsters around New York City, which I love.

Over on her socials, Padina often shares about her upcoming workshops and exhibits. Here, upcycling is her dominant message, and her reels are also super fun to watch. In these, she easily weaves together everything from second-hand clothing to plastics, forging something new and beautiful out of these items that were once considered cast-offs.

Now, she’s officially Episode 2’s winner. Following her big win, Padina had a quick chat with Reality Tea’s writer Amy DeVore. As a result, perhaps we can all learn a bit more about who Padina is. At the same time, maybe she can also help us all to change our mindsets on waste.

The most fitting casting

Padina Bondar-Gibbs, OMG Fashun 102

Amy DeVore: You’re a perfect fit for this. Did they find you, or did you self-submit?

Padina Bondar-Gibbs: I very rarely submit, so I got an application and didn’t think anything of it. But then, it just so happened that it was actually a match made in heaven.

Amy: Right?! And the best part is that you got assigned to plastics.

Padina: Exactly. That’s what I’m most passionate about, so it was like everything just fit.

Padina’s first impressions

Julia Fox, Law Roach, Pretty Vee, OMG Fashun 102

Amy: Okay, so you’ve just worked with Julia Fox, Law Roach, and Pretty Vee. Starting with Julia, what was it like working with the brainchild of this series?

Padina: She’s such an icon. But she’s also really making a statement, which I absolutely adore. On top of that, she’s also using her influence to advocate for sustainability and to help promote small designers and also new brands. And that’s not something that you see very often. So, I really, really respect her.

Amy: Next, tell me about Law.

Padina: He’s always been an icon in my world. It was such an amazing reveal to know that he’d be there as well. And his feedback was very, very precious to me.

Amy: Did he have one particularly good word of advice?

Padina: Absolutely. Styling isn’t my strongest suit. I made a bracelet, and he said, “Well, that looks like a scrunchy.” And I’m like, You know what? Yeah, you’re right. That’s definitely something that I need to consider, how people can see things that I maybe see differently.

Amy: So good. Finally, tell me about Pretty Vee.

Padina: She was so lovely as well. They all made the environment welcoming and warm. They all have an amazing energy, so being a part of that was like, okay, you guys are actually calming me down. This is not intimidating.

OMG Fashun’s “trendsetting” impacts

Padina Bondar-Gibbs, OMG Fashun 102

Amy: What are your thoughts as a whole on OMG Fashun?

Padina: I think it’s going to be a trendsetting series, and I really think that this is going to be the first of many that are moving in this direction. I think that this is what the younger generation wants. They don’t just want a piece of clothing. They want passion, and they also want sustainability and ethics. This is definitely a good start.

Amy: Agreed. I also think that the world’s changing. Yet, you’re ahead of this trend, because you’ve been at this for a while. Speaking of you, what did you think about your title as a Disruptor?

Padina: Oh, it’s perfect, because like we said, the world’s changing. There’s just nothing new. So if you actually want to create something unique, you have to be a Disruptor.

Tampons, eh?

Materials basket from OMG Fashun 102

Amy: When you heard that plastic was your material, what was your immediate reaction?

Padina: I’m winning this. Well, either I’m going to win, or I’m going to meet my next business partner. Those were my two main trains of thought.

Amy: Remind us all what were you given to upcycle.

Padina: We have access to a room full of different materials, including scrap fabrics, and second-hand items. But then, we’re also given a box with five items, specifically straws, tampons, and bubble wrap. I’ve actually used tampons before in my structural work because it’s stiff enough to hold everything in place. But I did have to ask if they were used or new.

Amy: You never know. It is reality television. Consequently, anything can happen here.

Padina: Exactly.

Padina’s bubble wrap blunder

Padina Bondar-Gibbs, OMG Fashun 102

Amy: Did you face any obstacles?

Padina: Yes, I get very carried away when I work. Somehow, I completely missed the bubble wrap. I realized within five minutes of the show’s ending, and then the only bubble wrap that we had was this ugly green color. But it all worked out. In the end, I made a leaf.

