Brandi Redmond Feels “Uncomfortable And Not Safe” Around LeeAnne Locken

Brandi Redmond Feels “Uncomfortable And Not Safe” Around LeeAnne Locken

As a viewer (who is far, far, away from Texas), I feel like LeeAnne Locken makes Real Housewives of Dallas worth watching. All of the cast members on the opposite couch at the reunion do not have the same feelings. Personally it just seems like LeeAnne is a little unhinged, but ultimately harmless, but I’ve never experienced any of this in person (unfortunately) so I have no idea what she is really like.

Even though she started Season 2 out as LeeAnne’s good friend, Brandi Redmond is at odds again with the queen of the show- sorry, but it’s true. If LeeAnne wasn’t on this show, there would be no show. Brandi answered a lot of questions about LeeAnne and her own behavior during her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

When Andy Cohen asked Brandi if she was afraid of LeeAnne, Brandi said, “It’s definitely uncomfortable when you’re put in a situation and you feel uncomfortable and not safe, you should just exit.” But obviously no one is going to “just exit” when they have the opportunity to be a reality TV star.

One viewer seriously went in on Brandi with this two-part question: “Why hasn’t your husband appeared on the show this season? Is he embarrassed by your behavior with the other Housewives?” Brandi clarified, “Actually my husband did appear on the show and my husband is very supportive. We just left Miami celebrating his birthday. He’s very supportive. He loves me and accepts me for who I am. I’m sorry that you feel that way.” Which is way better than the other Housewives husbands who are overly involved.

Another caller asked Brandi, “Did you use LeeAnne while your friendship with Stephanie [Hollman] was on the rocks?” Brandi maintains, “No, I did not use LeeAnne. People don’t realize that I have a lot more friends and family outside of these six women. I supported her with things that were going on in her life as well.”

Kelly Dodd Calls Peggy Sulahian A High Maintenance, Confusing Buzzkill; Denies Laughing At Her With Tamra Judge

Kelly Dodd Calls Peggy Sulahian A High Maintenance, Confusing Buzzkill; Denies Laughing At Her With Tamra Judge

Kelly Dodd Calls Peggy Sulahian A High Maintenance, Confusing Buzzkill; Denies Laughing At Her With Tamra Judge

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times – at least for The Real Housewives Of Orange County in Iceland! While the trip brought entrenched enemies Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson to a more copacetic place, it seemed to bring Peggy Sulahian to the brink of insanity. Kelly Dodd calls Peggy out in her blog this week, accusing her of ruining everyone’s last night in Iceland with her high maintenance, confusing ways.

Kelly jokes, “When Peggy made her grand entrance in Lydia [McLaughlin’s] room before dinner, I couldn’t help but laugh. Her shirt says ‘WHATEVER’ but her face screams ‘HIGH MAINTENANCE.’ She lets Lydia know right off the bat that she’s cold, she’s starving, she’s tired…and Lydia, being the gracious host she is, scrambles to make sure Peggy is comfortable. It’s like watching Smithers and Mr. Burns on The Simpsons. And just like Monty Burns, Peggy is ready to release the hounds.”

Peggy accused Tamra and Kelly of laughing at her behind her back during the late hours of their all-night drinking session, but Kelly defends, “Tamra and I were NOT laughing at Peggy. At one point in the night, we all went and got into our pajamas. When Tamra and I came out of our rooms, I was banging on Vicki‘s door and Tamra was banging on Shannon [Beador’s] door. We did it at the same time, and looked at each other and just burst out laughing. I can’t tell you why it was so funny—I guess you had to be there. Then Peggy opened her door and started screaming at us to stop laughing at her! It was so bizarre, it made the whole thing even funnier, and we laughed even harder.”

Kelly’s response to Peggy recording the whole episode on her phone was, “Who does that?” She does express gratitude to Lydia for trying to explain the “I’ll have my dad call your dad” barb as a figure of speech, not a personal attack. Kelly also blames Peggy for Lydia having to miss most of the Viking dinner – that she, herself, arranged!

The dinner itself turned into a sh*tshow after Peggy and Lydia arrived, of course. “Now I know what Sigurder, our host, meant when he said there would be singing and fighting at dinner…but he probably didn’t know the half of it. Only Peggy would show up over an hour late, keeping Lydia, and act like it’s a gracious act of compassion. It’s just plain rude! She acted like she was doing Lydia a favor, by ruining the last night of her trip. Who does Peggy think she is? Am I the only person who finds this a little outrageous?”

