Sadly, Below Deck Mediterranean wrapped up Season 4 last week. But, here we are: ready for a whole new Below Deck season tonight! Captain Lee Rosbach, Chief Stew Kate Chastain, and Ashton Pienaar are back on board (pun intended). Ashton even got promoted to bosun, which was the least this show could do after he almost died last season.
Other than those three, there’s a whole new cast of characters for fans to meet.
The crew is back on the Valor, this time in Thailand all season long. Color me shocked, Kate has issues with the new chef, Kevin Dobson. Is a chef even a chef he doesn’t have issues with Kate?
On tonight’s episode, Kate goes to change her uniform at the wrong moment. Kevin has lunch ready for the guests. They’re hungry. The stews Simone Mashile and Courtney Skippon are ready to serve, but where is Kate? Already on Kevin’s bad side, that’s where she’s at.
Apparently, the pressure of a high stakes meal gets to Kevin during tonight’s episode. Will he fold under the pressure? Or will he come through for the guests?
Deckhand Abbi Murphy is nervous about her lack of yachting experience. She has a year’s worth of sailboat experience under her belt, but she’s never worked on a yacht of this magnitude, let alone on a super popular reality TV show.

Saying goodbye may be difficult for some, but not for former Real Housewives of New York starBethenny Frankel. She surprised fans when she announced she would not be returning next season.
Love her, or hate her, you had to admit Bethenny made for some interesting TV viewing. Personally, I will miss her acerbic humor, running commentary on the ladies, and her own loss of control at many dinner parties.
While some may hope Bethenny changes her mind, looking at you Andy Cohen, it sounds as though the former OG of RHONY is not about to lose any sleep over leaving the franchise.
Recently, Bethenny spoke with Us Weekly about her decision to leave the show that made her famous. “I’m really excited because to leave something, you have to jump to fly,” she said, “so I just made a decision and I made a good decision.”
And while Bethenny seems like someone who always thinks two steps ahead, she admitted she hadn’t planned on what the future would hold for her once she left. “I was planning to just breathe,” Bethenny explained, “but it was a chapter ending. It’s very symbolic and poetic, but it really was a chapter ending, and it does feel like a completely clean slate, a new chapter.
Fans watched as Bethenny struggled to handle the sudden death of former fiance Dennis Shields. She also flew to ravaged communities with her disaster relief organization B-Strong. After going through personal grief, and throwing herself into her charities, it seems as though Bethenny is ready to move on to bigger and better things.
Bethenny is partnering with Mark Burnett to create various new shows. And it appears as though she is taking time for herself. “I’m just focusing on the future and also spending more downtime for myself, looking at different properties, just breathing,” she said, “I’m exhaling for the first time in a really long time…”
It sounds as though Bethenny might try to slow down, in her own way. We’ll have to see if she’ll really be able to stay away from the shit show that is the real housewives. I know I can’t.

Can you believe it has been over a month since the finale of Southern Charm? Although it might not have been the most exciting season, it was still enjoyable spending time with the Charleston gang. We watched Cameran Eubanks grow into motherhood. Kathryn Dennis mostly laid low, in the midst of an ugly custody battle with ex Thomas Ravenel. Austen Kroll spent the season in relationship drama with Madison Lecroy. And Shep Rose, well, he somehow morphed into the world’s oldest, angriest frat boy.
Craig Conover had his share of ups and downs during Season 6. He began to move on from ex Naomie Olindo, but later revealed during the reunion that he had been battling a problem with Adderall. Despite Craig’s issues, he finally started to move forward with his pillow business, Sewing Down South. It was great to see him start to come into his own. Craig also just announced another venture into business, Mesu, a Mexican-sushi fusion restaurant in Charleston.
One personal way that Craig is demonstrating his newfound direction is through his commitment to charity. In a recent Instagram post, Craig revealed that he had helped raise $20,000 for hurricane relief in the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian. In his post, Craig is pictured with a $20,000 check made out to Lend A Hand Bahamas, a Bahamian non-profit. Craig shared, “This is what it’s all about. Thanks to everyone that made it possible.”
In an earlier Instagram post, Craig had announced that he was donating all of the proceeds from his Spiny Lobster pillow to relief and rescue efforts in the Bahamas.
Southern Charm star Craig has spent a significant amount of time in the Bahamas over the last few years and his social media is full of pictures from his time in the country.
