Who Won Head of Household on Big Brother Last Night 10/12/2016?

Tonight on Big Brother Over the Top, Monte Massongill became the second person evicted. Immediately following his eviction, the BBOTT players began to discuss how Scott Dennis and the Plastics tried to trick them.

Tonight on Big Brother Over the Top, Monte Massongill became the second person evicted. Immediately following his eviction, the BBOTT players began to discuss how Scott Dennis and the Plastics tried to trick them.

The Misfits declared that they would backdoor Alex Willett this week as revenge. It already looked like a bad start to the week for them, considering how they were down one player.

Now with the Misfits aiming to evict them, one of them Plastic really needed to win this Big Brother Over the Top head of household competition.

This week’s competition involved the players trying to figure out which barcode was the longest. They basically had to count steps and use chains to figure it out.

They had to guess the number of the longest barcode.

If you make a guess and it is incorrect, you are ineligible for that round. After 15 minutes, the rounds reset.

Big Brother Over the Top Week 3 HOH

Four rounds passed, and then Scott won the HOH by guessing 72. Scott Dennis is the newest head of household. Let’s see if it even matters this week, as he’s on the Plastics side, but America is not.

‘Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen-X’ Episode 4 Recap: We’ve Got A Live One!

Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen-X Recap

Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen-X Recap

Daaaaang! Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen-X brought it tonight! In what was clearly the best episode yet this season, we had all sorts of excitement: An Idol was found, there was a epic Reward Challenge battle (#showdown4theages, if you will), and there were so many twists and turns with strategy leading up to and right on through Tribal Council, that someone summed up best by the end of the episode when they simply said, “Wow.”

You know it’s a hoppin’ night of Survivor when new lingo is introduced, as we all now know what #LiveTribal means (more on that later). And I’m pretty sure no one on Survivor has ever uttered the phrase: “They about to see some tatas tonight.” Yes, there were some eye-opening, potentially boneheaded maneuvers as well, but Episode 4 had pretty much everything I love about Survivor rolled up into one hot, juicy hour of television. It was almost enough to knock Jeff Probst off his feet (wait that happened too!).

We’re going to take a deep dive into tonight’s episode of Survivor and what it all means coming up. Here’s your last chance to turn back in case you haven’t yet seen Episode 4. Spoilers to come!

CLICK THE CONTINUE READING BUTTON FOR MORE, AND THIS IS YOUR LAST *SPOILER* WARNING!

The episode began with the aftermath of last week’s blindside of Paul. Chris and Bret were the only two left in the dark about it, and we learn that Jessica is being seen as the mastermind behind it. Chris and Bret are so pissed they can barely talk about it (what’s with people forcing conversation back at camp following Tribal this season? Hannah was an epic annoyance to Zeke last week following their Tribal, and tonight it was Jessica trying to corner Chris into a convo).

But it’s funny how this game of Survivor works. Not only did Chris and Bret perceive Jessica as the main culprit behind the plot to vote out Paul, even Jessica’s closest allies – Sunday and Lucy – turned on her! And why? Well, because if Jessica could be so savvy to get Paul out, she must be a threat. Man, sometimes you just can’t win on Survivor. Here’s Jessica actually standing up and going to bat for her fellow females by getting out Paul, who threatened the idea of an all-guy alliance, and in saving the two girls she created two enemies.

Survivor recap

This episode was Lucy-heavy, to make up for her near invisibility through the first three episodes. I have been pretty hard on Lucy thus far, mainly making fun of her lack of air time and her perma-scowl. But Lucy was front-and-center tonight, and frankly, she’s not all that bad. Sure, she’s blunt, and sure for some reason the show felt the need to make a connection to #TigerMom with her being an assertive Asian woman (come on, CBS and Survivor producers, you’re better than this), but Lucy’s downfall in this game was not just her straight-forwardness, it was her lack of game awareness…but let’s return to Lucy a bit later.

So what else happened tonight? Well, there are always goats on Survivor (I see you, Phillip Sheppard, Clay Jordan, and several other former players), but tonight we literally got a goat. There was a goat up on a cliff ledge and the Millennial tribe went off after it. Look out Mark the Chicken, you may have a potential threat to your Survivor Mascot status, if they catch this thing and domesticate it.

All of this goat-hunting opened up some free time for Adam – on the outs with his tribe – to do some serious Idol searching, and this time it was fruitful. Adam first found a clue and then found the actual hidden Immunity Idol a bit later. Now, Survivor rarely deals in cliff-hangers, but a very interesting moment occurred right after he found the Idol, when it appeared that Hannah saw him find it and dispose of the shell it was located in. Or did she see him? The show purposely left this vague, and never addressed this the rest of the episode. This may become important later on, if Hannah did see him with the Idol, or even if Adam thinks she saw him. And how about that emotional moment with Adam discussing his mom, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer and who clearly means everything to her son. As Big Papi recently said in an Xfinity TV commercial, “I’m not crying, my eyes are just sweating.”

Survivor recap

And what about that Reward Challenge? I keep using the word “epic” tonight, so let’s go with the hashtag we were presented with instead: A #showdown4theages. This works on so many levels, with the whole generation thing…but never mind that. While watching this segment, I had written in my notes “Man, Chris is a beast!” I mean, the dude bear-hugged two Millennials at once, and if you pause your DVR on that moment, the expression on his face will give you nightmares for years to come.  But as the challenge rolled on, I added to the sentence as follows: “Man, Chris is a beast…but not compared to Michaela! Damn girl!”

