Kim Richards Finally Settles Dog Bite Case With Former Stylist
One of the most controversial characters to appear on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills isn’t even a person, it’s Kim Richards’ vicious dog Kingsley. The dog has caused more drama for Kim than most of the cast members have.
Kim has been sued thanks to Kingsley’s ratchet behavior many times. Kingsley even bit one of Kyle Richards’ daughters, forcing her to be hospitalized. Adding to the laundry list of Kingsley-instigated drama: Kim’s former stylist sued Kim and Kyle after Kingsley bit her.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the Richards Sisters and Kim’s former stylist Paige Sanderson have settled the case. Paige brought Kyle into the lawsuit because she has a lot more money than her sister the incident took place at a home that Kyle owns which Kim lived in. There’s no word on the terms of the settlement, but it’s safe to assume that Kyle the sisters ended up paying the stylist a good amount of money.
A notice of settlement was filed on April 6, but two days before that, Kim’s former stylist asked a judge to instruct Kyle to “allow an inspection of the home where the attack went down.” What does that have to do with anything? There’s no doubt that this woman deserves money for her injuries and emotional distress from the dog bite, but thankfully it’s all over now and Kingsley is out Kim’s life…hopefully.

Kim Zolciak Gets Slammed By Marlon Wayans For Her Appearance The Real Housewives Of Atlanta Reunion
Kim Zolciak has taken a lot of heat for her personal appearance for many years. From the wigs, to the cosmetic procedures (including nose job denials), to wardrobe choices, it seems like the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG is always giving the fans (and haters) something to talk about.
After all these years, Kim is used to the cast members and viewers coming for her, but now Marlon Wayans is getting in on the shade.
Marlon posted a not-so-flattering screen shot of Kim at the Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 reunion with a very insulting caption: “No we are not in production on White Chicks 2. The fuck?!” Damn. He really did not hold back. So does this mean that Marlon is a fan of the show? Or was he just tagged in so many memes comparing Kim to his character in White Chicks that he felt compelled to post about her?”
Obviously this comment did not sit well with Kim. The Don’t Be Tardy star commented, “Was always a super big fan of yours and my kids loved you. This hurts but I guess its all for laughs.”
Coincidentally, Kim also tweeted, “I need to chill out on the faces I be making.” And maybe some other things, but that’s none of my business and truth be told I will still be watching every show that she appears on.
Kroy also chimed in to stick up for his wife. “You should hope & pray that one day a grown man never takes this kind of dig at the expense of your daughter. Grow up dude.”

Jax Taylor Discusses The Kristen Doute & James Kennedy Hook Up Rumor
Watching the last episode of Vanderpump Rules, it was clear that James Kennedy said he “hung out” with ex-girlfriend Kristen Doute, but Jax Taylor and the other guys in the cast insisted that he said they “hooked up.”
In the conversation from the episode, James definitely said “hung out,” but what about the other discussions that didn’t make it into the episode? Did he ever actually say that they “hooked up”?
Jax and the rest of the guys came across as total shit stirrers for telling everyone that James said he and Kristen “hooked up” when he was shown saying “hung out.” Jax tweeted at a viewer, “yes you are right that time but like I said you didn’t see the 37378 other times we asked him and we got different answers. You guys don’t see everything. So before you come at me know the whole story.”
In another tweet, Jax said, “He’s was drunk and didn’t know what he was saying and that’s fine.. we have all been their, regardless you have to be accountable for what you say drunk or not. Kristen said she didn’t and I believe her plain and simple but I only talked to James first. So…”
Jax’s Twitter rant continued: “I am just tired of the ‘I was drunk I don’t remember’. It’s all good though @itsjameskennedy and I have squashed this. It’s all good, James and I are very similar and sometimes we but heads it’s gonna happen when you spend a lot time together.”
A “fan” tweeted Jax, “So I’ll take that response as a no u didn’t apologize to @itsjameskennedey?” Jax responded with, “Ok again…. watch reunion.. I don’t know what else to say.”