Hurricane relief is not the only charity near and dear to Craig. He recently announced via Instagram that he has been named an ambassador for Polished Man. Craig declared, “I’m honored to be an ambassador for @Polished Man 2019. As you all know, I’ve been painting one of my nails for the past year as a committment to helping children around the world.” Craig’s painted nail is visible in last season’s cast photo.
Craig went on to explain, “Polished nails spark conversations, those conversations lead to donations, and those donations go to trauma recovery and prevention for children all over the world. It is great to see Craig using his reality fame for a greater good. He knows that he has a valuable public platform and is using it in ways that benefit others. Reality television can often be a me-me-me world. However, Craig is a shining example that doesn’t always have to be the case.

Ben Robinson may have only been on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4 for the final two charters, but he certainly made his mark on the season. Ben’s return indicated the first moment the Sirocco crew had a trained and experienced chef. His output was hailed as the epitome of five star dining and the guests loved each meal.
The atmosphere in the galley was another story. Ben was at odds with the entire setup of his workspace and let his crewmates know it. At every possible moment. He went on an anxiety-induced rampages at each and every dinner service. Ben’s complaints about Hannah Ferrier’s team management seemed to cause a rift between her and Captain Sandy Yawn. To be fair, this kind of behavior isn’t entirely unusual for Ben though it certainly seemed amplified this season. So, was something else going on with Ben?
On the Below Deck Mediterranean After Show, Ben revealed that he almost quit the show, despite his short tenure. He was suffering from sciatica and was experiencing a lot of pain. Those dealing with sciatic pain can feel varying degrees of discomfort from their low back to the hips and down one or both legs.
Ben even described “limping a little bit,” when he walked down the dock and boarded the ship. “I had this bloody sciatica, and I was really struggling to walk when I got on the boat, honestly. It was tough,” he said, “without Ibuprofen, I almost had to quit. So I was eating about 4,000 milligrams of Ibuprofen a day just to get through it.”
Luckily for the crew, Ben persevered and made it to the finish line. And it seems once the stress of the season was over, Ben’s body responded positively.
Ben explained, “the magical thing was when I got off the boat, I didn’t have sciatica anymore. I literally walked my ass off. Yeah, I just forced it out of my system! I actually walked off in better health, in better spirits than ever. And I was proud of it.”
It’s good to hear Ben is feeling better. But maybe the stress of yachting is not for him anymore. Will he return next season?

Last night’s episode of Married to Medicine, was interesting to say the least. One wild party has implications throughout the episode. There is never a dull moment when these ladies get together.
Toya Bush-Harris shocks the ladies with her idea for an art class. Heavenly Kimes decides not to tell Damon Kimes about Toya’s birthday party. Simone Whitmore and Cecil Whitmore give the boys a safe-sex talk. Jackie Walters does some sexual research for a new project.
The ladies are surprised by the naked men at Toya’s paint and sip birthday party. Toya doesn’t seem fazed at al. She wants everyone just to get over it and have fun. Instead of painting a man, Heavenly paints a cross. She gets even more flustered when one of the models picks her up.
In her on-camera interview, Mariah Huq says that she wonders how Damon would feel if he knew a man with a penis he can still see, broad shoulders and straight teeth was picking up his wife. If we can’t count on Mariah for anything else, we know she won’t miss an opportunity to shade the hell out of Heavenly at every opportunity.
Later in the evening, Toya and Buffie Purselle get into a heated exchange when they discuss the drama with Joseline Hernandez. Buffie claims she defended Toya, but Toya doesn’t believe it. Buffie reminds Toya she also defended her when Contessa Metcalfe called her husband a b!tch. Contessa and Simone take Buffie outside to calm things down. Contessa states that Toya can be difficult to get along with at times, but she recommends that Buffie doesn’t give up a chance at a friendship.
Toya visits Eugene Harris at work and they talk about her birthday party. He tells her some of the husbands aren’t happy about their wives attending the party. Toya thinks anyone who is offended is being way too uptight. Eugene decides to plan a guys night to appease the men. They change topics and talk about the house they are still building. The lease for their current home is ending, so they need to find somewhere to go. They decide to just move into their new house which isn’t finished, so they can avoid staying at a hotel.
Simone and Cecil have a talk with their sons about sex. They also talk about what it means to consent, as well sexually transmitted diseases. Simone and Cecil even show them pictures of different diseases with props. They want to make sure their sons always have condoms and respect when a woman says no. I think Simone would go crazy if she became a grandmother anytime soon. If we think she is yelling now, it would be on another level if one of sons got anyone pregnant.
