Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Day 28 – Live Eviction

It is Day 28 on Celebrity Big Brother, and we are bracing ourselves for another live eviction. The vote is for the winner, so the person with the least votes will be out, just before the final.

Calum Best is in the diary room venting about Jedward. Apparently, Edward tends to do the one liners, where John gets really angry and disrespectful. To be fair, that is the only way I can tell them apart; I have slightly more toleration to Edward – he can speak a couple of words more than his brother before my stomach goes. Only a couple mind you.

James Cosmo and Kim Woodburn are given a secret task. Although they are unaware they have both been given the same task. They are told to be irksome, annoying, and cause as many arguments as possible. Like Jedward.

James sneaks in the bedroom and plants a chocolate bar in Jedward’s part of the cupboard. He ends up with Bianca and Nicola looking for chocolate whilst he ‘finds’ it in their locker. They are looking bewildered, and James throws it on the table towards Kim as he walks off outside. He mutters quietly, “Now wait for the fireworks now Big Brother,” having picked his targets well.

James leaves Kim calling the boys twerps, whilst he laughs in the garden. Despite Kim’s best efforts, it ends up with the majority of the housemates laughing hysterically.  Not quite the intention, but disruptive enough for Big Brother to grant a party with James and Kim’s favorite things.

James ends up in the diary room, and I swear, he’s had the best day ever. He’s loved it. I think it made his experience, bless his little cotton socks.

Back to Jedward, they’re singing in the bathroom again. Singing. Avoid. Calum on the other hand is opening up about his dad and his alcohol dependency with Coleen and James C. I have to appreciate his honesty.

Nicola, Bianca, and Kim are talking, and Kim is summoned to the diary room. She goes in, and Nicola comments that she doesn’t know if she’s being real. Kim is in the diary room, saying how fake they all are. Without realizing the irony. Bless ‘em.

This brings us to the eviction. It’s a short show, with Jamie O’Hara‘s interview at the start and the latest evictee at the end. And it’s Calum that’s the unlucky one not making the final.

So, we’re nearly there, and we have our finalists. What havoc can Big Brother bring…looks like we’ll find out soon.

Lisa Vanderpump Blames Lisa Rinna For Starting The Debate About Kim Richards’ Sobriety

She may have delivered the royal smackdown to Eden Sassoon at Kyle Richards’ Great Gatsby party, but Lisa Vanderpump says that Lisa Rinna is the real housewife in need of a hand-slap. The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star warns that more will be revealed in weeks to come about Rinna’s rather large part in stirring the pot regarding Kim Richards’ sobriety – or lack thereof.

First, Lisa focuses on the good points of the episode – namely, Kyle’s party. “The party and property were gorgeous, and I knew Kyle wanted me there, so I begged Ken to cut our stay short.The flamboyancy of the flapper era was an era I would have thrived in. The sheer glamour was a sight to behold on that evening, and I was glad I made the effort to go. Everybody was resplendent in their costumes, a visual feast for all.”

Lisa reflects on her initial impressions of Eden, and why she felt the need to defend the Richards sisters to her.

“I had heard mutterings of Eden inserting herself between the siblings, and I immediately lunged into defense mode. Eden had stated at my house something about Kyle enabling Kim, and I thought I set her straight. Apparently not. I absolutely understand her obsession with sobriety as her life has been overwhelmed by it. However, until you have an accurate assessment of a situation, perhaps it’s best to stay silent.”

Ah, but the plot thickens! For Eden didn’t come up with this whole ploy on her own. She was acting (albeit in a totally creepy manner) on information from Loose Lips Rinna, herself. Lisa blogs, “What I didn’t realize at the time was that Eden was repeating LR’s opinion, and we see Eden’s frustration at the barbecue as LR Scuttles away…”

Lisa advises both Eden and Rinna, “Maybe the lesson worth learning is that before you confront and challenge somebody, have your own experience to draw from, and it would be wiser to not rely on an unreliable opinion. As I stated before, LR has not spent any time with Kim in many months.”

Referencing her epic Dynasty-level-speech/threat toward Eden at Kyle’s party about keeping her trap shut, Lisa coyly comments, “So my little warning to Eden was a hint that I didn’t support her stance.”

She also hints that the drama will continue to unfold when Kyle gets definitive word of Rinna’s involvement in the Kim Richards Sobriety Scandal! (TM?) that just won’t go away. <gasp!> “You will come to understand her frustration in the next week,” closes Lisa. Yes, but will Rinna actually OWN IT? Or will she deflect, minimize, and ultimately escape blame as usual?

TELL US – WILL LISA RINNA OWN HER PART IN QUESTIONING KIM’S SOBRIETY? WILL EDEN BE ABLE TO BOUNCE BACK FROM HER ROCKY START?

Eden Sassoon Is Done With The Richards Sisters and Lisa Rinna; Reveals She Has A New Show Coming In March

Eden Sassoon is getting a rough start to Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills courtesy of taking on the Twisted Sisters Richards. Apparently she didn’t know better! First, Eden complains that she’s “STILL trying to get these women to understand me. #NoOneCares” and she insists, “I have a lot in common with the ladies, but no one sees it yet.”

