The report also claimed critics were questioning the commercial angle behind the alleged plan. Another source said the format had struck some as “overly commercial and lacking in sensitivity.” Meanwhile, an insider claimed Markle saw “enormous narrative potential” in the moment. The source said it was not only about renewing vows. Instead, it could help shape her story and show “resilience and unity.” That framing kept Prince Harry close to the brand discussion.
The outlet also tied the idea to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s 2023 vow renewal. Kris Jenner officiated that ceremony, while Brandi Carlile performed. At the time, DeGeneres told de Rossi, “I love you, I adore you.” She added, “You save me every day.”

But she’s gonna be really sick when she learns about a video Jo-Ellen was sent of Brian.
Kelsey and Rosie can’t get on the same page

The episode starts with Alicia talking to her dolls (of course) while Kelsey and Rosie reflect on their fight. Rosie’s husband Rich has the same theory as her – that Kelsey is projecting because she doesn’t have property, a spouse, or a career. After the fight, Rosie spent all night throwing up. She also heard mysterious giggling – Alicia asks if it could be the dolls.
At breakfast, Kelsey maintains that she was being nice to Rosie, but Rosie continues to call out the backhanded compliment. The conversation goes nowhere. Alicia annoys Liz by interrupting her to ask if Rosie’s facade is an alter ego like Beyonce’s Sasha Fierce. Watch out for this brewing feud, because as funny as Alicia is (she calls epsom salts “Epstein salts”), Liz is reaching a limit. Also, Ashley starts crying while defending Rosie.
Kelsey and Rosie don’t get anywhere until they two talk one-one-one later. Then, they’re able to admit they both come across standoffish. Kelsey insists she does want to be friends with Rosie, and they agree to move forward.
Alicia texts Rulla, who claims she skipped the trip because she was too sick. She spends the day in bed and says she went to the hospital, but the tests found nothing wrong. Jo-Ellen points out this is the second time Rulla skipped a group event because she went to the hospital.

While the others go on a giant inflatable water slide, Jo-Ellen and Alicia decide to take a walk. On the car ride there, Jamie the chauffeur reveals he lived in the mansion during college, and there are definitely ghosts. This leads production to realize Alicia can’t pronounce the plural ghosts, just ghost.
While Alicia remembered Jo-Ellen being sent away when they were in school (and reveals Jen was sent first!) she doesn’t know the details. Jo-Ellen reveals she was sent three different times, starting in seventh grade. The first was a drug rehab, and she was sent home because she never used drugs. Her mom claimed she was promiscuous, but Jo-Ellen insists she wasn’t doing anything. The third place was the worst, and she was there for over a year. Her mom pulled her out when the state was going to take full custody. The experience was so scarring, it left Jo-Ellen suicidal.
Alicia wonders how Jo-Ellen’s mom could do that … just like she wonders how her father could abandon her. She breaks down and admits that it’s why she doesn’t want to get married. Who would walk her down the aisle? With the men in her life, Alicia always wanted to be the one who left first.
While they’ve known each other forever, Jo-Ellen and Alicia feel much closer after this. However, somehow, Alicia didn’t bring any crackers to make her feel better!
Ashley and Liz have a moment

Rosie, Ashley, and Kelsey have a ton of fun on the giant inflatable slide. They flirt with the butlers, especially 23-year-old Boris, who eventually take off their shirts and join the fun. Kelsey says Boris is too young for her, while Rosie cracks that he’s not rich enough. Ashley thinks Jared is hotter than any young butler.
Meanwhile, Liz gets annoyed with the antics, and has no interest in flirting with a twentysomething, so she heads back inside. She admits it can get tiring being friends with girls young enough to be her kids. Ashley goes in to check on her, and Liz says she’s a good friend for doing so. Ashley finally sees the soft side of Liz behind her tough exterior, calling her “Lamby Liz.” However, we know this friendship doesn’t stick.

Liz plans an activity more her speed, a sunset cruise, to end the trip. The captain is hot and single, so Jo-Ellen jokes she should set him up with Jen. She’s always looking out for a man for her sister … partially because Jen still says she needs to find “her Gary” since he set the bar too high! “It was 30 years ago, get over it,” Jo-Ellen says in a flashback.
Unfortunately, Ashley leaves early because her son ends up in the hospital. Liz can relate, she’s crossed state lines to get to her girls (and her cat).
On the boat, we learn a few more things Alicia loves: a pink hat, a tequila, and a pita chip.
We also learn that Jo-Ellen hooked up with Kelsey’s ex! Kelsey claims it was on the boat, along with another woman, and Jo-Ellen was so loud they could hear her above deck! Jo-Ellen insists it was on land. Also, she dated the ex’s brother, but implies Kelsey’s ex was better in bed!
Kelsey continues to vow to move on with Rosie. Jo-Ellen jokes she’ll have to hold her tongue even if Rosie starts claiming the house is millions of square feet. But Rosie warns she’s a Taurus, and they forgive but don’t forget. We’ll see if she can forgive or forget Alicia mistakenly calling her “Lindsay!”
Jo-Ellen gets the proof for Rulla

Remember at the polo match when Jo-Ellen promised she’d get proof of Brian’s affair for Rulla? Well, when they get back to the mansion, Jo shows Liz a video she received from a mutual friend with the mistress. Both are horrified by the footage.
When they rejoin the group, Jo-Ellen and Liz can’t hide their horrified expressions. Liz tells Jo to “release the hounds” and show the others the video.
While we don’t see this footage, the ladies describe it for us. Filmed through a car window, the video shows Brian hugging the mistress for a long time, like “a five minute hug.” He also grabs her ass and kisses her. Also, the video was taken two days before the polo match. And it shows Brian in his red interior car … the same one the mistress posted photos of.
Jo-Ellen says this is the hard proof Rulla asked for, and Liz says she can’t deny the video. Kelsey predicts Rulla will write it off as Brian ending things. But Liz insists they have to show it to her. Jo-Ellen doesn’t want to be more involved than she already is, and Liz knows if she does it, it’ll be another “But he is Ma” moment. They look at Alicia, who is closest to Rulla. Alicia (and the others) call “not it,” but next week Alicia and Billy will have dinner with Rulla and Brian … so the saga continues.

With the help of the staff and its caretakers, the machine soon found its way.

An AgiBot robot at the Met Gala 2026 surprised photographers and onlookers. It was invited as a guest of designer Alexander Wang at the fashion event. The humanoid figure came out of New York’s The Mark Hotel, where A-list celebrities stay or get ready before the gala. However, before stepping outside, it got trapped inside the elevator.
A video, shared by PEOPLE, featured the robot appearing as soon as the lift’s door opened. Photographers seemed to be waiting for it outside the elevator. One of the female camerapersons was heard saying, “Come on,” to the machine. But the robot got stuck as it took a slight left turn. The bodyguards soon came to its aid and helped it to safely get out of the closed space.
Seeing the situation, the woman photographer/videographer could be heard laughing and saying, “He’s trapped. He needs assistance.” But when the robot posed for the cameras, the paparazzi seemed excited. Another person asked it to “give us a pose,” and the humanoid robot obliged.
Furthermore, InStyle also released a video of the robot from outside the luxury hotel. Like any other celebrity, the Met Gala droid walked towards different directions and posed for the photographers.
Meanwhile, the paparazzi also seemed to be having fun while interacting with the new guest. One of them asked, “Robot, are you ok?” Another praised, “I see you shining there.”