Quad Webb-Lunceford gets a phone call from her lawyer who says that the divorce is almost finalized. One of the last things that needs to be done is for to file his taxes. When Heavenly asks who will get what from the divorce, Quad tells her to stop meddling in her business. At this point, I don’t even know why anyone even bothers trying to talk to Quad. She keeps her business under lock and key and, clearly, none of the girls have access.
All the men get together, including newcomer Buffie’s husband David Purselle who is a psychiatrist. David apologizes to Eugene for the blowup with Joseline and admits they have a diverse group of friends. Scott Metcalfe updates the group on how he’s dealing with Contessa going back to school in another state. Eugene asks Aydin Huq if it’s true that he was mad about Mariah being at Toya’s party.
Aydin claims he wasn’t angry, just disturbed. Eugene thought the models would just stand in place as the women painted them. Damon is shocked that he had no idea what took place at the paint and sip. He isn’t happy a man picked up his wife, but suggests they have their own fun night with strippers. Of course, all the guys think that is a great idea.
Jackie takes Heavenly with her to a sex shop to do some research for her new book. While they are in the car, they talk about the events that took place at Toya’s birthday. Heavenly admits she didn’t tell Damon about the party. Jackie thinks that decision will come back to haunt her. Heavenly feels Toya put her in a situation where she was forced to disrespect her husband. While browsing, Jackie says that she wants all the women to go to Savannah together. Heavenly isn’t quite convinced that it will be a good idea.
Scott and Contessa talk about her going back to school. Contessa decides to withdraw from the program so that she can return to her family. Although Scott has been overwhelmed, he had no idea she intended to withdraw. I’m sure although he was trying to be supportive he is happy to have his wife back home with him and their children.

Why I do declare! Sutton Stracke is ready to bring her sassy Southern belle personality to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Recently, the RHOBH newbie opened up about her decision to join the show for Season 10.
“They’ve been harassing me for years to do this,” Sutton told Entertainment Tonight host Brice Sander, “And actually, my really good friend Lisa Rinna was urging me…you know, kind of pushing me a little bit. And she’s like, ‘It’s gonna be fun, it’s a great group of girls; you’re gonna love it, you’re gonna get along with everybody and just do it.’ So I did.”
The boutique owner — who’s joining the show alongside actress Garcelle Beauvais — warned prospective fans that she’s not quite what they’ve come to expect from a new ‘Wife in the 90210. She also admitted it hasn’t been easy integrating herself into her new cast mates’ tight-knit clique, which includes Kyle Richards, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Girardi and Denise Richards.
“I’m probably gonna be the strangest one on this show, I’m imagining,” she said, her Southern twang slipping out. “Cause I’m not like a…I don’t do Botox or anything, and I just won’t. Probably. Well who knows, it’s still new. It’s hard busting into a group of people. It’s like going to first grade and being the new girl in class.”
Sutton also denied feeling any pressure about having to replace Lisa Vanderpump, flat out refusing to take up that mantle and and promising what she’s bringing to RHOBH couldn’t be further from LVP’s trademark victim complex and barbed British humor.
“Why would I be nervous? she asked. “I’ve never met her, I’m sure she’s lovely but I’m not trying to replace anybody. And I would imagine that we have kind of different personalities, ’cause I’m kind of goofy and weird. But, you know, I hope that people are receptive to meeting somebody new, and I am mea culpa…I have nothing to do with anything, so just leave me out of it everyone.”
When it comes to (finally) letting Bravo’s cameras into her life, the event planner — whose opening for her new West Hollywood boutique, appropriately named Sutton by Alene Too, was recently filmed for the upcoming season — is just hoping she won’t fall prey to the pitfalls of reality TV like so many Housewives before her.
“I think that the older you get, the more you realize that things don’t come your way all the time,” Sutton said. “And so I thought, ‘How can I say no to this?’ It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and hopefully it won’t destroy my family or my friends or, you know, I won’t be left alone in my house with my cats. But I think it’s gonna be fun.”

Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter has been having a rough season so far. Last year she fronted that her divorce with Matt Kirschenheiter was more than amicable, and that they were still best friends. Most people found that hard to believe, and rightly so. If everything was so great, why get a divorce?