Another person tweeted at Jax saying, “James can dish out the drama, but can’t take it when it’s being served to him. It’s a t.v. show people.” Jax replied, “He can take it, just overwhelming. He’s fine.”
A different Vanderpump Rules viewer tweeted, “I learned a long time ago to keep my mouth shut…..this is why…of course, it wouldn’t make for an interesting show if that were the case. We like to watch the train wreck.”
Jax countered with, “Keeping your mouth shut doesn’t work in reality TV. I am not saying it happened Kristen said no and I believe her. At the time though a lot was said and you only got to see one of his responses they changed all day.” Did they actually change though? They were all wasted, James has a British accent which could be tough to understand mid-inebriation, and both Kristen and James insist that nothing happened between them, so why would James ever say that it did? Especially since he and Kristen are both in relationships.

NeNe Leakes On Her Reunion Confrontation With Kim Zolciak: “I Just Hate Seeing Myself Like That”
Part 1 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 reunion delivered, but I can’t help looking ahead to that NeNe Leakes vs. Kim Zolciak confrontation. I actually wish that they had a whole episode dedicated to Kim and NeNe’s exchange of insults. Is it Sunday night yet? I am so ready.
NeNe continued to shade Kim and threw some additional digs toward Kim’s girl Sheree Whitfield when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live last night.
An audience member asked NeNe, “If you ran into Kim Zolciak, what would you say to her?” NeNe shared, “Hey.” Riveting stuff. Another audience member really wanted NeNe to shade Sheree with this question: “Have you been to Sheree’s basement and are there roaches?” Of course NeNe said No. “I have not been to Sheree’s basement and I do not plan to go.” And if those rumors are true about Sheree getting fired from Real Housewives of Atlanta, then NeNe won’t have any reason to visit the Chateau Sheree basement.
Clearly Andy Cohen wanted NeNe to shade Sheree even further because he asked about another clothing line that will never come to fruition Sheree’s clothing line. He wanted to know, “Will you be getting some She by Sheree athleisure wear when it comes out in September?” NeNe said what we were all thinking about that September launch date: “That would be never, but OK.”
Andy showed a clip of NeNe and Kim screaming at the reunion. After, NeNe admitted, “I just hate seeing myself like that.” Andy told her, “I will have to say that there’s just something about Kim that changes your energy. I feel like it was ten years ago. I really did. At our first reunion. It was uncanny.” NeNe responded with, “I don’t know. Kim is too much. Her and her Party City wigs, honey.”
A viewer asked, “Aside from yourself, of all the cast- past and present- who do you think has had the best reads? Past and present?” NeNe answered, I would have to say Phaedra [Parks].” Phaedra has many her faults, but she always could deliver an entertaining read. Even Andy said, “Yeah, I agree.”

Kandi Burruss Slams Kim Zolciak & ‘Don’t Be Tardy’ In An Epic Instagram Rant
It seemed like Kandi Burruss and Kim Zolciak were on the way to restoring their friendship after they hashed out their differences on Season 10 of Real Housewives of Atlanta. Kandi made it clear that is not happening when she came for the mother of six in an epic Instagram rant.
Kim has been making guest appearances this season, collecting checks, and skipping out on all of the cast trips. Kim picking and choosing which events she wants to take part in did not sit well with the ladies. On top of that, Kim constantly brags about having her own show (Don’t Be Tardy) on the network and that doesn’t need to be a part of the ensemble cast on Real Housewives of Atlanta. Kandi completely destroyed Kim for that constant dig in a fact-filled Instagram post.
Kandi posted a screen shot from an article about the high ratings she pulled in with her spin-off special. She took a page from the NeNe Leakes playbook and referred to Kim as “Wig” in her caption.