RELATED: Peggy Sulahian Explains Why She Got A Double Mastectomy; Criticizes RHOC Cast Mates For Questioning Her

“The a cappella choir was the perfect soundtrack for Peggy’s arrival, wearing satanic red,” continues Kelly. “I apologized to Peggy at dinner because I was worried about her feelings. I was being sincere. Her response was as cold as I have now come to expect. I always liked Peggy and felt like I had gotten to know her back in the O.C. But seeing her away from Diko and the safe spaces of her Lamborghinis showed me who she truly is. I might be coarse with my language and sometimes I like to drink, but I’m not a bad person! I just want everybody to get along and have fun…and Peggy is the ultimate buzzkill.”

Moving on to the strange phone recording of Meghan Edmonds’ baby crying, Kelly rails, “her spontaneous attack on Meghan’s parenting threw everyone for a loop. As I said then, I will say now—it’s beyond. But did you notice how the second she left the restaurant, the mood lifted? Lydia seemed truly relieved to stop babysitting her. And you’ll notice no one was talking about her after she was gone. Earlier, Peggy had told Lydia that she hoped we were saying bad things about her. She wants us to be the villains, and it couldn’t be more transparent.”

Calling Peggy “out of her depth with these women,” Kelly thinks her new cast mate simply can’t cope when she’s outside of “her family bubble.” She explains, “In groups like ours, we drink, we argue, we apologize, and we move forward. Something that was so silly and could have been quickly resolved the next morning turned into a cataclysmic event for Peggy. It’s not that serious!”

But Peggy seemed very serious about her hurt feelings – even if she couldn’t explain them very clearly (or…at all??). Kelly chalks Peggy’s behavior up to wanting to judge everyone else. She closes her blog, “Have you noticed that Peggy loves to police other people’s behavior? She even wants to censor crying infants. (Newsflash: babies cry.) Shannon and Vicki have much deeper issues than Peggy does with Tamra or myself. Yet, still, the two of them were able to get along, be civil, and even share a few laughs. Tell me: whose behavior is more inappropriate?”

Real Housewives of Dallas Recap: The Trial of LeeAnne Locken

Real Housewives of Dallas Recap: The Trial of LeeAnne Locken

The ladies of The Real Housewives of Dallas have assembled for a well-deserved two-part reunion. The set is Texafied with a fireplace, cow skin run and lots of random horns all over the place. Cary Deuber prepares herself to “mind dump” everything in her head. The two camps gather before the face off on the couches. Brandi Redmond claims that’s she ready to beat a bitch up. She went from mean girl to downright vicious. Host, Andy Cohen greets the ladies. We learn that Mama Dee Simmons has prepped daughter, D’Andra Simmons with recorded questions (??). Stephanie Hollman plans to move into her new house around January. Brandi takes the first jab, explaining that she’s not pregnant, but instead pre-menopausal, possibly even going through the change before ex-pal LeeAnne Locken.

The fun begins. First up, a reunion staple, the “look at how much fun we’re having” package, full of pool swans, worm shots, hot dog costumes and tickling dildos. Andy takes this time to ask Kameron Westcott about her dog food line – it’s doing well. Onto the second package, covering the split of Steph-andi and LeeAnne parading around as Stephanie 2 Face. Brandi once again admits that she was pissed at her on again, off again, now on again friend. Stephanie clarifies that her Bravo blog said it was about Brandi’s husband arriving at a party drunk that was the “slow-moving car crash”, not her marriage. (Haven’t these two had this conversation before this moment?) Again, Brandi says she felt jealous and unimportant and chose not to communicate. Stephanie takes ownership for taking on Brandi so heavily in her life and pulling away. As far as LeeAnne’s costume goes, Steph felt bullied and attacked in her own home. Confused, LeeAnne says that when the trailer dropped she called her costume “amazing”, but she’s “pretty sure” that was just the hot dog one. LeeAnne is quick to call her out about the condescending confessionals, calling Stephanie “mean”, “ugly” and “rude”. Kameron is happy to ask her if she thinks a flesh-eating bacteria is funny – which Stephanie is also quick to regret.

