Who Won Power of Veto On Big Brother Week 12? 09/13/17

Tonight, Big Brother 19 viewers watched Alex Ow leave the game, and head to the jury house. We also saw Paul Abrahamian win this week’s Head of Household competition. Right now, Paul is about to approach his Big Brother 19 win without a hitch.

Big Brother 19 Julie Chen Week 12 Power of Veto

It’s hard to really muster a lot of faith in Josh Martinez winning the final part of the Head of Household competition against Paul. Heck, if Christmas Abbott is medically cleared, she might beat him in part 1 or 2. Right now, Josh, however, is the only hope of something changing up the game.

As Paul keeps things going according to plan, early today, he nominated Josh and Kevin Schlehuber for eviction. He wants Kevin out of the house, so that he can fulfill his Big Brother 19 easy win fantasies of sitting in the end with Christmas and Josh. The only thing that could have stopped Paul’s plans to evict Kevin is if he won this week’s Power of Veto.

Based on logic and statistics, it almost seemed impossible for anyone but Paul to win this week’s POV. He has the best competition record of the remaining houseguests, and he has some experience with some of these competitions.

So who won the final Power of Veto of Big Brother 19?

MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

We want see the Power of Veto competition and ceremony until tomorrow, but based on a reliable leak, this was the outcome of tonight’s POV competition:

Big Brother 19 Paul Abrahamian

Paul Abrahamian won this week’s Big Brother 19 Power of Veto. I mean did you expect anyone else?

This secures his final three spot, and most likely secures Christmas and Josh’s final three places. We expect Paul to keep nominations the same, which gives Christmas the final vote. She will send Kevin out the Big Brother 19 house, making him the second to last jury member.

Join us tomorrow night to see how it all unfolds, and to see who gets evicted on Thursday’s live final four eviction. Don’t forget to join us tomorrow morning for our recap of tonight’s Wednesday episode.

Jason Dent: Paul Abrahamian won't win 'Big Brother' -- I don't think the jury will vote for him, he sabotaged himself

Jason Dent's Big Brother eviction was a hurtful blindside orchestrated by veteran houseguest Paul Abrahamian -- and the rodeo clown apparently believes Paul sealed his fate in the game with the move.

Big Brother 19 Week 11 Alliance Updates: A Look Back at the Biggest Alliance Hit and Misses (9/13/17)

One word can be used to describe the Big Brother 19 alliances and that word is consistency. The recurrent theme regarding the alliances of this season is that they definitely centered around Paul Abrahamian. Week after week on Big Brother, Paul has been referred to as the “Puppet Master” all across the Internet. Article after article has described his ability to orchestrate his Big Brother 19 game through the houseguests (aka minions) without getting blood on his hands.

Big Brother 19 Cast

We are down to the last week in the Big Brother house, so let’s take a look back at how the alliances have progressed throughout this season of Big Brother.

As soon as Paul entered the Big Brother 19 house, his veteran status alone gave him an advantge in the game. To add insult to injury for all the other houseguests, he was blessed with “friendship” bracelets. These bracelets granted the recipients safety from the first night eviction. It seems fair to say that all of the houseguests had the cards stacked against them, except Paul of course.

Once the dust settled inside the Big Brother house, and the houseguests became a bit more comfortable, Cody Nickson made the first big move in the game. It didn’t take Cody long to start putting together what he called a “power alliance,” while all of the other houseguests were referred to as outsiders. Cody’s big move involved him betraying the alliance he created; he did this by nominating alliance member Christmas Abbott to the block during the first week.

Cody’s misstep in the game was Paul’s opportunity to step forward and use that against Cody. That was the beginning of the end for Cody. As we know can see, he and his showmance partner Jessica Graf were the only houseguests inside the Big Brother house that had no intention of becoming a Paul minion. They both clearly had their own agendas, and Cody’s agenda did not include following any of Paul’s marching orders.

Big Brother 19 Paul Abrahamian and Cody Nickson' Fight

Looking back to the second week in the Big Brother 19 house, Paul was already firmly in control. In fact, in my alliance recap for week two, I said that Paul was calling all of the shots and the houseguests were allowing him without a second thought. Funny how things have  not really changed much from 9 weeks ago.

At that point in the game, Paul’s house majority alliance included Dominique Cooper, Mark Jansen, Elena Davies, Matt Clines, Raven Walton, and Christmas Abbott. On the other side of the house, the outsiders included Alex Ow, Josh Martinez, Ramses Soto, Kevin Schlehuber, and Jason Dent. With Paul’s majority numbers, he easily targeted and evicted the only real competition he had in the game: Cody.

