Who would have though that a low key children’s birthday party would be the source of so much drama on a reality TV show? In case you forgot, Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Jennifer Aydin was not-at-all impressed by the party Jackie Goldschneider threw for her sons.
They ordered pizza and the kids played basketball in the driveway. She ordered party favors from Amazon. This was very different from the lavish events that Jennifer hosts. She called Jackie “cheap” for not putting more into the party. Of course, this was spurred on by the discovery that Jackie has lots of family money. And, somehow, the discussion resulted in Jennifer tossing silverware toward Melissa Gorga during a lunch in the Hamptons.
Jackie dished on where she stands with Jennifer in a recent interview with Us Weekly. Jackie declared, “I think that we’re done. I mean, never say never because if she … if I sincerely see her change as a human being, then maybe one day, because our kids do like each other.” That is the sad part, their kids really did seem to get along so well.
Then, Jackie poked fun at the birthday party controversy. She told the magazine, “But no, I don’t think my birthday parties are fancy enough for her. She’s more bougie.”
Jackie also discussed the Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 10 reunion taping, which will air as three separate episodes. She dished, “It is definitely just nonstop. There’s no breaks in the drama, no breaks. There wasn’t that much crying, but there was yelling.”
And, apparently a lot of that yelling involved Jennifer and Melissa. Or at least that’s what Melissa recently remarked.

In the middle of Season 9, fans got a preview of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills without Lisa Vanderpump. She stopped filming and skipped the reunion before she quit the show. Season 10 will be the first RHOBH season without the OG cast member.
Of course, pretty much every current cast member gets asked about LVP’s absence in every interview. And Wendy Williams just couldn’t resist asking Erika Jayne about Lisa during their interview this morning.
Wendy just straight up asked Erika, “Lisa Vanderpump, do you miss her?”
Without any bit of hesitation, Erika answered, “I don’t think so. I personally do not miss her.” And this isn’t at-all-surprising. These two were never close. During Erika’s first season, she famously accused LVP of being a “sniper from the side” and went to bat on behalf of Yolanda Hadid, Lisa’s frenemy of many years.
Last season, Lisa was bothered when Erika sent a hand-written sympathy note after Lisa’s brother passed away. These two were just never on the same page at any point since Erika joined the show. I am struggling to think of one scene with the two of them getting along or having a laugh.
Erika went on to tell Wendy, “Here’s the thing, everybody was [like] ‘it’s not going to go on.’ Everyone is replaceable. We all know that. The show always goes on. It doesn’t matter. I think we have proved the world keeps spinning. The Housewives will forever go on.”
Ain’t that the truth? Despite objections from some fans about casting decisions and storylines, there are still plenty of people with opposite views still watching. Even the people who adamantly declare that they’re “done watching” are still talking about the show. And you know what, everyone is doing just fine. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is still on. Lisa still has her loyal fans and another reality show with her name in the title. Everyone is a winner here, despite what some social media spats may convey.

Again, I can’t help wondering when we are going to see a trailer for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10. Can these girls carry a show now that they are down to one OG cast member? I’m sure a lot of viewers are asking themselves the same question.
But, the storyline I really care about is this rumor that Denise Richards and Brandi Glanville had a sexual affair. Keep in mind that Denise is married to Aaron Phypers. Denise adamantly denies that this happened. Meanwhile, Brandi has been milking this for all its worth, one cryptic social media post at a time. Is Brandi just thirsting for a diamond? This is something that Camille Grammer recently suggested in response to the rumors.
On today’s episode of The Wendy Williams Show, Wendy Williams asked Erika Jayne all about the rumors. Wendy remarked, “Denise says it never happened and Brandi says ‘Oh, yes it did and you liked it.'”
Then she asked Erika, “Who do you believe?” Of course, Erika can’t give away too much of the most interesting storyline this show has had in years. The Real Housewife began, “Let me say this here’s two sides to every story. The viewer will get to hear both sides and see both sides. I have my opinion, based on what I’ve seen, but I’m gonna keep it to myself. I’ll tell you, privately, but I know exactly….” And then Wendy cut her off, saying she doesn’t trust herself to keep that secret. Just ask NeNe Leakes about Wendy’s secret-keeping abilities.
Erika continued, “I think that it makes for a very interesting season and a very interesting dynamic within the group. There’s more to just ‘the affair.’ It’s about the way Denise relates to us in the group, it’s not just that.”
That was a pretty interesting remark, wasn’t it? There have been so many rumors about Denise being on the outs with the rest of the cast. She supposedly skipped out on a lot of filming. Denise’s decades-long “friend” Lisa Rinna even called her out for missing the Season 10 finale party.
If Denise doesn’t want to film much with the group, that’s a pretty funny juxtaposition to Brandi, who would give anything to film this show. This makes me feel like we will see more of Brandi’s side of the story than Denise’s. Then again, Denise is a full-time cast member and Brandi… just wants to be.

Real Housewives of New York alum Bethenny Frankel has certainly been through a lot in the past couple of years. But the death of her on-and-off boyfriend Dennis Shields in August of 2018 from a suspected drug overdose hit Bethenny hard.
During Season 11 of RHONY, Bethenny told co-star Dorinda Medley that Dennis had actually proposed, and even bought her daughter, Bryn Hoppy, a ring, too. That is just so heartbreaking.
Bethenny later found love again with Paul Bernon, who is a film producer and real estate developer. Paul seems to value his privacy, and his reluctance to appear on-camera could possibly be a factor in Bethenny quitting RHONY.
It is clear that Bethenny is still mourning the loss of Dennis. Bethenny wrote a touching Instagram tribute for Dennis on his birthday.“Happy Birthday Dennis… Thinking of you today and every day. It’s been tough recently because the world lost another legend and so many innocent lives. You are gone but never will be forgotten. You are missed. You are constantly quoted. You are one of a kind,” Bethenny said. “You are eating multiple Nestle crunch bars, Sprites, and JG Mellon double cheese cheeseburgers in heaven, and now you have an amazing basketball player to watch and bet on up there.”
She continued, “You would be proud of my decisions and the evolution of my career and my life. You would be so excited about all of the announcements coming soon. You were my biggest cheerleader and were positive about a future for me that I never imagined possible,” the Skinnygirl mogul wrote. “Bryn is still “’sweet as sugar’” as you always refer to her and she misses your blindfolded food tasting contests and leaving trails of chocolate chips. You were right about @biggysmallz being the greatest dogs. Bryn tells everyone: “’Dennis has had more than 30 dogs and says he has never met sweeter dogs.’”
Bethenny then mentioned her new love. “We are in good hands with Paul, who you would like and respect and vice versa. He looks out for us and is very caring. You always said I would find someone who would take care of me. We miss you,” Bethenny posted. “Happy Birthday! I know they have peanut butter chocolate cake and Hemingway in heaven. Everyone misses you and you are still the center of attention-just how you secretly like it. Xoxo- P.S. I hope @cookiedabooboo is giving you great snuggles at the [rainbow] bridge.” Cookie was Bethenny’s elderly dog that passed away.
Bethenny ended the emotional post with a photo of Dennis walking on the beach, and with two quotes from Ernest Hemingway: “The world breaks everyone, and afterward, some are strong at the broken places,” and “Happiness in intelligent people is the rarest thing I know.”