Michaela won her portion of the challenge on sheer will power and determination, sans bikini top to boot. I already liked Michaela as a player and a personality, but she just was placed on the physical threat radar instantaneously after tonight.

Now let’s discuss the big development of Episode 4, which was the strategy – or lack thereof depending on your perception of it – over at the Gen-X camp.

Wow, I find myself simultaneously loving and hating things like this on Survivor. On one hand, I’m hating that Jessica doesn’t trust Ken, when Ken has no real reason to give her the intel on what Lucy was plotting. But on the other hand, this is the stuff my Survivor dreams are made of.

So here you have a tribe of eight people with Ken, David, and CeCe on the bottom. After Jessica developed into a major threat after their last Tribal, Lucy and Sunday worked at pulling Chris and Bret back into their alliance, knowing that they would both be seeking revenge on Jessica for what happened to Paul. Lucy had no choice in telling Ken and David about her plan to blindside Jessica – she only had four votes otherwise. But once equipped with that information, Ken put himself out on a limb in an effort to save Jessica and it almost blew up in his face, big time. Trusting Lucy over Ken, Jessica then went back to Lucy and all hell broke loose. With Lucy coming out on top of this strategic battle, David felt he had no choice but to play his Idol to save Jessica.  There are several ways to look at it, but I think that it was a great move. A bold move, but great nonetheless.

Survivor recap

Sure, Jessica sort of picked sides when she decided to trust Lucy over Ken, but had Ken and David just gone along with the plan to blindside Jessica, they would find themselves in a three-person alliance (Ken, David, and CeCe) on a seven-person tribe. Now for sake of argument, we can’t assume or consider the fact that next week looks to be a tribe swap…you can’t play the game banking that such things are going to happen. So if Jessica goes home, Ken and David still have an Idol, but only have three people in their alliance. By playing the Idol, David is actually gaining a number by adding Jessica. It’s interesting, but even though she blabbed and threw Ken under the bus, this is a game of numbers, and four is better than three.

Now that Jessica has been saved, and knowing that everybody that she thought she was close with actually tried voting her out, she has absolutely nobody to turn to. Add to this, that she will feel incredibly loyal and thankful to David moving forward. Three becomes four.

Where Lucy went wrong is that she let her thoughts of Jessica cloud her judgement. The minute Jessica came to her with info that Ken spilled the beans on her blindside plan, the smart move might have been to flip things on Ken. But Lucy still wanted Jessica gone, even after Jessica showed Lucy more loyalty than to Ken. As I eluded to earlier, Lucy’s other fatal flaw was her apparent lack of game-awareness, which is one of the key attributes to playing this game successfully. When she said about Ken that he should be thankful that he’s still in the game, she failed to consider that he may not be content just to be here. The combination of these things led to her demise.

Survivor recap

Episode Take-Away: Just when I was starting to form an opinion of this season, this episode nearly swept me off my feet like Jeff Probst trying to announce a Reward Challenge winner. I loved the emotional moment spent with Adam (his words rang true to me personally, and I wasn’t quite prepared for them…since my mom was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the same time my wife and I were celebrating our pregnancy this past year), I loved the challenge, I loved the strategy, I loved the Tribal Council, and I loved that David is playing the game.

And to know that we are on the verge of a tribe swap has me giddy for next week (although not because I give a rat’s behind about whether or not Taylor and Figgy stay together…blech. I’m over these two already and they’ve barely had screen time lately). This was a #LiveTribal alright, defined as a Tribal where anything can happen and votes are never locked in until there is ink drying on parchment. This is the very essence of the game and it had been absent for several seasons. It’s pretty cool to see that as much as the game changes and evolves over the years, it still is the same crazy, mind-boggling social experiment that it always has been.

Strategic Move of the Week: Michaela throwing her bikini into the water mid-challenge….I kid. Of course, David‘s use of his Immunity Idol to save Jessica. Little does he know that the game is about to change in a big way heading into a swap, and that Idol may have come in handy. But in the moment, it was a brilliant move.

Voted out this week: Lucy

Vote: 5 – Jessica, all of which were voided by Immunity Idol played by David (Lucy, Sunday, Chris, Bret, CeCe), 2 – Lucy (Ken, David) 1 – CeCe (Jessica)

Next Week’s Episode: The Gen-X hidden Immunity Idol is back up for grabs, but will someone find it before Jeff Probst tells them to drop their buffs? The big tease for next week is that we will get the game’s first major shake-up… Episode 5 can’t come soon enough.

TELL US – WAS DAVID SMART TO PLAY HIS IDOL TO SAVE JESSICA?  WHAT DID YOU THINK OF BEAST-MODE MICHAELA AND CHRIS DURING THE CHALLENGE?  AND ARE YOU ROOTING FOR OR AGAINST FIGLOR STAYING TOGETHER NEXT WEEK?

Who Was Evicted on Big Brother Last Night 10/12/2016?