Kandi wrote, “Ok, So Wig apparently watches the show but doesn’t keep up with the ratings. I see that she’s posting fake news that I had 3 failed spin offs… Bish where? I’ve had the Highest rated spin offs with my specials. I googled it for you just in case you need proof. #NoCap #AllFacts.” Ironically enough, Kim does have a song called “Google Me.”
Kandi shared the receipts: “Kandi’s Wedding debut 2.4 million viewers, Kandi’s Ski Trip debut 1.457 million viewers, Xscape Still Kickin It debut 1.7 million viewers. All higher than Tardy’s original debut of 1.3 million viewers… (& your recent seasons haven’t debuted that high).” Not only that, but the show got moved to Friday nights last season- which is far from a prime spot in the TV schedule.
Kandi continued, “And for your info I only do multi-episode hour long specials because I’m too busy with filming at least 20 (or more) episodes a year of #RHOA & holding a peach. What are you doing when you’re done with your much shorter season of 30 minute episodes of Tardy? Oh yeah, watching us! Thanks boo! No love lost! Keep being Tardy!” That was quite the read.
Kandi wasn’t done though. On Twitter, Kandi shared a screen shot from an Instagram comment she wrote. Kandi commented, “If someone hasn’t been around you in years but they talk about bullshit that they saw on the last few seasons as if they know some firsthand info that means they’ve been watching! So please keep watching & being a fan of the show with yo Red cup in hand! You haven’t been a peach holder in years but you definitely been watching. Cheers!”

Carole Radziwill Says Bethenny Frankel Is “Oddly Fixated On Her Outfits” All Season; Thinks Luann de Lesseps Is “A Tiny Bit Tone Deaf”
After many seasons of Real Housewives of New York with the cast members accusing Carole Radziwill of sucking up to Bethenny Frankel and being cliquey, it looks like we have a major friendship rift on the horizon.
It was teased in the trailer with Bethenny saying “Carole isn’t as excited to see me as she used to be.” And Carole pulls a Danielle Staub, telling Bethenny, “Don’t call me honey.” As of this moment, we don’t know the specifics behind their animosity, but the editors definitely laid the groundwork for a feud between the former besties in the Season 10 premiere episode.
In her first Bravo blog post of the season, Carole teased, “This is going to be an edge-of-your-seat season. Ten for ten. There is so much going on in my life but I will begin at the beginning.” YES. Thank god Real Housewives of New York is back. After a year of lackluster seasons from other cities in the franchise (I’m looking at you Orange County and Beverly Hills), the New York City ladies are back on my television and I couldn’t be happier about it.
One thing, I’m not “happy” about, but I’m admittedly curious to see is this falling out between Carole and Bethenny. Carole warned, “Tis a running theme this season about my clothes. Bethenny, it seems, is oddly fixated on my outfits. It starts right here in episode one and doesn’t let up until the finale. Wait for it.”
Carole wrote, “Ohhhh Luann, my love…. When we first met, five years ago, I thought you were so pretty, and tall. You bought me an elephant ring for no reason and that was sweet.”
After a trip down memory lane, Carole concluded, “I’ve since gotten to know you and honestly think you are without guile or harm. I honestly think you are just a tiny bit tone deaf.” She definitely overdid it on that bronzer for her Diana Ross costume.
Carole continued, “Luann and I always get into something…we have a hate/love relationship. I say it that way intentionally, as we start off the year the former and end with the latter. What would a season be if she were not condescending to me and I insulting back? This is our dance each year.” And I look forward to it every single season.
Carole kept it real: “Yes, she got married and divorced in less time it took me to finish the marathon. And yes, we did not text much over the summer.”
And then she threw some shade at Sonja Morgan: “But, wait, rewind…did I hear that right? Her best friend Sonja Morgan texted, Oh Gawd… what, that’s it? Exactly two more words than I texted? Had I known that, I would have texted the thumbs up emoji.”
