And to make matters worse, Tamra claimed that Vicki never apologized to her. “That’s the lowest of lows that you can say about another woman,” Emily Simpson stated. When Tamra finally confronted Vicki about her mom-shaming comments, Vicki responded, “That was wrong. So, whatever I said, I’m sorry.”

An emotional Tamra replied, “You called me a horrible mom. You called me a mom that chose fame over my own daughter.” Unfortunately for Vicki, Tamra brought the topic up again. Vicki’s decision to double all the way down during a car ride was a choice.

“Tamra has a sharp tongue, and this is what Sidney was … talking about. All I know is what Sidney said publicly,” Vicki said in a flashback from the previous night.

Naturally, Tamra pointed out that Vicki keeps “going after people as mothers.” And, as usual, Vicki denied the accusation. She may want to watch Season 20, as she also repeatedly insulted Carmella Garcia’s parenting.

At one point, Vicki shaded Carmella for leaving her 14-year-old daughter when she was ill. Mom-shaming is never okay, and this behavior has tainted Vicki’s return to the series. As a mother, Vicki should know better than to insult someone’s parenting. And dragging co-stars’ children into the fray doesn’t sit well with some viewers.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Thursdays, 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock the next day.

Donald Trump Says Government Leakers ‘Should Be Shot’, Then Points Toward Journalists

President Donald Trump used a campaign rally in Arizona on Wednesday to call for the execution of government workers who pass sensitive information to reporters. He then turned to the media section and accused the journalists there of acting like leakers.

The remarks came in Bullhead City, where Trump grew heated while describing a military operation he says was compromised. “Leakers should be, in my opinion, leakers should be shot,” he told the crowd, adding: “You know, when they leak what time you’re going to attack a country.” Further, Trump added he had to cancel a planned raid on Iran because someone “leaked the time we were leaving, the time we were arriving.” He appeared to be referencing the U.S. strike on Iranian nuclear sites in June 2025, which went forward regardless.

He claimed the departure time from Missouri, 12:07, appeared in coverage by The New York Times and CNN. He called the source “some sleazebag” who should “go to jail or be shot,” and later described leakers as “the scum of the Earth.” Donald Trump, who has branded the media the “true Enemy of the People,” then gestured at the reporters covering the event. “Those same people up there, they’re almost as bad as a leaker, because they leak,” he said. He went on: “Oh, they leak false information. That makes them a leaker, right?”

Since Trump returned to office, his administration has pressed hard against unauthorized disclosures. One proposal would require “new and existing employees” at federal agencies to sign nondisclosure agreements. Investigators also reportedly gave polygraph tests to roughly 50 members of the military’s Joint Staff and asked whether they had shared classified material with reporters.

The government has also gone after journalists directly. In January, Trump approved a search of the home of Washington Post reporter Hannah Natanson. In June, prosecutors sought grand jury testimony from four reporters. Now, the recent comments add to an ongoing conflict between Trump and the media outlets that publish what they learn.

If you record, we will refer you to prosecutors,” Harris told Murphy in a video captured by a Baltimore Banner photojournalist.

Murphy pushed back, noting that every journalist present was recording. “Everyone in here is recording. Why am I not allowed to?” she asked. Harris cited Maryland’s all-party consent law, the Maryland Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Act. The law makes it a felony to willfully intercept wire, oral, or electronic communications. However, the statute protects only private conversations, not public officials addressing accredited journalists.

The video showed at least eight reporters participating in the gaggle with Harris. Murphy told ABC News she holds credentials through a U.S. Capitol press gallery. Another reporter intervened, telling Harris, “With all due respect, this is a public forum.”

Harris grew increasingly agitated when challenged on his legal knowledge. “Do you know the law?” he asked one journalist. When the reporter admitted she was not a lawyer and questioned Harris’s own credentials, he responded, “Yeah, actually, I’m a legislator. Yeah, I actually, I actually know the law well.” Harris, an anesthesiologist by trade, is seeking a ninth term in the House.

The confrontation escalated when Murphy tried redirecting the discussion to U.S. military hostilities with Iran. Harris called for law enforcement and demanded officers confiscate her camera. “Take her camera. She is violating the law,” he said. The strongest criticism focused on presentation as much as duration. CNN’s Alayna Treene reported that White House officials and presidential advisers described the debut as “awkward” or “stilted.”

Former Biden communications director Kate Bedingfield called it a “rocky start,” arguing that a press secretary must handle questions across a broad range of policy issues. She noted that briefings can run 45 minutes to an hour.