It was a dramatic second Big Brother Over the Top week. We had players arguing over couch placements, and accusations of racism. It was a good week of Big Brother Over the Top feeds, but not a comfortable week for the houseguests. It all comes head-to-head on tonight’s Live eviction.

img_0234

The Misfits have had one target in mind this week: Monte Massongill. America also shared their target goals, which is why they nominated Monte for eviction. However, the Plastics had another Big Brother Over the Top target in mind: Danielle Lickey.

Each side would lose a strong Big Brother Over the Top player. America has firmly been on team evict Monte, but the showmance between Danielle and Shane Chapman has started to make fans turn against them.

It’s been an intense battle between the fans. We all knew going into tonight’s eviction that the votes would come down to a tie, with America having the final say on eviction.

In the end, America wanted Monte out a little more than Danielle.

The votes went  like this:

Shane voted to evict Monte
Morgan voted to evict Danielle
Justin voted to evict Monte
Shelby voted to evict Danielle
Jason voted to evict Monte
Whitney voted to evict Danielle
Neeley voted to evict Monte
Scott voted to evict Danielle

Monte Massongill became the second Big Brother Over the Top evictee.

Little Women: LA’s Christy McGinity Gibel Dishes On Feud With Terra Jole, The Truth About Her Family, & More

Christy McGinity

Christy McGinity

Christy McGinity Gibel has become the ultimate scapegoat on this season of Little Women: LA. Christy recently shared where she’s at now with the ladies, the truth about rumors that she’s estranged from her son, and why she’ll never be a fan of Briana Renee’s pathetic excuse of a husband, Matt Ericson [Grundhoffer].

But, let’s start on a positive note! Even though they’ve butted heads on more than one occasion over the years, Christy says she’ll always have a true friend in Tonya Banks. “I think with Tonya nothing would really tear us a part. Tonya’s really solid. I am solid and we’re really solid in ourselves. And, so we know if something … goes on that day, she knows to call me, I know to call her, and we’re cool,” says Christy.

CLICK THE CONTINUE READING BUTTON FOR MORE!

As for the other women, well…that’s an entirely different story! Especially when it comes to Terra Jole. Christy admits that the drama between Terra and her does (maybe?) keep viewers interested. In an interview with the Tomorrow Show, Christy asserts, “I think Terra’s and my like bumping heads is what makes the freakin’ show. If you took that out of the show the show would be freakin’ boring.”

Dealing with Terra does mean Christy needs to up her AA meetings once in a while, though. She admits, “There’s been many a times where I would get in my car from where I was at location and I drive my ass to a meeting.” Christy’s sobriety was called into question both season one and this season by – who else? – Terra.

As for her feelings on everyone’s favorite slime ball, Matt, Christy says she feels the same today as she always has about her former bestie’s husband. She calls him “kinda gross,” adding, “I think he’s just a misogynist and he has issues that he hasn’t taken care of and he got into a relationship too soon.”

Matt has famously touted childhood abuse as the root of his sex addiction, a problem that manifested itself this past year when he sexted lewd messages and photos of his genitals to various women. (While Briana was pregnant with his child, to boot.)

RELATED: Terra Jole Talks Competing On Dancing With The Stars

Among the many accusations the ladies have hurled at Christy this season, the claim that she was at fault for the estrangement between her and her son is one that Christy would like to clear up. She calls the rumor “absolutely totally false… it was really lame.”

Christy explains, “My son and his father weren’t getting along at all. And there was a dispute they had. A bad one. And this was right before his senior year. And his attorney saw it happen. I got both of my kids attorneys…because their dad is pretty…a bad person…so they could have their own rights. I think kids should have their own rights. Especially in L.A.”

After the dispute, Christy says a more serious altercation occurred between her ex and her son: “A physical altercation. Between the two of them. And so I was like, you know what – I told you this is not working. I can’t get them to get along. As much as you want me to mend the relationship between son and father, I can’t do it.”

In order to protect her son from his father, Christy and her son’s attorney arranged for him to “finish his senior year in Vegas,” where her parents also live, part time.

Terra accused Christy of trying to “cover up” the fact that her son doesn’t speak to her, which Christy did not directly address in the interview. But she does intimate that the rumors, as stated, were false.

On tonight’s LWLA, Christy attempts to get back into the good graces of her former friend circle. But she’s not exactly willing to agree to their terms.

TELL US: DOES CHRISTY’S DRAMA WITH TERRA MAKE THE SHOW BETTER OR WORSE? SHOULD SHE ATTEMPT TO MEND FENCES WITH THESE LADIES?

Kelly Dodd Says Tamra Judge Hit Her Hard; Is Shocked At How Aggressive Tamra Was

Kelly Dodd blog

Kelly Dodd blog

What’s the opposite of a Hooley? How about a Kelly! A Kelly Dodd to be exact. Or maybe it’s a Tamra Judge? I really don’t know but when you bring the Real Housewives Of Orange County to Ireland a phooey of a time is had by all.

Kelly went on a pub crawl that almost ended in a brawl because she says Tamra hit her (hard!) in the department store. “I was shocked, disappointed, and concerned about Tamra’s aggressiveness to say the least.”

“When I signed up to be a Housewife, I knew that my life, my personality, my family, my marriage would be on public display. My life has been an open book through my friendships and social media long before I joined the Housewives,” says Kelly. “Obviously, the scale of exposure is completely different now. I am okay with that because I am who I am, an open, honest person.”