By the time Cody earned his way back into the Big Brother house, Paul had a firm hold on all of his minions. Paul had so much control by that point that he was able to convince his crew to flip the script on Cody and Jessica. Jessica had won Head of Household and the Power of Veto during week four; she and Cody held all the power, or so they thought. Paul was able to garner the votes to send home Ramses rather than Jessica’s nemesis and target of the week, Josh.  That sent a clear message that Paul came to play Big Brother, and he had the houseguests in his back pocket to carry him through.

Big Brother 19 Ramses Soto and PAul Abrahamian

As Cody and Jessica were off on an island by themselves, Paul cozy’ed up to the remaining outsiders. This was around the same time Paul really started employing his minions to do the dirty work for him. Let’s not forget the pots and pan debacle performed by Josh, which was an attempt to  bait Cody into a physical altercation. This was where the game took a dark turn, and Paul should be ashamed of his actions.

During week six, Alex, Jason, and Josh were in one of the strongest positions in the Big Brother 19 house. Paul was vying for their loyalty as was Cody before his second eviction. This was also the point in the game when Christmas and Josh began to pull closer and closer together. Aside from Christmas using her Ring of Replacement (at Paul’s direction), which voided Josh’s ability to evict Elena, they were able to mend their relationship.

Alex was the HOH during week seven, but again, Paul was calling all the shots from behind the scenes.  Paul managed to even convince Matt to refrain from saving himself from the block after he won the POV. That is unheard of in the game of Big Brother. This move set the stage for Alex to backdoor Cody, and the majority alliance voted Cody out of the house, for the second time.

Big Brother 19 Julie Chen and Cody Nickson

In week eight, Paul started to employ a third wheel strategy for his game play. Rather than draw a line in the sand with his alliance, Paul set things up for himself so that he was the third wheel with all of the remaining “deuces” left in the house. He was able to do this with Josh & Christmas, Matt & Raven, and Jason & Alex. Kevin was the only floater at this point, but Paul made sure to seal a final two deal with him as well. Paul had firm deals in place with each and every houseguest, and he managed to keep that a secret amongst all of the them.

Week nine gave us a glimmer of hope that Jason may just go rogue, create his own alliance, and get out from underneath Paul. That ended up being a false hope. Jason ended up alienating himself from Alex momentarily and positioned him closer to Kevin. Having any type of relationship with Kevin inside the Big Brother 19 house won’t get you very far. This is a lesson Jason had to learn the hard way.

So now we are down to the final five. As mentioned earlier, consistency and Paul have been the alliance theme for the Big Brother 19.  Paul has hand picked his final five; he also has plans for the final four, final three, and final two.

Based on what we have seen thus far, Paul should be good with his final four once Alex is evicted tonight. Kevin should be the next to go on Thursday, which leaves Paul’s alliance pick of himself, Josh, and Christmas for the final three.

Will Paul make it to the final two? We will know soon enough.

Thanks to everyone who joined us each week to see where the alliances fell from week to week. Join us again next summer for the Big Brother 20 alliance updates, and in winter for Celebrity Big Brother‘s alliance updates.

Jason Dent: Paul Abrahamian is toast now, I don't think 'Big Brother' jury will vote for him to win

Big Brother 19 Week 11 Power Ranking–Who Holds the Power Going into the Final Days?

Are you ready for the final installment of the Big Brother 19 power rankings? It’s been a long season: we started off with a bang but have been coasting for quite some time. Time to find out one last time if there’s been any shifting or if things remained status quo as we go into the final days of Big Brother 19.

Big Brother 19 Paul Abrahamian and Alex Ow-Big Brother 19 Cast

Last week, Christmas Abbott ranked number 1 on our list. She wasn’t on anyone’s radar, and had latched on to the strongest player in the house: Paul Abrahamian. Now that we’re only a week away from the Big Brother 19 finale, did she maintain her power position?

5. Alex – Unless there’s some sort of major shift, Alex Ow is going home. Josh Martinez had toyed with the idea of saving her but Christmas or Paul would have to tie up the vote; it seems like they’re already past that point. They all know that Alex is one of, if not the strongest competitor left in there.