A win and three words

Amy: Do you have any plans for your $10,000 check?

Padina: Yes, because I live In New York City, so it’ll help me to focus on my own work, instead of taking on commission work, or even trying to work for other designers.

Amy: Good! Now just for kicks, what are three words that best sum up OMG Fashun?

Padina: I would say adventurous, thrilling, and inspiring.

Padina’s parting thoughts

OMG Fashun 102

Amy: Before we wrap, do you have anything else that you’d like to stress?

Padina: If Julia Fox can wear garbage and rock it and own it, then we can all do better in how we consume fast fashion. This is proof that you can absolutely be the most beautiful, glamorous person, without having to buy more things. Think twice before throwing anything out, because everything has potential.

EXCLUSIVE: OMG Fashun Episode 1, Winner’s Walk Interview With Elizabeth Shevelev

Elizabeth Shevelev, OMG Fashun

E! and Scout Productions have officially joined forces, entering into the world of design via OMG Fashun. In Episode 1, called “It’s Giving Mother (Nature),” we meet Elizabeth Shevelev, Julia Fox’s first winning Disruptor. Celebrities like Kylie Jenner and Megan Fox are wearing her designs. In addition, her creations have also graced the stages of New York Fashion Week.

Multiple outlets have also taken notice, stating that Elizabeth’s the one to watch. Behind the Pines Magazine listed Elizabeth as one of the designers “set to define 2024.” Likewise, Vogue Netherlands also gave Elizabeth a nod as a celebrity cult favorite.

Over on her Instagram account, Elizabeth’s humble responses to each of these nods are a joy to read. She appreciates these shout-outs, which is truly endearing.

Now, she’s showcasing her incredible talents on E!. After being judged by Julia and Law Roach, the former of which also filmed with Scout Productions on Queer Eye, Elizabeth took home the win. Further winning, Elizabeth’s just joined Reality Tea’s writer Amy DeVore, where she dished about all things OMG Fashun.

Elizabeth’s first impressions

OMG Fashun 101

Amy DeVore: Congratulations. You’re the first winner on OMG Fashion.

Elizabeth Shevelev: Thank you so much. It’s such an honor.

Amy: You worked with some very big names. Let’s start first with Julia. What were your first impressions of this queen?

Elizabeth: She’s exactly what you think she would be. She’s stunning and ethereal, but also so kind. Like, how she speaks to you is just so wonderful.

Amy: I love that. What about Law?

Elizabeth: I’m a huge Law fan. So I was so excited to meet him. He said some really lovely things to me.

Amy: And Phaedra Parks?

Elizabeth: Oh, I love Phaedra. She’s hysterical. Like Phaedra is my all-time favorite [on] Real Housewives. So meeting her was also insane.

“It’s Giving Mother (Nature)”

Amy: Your episode’s title was “It’s Giving Mother (Nature)”. When you first heard this, what were your thoughts?

Elizabeth: I was just like, of course, because I’m the flower girl. A lot of my pieces are floral, so I was ready, and I was ready to challenge myself.

Why OMG Fashun’s needed

OMG Fashun 101

Amy: This show is so different than all of the other fashion series. What’s your main takeaway on how it deviates from the norm?

Elizabeth: I think the fashion climate is changing, and I think the future of fashion is so malleable right now. Julia is a really special person to be leading this trend because she is kind of a pioneer of young emerging designers, bringing them into the light, and also telling them you don’t need to make a couture $20,000 beaded gown. You can make something really special out of really limited materials. It’s teaching about upcycling and making it cool and fun. It’s definitely really important, and I see this show as carving a path for that.

Amy: Totally. Even your titles are different. Here, you’re not a designer. You’re a Disruptor. Did that change your mindset at all?