This season, Gina finally opened up and admitted all wasn’t as it seemed. The truth was her husband had an affair and left her for the other woman. Needless to say, Gina has let the floodgates open and emotions have been running hot. So it probably wasn’t the best idea for Kelly Dodd to use an unsuspecting Gina to reenact bonking Shannon Beador on the head.
All of this went down on the recent cast trip to Arizona at a meditation retreat. Kelly decided to act like a child and bop Shannon on the head during a mediation exercise. Hypochondriac Shannon had a fit, but all turned out OK.
Kelly did not admit any wrongdoing. To prove her innocence in this self-created fiasco, she bopped Gina on the head without her permission to show she didn’t hit Shannon that hard. Wrong move, Kelly!
In an interview with People, Gina discussed the incident and what was on her mind when Kelly did that to her. Gina said, “I mean, that was rough for me. It was a tough moment for me. I saw red, I’m not gonna lie… it took a lot of strength for me to walk away. That’s all I’m gonna say. That was tough.”
I think walking away was the right thing to do. It’s either that or fight back verbally or physically, and we all know neither would go over well.
Gina continued, “But I knew, I was like, I gotta get out of this room. I have to get out of this situation, nothing good is going to come from this. But I felt violated. And I couldn’t believe it. That she had crossed this line already with someone else and then she’s just going to go and do it again, how disrespectful.”
No kidding. Yes, Kelly can be entertaining because she’s cray. But what she did to Gina was petty and mean. Gina might not like being called “the little sister” by Braunwyn Windham-Burke, but that’s exactly how Kelly treated her in that moment.
And speaking of in the moment, Gina joked, “You know, but in that moment…I was like, I just can’t go back to jail! I can’t go back to jail!” Well, at least she can look back and laugh at it now.
Gina was then asked if she thought Kelly was “completely out of control.” She replied, “Yeah, she was completely out of control, completely out of line.” Luckily, the debacle was resolved shortly afterwards when Kelly apologized to Gina. Glad to see the two are civil to each other, at least for now.

Last night’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé Before The 90 Days was like a soap opera on speed. There were tears, fights, and a shit load of drama. I was thoroughly entertained throughout the entire episode. Thank you TLC for this gift that just keeps on giving. I begin my day smiling because my life is cake walk in comparison to some of these people’s.
Benjamin ponders taking his relationship with Akinyi to the next level. Angela Deem confronts Michael Ilesanmi‘s friends. Jeniffer and Tim question their compatibility. Avery and Omar spend their last day together. Rebecca and Zied head to the Sahara Desert. Ready, set, recap!
After making a complete fool of herself at the bar the previous night, Darcey has been ignored by her boyfriend, Tom, ever since. When she meets with her twin sister, Stacey, she blames her for the demise of her relationship. Along with being obscenely jealous and desperate, she lacks the ability to be accountable for her own bad behavior. When the group says goodbye, Tom scolds Darcey and warns her not act crazy in front of his family. Asking Darcey to behave like a normal person is like asking a dog not to bark.
After barely speaking since they left Albania, the two are headed to Nottingham to meet with Tom’s family. Darcey cries about the dynamic Tom witnessed between she and her sister. She apologizes for making him uncomfortable and he essentially tells her to work on herself. He warns her that she will meet his sister, who is extremely protective of him. Tom opts to stay at an Airbnb rather than his sister’s house because he is nervous she will witness the crazy that he saw in Albania.
Tom introduces Darcey to his sister, Emma, at dinner. Emma isn’t surprised by Darcey’s appearance because he tends to date women who look “fake” like her. Tom tells his sister he has fallen for Darcey, much to her delight. When Darcey tells Tom she would never hurt him, his sister turns deadly serious and states she won’t allow her to hurt him. I don’t know how she would control that, but okay. I think Darcey will have stay on her toes with Tom’s sister. She seems like the type that will tackle her like a linebacker if she makes one false step with her brother.
After their explosive fight, Timothy asks Jeniffer to meet in the park to talk. Ugh, please don’t let this be another conversation where he whines and plays victim. In an act of desperation, Timothy inquires what Jeniffer would say if he asked her to marry him. Her response is “I don’t know.” Jeniffer cries and begs him to change. Timothy agrees to try his hardest to make their relationship work for the next four days. Ummm… Jeniffer RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Timothy is a classic energy vampire who will drain you emotionally, if you allow it. Not only does he attempt to constantly manipulate your feelings, he then tries to convince you that you are always at fault.