Big Brother 19 Alex OwWith Alex out of the way Paul, Josh, and Christmas have a pretty easy ride to the final three with only Kevin Schlehuber standing in the way. She has not done much to save herself but it’s pretty much a lost cause at this point anyways. Even if Alex stayed somehow, she’d probably need to win out to have a shot at the end, and even then I don’t think she’d get the votes to win from most of the Big Brother 19 jury.

4. Kevin – Kevin is slated for fourth place as things currently stand. However, when the remaining houseguests look at Kevin next to Paul, Christmas, or Josh, are they going to send home a man in his fifties who has not won a single competition this summer? It remains to be seen.

Big Brother 19 Kevin Schlehuber

I think Josh would be willing to make a move, but Paul and Christmas probably would not, depending on the situation. A Head of Household of Power of Veto win from Kevin could make a difference, but the momentum isn’t going his way. Kevin has shown that he’s just willing to throw everything if Paul asks him to, so I’m not really expecting that anything will happen to change Kevin’s fate.

3. Christmas – While Christmas is probably pretty safe in the next two evictions, at the final three it seems that Paul would rather take Josh. Due to experience, Paul is the most likely one to win that final Head of Household competition. And if Christmas manages to win, she’s looking more and more like she’d take Paul.

Big Brother 19 Christmas Abbott

Either way, she’s fighting a losing battle; her chances to win the final Head of Household are fairly limited as Christmas is still not able to compete at full capacity. She sees what Paul is doing but lately has had this team mentality which makes her not willing to go against him, despite the fact that she and Josh both know their chances against Paul are probably not very good.

2. Paul – Paul is clearly still in control, but his one blind spot is that Josh would and will take him out if giveb the chance. Yet, he wants to take Josh to the end because he sees him as his best chance to win, which probably isn’t the case. That said, Paul is still hands down the favorite to win Big Brother 19.

Big brother 19 Paul Abrahamian

However, if Josh wins something, and Paul’s fate is in his hands, he might just lose this game. And it’s possible that Christmas could decide to be selfish and take Josh over him, but that remains to be seen. Paul has played nearly flawlessly but now he needs to win competitions to ensure he makes it to the end of the game. There are more than a few potential roadblocks that could stop him, which includes a bitter jury.

1. Josh – Josh has the leg up on Paul right now. He may not have as many votes locked, but his goodbye message to Jason Dent really did a number on Paul’s reputation. He’s taking that attitude to the jury. Paul would take Josh to the end, and maybe even Christmas depending on how she’s feeling in the moment. Josh is ready and willing to make a move on Paul. He was almost willing to this week , but things didn’t fall in his favor with the Power of Veto.

Big Brother 19 Josh Martinez

Don’t get me wrong, Josh certainly has an uphill battle to win this thing, but if competitions go his way, his chances of winning this season aren’t bad. This is something I never thought I’d say considering where he started this season. Josh has come a long way and him winning would be a good story from start to finish in terms of a complete and unexpected arch.

Yolanda Hadid Is Finding Love Again, Calls Out Kyle Richards For Ignoring Her Crisis, And Would’ve Stuck By David If He Were Ill!

Yolanda Hadid Lyme Memoir

Yolanda Hadid Lyme Memoir

Yolanda Hadid‘s brain functioning was certainly at 100% while she was compiling a list of grudges against those who spurned her while she was battling Chronic Lyme Disease. Topping that list is, of course, ex-husband David Foster, who grew sick and tired of her sickness, and also some of Yo’s ex Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills co-stars!

Yolanda’s recently released memoir, Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisible Disability of Lyme DiseaseYolanda Hadid Is Finding Love Again, Calls Out Kyle Richards For Ignoring Her Crisis, And Would’ve Stuck By David If He Were Ill!, leaves no gory detail untouched as she chronicles her Lyme journey and her life before, during, and after crippling chronic illness. Of all the side-effects, losing her marriage was the hardest. She describes her split from David as “heartbreaking,” but concedes, “so is life.”

“It became very difficult,” Yolanda reveals. Her decision to portray her journey on RHOBH became a major stressor. She explains, “The only reason I shared [that story] is because people need to understand that being a sick person is really hard, but being the caretaker of a chronically ill person is hard and people just get to their limit. Men want to fix things and if they can’t fix it, it’s really hard.”

Little things blew up into big things, and David took Yolanda’s half-functioning brain as literally. “We all say when we get pushed to the end, we all say things that are hurtful, but it’s not a big deal,” Yolanda told ET Online. “I hold that marriage and that relationship in very high regards” and if it weren’t for her divorce she “wouldn’t be living the life that is authentic and true to me.”