Elizabeth: No, because I’ve always been a Disruptor. I don’t see myself as a traditional fashion designer at all. I see myself more like an artist. The word Disruptor really rang with my core, because I’ve always felt a bit like a rebel. And this is a very rebellious show.

Blood and bones

OMG Fashun 101

Amy: Let’s talk about what you were given to upcycle.

Elizabeth: I had really crazy things. I had a fox nest, and I had insects and bones, which I used for boning in the skirt. We all had to use dried mushrooms, and I made a dye. What else? Hair! I made jewelry out of the hair. I braided it and then spray-painted it gold. And then we had to use dried and fresh flowers. I made a bustier. Oh, and then at the end, we also used blood. It was fabulous. The whole theme, it’s ritualistic.

Law Roach didn’t hold back

OMG Fashun 101

Amy: Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently?

Elizabeth: I think I would have like shown a little bit more personality on it. I was so nervous when we first started, but that’s honestly my only regret. Not just cracking jokes and just being more bubbly. I also kind of wish I wore something different now, I guess.

Amy: Why? Were you dressed conservatively?

Elizabeth: Oh no, I wore I wore my favorite jumpsuit that I wear when I work on set. Like, when I style or work in my studio. It has pockets, And you can take off the sleeves and turn it into pants.

Amy: I love a good pocket.

Elizabeth: Law hated my outfit.

And I Oop.

Vive la France

OMG FASHUN 101

Amy: Do you have any big plans for your winnings?

Elizabeth: I would like to move to France. So hopefully soon, I can use the winnings to get a Visa, or honestly, just, I’m running a business. So I can also just use it for things like shows and stuff like that. I’m so grateful. It means so much.

Elizabeth’s final words

OMG Fashun 101

Amy: Before we sign off, is there anything else you want to say to the fans of OMG Fashun?

Elizabeth: You can overcome any obstacle, and you can look fabulous doing it. You can make anything fabulous. I also think you should stay full of hope, and you should stay humble. If you really want to do something, you should just do it. And if you want to be in fashion, even though it’s really hard, just go for it, and give it your all.

This interview was edited for conciseness and clarity.

Below Deck Season 11, Episode 14 Recap: A New Year’s Kiss

Photo Credit: Todd Williamson/Bravo via Getty Images

Welcome back to Below Deck Season 11, Episode 14. In this week’s episode, titled “Disappointing Daddy,” Barbie decides she likes Kyle and is all in, despite how her father may feel. Fraser has issues with the new chef while also having a crush on a charter guest. After a night out drinking, Sunny is convinced that Ben likes her again and agrees to sleep with him, even though he broke up with her the day before. Here are some of the highlights from Below Deck Season 11, Episode 14.

Lovers reconcile

In the last episode, Ben broke up with Sunny. The next morning, he says, “Good morning.” She won’t even look at him. This is going to make for a tough work environment.

“I definitely feel a little bit more awkward working [together],” Sunny interviews. “I’m trying to pretend like everything’s fine. It’s a little difficult, I gotta say.”

Meanwhile, in the laundry, Kyle checks in on Barbie. “All right?” he asks, rubbing her back.

“Not really,” she answers.

In an interview, she adds, “I’m from Argentina. It’s more of a conservative world. My family, they’re all very modest, and [sleeping with Kyle] is not a modest thing to do. I’m close to my family … I respect my father. My father’s opinion matters — highly … But I’m an adult, and I like [Kyle], and he likes me. There’s nothing bad about what I’m doing with Kyle. He’s a good guy.” I just hope she can let go of the guilt and live her life.

Kyle tells Ben he talked to Barbie, and everything’s okay. Ben says, “I just [told her] you’ve got to talk to Kyle. She can’t be making this dude feel like sh*t when he’s been nothing less than a f*cking gentleman.” So Ben’s taking all the credit for Kyle and Barbie talking again? What an ego.

“I like Barbie a lot,” Kyle interviews. “I just don’t really know where I stand at the moment … You’re a woman grown, right? So why not make a go at it? Maybe worth a bit more than what her f*ckin’ dad thinks about it, you know?”