Carole added, “Another thing, not only did I not hear a peep from my pal Luann when Adam [Kenworthy] and I parted ways over the summer….what did she do instead? She gossiped about Adam to Dorinda [Medley] and it got into the tabloids. Thanks Lu!!! The one place I’d rather not be which is ironic given my current profession. Oh Gawd…” Is she insinuating that Luann is responsible for that tabloid leak or that Luann and Dorinda are behind that?

Real Housewives Of Atlanta Reunion Part 1 Recap: Dried Bones
The first part of the Real Housewives Of Atlanta was pretty tame by comparison to what we’ve come to expect. I mean the only things that happened were a pregnancy announcement, blackmail revelation, and your mama jokes. Low-key, right?!
The most important thing about any reunion are obviously the outfits. Apparently if you are a Real Housewives Of Atlanta star the reunion is your equivalent of the Academy Awards. But all the stylists are busy and the only gowns left are the ones no one wants to wear.
What we really must discuss is Porsha Williams‘s crown. Umm… She’s elevated from Princess of THOTlandia (where one’s crowing achievement is twerking in hot pants) to Queen of Delusion. Although she claims to be the Goddess of Good Thoughts or something – good thoughts except when she’s calling Kandi Burruss “Victim Victoria,” Goddess Of Never Letting Go.
Has Porsha apologized to Kandi enough? Can she ever? Do we care? No, No, and NO!
Porsha is seated next to Cynthia Bailey, and between the two of them they have so much dress – and so much train – that they’re gonna need an underground railroad to transport all that material from the sofa. Kenya Moore, for the first time ever, is squashed on the end of the sofa, complaining that she’s in the shade not the light. But she wore yellow which is bright! Also since she’s on the shady side of the sofa, why not liberally deploy shade? Someone has to earn her place back in Andy’s good graces! Although why, if married life is so divine, bother?
NeNe Leakes looks like she added a full skirt to a figure skating costume, or perhaps since she is the “Elder Leakes” she’s competing in the senior Olympics and this is what geriatric figure skaters wear? Kandi always looks like Kandi, so nothing to see there folks! Also don’t talk about her mama or she will turn all those ropes holding up her boobs into some of lasso of destruction. Lamisha, wherever you are: look out. Kandi and Mama Joyce are coming for you, and Mama Joyce is waving a wedge-heeled sandal.
Finally Sheree Whitfield. She by She Has No Purpose has gone from being high FASH-SHUN, the arbiter of elegance and sophistication, to creating “joggers” which are “a lifestyle.” Clearly a depressed middle-aged divorce living beyond her means but keeping up with the Moores lifestyle… I’m sure they’ll be flying off the shelves like prison boos with access to an iPhone camera and a reality show!
Sheree’s new collection of joggers (aka sweatpants) can be expected in stores maaaaybe sometime in the fall – if Sheree returns next season, that is, but probably more than likely the only joggers will ever see are the ones Tyrone is wearing when he runs away with her Bravo checks. Aka, I predict another fashion show with no clothes. How dreadful!
Marlo Hampton looked like a Pomeranian. Or John Amos in a wig depending on who you ask.
To take care of some housekeeping first (get a size-appropriate doormat cause #SIZEMATTERS), we have to discuss Porsha and Kandi’s never-ending dilemma. Porsha believes she’s taken ownership; Kandi thinks Porsha owes her her firstborn wig and second generation butt implants. But they’re at an impasse: Kandi will get no more apologies because Porsha doesn’t understand that apologizing for something is NOT the same as recognizing that what you did is wrong and feeling terrible that you did the wrong thing. Delusion is what makes a good Real Housewife which is why she’s here and why we should just let this issue lie. It was so last reunion ago!
So let’s discuss the elephant in the room – and I don’t mean NeNe’s ego or Sheree’s denial – I mean Kenya’s husband. Marc Daly has given me major pause, and also giving me pause is Kenya’s revelation that she is expecting a boy or girl later this year. Did anyone think there’s something fishy about this? I know she said on twitter that she doesn’t have a surrogate, but something just seemed odd about her announcement?