When asked about her take on 2 Face, D’Andra says she was pissed at LeeAnne and that Stephanie should have thrown her out of the party immediately. LeeAnne, a problem solver claims the costume was only to get a conversation going and that they both have said negative things against one another. She goes on to credit her PTSD from her childhood to reacting differently than “normal people”. Brandi asks if LeeAnne diagnosed herself. Nope. Oddly, instead of asking Team Brandi, Andy asks D’Andra what she thinks of LeeAnne’s PTSD defense. D’Andra diplomatically says a lot of people have PTSD but they don’t carry it around and pull it out when convenient. Steph-andi feels it’s only an excuse. LeeAnne says it’s not an excuse and once again, owns it and apologizes for it.

Real Housewives of Dallas Recap: The Trial of LeeAnne Locken

Cary doesn’t feel LeeAnne changes her behavior despite the apologies. Brandi references Season 1 when her brother was suffering from PTSD. LeeAnne says she only volunteered Rich as someone who suffered from it, not herself. Brandi finds this quite convenient. With fire in her eyes, LeeAnne tells Brandi to “be careful” and throws a glass. Brandi asks if it’s a threat and LeeAnne claims its “inappropriate” to talk down to people with PTSD. This strikes a nerve in Brandi, it’s personal – she asks, “who are you?” and LeeAnne replies, “Someone who cares about people who have PTSD”.

Switching gears, Kameron verifies that she really is a real person (and not a blonde alien). She explains that it’s easier to live in a bubble, preferably pink. This prompts her nemesis, Brandi, to resurrect her desire to put the dog food mogul in a pageant. Kameron is quick to fire back that it’s okay for Brandi to judge her, but God forbid she judge her in return. True. Andy looks at Kameron in awe, puzzled and completely confused as she explains that while dogs may be colorblind, the women who buy the food are not. Oh, and before adding in the brown kibble, the dog’s poo was bright pink, which Kameron had no problem with.

Real Housewives of Dallas Recap: The Trial of LeeAnne Locken

Onto the next package, ‘Kameron and Brandi’s Dildo Fueled Feud’. This is so ridiculous, that even the two ladies laughed through the video playback. Kameron questions how she comes across judgy. [Kameron we love you, but really?] Brandi pulls out her likely rehearsed one-liner, “we obviously have a lot of issues Big Bird”. Kameron spits back, “If I’m Big Bird you’re Oscar the Grouch that lives in a trash can” and being called Big Bird is offensive. Who knew? The zip codes make a return to the conversation, and Kameron clarifies that it’s how you act, NOT where you live. Similar to Sesame Street, the word of the day “bullying” is dropped once again, this time by Kameron. Today’s lesson, you should never bully someone with a sex toy. See Housewives in educational programming.

Kameron clarifies that as far as Brandi and Stephanie’s nonexistent place in Dallas society goes, it’s because they’re not from Dallas. Brandi can’t handle this, detailing that she and her husband own businesses, land, a residency, and horses in Dallas proper. LeeAnne jumps in, spelling out that she’s referring to the Dallas social scene. Kameron claims she only brought up Brandi and Stephanie’s status “like one time”. [Again, we love you Kameron, but really, only once?] Stephanie jumps to Brandi’s defense saying that Kameron even tweeted Brandi about it. LeeAnne takes this opportunity to call out Stephanie’s husband Travis Hollman for attacking her on Twitter to which Cary says Rich called her a “terrorist”. “I’m a terrorist,” she said turning to Stephanie. Not to be outdone, LeeAnne tells Cary that her husband Mark Deuber has tweeted nasty things about her. Immediately, Cary denies it – but whoops NVM, he has tweeted things about her fake ring and boobs, but it was funny. NBD. At the end of the day, Kameron says she’d be okay with Brandi if she just respected her boundaries. In a twist of events, we learn that the dildo didn’t make it to the closed set, but left in Brandi’s hotel room. Kameron finds this sweet. [It’s moments like this that will make us miss this gem of a show]

Next up, we look at D’Andra’s video package. Everyone loves Jeremy, while Andy loves Business Powerhouse, Mama Dee. In the continued spirit of learning more about D’Andra, we’re told she has two trusts, with Dee controlling one. Oh, and if you were wondering about everyone’s favorite Verizon Employee, Keatin is doing well. D’Andra says that she was so hard on him because this was the second time he had moved to Dallas.

