Lisa Vanderpump’s Vanderpump Dogs Reality Show Is Officially Happening

She gets knocked down! But she gets up again! You are never gonna keep her down! I think this is the song Lisa Vanderpump from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills sings to herself every morning in the mirror. Probably while she hairsprays the living hell out her stiff-ass hair she can’t seem to ever get behind that left ear, try as she might. Lisa recently had some beef with Sarah Paulson of all people. Her famed restaurant Villa Blanca has closed it doors for good. And, if you’ve been under a rock, you might have missed that her show, Vanderpump Rules has come under some fire lately. Literally. They fired four cast members for being racist. Oh, and don’t forget her husband, Ken Todd, has recently been accused of cheating.

Defend or excuse any of that all you want, but it’s a lot to deal with at once. That said, Lisa, as we’ve seen, can take the largest dumpster fire (ex – Jax Taylor and Stassi Schroeder) and exploit it into a multi-season hit. She just doesn’t quit. Well. Except for that time she literally quit RHOBH. But whatever.

So here it is. The long-fabled Vanderpump Dogs show that’s been rumored for some time. Don’t shoot the messenger! E? News reported that the show is going to air on “Peacock”. That’s NBC’s new streaming service if you didn’t know. Can you hear the tired “cock” jokes being whisper-yelled by Lisa from where you are too?  Apparently, they announced the show in a surprise commercial.

It’s reported that Lisa was even surprised by the announcement. She went to Twitter saying, “Well good morning…I’ve known about this for months lol…Thought it was supposed to be a secret, but apparently it’s announced!” What!? This is so random. She doesn’t even know about the announcement of her own show? I mean she has a lot going on already, but this??

For those of you who missed it, Season 9 of RHOBH opened up to a whole mess that’s now referred to as ‘puppygate’. It’s hard to even remember the details other than Dorit Kemsely giving away a Vanderpump Dogs dog to a new owner without telling Lisa. That new owner apparently gave the dog to a kill shelter?

Don’t worry, the dog is safe and has a whole new 4th family. Attention starved (or heavily manipulated) John Sessa got in the mix trying to defend LVP. It was all so extra. Lisa literally took a lie detector test while also being accused of going above and beyond to make her friends look bad. Apparently the remaining cast thought Lisa herself sold or volunteered the story of Dorit’s failiure to the press just to be petty. And so she left the entire franchise.

I’m exhausted just typing all that. But listen. As an avid dog lover, I cannot deny the incredible things Lisa has done for the animal world. Does the world need more satin pussy bows and forced laughter over “that’s what she said” level humor? Maybe not. But let’s see how this turns out.

Kyle Richards Is Frustrated With Denise Richards Walking Away; Says Denise Is “Not Really Being Authentic About Who She Was Or How She Felt”

Somehow Denise Richards and her husband, Aaron Phypers, have managed to annoy or alienate most of their fellow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars. And this is before the alleged romantic encounter between Brandi Glanville and Denise is exposed. So far this season, there is one situation that is driving the ladies crazy, and that is Denise walking away when her co-stars are trying to resolve an issue.

Denise was upset at her pizza party that her loud-mouthed RHOBH co-stars were discussing threesomes in front of Denise’s kids and their friends. Not classy, ladies.

When Denise didn’t bring her kids to Kyle Richards’  barbecue because she didn’t want them within earshot of  her co-stars, Kyle and Teddi Mellencamp slammed Denise and accused her of mom-shaming them. Aaron defended his wife, but the other ladies didn’t appreciate his condescending tone, or the way he said “ladies.” 

Then the couple attended an event given by newbie Sutton Stracke. When the RHOBH cast members tried to talk to Denise, she insisted that she was fine before she and Aaron hastily left again. None of the ladies like it when a man inserts himself in the drama. It never ends well.

Kyle appeared on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show and explained just how frustrating it is to try and talk to Denise before she runs off. (Warning-there is some rough grammar ahead.)

“It’s very unsettling when you have an issue and someone shows up and their like, ‘Hi’…because it just doesn’t feel genuine and authentic. Like you aren’t talking to any of us. You walked out,” Kyle said.

“It would be nice if she hung around awhile so that we could work through these things, but instead we got this…sort of, ‘Everything’s fine’ and you know, ‘Everything’s perfect’ and not really being authentic about who she was or how she felt,” Kyle explained.

Like if we’re going to build a friendship, you know like the five of us girls…you know, I should say ladies,” the “OG” Housewife stated. “The five of us ladies have built, you know… you have to work through those bumps.”

Kyle added, “Ummm…we never got to deal with anything because she would always run off. So, it was like, okay, well, let’s talk about, you know…how you really feel.” Good luck with that one, Kyle!

“Like, we’re all dealing with the stuff that’s going on in the group, and it’s frustrating to me that just, if she doesn’t like something, she’s just going to like put in her two cents and get out,” Kyle stated. “So, it’s frustrating for me.”

Ramona Singer Is Fighting With Elyse Slaine After Leah McSweeney Said She Defecates During Sex

Real Housewives of New York always delivers. In so many ways. The fighting, the laughs, Lady Sonja Morgan drunkenly falling off a chair at a dinner table. Even on the most boring of seasons, they seem to keep every entertained enough to continue watching. After all, what has really happened this season?