CLICK THE CONTINUE READING BUTTON FOR MORE!

“What I didn’t know when I became a Housewife is that my reputation and character would come under assault based upon reckless scheming, as it did at the ’70s party. I definitely didn’t know I would be subject to the rage of these women.”

The trip spiraling out of control is a shame because Kelly loves other cultures. “Learning the history of other countries and experiencing different cultures is important to me. So, when Meghan suggested we all go to Ireland, I was super excited.”

Kelly also believed the trip would be “a great chance to strengthen our bonds.”

“Things did start out well… The flight was uneventful. The hotel was amazing. Everyone was getting along. The pub crawl was even a blast… at first. “We whooped it up, laughed a lot and drank too much,” reminisces Kelly. “Unfortunately, it turns out I was too optimistic.”

Since Kelly is currently in a detox to clear her mind, she knows all about the tricky turns alcohol can take. That feeling was in the air when she decided to do her infamous nose flick – AGAIN! “Quickly the initial euphoria of doing shots at the pubs wore off. While I was still in a great mood, I could tell that some of the ladies’ moods were changing. At one point, Vicki was spilling drinks on herself, so I pointed to her blouse and flicked her nose with my finger, just like I do Jolie. I thought it was funny, Vicki didn’t.”

“Why don’t these women get my humor?” Kelly complains. Hmmm. Because it’s NOT FUNNY?! All the fighting with Tamra started over a miscommunication about Kelly’s humor, but then Tamra turned negative and aggressive. At least according to Kelly.

“That was the first time I felt Vicki react negatively to me. I was a little surprised,” admits Kelly. “Straight away, I could see Vicki and Tamra talking smack about me at the end of the bar and I didn’t appreciate it.”

“When Vicki and Tamra finished their bitch session, as Tamra headed to the restroom, I told her ‘keep walking’. I was joking,” Kelly insists.

Kelly concedes “it wasn’t funny,” but Tamra’s reaction “shocked” her. “She quickly turned around and confronted me. Her tone and puffed-up posture indicated to me she wanted to physically fight me. This was an indicator of things to come.”

Kelly blames Heather for escalating the situation when she “tried to take charge and confront me.”

Which led, according to Kelly, to yet another misunderstood joke! Listen lady, if no one – not no one – is getting your jokes, you aren’t funny! “Tamra and Heather told me that my silly kids joke took it to another level,” Kelly harrumphs. “In all my dealings with Heather she never seems to get my humor.” She meant only to tease Heather by saying Jewish people are usually funny, but, you know…

“I am sure I offended Heather and a lot of Jewish viewers and for that I am truly sorry,” Kelly agrees. “I meant it was a compliment, not an insult.”

However, what happened next was eye-opening for Kelly as she realized the extent of  Tamra’s shit-stirring.

Tamra started saying how she was always defending me and had kept my ‘secrets.’ I guess to stir the pot she claimed that I told her I had looked into Heather’s finances, but had kept that secret from Heather,” Kelly says. “You saw my reaction. Righteous indignation!!! How dare she create such a bold face lie to cause problems between Heather and I?”

“I cannot stand liars and react viscerally,” Kelly writes in her Bravo Blog. So naturally, “Tamra’s lying and bad intentions set me off.”

Kelly isn’t sure how a disintegrating pub crawl turned into a shopping trip, but it did. She also isn’t sure how Heather getting kicked out of said store was the worst thing that happened, but it was. Kelly’s definitely not sure how she wound up venting to Shannon Beador, but she did – and what a mistake! Blame it on the a a a a a alcohol.

“When we left the pub I was still fuming over Tamra lying. As I was walking with Shannon on the way to the department store, I told Shannon ‘no wonder her daughter doesn’t talk to her!‘ I thought it was a private conversation with Shannon. I never meant to say that directly to Tamra to hurt her,” says Kelly in defense of her comment. “But, of course, Shannon couldn’t wait to run to Tamra in the store and tell her what I had said.”

“Talk about taking it to another level. Tamra was in a rage and physically hit me. She is a very strong woman and she hit me hard.”

“I understand why Tamra was so mad at me,” Kelly concedes. “Regardless, there is no justification for her hitting and threating me. The whole experience traumatized me. I was in pain and didn’t sleep the well the rest of the trip.”

Is someone borrowing some of Vicki Gunvalson‘s exaggerations? I mean, just think if Kelly went to an Irish jail she could bemoan how none of the women visited her or brought casseroles. Or sweats! Since sweats are the new casseroles. And candles are the new champs!

Because the playing field is set at Kindergarten level: “I was proud of myself for not striking Tamra back to defend myself,” triumphs Kelly. “I had seen the show Locked Up Abroad and was not interested in seeing the inside of an Irish jail.”

“I thought it was unbelievable that Heather was more concerned about being asked to leave the store than the fact Tamra had hit me,” Kelly grouses. “I guess in Heather’s world, saying a few harsh words is worse than violence.”

Kelly also stands by her decision to avoid dinner that night. “I could not imagine sitting at the same table with Tamra shortly after she threatened to kill me,” she exclaims. “No way.”

There was one or two positives that came of the trip – like Kelly connected with Michael through her harrowing ordeal.