Real Housewives of Dallas Recap: The Trial of LeeAnne Locken

We move onto LeeAnne’s therapy moments video. Andy asks, by a show of hands, who thinks the anger management has helped the reformed carney. Only 2 shoot up – LeeAnne and D’AndraKameron says she can’t vote because she didn’t know LeeAnne last year. Fair or shady? Pleading a guilty once again, LeeAnne says getting in Cary’s face was not justified. As for that police report with her attacking someone with sandpaper, it doesn’t exist. Stephanie maintains that there’s something there. LeeAnne references Cary and Mark saying they would kill one another if they had a gun in the house. Stephanie is concerned for her safety, to which LeeAnne assures her, she’s safe. When it comes the infamous “they’re just hands” comments, not to worry, according to LeeAnne, those hands can also bake a pie.

At this point in the reunion, it switches over to a group therapy session, meets mediation. Andy asks the ladies if they feel safe around LeeAnneBrandi says she was scared to drive LeeAnne to surgery and wreck her husband’s car (so dramatic) because LeeAnne was screaming. Side Note: If this were true, don’t you think they’d show this footage? They’ve shown everything else. Next, Andy then grills LeeAnne about the three people she’s threatened to hurt. She owns her threats on Season 1 Marie Reyes’ life. Stephanie doesn’t miss a moment to paint LeeAnne in an even worse light by saying that she’s scared because LeeAnne says these things when she’s no longer mic’d. She references the Marie situation and the moment behind closed doors at Dr. True’s office, eluding that she makes threats when she doesn’t think anyone is watching. Andy then asks LeeAnne if she believes the therapy helped her. LeeAnne credits the therapy with helping open her eyes to old childhood habits. D’Andra believes that LeeAnne flips out when things don’t go as planned and her vernacular is what gets her in so much trouble.

Real Housewives of Dallas Recap: The Trial of LeeAnne Locken

LeeAnne gets a break from the hot seat for a moment for Andy to ask who has had their boobs done. A reunion staple. For those interested, Kameron was the only natural one in the group. This transitions the conversation back to LeeAnne, this time about her breast augmentation. Andy turns to Cary to ask her the differences between Dr. True and real plastic surgeons. Before she can answer, LeeAnne interjects that she never asked Cary for her opinion. Cary did say that she text LeeAnne post-op and sent her flowers but was continuously hated on. Downplaying all the drama, Cary says she’s a medical professional who wants the best for everyone. She also refutes ever saying Brandi’s Doc killed people on the operating table. Brandi vouches for Cary saying that she said that statement could apply to ANY of the doctors on her list, she just took it as the specific doctor that she was going to. Really? Brandi’s past commentary says otherwise. Meanwhile, LeeAnne looks ready to explode and call B.S.

Real Housewives of Dallas Recap: The Trial of LeeAnne Locken

Back to the “hands” comments behind closed doors, LeeAnne doesn’t recall. She says she took medication but was not yet hooked up to the IV. Later, she said she felted baited by BrandiStephanie and Brandi agree that D’AndraKameron and LeeAnne blamed Brandi for provoking her. Andy then reveals the production reviewed the tape, and Brandi did not say anything to bait LeeAnne’s response, to which she says she was just spiraling out of control. No one’s really sure what medication she was on. Brandi hatefully glares at LeeAnne and says her being medicated is an excuse. Cary asks LeeAnne what’s her end game. LeeAnne twists it saying that the end game for them must be to get her thrown off the show. Do these ladies realize that LeeAnne is 96.7% of the content on this show?  Cary turns it back on LeeAnne, telling her she felt she was trying to push HER out by telling Stephanie and Brandi not to be friends with her. Speaking very clearly, LeeAnne says she NEVER told Brandi not to be friends with her. Brandi says she was advised that both she and Stephanie were told to “make a choice”.