In her blog, Eden defends herself and blames Lipsa-caused confusion for why she got so invested in Kim Richards‘ avowed sobriety and Kyle’s enabling. “I can’t even comment on the Kim and Kyle situation anymore. They should ask their friends how this started! I’m just done. But believe me, I hear Vanderpump! I have mad respect for her and point taken! And Vanderpump is a smart woman. She’ll get to the bottom of this!”

Backtracking a bit, Eden decided to “come clean” to Kyle during the BBQ because, “talking behind people’s backs gets them nowhere.” Eden expected Lipsa to voice her concerns as well. “I would have appreciated my ‘friend’ Rinna supporting me in the conversation I was having with Kyle at her BBQ considering she’s the one who started this. Kyle’s right on one thing… this is bullsh–. #DogSh–”

After the BBQ mess, Eden again tried to explain herself at Kyle’s Gatsby get together. which was predictably another fail. “Boy did Kyle’s party live up to the reputation of the era. There was an excess of everything, especially drama.” writes Eden in her Bravo blog.

Again Pointing the fingers to Lipsa, Eden laments, “I’m glad the two Muppets (good one, PK) were off having a grand ole time doing the Charleston while I’m fighting the front line ALONE. Keep running, Rinna. #YouCanRunButYouCantHide”

Eden in turn praises Camille Grammer for “seeing the truth in me and seeing I care!” and letting Kim know that Eden didn’t have bad intentions. She also thanks LVP for “telling Kyle the truth” in next week’s episode. “It’s time these woman wake the f— up!”

So how did she come to join RHOBH? She’s a close friend of Josh Flagg! “He was like, look, you’re friends with Rinna. You know these women. I’m like, I don’t know these women. He goes, Eden, no. They need you.”

Despite having relationships with some of the women, Eden maintains that her drama with Kim was authentic, not producer driven. “They really want me to be myself. This whole thing, it was not made up. I mean you cannot write this at all.”

Part of Eden’s concerns for Kim were because she misperceived wariness for unkindness. Explaining, “I will stand true to what I think, and I think that Kim’s behavior to me just wasn’t kind, and no one sees it for that. I don’t know, maybe because of for the last however many seasons what they’ve been doing. But I’m here and I’m here now and this is what’s been happening.”

Despite being new to RHOBH, Eden does actually have a history with reality TV. Kinda. She has done TWO previous shows which never made it onto the air. Oops. “It was about me and five of my friends who were keeping me together. I had just got a divorce, had my business, had two kids,” Eden shares. “So then we did another one that went to E! and this and that. Then when I was dating Jesse McCartney they were like, let’s do the Eden and Jesse Show. I’m like, no, let’s not do the Eden and Jesse Show.”

While Eden is hopeful her issues with Kim are over, she reveals drama with herself and Dorit Kemsley is coming! Eden blames it on Dorit twisting her words. “I can’t be present knowing all the things I just said without owning up to it. But yet she spins it out and comes after me? OK, that’s something you need to check yourself on. You’re a mom of two, so if that’s behavior that you want to carry on, by all means do it. But that’s not what I do.”

There will also be more interest in Lipsa’s magical baggy of pills as the medical detectives turn on her for a change! “Look, these ladies, in the end, need to work out some of their stuff,” hints Eden, “and the Xanax thing comes back around and it has to be figured out.”

In other news, Eden has a new show in the works, airing on Maria Menounos‘ AfterBuzz TV network in March. Eden is working with Dionne Warwick‘s son Damon Elliot to find “real people dong real things and being really present here and now.”

“That’s the topic,” she says, “and then talking about people who are struggling and getting to the bottom of whatever it is.” Uhhh, well, ummm. OK. So was Kim Richards like Eden’s practice subject or something?

Lisa Rinna Says Eden Sassoon’s Strong Approach Is Making Everyone Uncomfortable; Promises She’s Done Talking About Kim Richards

On Watch What Happens Live this week, Lisa Rinna shared that she is done talking about Kim Richards‘ sobriety and she reiterates that in her blog this week. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star runs down her thoughts on the BBQ, the Gatsby party and more!

Lisa praises Erika Jayne for her nailing her audition on Y&R and says, “I’m starting to wonder if there’s anything Erika isn’t a natural at? It’s no wonder Delilah and Amelia were “star-striking” when they met her. *wink*”

Rinna gushed about the fabulous BBQ and is happy that they all had a great time, well until things got awkward. Lisa addresses Eden Sassoon‘s intense behavior, “At my BBQ, Dorit told Eden that I was hopeful she could ‘help bring some peace into my and Kim’s relationship,’ and I agree with what Dorit said. I was hopeful that as a fellow sober woman, Eden could bring some insight and peace to both Kim and me and our whole group, really, but as time goes on, it is becoming quite apparent that her strong approach is making many uncomfortable.”

She continues, “Like I said in the store with Eden, the third time’s a charm (meaning my three heated encounters with Kim over the years), and I am done. I truly want to heal the baggage, and it’s obvious that Kim and I do not possess the proper tools at this time to mend our relationship. I just need to move forward, and Eden is aware of this.”