Also, Kelly learned stuff! (Like that she should buy a joke book?) “I learned a lot about myself and my ‘friends’ during our trip to Ireland. I also learned that (paraphrasing John Wooden), ‘The true test of a woman’s character is what she does when she thinks no one is watching.’”

When Kelly left for Ireland she needed some space – and not just ditching Michael at Costco space – yet she acknowledges, “when the s*** hits the fan Michael is always there for me.”

Michael understood what I was going through and helped calm my nerves. I wanted to leave Ireland right then. But, I decided to stay and make the most of it,” Kelly concludes. I’m sure the other women are eternally thankful for Michael’s intervention.

Erika Girardi Has A Pet Octopus Named Calamari Watson!

Erika Girardi fur

Erika Girardi fur

Pretty much all of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast loves to flaunt their wealth through their clothing, homes, and other purchases, but no one’s home life fascinates me more than Erika Girardi’s. I mean, her house as its own chapel and “knowing” both Erika Girardi and her alter ego Erika Jayne, I’m honestly not at all shocked to learn that she also has a pet octopus.

I mean, if anyone was going to have an octopus as I pet, I figured it would be Erika. Plus, her go-to catchphrase and dance move is “pat the puss” so “pat the octopus” isn’t too far off. An octopus is the most random pet to have. That’s such an Erika thing to do.

CLICK CONTINUE READING FOR MORE!

Erika revealed the pet octopus named Calamari Watson during her appearance on the Animal Planet show called Tanked, which as you guessed is about fish tanks, aquariums, and whatever else is associated with that.

Erika gave her bedroom aquarium a makeover and she also added another aquarium to her study because if one rich person has one aquarium, Erika Jayne needs two, right? The second aquarium, in the study, was built into her bookshelf, which is pretty dope though.

RELATED: Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Celebrate Camille’s Birthday

Not that I know much about this (at all), but on the show Erika revealed that her pet is a Hawaii day octopus that will grow to be up to three feet. I wonder if the octopus will make an appearance on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I wonder what the show’s resident pet lady Lisa Vanderpump thinks about Erika’s octopus. I’m actually surprised that LVP doesn’t have one herself among her millions of pets.

Meghan Edmonds Thinks Kelly Dodd Is Passive Aggressive

Meghan Edmonds

Meghan apologizes to Vicki

This Ireland trip is making some great TV on Real Housewives of Orange County thanks to Kelly Dodd and her antics. This season would be boring without her – at least in my opinion. Although I don’t know what the cast members think about her constant outbursts, but as a viewer, I’m seriously living for it. I’m also curious about how Meghan Edmonds feels since Kelly was brought on the show as HER friend and now she’s going off on everyone and becoming best friends with Vicki Gunvalson, who Meghan can’t stand.

And then there’s this Ireland trip. Production Meghan planned this trip with her husband Jim Edmonds after tracing back their baby’s genealogy to Ireland, so I find it weird that the two of them didn’t go and that Meghan (obviously) had to sit out on a lot of the antics since she can’t party while she’s pregnant. Meghan is on the sidelines of “her” own trip thanks to Kelly taking on the staring role – as per usual. So how does Meghan feel about Kelly saying offensive things to and about Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow during their vacation?

CLICK “CONTINUE READING” FOR MORE

Like I’ve said a million times, like her or not, Kelly is the one who is making this season of Real Housewives of Orange County interesting to watch. And thanks to her we have stopped reliving all the Vicki drama from last year, so we can all be grateful for that. However, Meghan does not seem to share my point of view on Kelly’s actions, which makes sense since she is actually a part of her life and not a bystander watching at home like myself.

Meghan opened up about the Ireland craziness in her most recent Bravo blog. Right off the bat, Meghan mentioned something about Kelly’s up and down relationship with her husband Michael Dodd: “It’s hard to watch Kelly be so passive aggressive with Michael. I hate it when people act like that. I feel like Michael really seems to want to please her, but can’t. She acts the same way towards the girls, too.”

Meghan said what we were all thinking when she wrote, “I don’t understand why she can’t just apologize, take ownership and move on. When she says, ‘I’m sorry you guys are sensitive,’ that’s not actually an apology. Again, it’s passive aggressive.”

Or she is actually aggressive and knows that she needs to stir up drama to be asked for a second season of the show.

RELATED: Tamra Judge Shares Her Thoughts On Kelly Dodd’s Behavior

Meghan pointed out how Kelly continued to make the situation even worse – especially with that off base comment about Heather being Jewish: “That whole evening Kelly continued to dig herself a hole with all of the ladies. First, the Jewish stereotype was crossing a line and then saying that Heather couldn’t afford their lots so they had to get a loan? Getting a loan doesn’t exactly mean they couldn’t afford it.”

And of course, the big issue of the episode was Kelly bringing Tamra’s estrangement from her daughter into the mix. Meghan wrote, “And then to hear the comment she made about Tamra’s daughter? Tamra looked so broken during that scene and that never should have been brought up.”

After all of that Kelly-instigated drama, she told Meghan how the rest of the cast attacked her and Meghan seemed pretty skeptical about it and I don’t blame her. Meghan wrote, “When Kelly came back to the room and was filling me in on everything that happened, all I was thinking was about how happy I was that I missed everything. But at the same time Kelly truly felt attacked and if perception is reality then she has and had my empathy.”