Kameron, who is riding hard for LeeAnne, explains how she was never asked not to be friends with Cary. When asked what she thought of the “just hands” video, Cary claims to have been genuinely scared. D’Andra just can’t understand what was soooo bad that LeeAnne did. LeeAnne takes the opportunity to point out that she never made a physical advance and that she’s only hurt people with her words. They’re just hands wordsStephanie reminds everyone of the glass throwing incident, to which LeeAnne writes off. Brandi is not buying it – calling it a pattern, which apparently is a word Travis Hollman uses. Brandi continues to go in on LeeAnne, telling her that her word means nothing because her nasty behavior will keep happening. Ouch. Kameron jumps in, saying it was “downright nasty” that Brandi chased her with a dildo. Ultimately, LeeAnne owns it all. Again. For the millionth time.

Real Housewives of Dallas Recap: The Trial of LeeAnne Locken

As things quiet down, Andy passively asks if they want to bring out Cary’s husband MarkLeeAnne perks up, saying it’s a closed set and their husbands are all in town and not invited. Andy tells her that he’s going to be a guest. After being attacked and questioned, she walks out, calling it a one-sided situation. Not cool Bravo. Cary believes that her husband deserves to be there and then make sure everyone agrees with her. The problem lies that no one told them of this “guest”. Cary loses her cool, ranting that she wishes it was told to HER that her husband would be trashed all season. Cut to: LeeAnne roaming a parking lot in a gown. It really has been the “shame LeeAnne Locken hour”. She can handle herself, but it’s exhausting that she has to defend herself like she’s before a Federal Judge and Jury. Slam to: To be continued…

Siggy Flicker Explains What She Really Meant By Her “Most Talented Person In The World” Comment

Siggy Flicker Explains What She Really Meant By Her “Most Talented Person In The World” Comment

In all honesty, Siggy Flicker’s first season on Real Housewives of New Jersey was a total cake walk. She was friends with everyone and her biggest issue was being upset that the other ladies weren’t getting along. This season is a totally different story for her. Five episodes in and she has delivered a meme-worthy moment for each of them.

Unfortunately it isn’t all praise since Siggy has some quotes that are pretty outrageous. She is the topic of conversation every week- within each episode and while it airs on social media. One remark that definitely stood out to people was when she proclaimed, “I think I’m the most talented human being on the face of the earth.”

Siggy addressed the controversial comment and what it’s like to be a Real Housewife on the I Don’t Get It podcast. She described being on the show by saying, “It’s like being in a pressure cooker. It’s very, very intense this season. For the most part, it is stressful, but I do love it. The show has given me a huge platform. I got into it for all the right reasons.”

Siggy explained, “People were needling me all night long about a certain topic and I said, ‘You know what, I do what I do because I am the most talented person in the world when it comes to lifting people up and helping them and I’m passionate about what I do. They edited out that last part.” Well, of course they did.

If it wasn’t for Siggy’s antics during the first episode, there would be nothing to bitch about on social media. Sure, everyone was moved by the Giudice family (I actually cried during the opening scene-judge me, but it’s true), but the talked-about moments were definitely the words that came out of Siggy’s mouth. Siggy talking about how much she loves to help people wouldn’t have caused any kind of stir so cutting the comment at that point was definitely the way to go if the editors wanted to deliver a highly talked about moment.

Siggy continued, “That’s just the way I talk. I have a big personality. So if I’m having chips and salsa, I’m like ‘Oh my god this is the best salsa I’ve ever had.'”

Unfortunately for Siggy, not everyone is picking up what she’s laying down and she’s getting a lot of heat this season. Siggy shared, “This is the hardest part about  the show: people are like ‘You’re so conceited! You’re the most talented?’ People are taking jabs at me.” Unfortunately that’s how this show works: everyone has something to say on social media (and on this website). You really can’t escape it.

Siggy admitted that, “being on this show is amazing.” Still she maintains, “It is so stressful. Some people can handle it very, very well. I’m one of those people who can admit I have a very tough time with it.” We can tell, girl.

Kristen Doute Explains Why She Ditched The Paris Trip With Stassi Schroeder & Katie Maloney; Shares Thoughts On The Vanderpump Rules Season 6 Trailer

Kristen Doute Explains Why She Ditched The Paris Trip With Stassi Schroeder & Katie Maloney; Sharees Thoughts On The Vanderpump Rules Season 6 Trailer

Even though we were promised a November premiere date for Season 6 of Vanderpump Rules and now we have to wait until December, all is forgiven after that epic super tease. Well, almost all. It was full of the usual drama, but where was my girl Kristen Doute? I actually had to rewind it to watch it more closely to see what she was up to. Well, truthfully I would have watched it a few times anyway.