Actually everything about Kenya and Marc is bizarre. Like she’s NEVER met his parents?! She’s only spoken to them on the phone because they live far away. Um, pssst, Kenya: MARC lives far away. Also Marc trash-talked RHOA to Andy’s “colleagues” (who?), yet Kenya still tries to lie and deny until Andy straight up calls her out. We also heard Kenya, on tape, declaring that Marc doesn’t want anything to do with the show. He doesn’t approve of the way RHOA portrays black women. Which is hilarious considering that his WIFE is one of the biggest shit-stirring nut cases I’ve ever witnessed on Bravo. Krayonce was out in full-force last night as soon as Marlo entered the room, so I am truly curious about what the high fallutin’ holier than thou Mr. Daly thought of that messy performance!
Thankfully Kenya was also confronted about how much meddling she’s done in other people’s marriages, only to demand privacy when the ring is on her finger. At least she accepts that now being a wife she has a different opinion on the sanctity of marriage. So is Kenya gonna be apologizing to Phaedra Parks now????
It’s useless to ever try and get a straight answer out of Kenya, concerning anything. Like when Porsha asked her about why she never told Cynthia, one of Kenya’s so-called BFF’s on and off RHOA, about her marriage and Kenya claimed it’s because Cynthia “can’t hold water.” Even NeNe went to the mat for Cynthia to insist that she is excellent at keeping secrets when it matters. Cynthia is obviously a loyalist to a fault – a fault line opening up wide enough to create the Grand Canyon – she would definitely never betray her beloved Ms. Moore. I would’ve certainly betrayed Kenya after she rolled up the car window on my face and called me a “stupid whore,” but Cynthia still considers her a BFF and takes extreme affront to the idea that everyone is always manipulating her. I think Cynthia is the real doormat here!
Obviously Kenya contrived to keep her wedding and marriage off RHOA, thinking she could either play hardball in negotiations to get something out of the deal, or keep this part of her life on her terms like it didn’t exist, but like Andy said, when reality TV is your career, your reality is public consumption. Even when it’s reality that has nothing to do with real life! Also are Kenya and Marc finally planning to move in together now that they’re expecting?
Marlo swished out looking like a purple toilet bowl cleaner and Kenya was ready for a fight so she read Marlo for the FILTH, then cleaned the bowl with her! Marlo started with Kenya for having messy skin, but Kenya finished with her revealing that Marlo once tried to blackmail NeNe’s “ex” John (“the pizza guy?!” gasped an incredulous Andy) by inviting him over, getting him drunk, and photographing salacious texts sent between him and NeNe. This was after NeNe was ‘remarried.’ In exchange John paid Marlo’s $20,000 Neiman’s bill. But, Marlo’s not a hooker – she’s just has tricks up her skirt that can be purchased by the Square Reader Kenya wants installed between her legs. Does Neiman’s also sell these?
The weirdest part was NeNe’s impassive reaction! DID Marlo find some dirt on NeNE from Mr. Hot & Ready Pizza To Ho?
Also strange was NeNe’s sudden forgiveness towards Porsha, as if they never had any issues whatsoever! Porsha was just a misguided soul, and as soon as she started sucking up to NeNe, their fight was buried and done. Sometimes Porsha has a lightbulb moment, and sometimes she has a crown over her head.
The most ridiculous argument, however, was between Sheree and Porsha. Sheree is a sad state of affairs as always. Although I understand her point that no one was willing to interact with Porsha in the beginning of the season, but Sheree, needing that check for her basement renovation, played her friend, then Porsha turned around and told Shamea Morton not to trust her. Honestly, though, what does Sheree expect? She is the self-described bone carrier and the only person she’s loyal to is Kim Zolciak, of “Party City wig” fame!