It makes me wonder if Kelly actually felt that she was being attacked or if she was trying to spin the situation. Either way it was pretty rough to watch.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK THAT THE CAST RESPONDED FAIRLY TO KELLY’S ANTICS OR WAS SHE ACTUALLY ATTACKED?

‘Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen-X’ Episode 4 Preview: ‘Who’s The Sucker At The Table?’

Survivor Episode 4 Preview

Survivor Episode 4 Preview

Just like that, we’re knee-deep into another season of Survivor, as we gear up for the fourth episode of Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen-X. Usually by now, we’ll have seen some sort of a tribe shake-up, or a switch, but CBS producers and Jeff Probst are so in love with the “generation battle” format that it appears they’re going to let it play out a bit more than other themes in the past. We normally get a merge at or around Episode 8, so it’s hard to believe we’re nearly a third of the way through already!

The preview for tonight’s new episode seems to be focused on a physical water Reward Challenge, which are always interesting to watch as our favorite (and not-so-favorite) contestants literally punch, kick, scrape, and claw at one another in order to come out on top. And now that both tribes have revealed their cards at their previous Tribal Councils, this is when it should start to get interesting.

PLEASE CLICK THE “CONTINUE READING” BUTTON FOR MORE!

So getting set from last week, you may remember that the Gen-Xers ousted good ole’ Paul (and I do mean “ole.” I mean, the dude is in his 50s and a so-called Gen-Xer?? OK, I’m over it.) and are now down to eight tribe mates. Chris and Bret were the only two who were left in the dark about Paul‘s ousting, after David and Ken were able to flip the tribe off of CeCe. Remember from last week’s preview video, it appears Lucy may finally get her fair share of screen-time this week as she apparently inherits the throne left by Paul. But if the official CBS synopsis is any indication, it looks like Chris and Bret are not going to forget what went down. Here it is:

Episode 4 – “Who’s the Sucker at the Table?” – Millennials and Gen X get physical in the first reward challenge of the season, and two castaways are out for revenge after being blindsided by their allies, on SURVIVOR, Wednesday, Oct. 12(8:00-9:00PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Another juicy tidbit about tonight’s episode: In an interview with EW.com, Probst also teased that another Immunity Idol would be found during tonight’s episode. That could only mean that someone over at the Millennial beach will fall into power. If it’s Figlor (Taylor and Figgy‘s showmance), they might decide to cut it in half and each wear a half around their necks as a show of love and affection. So let’s hope it’s not them, or anyone from the “TriForce” alliance. It would be very interesting if the likes of an Adam, a Zeke, or a Michaela were to stumble upon an Idol. We’ll have to see.

Chris and Bret are clearly on the outs of the Gen-X tribe after last week, so look for one of them to possibly get the boot tonight, but I wouldn’t put too much stock into that. It’s so early, and things can shift fast, especially if someone were to catch wind that David possesses an Idol. Could Bret and Chris be saved by teaming back up with Sunday and Lucy, whom they seemed close to just a few episodes ago? And over at the youngin’ beach, that Idol could change everything, so it’s hard to predict just who may be in danger should the Millennials end up at Tribal.

It all goes down tonight! But first, let’s address some comments and questions left on last week’s recap article, in a section I like to call…

“The Fans Have Spoken.” I read all of your comments every week, so thanks for the interaction! Last week, it seems most everyone was loving the blindside of Paul…not necessarily that it was Paul, but just that it was a blindside. That’s definitely what makes the show fun to watch, and Probst has promised great game-play this season! On the other hand, there seemed to be no love lost in discussing CeCe and her slow, meander across the balance beam that costed her tribe Immunity, or at least didn’t help the cause very much.

You know the drill: CBS, 8pm EST, and then RealityTea.com for another Survivor Recap late tonight. We’ll see you on the other side! But first…

Tamra Judge Thinks Kelly Dodd “Has No Limits”

Real Housewives of Orange County recap

Tamra and Kelly

The Real Housewives of Orange County trip to Ireland was a hot mess.

As usual, Kelly Dodd was popping off and interrupting a good time, but this time the recently reformed Tamra Judge was involved and squaring off against Kelly. It all stemmed from the dumbest disagreement between Kelly and Vicki Gunvalson about Kelly’s lame nose-flicking jokes. Vicki expressed that she was annoyed and told Kelly to stop, Tamra did the same thing, and then Kelly came for Tamra. And eventually it all led to Kelly declaring that she can see why Tamra’s oldest daughter doesn’t talk to her.

CLICK “CONTINUE READING” FOR MORE

Yep. It went there. The episode was a shit show and a half and I’m sure that the fact that the ladies were on pub crawl did not make things any easier.

Watching the episode, I was in shock that Kelly made that comment. Then I was laughing when production shaded Tamra after she declared talking about kids to be “off limits” by playing several clips of Tamra getting into the other women’s business over the years. Now we have a tricky situation with obvious offenses and hypocrisy to observe. And as expected, Tamra is doing what she can to make sure perception of the situation is spun in her favor.

RELATED: Kelly Dodd And Tamra Judge Argue – again – On Twitter

Tamra stated the obvious in her blog when she wrote, “The more Kelly had to drink the more obnoxious she became.”