But what is going on? Is everything cool with Kristen and the rest of the cast? She is barely in the trailer and there was a huge stir on social media after she ditched the Paris trip with Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney.

Kristen clears it all up in an interview for the Be Here for A While podcast which is hosted by her friend (and occasional Vanderpump Rules cameo) Rachael O’Brien. Kristen shared her reaction to the Season 6 trailer: “You only see the side of my face and my shoulders. I guess they’re saving all my wonderful jams and juice for the actual show.”

As far as what actually did get shown in the trailer, Kristen remarked, “You see I throw a drink on James [Kennedy]. It wouldn’t be a season of Vanderpump Rules without a drink being thrown.” So true. Now I just want to know why that drink was thrown.

Kristen also described the trailer as “exciting and interesting.” She added, “It was showing sides of people [that you don’t normally see]. You never see Ariana [Madix] lash out.” She pointed out, “My ear was in that. I was standing next to her.” She deserves so much more than to have her ear shown in that trailer. SMH, editors.

Then the interview got juicy when Kristen discussed ditching the Paris trip. Kristen divulged, “I had to talk about it on Vanderpump Rules too because Katie and I hadn’t talked until we filmed.” So obviously it’s safe to assume the trip did not go well. Kristen confirmed, “We’ve all talked about it so much at this point. It’s not really a big secret.”

Kristen theorized, “I truly think that jet lag was my biggest demon because I never had jet lag. I used to think that going from LA to Michigan or LA to New York was jet lag. I couldn’t adjust. Plus we were drinking and alcohol was always a catalyst. I was just out of my mind and so tired.” She admitted, “I just hit a f-cking wall.”

What was the issue? Kristen shared, “There was a lot of stuff going on on social media. Stassi was getting upset about things. And then I become this justice warrior or something.” Rachael chimed in with, “Scheana [Marie] had said something mean about her or it may have been Ariana, who knows.” Kristen clarified, “It was pretty much Scheana. Stassi was getting really upset and I can’t stand to see any of my friends, especially Stassi, upset. So then I got upset and took it as if my world was crumbling down.”

So how did Kristen feeling bad for Stassi turn into Kristen ditching the trip?

Kristen explained, “I was going to have one day in between before [Brian] Carter and I were to go to Turks & Caicos and I like lost my shit, screaming at everybody. I was packing my bags. I called my older sister and had her change my flight.” Rachael told her, “I think you acted like a f-cking psycho and one should be able to control themselves in a f-cking country.” Kristen admitted, “I fight with everyone.”

Damn, I wish this trip was filmed. Kristen probably doesn’t, but I do. Rachael told Kristen, “You ruined my trip, but I understand you now.”

Danielle Staub Says Jacqueline Laurita “Doesn’t Have A Genuine Bone In Her Body” & She Helped Jacqueline With Her Kids Every Day

Daniele Staub Says Jacqueline Laurita “Doesn’t Have A Genuine Bone In Her Body” & That She Helped Jacqueline With Her Kids Every Day

During the first two seasons of Real Housewives of New Jersey, Danielle Staub was cast as the outsider causing trouble among a tight knit group of family and friends. Her closest friend was Jacqueline Laurita who struggled trying to please her family while still being her own person.

As we all know, the ladies refused to film with Danielle, she got the boot, Jacqueline is off the show, and Danielle is back talking to anyone who will listen about her “perfect relationship with Teresa Giudice.” Danielle may seem to be more zen than the woman we “met” back when RHONJ first started, but make no mistake, she still has an ax to grind and she has a lot of hostility directed toward Jacqueline and Caroline Manzo.

In an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish podcast, Danielle said, “I almost came back a few times and it was the eleventh hour. I was scared.” I would love to know what “almost” actually means, but I don’t really care because I am all about this Danielle Staub comeback.

Why was Danielle “scared” to come back on the show? She confessed, “Caroline was still on the show. I gotta tell you something, I’m not violent. Inside I’m broken. When I was walking away from the reunion during Season 2, I looked so calm, cool, and collected. I come from abuse from when I was little all the way up. You just have a tendency that when you meet a bear in the woods, you don’t get intimated by it.”