RELATED – All The Twists And Turns On Yolanda’s Journey

Yolanda hasn’t given up on finding another king either. “I am such a romantic. I’ve taken two years to really heal and to really learn to be on my own and be happy. I’m at that place now. I’m ready to fall in love.” And for once she’s not looking for super famous, or “in the industry,” but “a normal guy.” She adds, “just somebody loving, spiritual.”

Among some of the other revelations in Yolanda’s book are claims that in addition to her health, money became a major issue for her and David. “I understand he’s sensitive around finances. Of course, he doesn’t want to provide for my children. That’s Mohamed’s job and my job and exactly the reason why I am very driven to keep working.”

She felt “trapped” in the marriage, despite David being “the most quality human being in my life? I feel empty and lost all drive to try to fix all the issues that have broken our bond.” Ultimately he is the one who finally ended things on Nov 11 – their anniversary. They didn’t speak for a year, but have now come to a place of peace.

The final fight came when David accused Yolanda of using her illness for sympathy and said her ‘sick card’ was up. “After having a front-row seat to my journey, he’s actually saying that I used a SICK CARD? Who is he talking to? Who is influencing him? How did he come up with such an unkind statement? I don’t deserve this. If roles were reversed and David was sick, I would stick by him.”

Despite coming to see RHOBH as “toxic” Yolanda says filming was “a major wakeup call” to how sick she was. Yolanda cites an argument where she called a co-star “such an asshole.” as “the moment that shakes and wakes me up. Something is really wrong with me.” In retrospect she never never considered her co-stars “real friends,” and also admits the show was a “best-case” for someone needing a job with plenty of money, yet plenty of downtime. (She earned 6 figures).

Yolanda was worried about Gigi, Bella, and Anwar being on RHOBH. “I also struggle with the way the show exposes my children’s lives. Gigi’s and Bella’s careers have taken off with the speed of lightning and they’ve lost a lot of their freedom as a result. Our home should be a private, safe place to anchor and recharge their batteries.”

She wasn’t suicidal, but began to see death as a release. During a beach vacation, lying naked on the shore (Like a Natalie Imbruglia song) Yolanda begged, “God, please just take me in a way. Please carry my body away. I just want to disappear.”

Yolanda chose to go into filming RHOBH blind. “I am asked to watch the previous seasons of the Housewives to get up to date on the story line but I choose not to. I want to meet each woman in an authentic way and form my own impressions…Looking back, this is a mistake, because it takes me a long time to catch up in real life.”

Yolanda may be at peace with David and the drama from their divorce, but she still hasn’t forgiven her co-stars for an incident at Kyle Richards house!

Referencing a magazine photoshoot at Kyle’s, Yolanda is suffering from “earth-pulling exhaustion” and could barley get out of bed, yet she still showed up, reports E! News. While the other women were in hair and makeup, Yolanda went to lie down in the car to “conserve energy until they’re ready for me on set.”

Everyone ignored her except Brandi Glanville. “It’s strange to me, because if someone was sitting in my driveway and not feeling well, I would go out and say, ‘How are you? Why don’t you come into the house, take the guest room, and relax until we start?'” Yolanda writes. It was the start of a serious fracture between Yolanda and the other women who she realized were only Hollywood friends.

The Munchausen accusation still “infuriates” her. “Why would anyone make such a distorted and untrue statement related to my health journey? Especially in front of my friends and millions of viewers?” Yolanda seethes. “It’s simply unconscionable that my supposed ‘friends’ doubt and discredit my word on such a delicate and sensitive matter. But a thousand times worse and more hurtful is when they say that Anwar and Bella don’t have Lyme.”

Luxury dog boutique Fifi & Romeo is suing Lisa Vanderpump over claims that she hasn’t sufficiently promoted their brand on social media and television as payment for dressing Giggy in their finest doggy duds.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has not commented on the suit. Neither has Giggy. (!)

Fifi & Romeo has outfitted the likes of “Bruiser Woods” from Legally Blonde, so the company is no stranger to diva pups. But now it’s claiming that Lisa hasn’t exactly made good on her promises of promoting their brand.

TMZ reports, “Lisa stopped showing love … refusing to give credit where they say credit was richly due.” Fifi & Romeo are suing for “an unspecified amount of money” in retaliation.