One thing we can point to is the dissolution of the friendship between Ramona Singer and Elyse Slaine. It went downhill so quickly I wasn’t even exactly sure what happened. And Elyse has admitted to not knowing what happened either. We could speculate that maybe Ramona regretted bringing Elyse into the group as a friend of. Or maybe Ramona just can’t handle one more friend in her 60-person strong girl gang. That’s a lot of people to keep up with. But maybe Ramona should have kept Elyse on her good side.

Elyse recently completed a Cameo for a fan that ended up blowing up on social media. And for good reason. Bravohistorian captured the magic on their Instagram page. In the video, Elyse ruins Ramona’s theory as to why she can’t find a man. As a refresher, Ramona says it’s because she’s rich and part of the 1%.

But, Elyse, with help from pal and castmate, Leah McSweeney, has a different take. When Elyse goes to explain why Ramona can’t find a man, Leah burts into the video and says, “It’s because she sh*ts during sex.” And I oop! Elyse laughs it off and tries to downplay the allegation but it can’t be unheard.

Now look, I’m not here to poop shame anyone. But Ramona is the same woman who pooped on the floor on a cast trip and left it for housekeeping to clean up. So she doesn’t exactly have the best track record.

One person who didn’t find it all of this laughable? Ramona obviously. In a comment captured by Comments By Bravo, Ramona responded to the allegations and she was not happy. Ramona says, “There is absolutely no truth to this. These girls are blatantly lying to create fake news in order to try and gain their own fame. It’s very sad, immature and quite frankly mean girl behavior. The both have daughters and Nicole Slaine @nikislaine is a family friend. What an example they are sending them…that bullying is acceptable.”

But Leah wasn’t having it. She responded to Ramona, saying, “ok geriatric Regina George aka Miss all lives matter. Don’t worry about the example I set for my daughter. She has an open mind and heart. Treats all with respect. Doesn’t see people or treat people as “less than”. Sees every race, religion, sexuality as equal. Elyse was your actual friend (no idea why). You don’t deserve Elyse. OH HELL NO BITCH!”

The insanity continued when a fan asked Ramona if she pooped herself in Newport. Comments by Bravo also caught the exchange and posted Ramona’s retort. “no,,, All cast members had problems because we have parasites going to Cartagena everyone had a problem with holding her bowels.” I’m not sure if Ramona totally understood the question but regardless, what a response. Whatever happened to defending your own bathroom habits without dragging your friends down with you?

Comments by Bravo also posted another fan’s take on the matter. The RHONY fan commented on Elyse’s video saying, “I feel like Elyse is better than this…and that’s not me raising Ramona up….I’m just saying she seems like a good woman and shouldn’t lower herself to “shits during sex post.”

Elyse had some choice words to defend herself from the fans, saying, “On the Cameo, I actually was referring to Ramona saying she can’t meet a man because she is in the 1%. The rest of the cameo was a surprise, and was never meant to be seen by anyone other than the person who bought the cameo.” I bet Elyse is really regretting making this Cameo right now.

Well, this was quite the journey. While who is pooping during sex is a new level of fighting, even for the women of RHONY, I have to admit that it IS funny. Especially that Ramona would even be entertaining this literal sh*t show. Regardless, looks like Ramona and Elyse’s friendship won’t be mended anytime soon. After all, it might take a while for Elyse to get off Ramona’s sh*t list.

Sutton Stracke Wonders If Denise Richards Is Strong Enough To Be On Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

The drama on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is starting to heat up. Sort of. The source of the “drama”? Denise Richards. And mom shaming. Who would have thought watching a reality show about uber rich women and their lifestyle would diverge into this? Then again, not much else is going on and the fighting has to come from somewhere.

But back to it. The ladies are mad that Denise doesn’t want to talk about threesomes in front of her kids. Lisa Rinna is accusing Denise of not owning it. The only one who seems to get Denise’s point of view is newbie, Garcelle Beauvais. What does Sutton Stracke, the other newbie of the season, think?

Well, she’s here to tell us. Sutton recently appeared on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show and shared her thoughts on Denise. When asked what she thinks it says about Denise that she flees when there is a problem, Sutton responds, “Well I think there is a certain type of personality that flees when there is a problem.”

She continues, “She doesn’t want to address certain things or recognize certain things. Maybe there is a little bit of denial, about what happened. Or maybe she’s just not strong enough confront these ladies.”

Really, Sutton? This is the same woman who had a meltdown that Rinna’s makeup artist would be at Rinna’s party for her own daughters. Sutton had so much of an issue with it, she continued her meltdown at the dinner afterwards. Which prompted the whole “let the mouse go” speech. Weirdest catchphrase ever.

I’m not trying to come for Sutton, I’m really not. I actually kind of like what she’s bringing to the table. Not too much and not too little. But she does seem….fragile. Especially for someone who told Teddi Mellencamp to her face how boring she is. Now that, was good TV.