Aside from Danielle, Teresa Giudice also seems to be elated that Caroline and Jacqueline aren’t on the show anymore. Danielle remarked, “I think she’s really grown as a person. Getting rid of those toxic people that she had in her life- they were feeding her a lot of arsenic and she was getting sick from it. I think if she hadn’t been taken away from it the way she was, I think something maybe worse may have happened because those people are not good to be around.” What is she even talking about though? How bad could it get?

She was pushed to identify who “those people” were and Danielle said, “Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita. They are toxic at the highest level of toxicity. It’s arsenic that they feed you. If they would have left Teresa and I alone, we would have had a beautiful relationship. They made her feel like she was the one who had to defend them.” I don’t know about all of that, but I guess we will never really know in this situation full of hypothetical scenarios.
One scenario that is far from hypothetical is Danielle’s disdain for Jacqueline. Danielle declared, “Jacqueline and I will never make up ever. I don’t want her anywhere around my life. She doesn’t have a genuine bone in her body. She’s toxic. The highest level of toxic.”
Then things really got interesting when Danielle claimed to have a big role in the Laurita household: “I spent every single solitary day with her for three years. I was running to get CJ from school because she can’t drive for some reason. Thirteen cars and you can’t drive? She had anxiety, so I didn’t make fun of it. I did what I had to do. Ashlee [Holmes]– the one that pulled the hair out of my head- I drove her to school everyday. She was afraid her mom would be mad at her so she would call me when she missed the bus, which was almost everyday. I take my kids to private school, come back to Franklin Lakes on a corner, and grab her on a corner and take her. My kids are going to school at private school in an hour away in the other direction.”
In an obvious to move to shift the conversation toward Danielle’s beef with Dolores Catania, Danielle was asked if loyalty can have a negative effect. Danielle took the bait and said, “I think loyalty in the dictionary as opposed to what Dolores thinks, does not have her picture there. If it did, it would say her name and not a picture, unless you’re looking at a pictionary. Just saying. I’m so glad I got that off my chest.” I had the SAME issue with the tag line and any other reference to a picture being in a dictionary. It just makes no sense.
Aside from taking issue with that tagline, Danielle was also very offended by something Dolores said during the first episode of Season 8. She complained, “I have Dolores saying ‘the ghost of Christmas past.’ Who says that? I thought that was so unnecessary.” Really? That’s what she takes major umbrage with? Nothing about being called a “crazy scumbag”? That is way worse in my book
Danielle teased, “I’m going to pick it up and amp it up throughout the season. It’s fun, it’s invigorating, and I’m loving to see what these girls are going to say behind my back. That’s the best part, but that’s OK. I have a few things to say about them too.” Oh I’m sure she does.

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

Tonight’s finale of Teen Mom 2 gave us the ending this season deserved – happiness after a whole lot of drama. So much happened from start to finish, this season actually felt like two rolled into one. Kailyn Lowry started out finalizing her divorce with ex-husband Javi Marroquin after so many contentious back and forths about everything from him coming over unannounced to her surprise pregnancy with another man. Leah Messer dealt with mild yet frustrating behavioral problems with the girls, all while trying to get her new dream of motivational speaking on track. Chelsea DeBoer and husband Cole settled into newly married life, dealt with the increasing drug use issues of her ex and navigated the newborn stage of baby Watson with ease before finally getting the wedding reception they always wanted. Briana DeJesus joined us as the newest Teen Mom and the drama she brought didn’t disappoint as she dumped baby daddy Luis in the middle of her pregnancy. Unfortunately, her worries about Luis not stepping up to the plate, just like Nova’s dad, proved to be right and her stress levels rose over every single episode. Jenelle Evans and boyfriend David Eason welcomed baby Ensley, moved into their dream home and got engaged. But it wasn’t all sunshine thanks to Barb winning permanent custody of Jace and with it, permanently damaging her relationship with Jenelle so much so that she wasn’t invited to their wedding. Now that we are all caught up, let’s get started with how everything wraps up tonight!