This is what happened at every single event this season. And of course Kelly had her lame elementary school style jokes – cue my eye roll.

In regard to Kelly‘s “humor” Tamra wrote, “Her canned jokes and flicking everyone in the nose was getting old. When Vicki came up to me annoyed because Kelly once again flicked her, I could totally understand why she was so annoyed. Vicki told her she didn’t like it, but Kelly didn’t care. She replied, ‘No one likes it.’ Then why are you doing it?”

Yeah, honestly that made no sense,  but then again, Kelly is doing what she can to stay on this show. Also, I’m confused by how Vicki having a problem with her new “bestie” turned into a Tamra versus Kelly smack down, but that’s what happened.

It was also so random for Kelly to knock Heather Dubrow for not having the sense of humor that she expected her to have since she’s Jewish. In regard to that, Tamra wrote, “When Kelly tells Heather that Jewish people are funny and sarcastic, all I could do was shake my head and think, ‘This girl is ignorant.’ She truly is her own worst enemy.”

Yes, that is for sure. Kelly always finds a way to make things worse for herself. Calling out Heather was such a weird thing to do and it was not at all relevant.

I find it odd that Kelly was talking about how she feared to be in a custody situation similar to Tamra’s in the last few episodes, yet she decided to prey on Tamra based on that topic specifically. That really was so not okay – at all.

Tamra remarked, “I had a conversation with Kelly at Meghan [Edmonds’s] house and she opened up to me about how difficult her separation was for her family. So for her to say what she did, she knew exactly what she was doing by hitting way below the belt and it just goes to show she has NO limits.”

Kelly seems to have a pattern of saying the most hurtful shit possible in every confrontation. Either that or she just knows what it takes to stay on a reality TV show.

RELATED: Kelly Dodd Says Ireland Is “Nasty” and “Maximum” Drama

The part where Tamra supposedly “pushed” Kelly was conveniently not caught on camera so I have no idea what to believe, but of course Tamra defended herself: “When Shannon [Beador] told me, I ran up to Kelly and grabbed her shoulders and yelled at her. I know that it was not a wise thing to do, and I am very sorry I did that. In Kelly style, she went outside and told everyone that I hit her. This woman cannot stop lying and exaggerating to save her life.”

Kelly will do anything she can to remain as a cast member on this show.

TELL US – WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT KELLY BRINGING UP TAMRA’S RELATIONSHIP WITH HER DAUGHTER? IS IT HYPOCRITICAL FOR TAMRA TO BE UPSET AT KELLY FOR TALKING ABOUT HER FAMILY PROBLEMS AFTER YEARS OF DOING THAT TO OTHER CAST MEMBERS?

Dance Moms Recap: Manage This

dance moms jojo

dance moms mind craft

Have we decided who is collectively more miserable? Is it the veteran Dance Moms or the mini mother planning their tiny coup? Perhaps we just call it even and declare Abby Lee Miller the nastiest participant in this crazy reality show? Anyone? Over/under? Perhaps the truest evil genius is Lifetime for continuing to subject us to these super-sized episodes. Jill is now more focused on Kendall’s music as that’s what making waves for her daughter’s teammate Nia Frazier. She feigns excitement for JoJo Siwa’s latest music video, reminding Kendall that her album is what is most important. Jill has gone so far as to dissolve Abby’s role Kendall’s manager, and she is bracing for Abby’s wrath as a result of that decision. Before pyramid, Jill warns the other mothers that Abby may be in rare form due to her lawyer’s letter to Abby firing her. This should be fun.

Abby starts in with the minis pyramid, and the -ianas and their mamas are torn. There are tears from an -iana and another mini’s mother complains that her daughter is always on the bottom. There are a (very) few mini mothers who are just grateful that their daughters are on the wall at all. When it’s time for the elite team’s pyramid, JoJo is on the bottom because she only performed with the group. Kendall follows for not being a team leader. Nia rounds out the bottom with little criticism from Abby. Brynn and Kalani make up the second rung for being pretty but relying too much on pretty. JoJo’s alter ego takes the top spot which is a much needed comic interruption for the group.

CLICK THE CONTINUE READING BUTTON FOR MORE!

At this week’s competition, the group routine is inspired by the game Minecraft. I have no clue what that is, but I know my friends’ kids play it. Abby has been reluctant to dole out solos in Maddie’s absence, but she gifts Kalani, JoJo, and Kendall with individual routines this week. Normally Jill would be thrilled, but she can’t help but think that Abby is setting Kendall up in light of her lawyer’s letter. Abby rails the minis for their group routine last week and declares they won’t be competing. Abby leads the veteran moms in a cheer at this news. Instead, Abby plans to inundate the minis with extra lessons. When one mini mother complains, she’s met with screaming and contention from Jill and crew.