Also, Porsha already apologized (off-camera) for hurting Sheree’s feelings. Instead of worrying about her fake friend Porsha’s opinions, Sheree needs to focus on getting a conjugal visit to her man cause Lie-rone was denied parole and will be in the clink-clink for another 3 – 4 years. I suppose that man cave, like Sheree’s cave, is gonna get mighty dusty waiting for him to occupy the premises. Which will probably be in foreclosure by the time he carries her through the threshold.
Truly there was no reason for Sheree to even be there. I mean, we’re done talking about YOU. The bone carrier buried all her bones in the dry, dusty backyard of Chateau Fools Gold until some dog named Lierone came and dug them up. Like NeNe said Sheree never lets anyone else into her yard, then she deflects by waving smaller bones in the other yappy dog’s faces. And Sheree certainly is a master of deflection – like dredging up the past from when she was Mrs. Bob Whitfield, and NeNe wasn’t “the It girl” – apparently NeNe was also stalking Tyrone. We’ll have to send Marlo over to the penitentiary to investigate…
Next week Kim joins the sofa and things go ALLLL the way left.

The Real Housewives of Potomac Recap: Crazed and Confused
If the Real Housewives of Potomac were comic book villains, then Karen Huger would be The Riddler. Last night she had all the women staring wide-eyed and giving a collective “Huh?” Her story had more holes than a box of Cheerios, but it was sure entertaining to watch. I hope you all are having as much fun as I am this season. These women are on point, so let’s get into the episode.
Karen shows up at Monique Samuels’ house in a $100k+ Jaguar that is sexy pretty. She is wearing a skintight cat suit that makes me think of the pit crew from a NASCAR event, but I have to say she looks really good. Inside, Monique shows Karen her shark tank and points to the boss shark at the bottom that is named “Grand Dame” which Karen loves. However, as much as they have in common, the shark is kind of wimpy because while it will eat anything that gets between her and her food, Karen will gut anyone who gets in her way and then follow them into eternity and do it all over again, just for fun. That’s dedication, my friends! (and also why so far I’m being very nice to Karen…)
Meanwhile, Gizelle Bryant is showing how great of a friend she is to Robyn Dixon by schlepping all the way out to Hanover for the day. There is no service between Potomac and Hanover and we’re not just talking cell reception. But good news because Robyn is moving! The bad news is that it is literally around the block from her current address. Gizelle will have to suffer through a little longer until she can get her friend back to Potomac where she belongs and where Gizelle can hit a drive thru on the way to Robyn’s house. Then we’re treated to A Tale of Two Friendships. Monique is supportive with Karen but Robyn and Gizelle are not buying anything Karen is trying to sell. Bottom line is, if they come at her with claws out, Karen will go feral on EVERYONE.
Back in Potomac, Sherman 2F picks Gizelle up in a stretch limo and the two have a picnic in a vineyard. The scenery at this place is 10 out of 10. Gizelle looks really pretty too and she says that Sherman makes her happy. They talk about taking the leap and Brady Bunching their families. Then Gizelle Feeds him a strawberry and the two head into the vineyard for what I guess is the second part of the F’s.
Ashley Darby is at Oz and hallelujah it is finally making a profit! It was really tough working a long side Michael while they were estranged, but now they’re back together and she’s putting her marketing skills to the test by holding a Bliss Brunch. Did you know that if you gather all your cute girlfriends together and freely flow the alcohol people will flock to your restaurant? Apparently, it’s almost worth trying the fried kangaroo if you can make eye contact with the former Miss United States. It’s true, that’s really a thing and to prove it, in walks Candiace Dillard, in all her orange skintight with cutouts in all the places pantsuit. Candiace is Ashley’s “friend” from the pageant circuit, but how good a friend is up in the air. We haven’t yet finished readjusting the orange color setting on our TV’s and Ashley is already throwing shade by calling her title the “Off Brand Pageant”. Ouch! And yes, sometimes Ashley can be funny.