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After
Leah’s twins are adjusting well to being in separate classes in school so that Ali can have an aide with her at all times. Addie is about to start pre-K tomorrow but isn’t sure whether or not ex Jeremy Calvert will make it back from work in time to see her first day. He hasn’t been home to see Addie in few weeks and Leah is really hoping he can make it so she calls him to get an update. Jeremy says he will do his best but it doesn’t sound promising.
Addie’s first day arrives and Jeremy doesn’t make it but his mom does and she entertains them all with stories about Jeremy’s first day of school. Addie seems genuinely excited about pre-K and hops onto the bus without issue.

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

At the end of the day, Leah and her sister go pick up all the girls and Addie tells her how great her first day of school was. Then she quickly tells on Gracie for saying a bad word on the bus. At home over dinner, Leah tells them how proud she is that they all overcame their challenges this year.

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

Kail feels like she can go into labor at any moment and she’s right. A few hours after mentioning how she feels, she goes into labor and rushes to the hospital. Turns out, her labor was so quick, she didn’t even have time for an epidural and the baby was out in two hours flat. Thankfully, baby daddy Chris made it there and was even helpful and involved during the delivery process. Everyone comes over to meet the new baby and Lincoln suggests they call him Climber since he still has no name. Kail lets the boys hold their baby brother and everyone seems genuinely happy for the new arrival.

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

The day has arrived for Chelsea to finally have her wedding reception to celebrate her nuptials from almost a year ago and she and Cole are excited to party. Chelsea, Aubree and her bridesmaids go to the salon to get ready and take pics. When Chelsea emerges in her dress, she looks beautiful and happy. I seriously love her dress! The sun is shining as her guests gather in a tent and watch Chelsea and Cole get introduced and dance their first dance. In a box-of-tissues-needed moment, Aubree surprises them with a sweet recording that she made to play at the start of their first dance. Yes, I’m crying – how could you not! Chelsea and Cole look every bit the happy married couple and family that they are.

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

Briana is taking Nova to her first day of school and Devoin won’t be there due to his work schedule. She did tell him that she filed for child support and he didn’t seem to care, which is a relief to Briana after she assumed he would be vindictive about it. As they drop Nova off in her classroom, she looks shy and scared about her first day and Briana cries as she leaves the school. Later, Nova emerges all smiles and had a great day, made even greater now that Devoin is also there to greet her.

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

They decide to go out to lunch to celebrate and Nova wants Devoin to come so badly, Briana decides to have him come and set aside all the tension between them. That doesn’t last long and Briana gets upset when she finds out Devoin is actually working two jobs but still not helping out financially. Devoin fires back that he never gets to have Nova come to his place. Roxanne tries to moderate but quickly loses her cool when Devoin brings up that Briana doesn’t even know what it’s like to have a father in her life. The end result is Roxanne standing on the bench of the booth they are eating at and yelling at Devoin, with MTV security finally pulling her away. Devoin leaves in a flurry of middle fingers. Outside the restaurant, Roxanne smokes a cigarette and cries about how childish he is. Devoin tells the producer he’s happy that Briana filed for child support since now he can get some right of his own to Nova.

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

After threatening to cancel the wedding at the end of last week’s episode, Jenelle and David worked things out off camera and the wedding is proceeding as scheduled. As Jenelle gets ready, she reminds us all again that mom Barb wasn’t invited because she doesn’t approve of David.

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

Barb is vacationing with her friend in South Carolina and getting all emotional about it but still refuses to budge when her friend suggests she try and work it out with David. In Barb’s mind, he alienated her from Jenelle and the final straw was her winning custody of Jace. She doesn’t plan on that changing and she sure isn’t about to try and make nice with David, so she guesses she just won’t have a relationship with Jenelle. Her friend points out how stubborn she’s being but all Barb does is cry.

Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Finale: Happily Ever After

After getting ready at the house all day, the big moment has arrived and Jenelle gets into her dress so she can walk down the aisle. Maryssa carries Ensley down the aisle as flower girls and Jenelle rounds the corner with Jace. David wells up with tears for his bride and Andre the MTV security guard reads them their vows. Kaiser toddles down the aisle to present them with their rings and they officially become man and wife. Their guests all cheer as they are announced as Mr. and Mrs. Eason and they walk off into married life.

It looks like for the most part, all the moms got a happy ending (ok, not Briana) but I’m looking forward to next week’s reunion when we get to rehash all the behind the scenes drama and then some!