It’s Barbie’s life

Barbie calls home on her break and talks to her sister. “Try not to be a massive bitch about what I’m about to tell you,” Barbie says. “I have this guy, his name’s Kyle. He’s pretty much been my rock throughout the whole thing … Me and him have become a thing.”

“What is a thing?” her sister asks. “You know Dad has standards with that kind of stuff. Like, we can’t just … you know what I mean?”

Barbie admits that it’s been hard for her, “knowing I’m letting Dad down.”

“Well, you should have thought of that before,” her sister says. “[But] it is what it is, right?”

“Yeah, I’m gonna disappoint Dad,” Barbie says. “But at least I’m being myself. And being myself is I like this guy … He’s really, really nice to me.”

“At the end of it, the person that’s gotta live with your decisions is you,” her sis concludes.

Okay, good talk. I’m glad to hear that Barbie understands that she still loves and respects her dad, but it’s her life. She’s the one who’s got to live it.

Fraser’s got a crush

Charter guest Steven has a little crush on Fraser, and it’s obviously mutual. Everyone’s teasing him about proposing to Fraser at midnight (it’s fake New Year’s!).

“Are you gonna get down on one knee?” Barbie asks from the bar. “Cause I would love this love story — or at least a New Year’s kiss.”

“Steven, what do you look like down on your knees?” one of the female guests asks innocently.

Fraser, who just came in a moment earlier, laughs, “Yeah, what do you look like down on your knees, Steven?” Naughty boy!

“That escalated quickly,” Steven says.

Meanwhile, in the crew mess, Barbie’s teasing Fraser about brushing his teeth before midnight so he can give Steven a New Year’s kiss. As he sends her off to decorate for the party, she says, “And you have to hook up with somebody at twelve.”

“Barbie, please don’t do this,” Fraser says. “I will try to fire you again,” which makes her laugh.

Fraser knocks on Captain Kerry’s office door. “How are you, Cap? There are malicious rumors about a guest who would like to have a New Year’s Eve kiss with one of the crew. What are your thoughts on that?”

“The crew shouldn’t have to do any of that,” Captain says. “To me, that’s sexual harassment.”

“And if the crew member was really actually keen?” Fraser responds. “Then it’s fine?”

“So, if it’s a New Year’s kiss and that’s it, yeah,” he agrees.

“Thanks, Cap,” Fraser says happily.

“I have been single now for about five years,” Fraser interviews. “I think I’ve lost my game, and by, ‘I think,’ I mean I’m pretty certain of it. The fact that I can’t even be seen by this guy without feeling exposed means that I’ve lost it,” he giggles.

Tough time with the new chef

Chef Nick Tatlock smiling in a confessional interview on Below Deck Season 11

Chef Nick’s food is good, but Fraser isn’t happy with his presentation. He urged Paris to suggest a little garnish on the plate to show off the food, but he’s being stubborn. He claims the primary doesn’t want any oil, so he can’t use even a few drops of olive oil.

“I am quite shocked,” Fraser interviews. “The presentation is horrific, [but the guests] aren’t complaining about it. I think the experience of getting onto a superyacht is so overwhelming and so magical that maybe these things can be [overlooked]. But you know what, I love the “or not” because if you were [complaining], I’d be worse off. So, thank you.”

In the kitchen, just as the captain walks by, Paris asks the chef, “Have you got garnish, ’cause your plates have been lacking garnish?” Kerry raises an eyebrow ’cause he heard that.

“Yeah, it does need garnish,” he agrees. But he doesn’t appreciate being critiqued by a stew.

“Twenty-two years of being a chef,” he interviews. “How old is she? She was still sh*tting the bed when I was f*cking [already] a chef. If there’s anything wrong with the food, it falls on me anyway. So, my last say is the law. Get back to cleaning some sinks and maybe scrub a toilet.” Yikes. So sensitive!