On Kyle Richards‘ Great Gatsby bash, Rinna says she had the best night ever. “I love a good costume party where I can go all out and wear a fabulous outfit and wig, and Kyle’s The Great Gatsby party was no exception, because the property and its view are to die for! Eileen and I had a fabulous time and not even a port-a-potty or PK calling us grumpy, old men Muppets was going to stop us from dancing, laughing and enjoying ourselves.”

Lisa adds, “For the record, Harry and I would like to retract our comment about Mauricio becoming a billionaire in 10 years. We believe he will be a billionaire in five years!”

As Lisa shared on WWHL the other night, she is done talking about Kim Richards. “What you are now seeing is me taking my own advice, and I’m moving on. I don’t want to engage on this topic any more, and for my own peace and happiness, this is the right thing to do. When I went shopping with Eden, I shared my feelings at that time, right after game night, and I also shared what Kyle told our group last year in the Hamptons about what keeps her up at night. It was in that moment that I knew I needed to remove myself from the endless cycle Kim and I tend to repeat. Life is just too short to do otherwise.”

Lisa ends with, “Might I add that my own big mouth can and will always speak for itself, and I don’t need, want or wish for anyone else to say anything on my behalf. For better or for worse, these lips of mine say what’s on my mind. Eden and I clearly have two different realities regarding this situation. We just saw Eden tell Kyle and Kim that the two of them remind her of Eden and her sister, Catya, which is an entirely different thing she’s working through separate from me.”

Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Day 27 – Final Judgment

It’s Day 27 and Day 2 of Final Judgment in the Celebrity Big Brother house, and one of the nominated housemates will be leaving. We start the program with Kim Woodburn in the diary room talking about lust. Really? Far too early for that, and this show airs at 9 PM.

Jedward are in the bathroom singing the Going Commando song. Like you do when you’re teaching a child to pee in the potty. Personally, I can’t wait for the “we are leaving the house and vanishing into obscurity again” song. I’d actually pay for that one.

It’s the final day of judgment weekend, and it’s an interrogation task. Housemates are given a final opportunity to defend themselves against tweets and viewer opinions.

Bianca Gascoigne is first and defends herself against being calculated and being in a showmance. She trots out the standard media reply that she has been trotting out every time she’s asked about this. Boring.

Kim is accused of being against young woman. She denies it. She declares that she doesn’t regret a thing. Deluded

Coleen Nolan gets targeted for bitching about other housemates with James Cosmo. She replies saying it is more discussing events with him. To be fair, I think it is more that. Everyone loves a good gossip. Even a Lord Commander. Moving on to him, James C is accused of being a boring old man that should have intervened in the argument. James is told he does not deserve to win; he agrees, saying that there are bigger characters in the house.

Calum Best is accused of being dull, fake, and arrogant. He tells the viewer to “suck a d-ck.” So, he took it well, then. Jedward are accused of going for camera time. They reply with their twitter tag. Gee, I can’t think why they’re considered self-promoting.

Nicola McLean is told she’s the kiss of death. She doesn’t like Kim and she is saved. She doesn’t like Jedward and they are safe. She liked Speidi and they went. I hadn’t even thought about it like that. She defends herself saying at least she’s been herself. Comforting. #keeponeeyeopenbianca

Jamie O’Hara is last. The comment to him is that he has zero chance with Bianca on the outside. He is told that as soon as she sees what he has been saying, she’ll realize he’s a snake. Obviously, Bianca is watching this on a screen as well. He obviously denies with the same media style response Bianca gave. Boring.

Housemates are told that Big Brother will be convicting and sentencing Housemates soon. Nicola and Bianca speculate it’s an eviction. #psychic

After the task, Jamie is talking to Calum and confides in him about a conversation that Nicola had where she said that Calum wasn’t real. Jamie says it was said like a warning. Now I’ve watched these episodes, sometimes more than once, and I can’t recall a conversation even remotely similar, which means it’s either edited with bias (nooooooo……) or Jamie is stirring the pot. Or I wasn’t listening. Anything is possible.

Housemates are gathered in court for the final judgment. Jamie is told to make his way to the dock and officers handcuff him. He is told he is guilty as charged and received the fewest votes, and then, bye bye. He’s off. Backdoor exit with no audience. The housemates are bewildered and suspicious, and think he may have gone to a secret part of the house.

Bianca asks in the diary room and is told categorically that he has left the house. Weirdly, she doesn’t seem upset what so ever. And coincidentally, today the press had pictures of her outside-the-house boyfriend leaving their house, too. Only this one had to pack his own bags. Bianca gets to do Jamie’s. #rubbingsaltinthewound

We finish the show with yet another argument. Calum is in bed, and Jedward are outside the bedroom singing loudly. He gets fed up and gets up to ask them to be quiet. Rather than apologize and get quieter, they argue. Ironically, a Jedward tells him he’s just sleep deprived and needs some kip. They seem to miss the point that that’s what he’s trying to do. They have a bit of a scream and we reach the end of the show. Like Little House on the Prairie in a parallel universe. On drugs.