Timothy takes Jeniffer shopping to make up for the last couple of days. He convinces her to video chat with his ex-Veronica. Something tells me this isn’t going to go well. Jeniffer asks Veronica if she still has feelings for him. Veronica explains they are best friends and spend a lot of time together. Things get weird when she basically asks if Jeniffer and Timothy have had sex. WTF?????????? How is that any of her business? Jeniffer is offended and it only confirms that Veronica is more involved in Timothy’s life than she would like.
Benjamin returns to the hotel only to babysit a drunken Akinyi after a disastrous dinner. The next morning, Benjamin expresses his disappointment with her behavior. He also suggests that she never drinks again. Akinyi asserts that she doesn’t drink very often and should be able to drink once in a while. Although he loves her, Benjamin is starting to have some serious doubts about their relationship.
Akinyi takes Benjamin to the grocery store to buy some items as a token of appreciation to her family. Akinyi explains the steps to the bride price, little does everyone know, Benjamin is broke with a capital “B.”
She tells him the last and most important step. After the bride price is negotiated she would legally be his wife in Kenya. Benjamin is shocked because he only expected to get engaged on this trip. Maybe he should have thought of that before he traveled to Kenya. I think Akinyi purposely left out this important detail so that she could ensure she would get married.
Benjamin calls his friend, Desiree, to get some advice before the bride price meeting. He is visibly upset about potentially being married so quickly. Desiree questions why Akinyi would hide such an important detail from him. She also feels like he should wait to observe Akinyi with his son before making a decision. It’s clear that this decision is weighing heavily on his heart and mind. Personally, I am not impressed by this relationship. I don’t think they should rush into a marriage given the plethora of red flags that have already been displayed.
After receiving some bad news at the fertility clinic, Angela decides to call her daughter, Skylar, to ask her to be an egg donor. This should be interesting since her daughter has already turned her down. Angela makes Michael ask this time, only to hear a resounding no! Skylar doesn’t think her mother and Michael should even consider having children. She also feels like giving up one of her eggs would be the same as giving them one of her children. Michael has already told Angela if he doesn’t have a child he won’t be happy. Angela, doesn’t your family have enough issues without bringing a baby Michael into the mix?
For some reason, Michael brings Angela to meet his friends for drinks. He already knows she hates his friends. She has a list of infractions against them and fully intends on confronting them. Angela turns into the HULK and becomes aggressive immediately after they arrive at the bar. She is acting more like a mother who is admonishing her son’s friends than a girlfriend.
His friends are shocked at her behavior towards them. Angela even throws a drink when they laugh uncomfortably. All of Michael’s friends leave, except for one soft spoken man who attempts to resolve the problem. She clearly doesn’t want him to have any friends other than her.
Angela, the way you treat Michael is disgusting! Are you looking for a man or boy you can hit and growl at all day? Michael, please reconsider this relationship immediately. I don’t want to hear about you being held prisoner in her home in Georgia. Mama Michael and friends, please schedule an intervention ASAP!
Its Avery’s last day in Lebanon before she heads back to America. The newlyweds go to the beach to discuss their future. Chile, it’s only been a few days and Omar already looks annoyed with his wife. At dinner, Avery becomes frustrated when Omar seems more concerned about his visa than the fact that she is leaving. She even insinuates that he may be using her.
When Avery begins to cry, Omar at least attempts to comfort her. Hmm… I’m not sure if Omar is using Avery, but I do believe it could be a possibility. One thing I know for sure, Avery will definitely get a dose of reality throughout the process.
Zied takes Rebecca on a romantic trip to the Sahara Desert for a surprise proposal. When she leaves the room, Zied makes a frantic dash to hide the ring. I’m still laughing that he had the audacity to buy her a ring with her own money. Could this be a peak into their future? That background report is looking more and more legitimate. Rebecca is still terrified to reveal her final secret: she is still married. Why the hell didn’t she just rip the band aid off?Why keep telling someone bad news in spurts?
Zied and Rebecca are fighting once again. This time it is because she accidentally showed him a picture of her ex when she was attempting to show him photos of her grandchildren. If he is this angry about a picture, just wait until he finds out he has been dating a married woman.
One of Caesar’s cute female friends picks him up from the airport. He recounts his depressing experience getting stood up by Maria. She is shocked that he still loves her and intends to talk to her. His new master plan is to stalk her in the Ukraine. If this woman didn’t want to meet him on an all-expenses paid vacation, I’m sure she doesn’t want to meet him in her hometown.