Fraser gets his New Year’s kiss

Finally, midnight approaches. Fraser calls the crew to the aft deck for the countdown. He passes out sparklers to the guests, and they count down. “Five, four, three, two, one. Happy New Year!” Where’s Guy Lombardo when you need him?

Fraser tells Paris, “I’m gonna give my husband a kiss.” He walks over and gives Steven his New Year’s kiss. Everybody cheers!

“I was actually hoping for a bit more!” he tells Barbie afterward.

But later in his cabin, Fraser gets a text from Steven, “Really sleeping in your room or is that a hard no?”

Sadly, Fraser texts back, “Very unfortunately, it is a fireable offense, sir.”

“Yeah, I had a feeling,” Steven responds.

“However, it would have been a great start to a New Year,” Fraser replies. “Nitey night, handsome. Sleep well.”

The next morning, Xandi’s cleaning up and finds Steven’s discarded shirt from the night before. She picks it up, and Fraser says, “Babe, that’s a guest’s shirt. You can’t just take it.”

When she sniffs it, Fraser grabs it and says, “Stop smelling my man, you bitch!” She giggles.

Next, we see Fraser wearing Steven’s shirt over his St. David polo, rolling up the sleeves as he narrates, “At the stroke of midnight, two young, gorgeous boys held each other for an embrace.”

“Oh, my God, he’s here,” he tells Xandi. Fraser strikes a pose and then says, “Good morning! Just got my boyfriend’s shirt on. I’m sorry, that’s yours, isn’t it? How did you sleep? Can I get you anything?”

Fraser scurries off to make a mimosa for his “husband-to-be.”

The battle of the garnishes

Fraser’s still trying to get Nick to put garnish on the plates. “Maybe just some parsley or cherry tomatoes cut in half?”

“So tacky, mate,” Nick insists stubbornly.

“Shut up about f*cking garnishes, honestly,” he says in a confessional. “I mean, you’ve got these guys, and they’re influencers. I guess they got Yelp.” Dumbsh*t, Yelp is for the general public to rate businesses, not influencers. Stay in your lane.

When Fraser places his breakfast orders, he asks for a crepe with chocolate filling.

“If I was on a superyacht,” Nick says, “and I would ask for crepes, I’d have my crepes how I want it … I’d do a ramekin of chocolate, a ramekin of maple syrup … ”

“I think if we’re doing it special for her, we should do chocolate,” Fraser says as the captain walks by a couple of times, listening to their conversation.

“I think it’s a better idea, mate, sorry,” Chef says. He’s stubborn about doing things his way.

“She said ‘yes’ to chocolate,” Fraser reminds him.

“Oh, she said yes to chocolate,” Nick replies. “Then that’s fine, mate.”

“Not in a good place with the chef,” Fraser says in a confessional. “He doesn’t want to take any advice, he doesn’t listen … I hate it.”

“I’m not going to talk about him anymore,” he tells Xandi, “but, like, what the f*ck.”

In the kitchen, Chef Nick feels the tension. “F*ck my life,” he says.

Fraser on the carpet

After the guests leave, Kerry calls Fraser to the bridge. “I just want to catch up with you, man,” he says. “It’s a whole new environment with Nick.”

“I’m just very underwhelmed with [his] food,” Fraser says. “There is zero presentation.’”

“It feels to me,” Kerry says, “like you don’t want to be as helpful as you were with Anthony.” He’s so wrong about this. Nick doesn’t anyone’s input.

“[He] doesn’t want to communicate with me,” Fraser interviews. “[He’s] not allowing me to work with him … I don’t know what to do. Chef’s the problem, not me.” He needs to ask the captain to talk to Paris. She feels the same way.

“He’s not friendly,” Fraser says. “Everything’s approached with, ‘Nope, we do it my way or no way.’”

“It’s gonna take him a moment,” Kerry adds. “We need to support him through it … I agree with you. The food is not presented as well. But these guests were happy with it, all right? So, this next charter, see if you can do better.”