But does Sutton have a point about Denise? Does she run every time the heat is on? In short, yes, she does. But I don’t think that means Denise isn’t strong enough. I think that means that Denise puts up with enough BS in her own life that she doesn’t want to deal with it with a bunch of women who are supposed to be her friends.

Now does that make for the best housewife? No, not really. But Denise brings us more than just petty arguments. Which I could actually use more of on this show. Take notes, ladies of RHOBH! You too, Sutton.

Real Housewives Of New York Alum Jill Zarin Thinks Cast Is Facing Pay Cuts Next Season; Says Returning To The Show Is “Not Even An Option That I’m Entertaining”

Jill Zarin may have been fired from Real Housewives of New York after Season 4, but she is still part of the drama on the sidelines. After her beloved husband Bobby Zarin’s death from cancer in January of 2018, Jill and former friend Bethenny Frankel reunited outside of Bobby’s memorial service while RHONY cameras were rolling.

Since then, Jill found love again with her boyfriend Gary Brody. The couple was even shown attending Luann de Lesseps’ Voodoo Halloween party. Jill seemed relaxed and happy.

But she has a scary prediction for the New York Housewives about next season. The Blast reported that Jill predicted pay cuts for the cast during an interview on Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast. Bravo hasn’t renewed RHONY for Season 13 yet.

Jill stated, “I think they’re [Bravo] going to take this opportunity to cut because I don’t know if they can afford to keep paying the salaries they’re paying when they’re, you know, losing viewers to Netflix and losing viewers to different avenues.”

The former RHONY star also thinks that the coronavirus pandemic will negatively affect the franchise.

“[I think] they’re not going to be able to do the trips and all that because the COVID, it’s just changed everything. So I don’t know if they’re going to be able to make the same money as they were,” Jill explained. “I’m not the only one to think [what] I think. I think that some of the Housewives have actually said that!” Jill may be right about this, and that makes me sad. I live for the Housewives trips.

“Look what happened with Tamra [Judge] and Vicki [Gunvalson] wasn’t that over money? I thought that was over money,” Jill added. Vicki and Tamra chose not to return to Real Housewives of Orange County because they were offered part-time contracts.

So, would Jill ever consider returning to RHONY? “It’s not even an option that I’m entertaining,” she replied. “I mean, it’s, you know, I think the answer is no, that ship has sailed.” Really, Jill?

Jill remarked, “And I always said, ‘I don’t want to do the show if I am not having fun anymore.’ And I didn’t find it fun anymore. I don’t think it’s fun.”

“Killing each other and fighting with girls you don’t even like. Being forced to take trips with girls you don’t want to be with,” Jill said. “I mean, you know, it’s not me.”

After the RHONY episode showing Luann’s Halloween party, Elyse Slaine and Jill live-streamed. Jill discussed wanting to go on the Berkshires trip to Dorinda Medley’s house, Blue Stone Manor. So much for not wanting to go on trips with other women that you don’t like.

“I wanted to go that weekend up to Dorinda’s house, I’m glad I didn’t, cuz I think it would have been bad for me. But I wanted to, and Dorinda blocked me,” Jill shared. “She was very mean to me at the party that night.”

The most recent Shahs of Sunset season centered around the Reza Farahan vs. Mercedes “MJ” Javid feud. They both said and did enough horrible things to each other that the cast seemed to completely overlook Adam Neely’s shadiness with the sexting/Jenga of it all.

Their beef took up so much screen time that we didn’t get nearly enough Sara Jeihooni. She joined the show as a friend of Reza’s and an ex-girlfriend of R. Kelly’s. Yes, that R. Kelly. Aside from watching Sara cringe while Destiney Rose tongued down Sara’s brother in Las Vegas, we didn’t get a ton of Sara-centered storylines.

Sara shared opened up about her life and shared her opinions on her co-stars in a recent S’More interview.

Sara was asked, “Who is the meanest person in the group?” And to absolutely no one’s surprise, Sara said, “Destiney.”

When she was asked, “Who are you closest with,” Sara shared, “Probably Reza and Golnesa [Gharachedaghi].” With that said, her thoughts on the MJ vs. Reza beef are firmly #TeamReza. Sara remarked, “I’m closer to Reza. I’m not really speaking to Merc, so I would have to say Reza. As far as who’s right or who’s wrong? Everybody’s a little bit wrong. You know? It’s just like who is more wrong?” Again, why is no one blaming Adam for any of this?

Who does Sara wish was off the show? She shared, “I mean, I have the most beef with Destiney.” Same, but my issue is a just a one-sided beef with her ill-fitting wigs crocodile tears.

Then, she had to choose between Asa Soltan and Lilly Ghalichi for a Shahs of Sunset comeback. Sara said, “I like Lilly. I respect her as a woman and I loved her on the show. I love everything she stands for and I just respect her. She’s educated, she’s a boss. You know, she’s got her shit together.”

She added, “I would love to have more of that vibe on the show, absolutely.”

As far as Asa goes, Sara shared, “I don’t know her. I never met her.” And, I, for one, am hoping that continues to be true. I do not want Asa’s caftans, diamond water, and lies back on my TV screen. Thanks, but no thanks.