Monique and Candiace instantly hit it off because they have so much in common. Both of their guys are named Chris (but let’s be honest, Monique’s Chris could snap Candiace’s Chris like a twig with two of his non-dominate fingers). Candiace went to Howard and Monique used to party her ass off up there sister used to go there. Candiace sings and Monique raps! When Candiace was Miss United States, her platform was Women’s Empowerment. Oh! Well Monique just LOVES that. It is soooooo important. And then without taking a breath Monique takes to slamming all her fake friends and gossips about Karen drinking a whole bottle of Champagne and she has an expensive car even though she owes millions in back taxes and Monique completely misses the irony of it all.
Robyn’s missing all the fun at OZ because it is moving day. She longs the days when you could just call people to do all the packing and moving and heavy lifting. Now it is DIY and she has found friends with a truck and horse trailer that are willing to help her move for pizza and beer. Housewives, they’re just like us!
Now it’s time to get to know Candiace a little better. She and her ‘susband’ (soon to be husband) are meeting up at a bar. Her Chris had surprised her a while back with a stealth proposal that involved flying members of both families out and a video tape. It was so romantic that she makes him ask her again. In the bar. While they wait for their drinks and appetizer. After he half-heartedly complies, she makes a face like she just discovered she has stepped in dog poo, but she bravely moves on. Now Candiace has always been a princess to her family, but Chris has always been a frog. He has 3 kids from 2 wives and not at all what she ever wanted, but she can look past all these flaws. Why? Because he lets her pick out her oysters on the appetizer platter first and he eats the ones that are left that look like vaginas (I wish I was kidding). He has a hole in his jeans very near to his… (sigh) let’s just move on…
Karen has decided that the only way to handle her problems is to meet them head on. She has called a press conference for the women where there is nothing to eat, just water to drink, and a note pad for doodling. Robyn, Ashley, and Monique show up looking pretty in dresses, but Gizelle and Karen know when it’s time to bring it! Karen is in a camo jumpsuit and Gizelle is wearing a t-shirt that says #freeuncleben. Once everyone is seated, Karen introduces her dear friend Matt who she just found at a temp service has been her assistant for years. Karen then passes out all the mean tweets Gizelle has posted in the past few months. Gizelle objects. She didn’t say it, she just retweeted it. There’s a huge difference! And here’s where it gets confusing. Karen and Ray are married but their finances are independent. She learned to do that after her last divorce. Or was it Ray who told her last episode to do it this way? Robyn and Ashley tell her there are advantages to filing as a married couple and to tell you the truth I didn’t pay attention to all this tax stuff the first time I took Accounting 101 and unless it’s on the quiz, I’m not going to remember any of it!!!
Ashley pulls us back together by asking Karen if Ray will be indicted. Karen, the grand master of deflection, snaps back, “Has Michael been indicted for his ding-a-ling swinging around on Instagram?” We are then treated to a naked dick pic of Michael. (Dear Bravo, for pity sakes, PLEASE warn us next time! Our eyes! They burn!) Gizelle tries to bring it back to sanity asking what they can do to help Karen, but Karen admits that her life is very, very confusing. Yes. It. Is. The cameras flash to the waiter standing at attention, holding a water pitcher and smirking at these messy women. You, I, and everyone watching at home are all that waiter.

Luann de Lesseps Owns Up To Her Mistakes & Reveals Russell Simmons Groped Her
Luann de Lesseps has never shied away from life. Now is no exception. On this season of Real Housewives Of New York, with her life in turmoil and her most embarrassing moment very on display, she’s making some much-needed realizations. “This is my season for change,” declares the former Countess, sitting in her Penthouse on the precipice of rebuilding her life post-divorce, drinking, and jail.