“I’m very grateful for your guidance,” Fraser concludes. “Thank you.”

Crew night out

At the crew night out, Fraser gets a message from Steven asking if they can get together. “Should I not do it?” he asks Paris.

“No, you should do it,” she says. “We’re going to a club.”

Ben comes over and puts his arms around Sunny. “Dude, that’s so f*cking confusing,” she interviews. “What are you doing? What does this mean?” It means he’s horny, girl.

When Steven shows up at the club, Fraser tells him, “I’m literally obsessed with you.” Oh, my. Fortunately, Steven feels the same, and they start making out. Get a room!

“I don’t know what the future is between Steven and I,” Fraser interviews. “It’s the first time I’ve had a crush on someone in a long time [that] they’ve actually felt similarly towards me … It’s quite exciting.”

Meanwhile, Barbie and Kyle seem more comfortable together and are openly making out. “I’m not gonna hold back with Kyle tonight,” she says. “The public affection is new for me. But I’m trying to be more open. Feels good.”

Back at the boat, Ben grabs Sunny and kisses her. “Sharing a bed with me?” he asks. He only wants to get laid, Sunny. Don’t fall for it.

“Mm-hmmm, sure,” she says. I give up.

“Tonight, Ben and I were flirting back and forth,” she interviews. “There was fire, there’s chemistry. So, why not?” Because he’s a loser who dumped you for Camille. Have some pride.

But Barbie’s on board with Sunny sleeping with Ben tonight since she wants to have her own sleepover with Kyle. “Okay!” Barbie says.

Below Deck, Season 11 continues Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.

Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard Season 2, Episode 7 Recap: F*ck Your Flamingo

Welcome back to the island, my fellow Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard lovers, for Season 2, Episode 7. Last week’s episode saw the arrival of Bria and Amir’s romantic partners, the return of last year’s most hated, Phil Brooks and Mariah Torres, and Summer’s explosive blow-up on Bria and Noelle. This week’s showing, titled Flamingo On The Bluffs, features a much-needed conversation between some of the girls, more misunderstandings between lovers, and a fight that gets nasty. Here’s everything that went down in SHMV Season 2, Episode 7.

Summer and Noelle will never be the same…

Summer has caused most of the drama in the Martha’s Vineyard shared house this season. First, she exposed her secret sexual relationship with Alex to the rest of the table by saying that he’s “been inside me.” Then, she got into it with her bestie, Jordan. And the last episode showed her blowing up on Bria after taking her comments the wrong way. “This is why your man doesn’t f*ck with you, you dumb bitch,” Summer told her.

Episode 7 picked up where we left off. As Noelle was attempting to settle Summer down, Summer shoved her, telling her to get off of her. Being the good friend that she is, Noelle followed her and tried to get to the bottom of the issue. After talking for a little while, Noelle revealed she was going through a lot and that things were reaching a boiling point.

The next day, Summer discussed her behavior in the “Truth Booth,” saying she felt “regretful” for how she treated the people she loved. She continued, saying the stress has caused her to not deal with the pressing issues.

Later in the episode, Summer and Noelle finally spoke, and it was an emotional conversation. Although Summer admitted to being in the wrong and said that Bria’s comments caused her to lash out, her actions had nothing to do with Noelle.

Noelle told Summer that when she drinks, she comes off as a “spicy, mean drunk,” which concerns her. She said that Summer pushing her and making rude comments made her feel “discarded,” but she’s willing to forgive her and move forward. However, Noelle noted things would “never be the same.”

Bria and Nick aren’t seeing eye-to-eye…

This week’s episode finally centered around Nick and his event. If you know anything about the 37-year-old, you know he’s very Type-A and likes everything to be in order.

For his night, he wanted to give his roommates chores to complete to get the house ready for the evening. Nick planned to talk to his co-stars during a scheduled house meeting, but Bria wasn’t feeling that at all. She told Nick she didn’t need to sit around for a meeting to find out what he wanted her to do. “Just tell me what you need to me to do so that I can do that one job,” she said.