The following day, Abby works with the elite team on their group routine. The veteran mothers are glad that their daughters are finally doing a dance they can relate to as opposed to paying homage to an artist with whom they aren’t familiar. Brynn is excited about the dance, but she notes that they team runs out of rehearsal time before they’re able to become familiar with the choreography. Kendall practices her solo next, and Holly interjects that this is the first time Abby has given Kendall a solo that meets Jill’s approval when it comes to choreography, music, and costume. She believes Abby is setting up Kendall to beat Kalani. Ashlee agrees. After Jill’s blatant rebellion regarding Kendall’s music career, Ashlee is convinced, Abby is doing everything in her power to woo Jill back to her spot as number one brown-nosing. As Kalani rehearses a number that is clearly a knock off hybrid of a Paige solo and Maddie solo from years gone by, Jessalyn in on board with this theory. Even Jill wonders why Kalani is given so little to work with when competing against Kendall. Jill wants her daughter to beat Kalani, but she wants it to be sort of fair and square…sort of, but not really.

dance moms jill

Abby has enlisted a professional choreographer to work with minis. I have to say, watching the tiny team learn from this guy is impressive. They have a lot more talent than I give them credit for, and their mothers fawn over him as if he’s their cabana boy. As JoJo works with Abby, Jessalyn basks in the mother’s praise of JoJo’s recent music single. She’s holding at number three on some unknown countdown. Jess and Holly chide Jill about Abby using Kendall’s solo to win her over after the firing. Jill can’t disagree. She’s over the moon that Abby has gifted Kendall with such an amazing dance. If Abby wants to release more of Kendall’s music in the wake of this solo, she’d be fine with it. All it takes is Jessalyn asking Abby about her motivation with Kendall’s solo to cue a screaming match between Jill and Abby regarding Abby’s management (or lack thereof) of Kendall’s music. They both yell that the other doesn’t have a law degree. Abby drove a Hummer when Jill first met her. But that Hummer was impounded, Jill counters. As Abby storms off, ranting about Kendall’s lack of pop star status, Jill realizes she’d fallen under Abby’s spell thanks to Kendall’s decent solo. She won’t let it happen again. I’m guessing Abby won’t either.

Jill and the mothers are reveling in a week sans minis. They are happy having the elite team being the focus of Abby’s attention, but they still snark about Abby’s lack of loyalty to their girls. The moms then decide to needle Kira about Kalani’s solo. It’s with a chair. Kalani remarks that she hasn’t danced with a chair since she was eight, but Kira doesn’t think it’s worth a battle. Jess and Jill automatically pounce. Why doesn’t Kira care about Kalani’s future? I find this to be humorous and incredibly hypocritical. If Kalani’s routine was one for Dancing with the Stars, Jill would be peeved that Abby had set Kalani up to beat Kendall. When Kalani’s dance is mediocre, she chides Kira about her complacency to confront Abby for the slight. Geez Louise! Not surprisingly, Jill may not have much to say about anything if she continues on her tear. Interrupting the minis ballet lesson, she screeches at the mini moms that the elite team needs Abby’s attention as they are the only ALDC team competing this week. Abby begs to differ and threatens to cut the solo of any elite dancer whose mother dares challenge her.

dance moms abby

Taking matters into their own hands, Jill and Jessalyn decide to rehearse with their girls. However, Abby finishes up with the minis in time to rehearse with Kalani. As the mothers watch from the viewing room, Jessalyn casually asks Kira if she has a flat screen television for sale. Of course, what she really wants to know is why Kira was arrested for theft and fraud a decade ago for pretending to ship items she’d sold, but never actually sending them. When questioned, Kira enlists the buzz words of every reality star with a rap sheet. She’s not at liberty to discuss it, but it certainly wasn’t her fault. She was guilty by association. Isn’t everyone?

dance moms kira

On the day of competition, the team has to deal with a minor registration issue before they can prep for their solos. Kalani may have a chair, but she’s lacking a costume. Kira pulls something together at the last minute, but the mothers continue to be aghast at Kira’s lack of concern for Kalani’s dumbed down routine. Even though the minis won’t be performing, the moms show up for camera time. I mean, to show their support, or maybe to confront the veteran mothers for being major beeatches towards them this week. It’s one of those reasons. Holly, realizing she hasn’t caused much drama this episode, threatens to quit if the mini moms stick around. Without Nia, there will be no original teammates left.

JoJo performs first, and it’s the same upbeat dance we’ve come to expect from JoJo, complete with the out of this world expressions. Kalani takes the stage next, and while she does an amazing job with what she was given, it’s still just her dancing around with a chair. Kira is not happy. Kendall is practically flawless, and Jill may be on the verge of forgetting what a complete jackleg manager Abby has been for her daughter’s music career. That Jill just craves Abby’s attention, doesn’t she? Before the group routine, Jill and Jessalyn attempt to egg on Kira in hopes that she’ll say something to Abby about Kalani’s choreography. When Abby hears them, Jess states that Kalani deserves better. She didn’t even have a costume for crying out loud! Kira remains mute. The Minecraft number, cleverly titled Mind Craft, is fabulous.

At the awards ceremony, everyone is on pins and needles about the solos…and they should be. Kendall places seventh with Kalani faring a bit better in the fourth spot. JoJo doesn’t place at all. Thankfully, Mind Craft wins its category. Backstage, Jill blames the low solo scores on the fact that Abby was arguing with the director of the competition. The mini moms remind Jill that the group placed first, and Jill seethes that they will never be a part of the true ALDC team. Jill blames Abby’s legal issues on why it’s best for Kendall to find new management, but Abby cryptically asserts that they should be able to come to an agreement. To Jill, this can only mean one thing. Is Abby going to sue her?