Luann is also joining the Me Too movement, alleging that music mogul Russell Simmons (also the ex of former Real Housewives Of Potomac star Katie Rost) groped her three years ago in Miami. “He grabbed my ass in an elevator, he was just a pig. I haven’t told anybody about that before. I was grossed out. I was like ‘How dare you.’ He invaded me, he took advantage of me, being who he is, thinking he is all ‘it,’ all everything. He thought he could just do that. I looked at him and said, ‘Don’t ever do that again.’”
Luann says Simmons never offered her an apology after she gave him a little lesson in Class with the Countess. She also says this isn’t the first time she’s been subjected to inappropriate advances. As a model she learned to “swallow it, to grin and bear it” from untoward photographers or agents. “I’ve had to deal with it my whole life,” Luann laments, and she praises the #MeToo movement for bringing awareness.
Russell, in turn, is “vehemently denying” Luann’s allegation – any many others.
This revelation comes during a time of reckoning for Luann. She’s coming clean and coming to grips with many uncomfortable moments from her past – notably her doomed-to-fail marriage to Tom D’Agostino (and the quickie divorce), which led to her Christmas Eve arrest in Miami.
This week Luann will reappear in court. She potentially faces a felony conviction, with jail time, for threatening an officer after her drunken debauchery went too far. Luann is aware of the high stakes and says she’s taken pains to truly better her life. She’s attending AA classes daily, and is active in charity and yoga. And she’s cultivating a cabaret career. Luann hopes the court “can forgive someone who made a big mistake and who was not in the right frame of mind.”
“I do a lot of good. This is the first time that something like this has ever happened to me. So I hope that they see that and choose to understand that and deal with it accordingly.” Still Luann contends that she could very much be facing jail-time.
On Tom, so much has already been said, but Luann reiterates that he was a good guy who “couldn’t give up his bachelor lifestyle.” Instead Tom pulled Luann into his life of excess – one she was already teetering on the edge of, as viewers well know from her escapades on RHONY! “We were social drinkers,” she recounts, admitting cocktails started around 5PM and continued flowing. Luann constantly felt hungover – friends and family noticed, and grew increasingly concerned. Again, she disregarded those concerns.
Instead, the more people brought attention to Tom’s shenanigans, the more in denial Luann became – and the more she turned to drink, “numbing the pain to some extent,”(and in an attempt to keep up with Tom).
Even Luann’s son Noel warned her against the marriage, but she was “blinded by love.” She claims she tried everything to fix things with Tom, to no avail. After their split, Luann kept the party going and this December was in Sag Harbor December for a wedding when the infamous arrest occurred. In the Colony Hotel Lu met up with an ex – a polo player – and then she met up with the police. “My memory is patchy on what exactly happened,” she admits sadly. Spending a night in a jail cell was obviously, the lowest of her life, “The cell was freezing cold, I was on my own. At that moment, I thought, I will not have another drink. I was so ashamed.” So-far she’s stuck to that resolve.
“Rehab saved my life,” acknowledges Luann who worried that if she continued partying “I would die.” Instead of spending NYE on a yacht, she checked into the Palm Beach Center. “It was humbling for me, and I was around such amazing people.” Through therapy she realized undiagnosed PTSD from a potentially fatal car accident in Switzerland when her children were 4 and 2. Luann’s divorce had caused further emotional strain, which she never fully dealt with.
Now Luann has a (relatively) new focus: herself. She’s “working on” herself, rather than looking for men, and is done with dating for a while. Luann doesn’t know if she’s done drinking forever, but for the time being, alcohol is out of her life. “I say, ‘I am not drinking today,’” she tells The Daily Beast. That includes while filming the remainder of the season. “You’ll see there are a few occasions where I had to leave the table. But Bethenny [Frankel] told me I’m still as much fun.”
Luann doesn’t blame the show for exacerbating her tragedies, and dismisses notions that it may negatively affect her life. Which is why she hasn’t left amid her personal demons. “Oddly enough it’s become second nature because I’ve been doing it for so long,” she maintains. “That’s me, and I really haven’t changed that much.”