Nick, clearly thrown off guard, assigned Bria bathroom duty, asking her to clean the mirrors with Windex, ensure fresh hand towels were available, and stock the bathrooms with toilet paper.

Upstairs, Bria and Shanice complained to each other about Nick’s requests. After consulting with each other, they decided that if Nick wanted tidy bathrooms, he should’ve hired a maid. Whew. Okay, Bria. Maybe Preston was right — you’re kind of giving brat-like behavior.

Natalie and Amir bump heads over a misunderstanding…

Now that Natalie is in the house, we’re seeing more of her relationship with Amir. The first few episodes of the season have shown a little bit—specifically, them fighting over petty misunderstandings. And this episode was no different. Except this time, they’re fighting over Natalie’s insecurities about Jordan.

Since so many people were in their house, Amir mistook another woman for Jordan. When she walked past, he said, “Is that Jordan?” with a hint of curiosity in his voice. From Natalie’s perspective, she took it as him drooling over another woman. For the record — he wasn’t. But, again, Natalie is insecure about and around Jordan, which isn’t Amir or Jordan’s issue to work through.

Like we’ve seen many times before, Amir asked what was wrong, and Natalie said, “Nothing,” leaving Amir to try to read her mind. Eventually, she said his comment, “Is that Jordan?” rubbed her the wrong way. Girl, get f*cking real, or get out of this house, please.

Amir was also confused, asking why his comment bothered her. “I was just taken back because it looked like her,” he said. “These girls have like six different wigs.” When does Natalie leave the house again? We miss the old Amir.

Nick opens up about the challenges he’s going through…

In case you didn’t know, Nick is an avid runner. He’s competed in marathons across the world, including Tokyo and New York City.

During his event, he gave a toast and told his guests that he had run a race on the Vineyard earlier in the day and finished in fifth place. As he continued sharing, he became emotional, telling everybody that his placement was significant to him because his fraternity brother, who was number five on their line, had passed away earlier that year.

He shared more about Greek life on HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) campuses, explaining that the culture and relationships they build with their counterparts are so rich it’s something that can’t be duplicated.

Nick fought back tears in his confessional, telling producers that his friend, Biv, had “so much more to give to the world.”

“And I miss him,” he said.

Bria loses her cool on Simon in front of her roommates…

As the party continued, drinks began flowing, and you know what that means … DRAMA. In case you forgot, Bria’s boyfriend, Simon, is in town. If you saw Season 1, you already know Simon LOVES to party.

During this party, he wanted to have fun in an inflatable flamingo costume. As soon as Bria saw him in it, she lost her cool. “You’re being trash as f*ck,” she told him. “It’s being disrespectful.”

She continued asking him to put the costume away, and Simon wasn’t interested in listening. “I’m going to break up with you if you don’t f*cking cut the sh*t,” she said.

Later, Bria grabbed Simon’s flamingo by the neck with such force that it startled Shanice, Alex, and Preston. “I swear to f*cking God, I’m not playing with your dumbass,” Bria said. “Why do you swear to f*cking God?” Simon asked. “Stop that sh*t.”

“I kindly asked you,” Bria said before Simon cut her off, saying, “I kindly asked you to don’t give a sh*t.”

Bria went off on poor Simon upstairs. “You’re bugging,” she said. “I’m just having a good time,” he replied.

In her confessional, Bria told producers that because Nick dedicated the night to his line brother who passed, she wanted to ensure nothing took away from the moment. “I feel like it’s the tipping point of bigger issues that we’re dealing with. Listening and respecting my friends and my feelings and how he puts himself first,” Bria said.

The episode ended with Bria telling Simon their relationship was over. “Pack your sh*t up and go,” she said.

TO BE CONTINUED.

Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard continues on Sundays at 9/8c.
