The status of LeeAnne Locken and Brandi Redmond’s friendship is so confusing. Are they friends? Enemies? Frienemies? A work in progress? It’s just tough to decipher. One second they’re hugging it out and the next they are shading each other on social media. Nevertheless, it was still surprising to see them hugging it out during that “Honest Tea” gathering during the last episode of Real Housewives of Dallas.
Of course that was filmed months ago and their relationship has probably had a ton of ups and downs since then. So it’s pretty interesting to see what LeeAnne has to say now that she’s watched the episode.
As expected, LeeAnne did not hold back in her Bravo blog. She wrote, “Watching the girls have pre-tea drinks while talking about Kameron Westcott and D’Andra [Simmons] disturbed me a bit. Plenty of times, I have gone out of my way to show Brandi Redmond the ways in which she could relate to both of the girls, and yet, Cary [Deuber] stirs the pot between the ‘out-of-towners’ and the ‘in-towners.’ Keep in mind that Cary has declared her friendship with both Kam and D’Andra, yet she doesn’t seem to be doing anything to help build a friendship with them at all.” Is Cary stirring the pot or is she just struggling to maintain her friendships with people who don’t get along with each other?
It seemed like Brandi was trying to soothe the tension with Kameron after the original gift bag debacle, but LeeAnne did not interpret it that way. At all. She explained, “Oh, Lord help me. When Brandi brought the ‘Exact Pink Bag’ to give Kam at the tea, it made me uneasy. All it does is take me back to the old Brandi, who plays games with people just enough that she can deny it, but enough to be effective in it.” Maybe I’m just having a naive moment, but it really seemed like Brandi was trying to make up by giving Kameron her own gift bag. Kameron is the one who rebuffed her peace offering and put her on blast in front of the whole group.
LeeAnne admitted, “I was grateful that D’Andra asked Brandi about me ‘not being allowed’ in her home. To hear it from Kameron at our girls night out was surprising, but then to see that it wasn’t a joke, but rather something Brandi claims to be real on national TV — well, that hurt worse. For it to then transition to her saying she wanted to talk to me one-on-one about it and not in a group setting is a little ‘tea too late,’ considering everyone else has been talking about it since last week’s episode.” I can’t help sympathizing with LeeAnne on this one… especially after LeeAnne was there for Brandi during her fallout with Stephanie Hollman.
LeeAnne theorized, “when Brandi feels guilty, she lets the lies roll out of her mouth in order to discredit the other person. It’s yet another trademark move that I am going to take the high road on.” I don’t know if calling Brandi out as a liar is “taking the high road.”
And it wouldn’t be a LeeAnne blog unless she came for Stephanie. She wrote, “The lack of compassion Stephanie Hollman has towards my childhood never ceases to amaze me. She was supposedly a social worker, but I can’t imagine where she learned that lack of empathy. Was she this way with her clients?”

And moments before LeeAnne goes under the knife for breast “improvement” she puts Brandi in a pickle by secretly threatening Cary’s life and confiding potentially hurtful information about Mark.”

If the talent auditioning for The Voice season 13 stays at the level of this first blind audition, they might want to offer the contestants hard hats. Why? Because, as new coach Jennifer...The Big Brother 19 houseguests have had an entire weekend free of the Big Brother confinement. As with past houseguests, they used this free time to celebrate their long 92 day sentence. Predictably, the Big Brother 19 houseguests mainly kept their celebration to hanging with those they hung out most with in the game.
Jessica Graf and Cody Nickson mainly stuck together over the weekend, and then went their separate ways. However, the two showmances were predictably attached to their other halfs. Raven Walton and Matt Clines also spent all their free time together. A few of the Big Brother 19 houseguests headed home early to hang out with their friends and family.
Josh Martinez left only a day after the finale to hang with his familia. He had a big party in Miami to celebrate his win. Jason Dent went home to spend time with his wife and son. Kevin Schlehuber also returned early to enjoy home time with his seven kids and wife. The controversy surrounding the Big Brother 19 houseguests seem to have faded away.
No one seemed to be holding any major grudges for comments made within the game. Paul Abrahamian had a few houseguests over for a post-Big Brother celebration. As fans noted, all those invited were the ones who voted him as the winner of Big Brother 19. He also invited Josh, but he had already headed back to Miami. Before leaving, Josh and Christmas Abbott spent a lot of time together.
At the big fan and houseguests’ party, many took the time to sign autographs and chat with their fans. The past Big Brother houseguests and current ones also bonded over their crazy experience. Once the parties died down, several houseguests did Twitter and Periscope Q&As.

No lie! Freeform isn't letting go of its Pretty Little Liars franchise just yet. The network has handed out a pilot order to spinoff series Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, E!...The Real Housewives of Orange County fans will always appreciate Meghan Edmonds for investigating Brooks Ayers during her first year on the show, but she is just not delivering anything of that caliber this season. It just doesn’t make the most sense for her to be on this show. She didn’t even interact with any other cast members for the first three episodes of this season. She’s reaching for a story line by beefing with Kelly Dodd over a text message conversation (which she started) that went down months before this season started filming.
She went behind Kelly’s back to tell Shannon Beador that Kelly believed their hang out was being secretly recorded. She called up Shannon and Tamra Judge immediately to relay information after she had lunch with Vicki Gunvalson. Other than Peggy Sulahian rudely grabbing Meghan’s lips and pressing them shut, Meghan doesn’t have a legitimate story line so far…. other than stirring the pot. In terms of real life, this is probably a great thing. She’s not undergoing surgery, suffering to shed weight, or getting plates thrown at her. She is doing alright in comparison to many other people in this cast, but as far as the show goes: her story line is lacking.
Everyone except for Meghan was invited to Kelly’s volleyball match and pre-breast reduction party. As a result, some of the crew members were assigned to film Meghan with her cousin/nanny hanging out at the crib instead of shooting at the party with the rest of the cast.. That explains why Meghan didn’t have much insight on any of drama that went down and did a super short Bravo blog. She wrote, “After a couple of emotional and dramatic episodes, this was a nice, easy week for me!”
Meghan remarked, “The volleyball party was a cluster of high emotions and miscommunication, and I’m SO glad I wasn’t there! I think it kind of speaks for itself that I couldn’t have been happier to be at home, in my slippers and relaxing with my babies.” Good for Meghan. As a human being, I don’t blame her for feeling this way. On the other hand, as viewer I was less than riveted by her scenes this week.
At the end of her blog, Meghan teased, “Did you see the preview for what’s to come this season? My taking it easy doesn’t last very long…stay tuned!”

Tonight is an all new episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. “Kelly goes into her breast reduction surgery with the sentimental support of her husband Michael. Tamra shares with Meghan her concern over Shannon’s recent behavior. Vicki and Shannon visit Kelly while she recovers at home. Shannon invites Tamra, Meghan, Kelly and Peggy out to dinner where Peggy defiantly defeats a deluge of digs from Kelly. And later, Lydia calls Tamra to invite her to Doug’s Balls Voyage party, but finds out that her invite to Shannon’s dinner was apparently lost at sea.” Join us for the live-snarking at 9/8 C!