Screenshots circulating on the platform suggested that people had used information from his post to interact with LEGO’s customer-service chatbot and attempt changes to his order.

An X user named Enderman subsequently posted screenshots that appeared to show LEGO’s chatbot canceling Musk’s order using the disclosed details. Musk later responded that the cancellation had not actually gone through. Another user then appeared to reopen the delivery and increase the order to 400 sets while retaining the original payment method.

In the screenshots, the chatbot responded, “Perfect! I’ll get your Lego adventure back on track.” LEGO declined to confirm whether the reported activity affected Musk’s purchase, but the company’s AI assistant should have safeguards to flag unusual requests for human review.

An agent may be able to act quickly on whatever information it can access, but that same capability can turn exposed transaction data into a serious privacy concern. Musk had floated a shopping setup in which users upload a credit card image and ask Grok to hunt down deals and place orders. Meta and OpenAI have likewise been pitching their AI agents as tools for shopping.

The threat extends beyond accidental exposure, as Visa cautioned late last year. The company warned that scammers could set up professional-looking online stores, advertise tempting discounts and trick AI shopping agents into making purchases. That seemingly smooth checkout could hand a dishonest seller access to payment details, potentially opening the door to unauthorized charges.

Visa’s figures also pointed to another growing problem. Malicious transactions initiated by bots climbed 25% worldwide in the second half of 2025, with the increase reaching 40% in the United States.

Donald Trump visited Texas for the third time in under a month to boost Ken Paxton, the Republican Senate candidate he endorsed over incumbent John Cornyn. Paxton thanked him from the stage: “Mr President, I want to thank you for coming for me, for coming for us, and for coming for Texas. We are going to win this race.” Trump called Paxton “perhaps the greatest attorney general in the United States of America” and “a fantastic man.”

The FCC opened an investigation after “The View” hosted Texas Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico in February. In ABC’s view, the program qualifies for the “bona fide news interview program” exemption. Talarico is challenging Trump-backed Republican incumbent Ken Paxton (via Variety).

The concern reached beyond “The View.” Wilkinson said ABC News live-streamed Trump’s July speech after executives decided against airing it on television because they feared the president “would be angry” if the network did not broadcast it. Trump criticized ABC anyway.

Wilkinson summarized the situation with a blunt warning, saying, “We are watching everything we do.” She said opposing Trump can bring “anger in the administration and retaliation from the agency.” Losing ABC station licenses, she argued, would effectively be the “death penalty.”

In April, FCC Chair Brendan Carr ordered an unusual early review of licenses held by Disney’s eight company-owned ABC stations, including outlets in major markets. The FCC had not taken such action in more than five decades.

Disney has gone to court, arguing that the move amounts to retaliation for programming and coverage that Trump dislikes. The commission, however, says the review stems from a separate investigation into Disney’s diversity practices and the company’s response to document requests (via The Daily Beast).

Meanwhile, ABC’s late-night lineup remains part of the larger tug-of-war. During his first presidency, he frequently wore Brioni, the Italian luxury brand he favored while hosting The Apprentice, according to The New York Times. Donald Trump Says He’ll Speak With Putin ‘Very Soon’ About Russia Plague Case

“I hate to see them having it,” he said. “Anybody that has that kind of a problem, we’re always willing to help.” The Russian Embassy in Washington has not commented on Trump’s remarks. For those unaware, a Russian health watchdog reported last week that Darya Shipilova, 28, died from a “pneumonia of undetermined” origin at the Irkutsk Anti-Plague Institute of Siberia and the Far East. Officials found no plague among her contacts, only two COVID cases and one rhinovirus.

The World Health Organization has requested more details from Russia. Russian officials continue investigating but say all contacts tested negative for pneumonic plague. Pneumonic plague is a severe lung infection and the most virulent form of plague.

Bubonic plague affects lymph nodes, while septicaemic plague affects blood. Pneumonic plague can develop from either type. Symptoms include shortness of breath, chest pain, and coughing blood. Global plague cases range between 1,000 and 3,000 annually, mostly bubonic, with occurrences in Africa, Russia, India, China, and the US (via BBC).

A State Department official said the US has been in touch with Russia about the incident since Friday. Secretary of State Marco Rubio urged Russia to share information but cautioned against speculation. “Maybe, you know, there’s nothing there. Maybe it’s bigger than we thought. We don’t know,” Rubio said in Iceland. “But I think it would be reckless at this moment, given the limited information we still have, to speculate about what this might or might not be.”

The CDC confirmed it monitors the “suspected case of pneumonic plague in the Irkutsk region of Russia,” adding there is no indication of a broader US threat.