Lisa has been promoting her Vanderpump Dogs Foundation Gala, set for Nov 9, on social media though. Last year’s inaugural gala was attended by many of the RHOBH ladies and assorted Bravolebrities in support of Lisa and Ken Todd’s Vanderpump Dogs Foundation.

Lisa has also been quite busy organizing efforts to help hurricane victims – and of course, their pets! – by gathering and sending supplies to affected areas. She tweeted Sept 1, “Thank you to everyone who helped us collect supplies @VanderpumpDogs for the dogs & people affected by Harvey & for all in Houston helping.”

Vicki Gunvalson Insists She Had No Ulterior Motives In Inviting Tamra Judge’s Ex Friend To Her Party

Vicki Gunvalson

Vicki Gunvalson

Poor Vicki Gunvalson. She wants to be a good friend and get along with all the girls so they can have a good old fashioned whoop it up time, until she invites scandalous gossip mongers to her birthday party, then she’s all “Tell me more!”

Vicki started off on the right foot by asking Tamra Judge to coffee. She ended up in the wrong red dress when she continued to facilitate inappropriate speculation about Eddie Judge’s life. Vicki needs Spanx for her mouth, as well as for her red dress.

“When I decided to call Tamra to ask her to go get coffee it was because I’m tired of the fighting and I wanted to make amends. She has been doing everything she can to alienate me with my friends. We weren’t even speaking when Kelly and I talked about it. I don’t know why she can’t let it go and move on,” Vicki complains. Cause: accountability!

Vicki claims she wants to be Tamra’s friend, but the reality is she wants Tamra to stop ruining fun. “She has continued to make me uncomfortable at events that I see her at and it needs to stop,” Vicki demands. “Tamra has lied about me to the ladies to get attention off her own problems and I want it to stop.”

Vicki was “in shock” when Shannon advised Tamra not to meet. Vicki does not approve, and just like Vicki is responsible for Shannon’s weight gain, Shannon is responsible for Tamra dumping Vicki. “Why the heck does Shannon have any influence on whether Tamra and I meet? Shannon has only known Tamra for a few years and she has ‘globbed’ onto her like a little school girl.”

“What is going on here?” questions Vicki. “Does anyone else wonder why Shannon does not want Tamra and I to reconcile? Is Shannon afraid of Tamra ‘switching teams’?”

Vicki, Eddie, and Shannon all have birthdays days apart, but that is where the similarities end. “Years ago, we would have all been together and due to this ridiculous fighting, we are all apart which makes me sad,” laments Vicki. “I wish we could all move on and just agree to disagree and stop hurting one another.”

RELATED – Gretchen & Shannon Feud Over Ricky On WWHL

If Vicki sincerely feels this way, why is she listening to Gretchen and Tamra’s Ex-BFF Ricky spread salacious rumors about Eddie’s sexuality? Don’t worry – Vicki has an excuse for that as well! Because holy gossiping a-holes at an unofficial RHOC reunion, Batman!

“I invited Ricky because Gretchen said he heard about my party and wanted to come,” Vicki expects us to believe. “That was it. There was NO ulterior motive, no set up, no preplanning of anything.” It had nothing to do with Eddie or Tamra, you guys, because Vicki has “no desire to hurt either one of them.”

Ricky and Eddie had been friends way before Tamra met him and now they are not. I have no idea why they had a falling out, nor do I want to know the details, but they did,” Vicki continues. “When Ricky revealed that he saw Eddie ‘making out with another man’ I was shocked. Regarding this mess, a rumor is a rumor, and I don’t know why Ricky would say he saw this if it’s not true. Prior to Ricky revealing this, I had no facts surrounding this rumor, but now that Ricky said he saw them.”

After Ricky let the Househusband out of the closet, Vicki has to wonder: “Is that another rumor or a fact?”

Vicki is full of crap – she admitted to wanting to “punish” Tamra and Shannon for not being her friend, so she invited Tamra’s enemy Gretchen and Tamra’s ex-bestie to her party? Uh-huh!

Of course Vicktim maintains that these “innocuous little rumors” shouldn’t affect Tamra because they’re just that – innocuous little rumors! NOT. Perpetuating rumors – especially ones you profess to know are untrue – is callous and unkind, not to mention potentially libelous. Also, instead of Vicki outright denying Ricky’s claims, or insisting it doesn’t matter while changing the subject, she gleefully salivated over the details.

“This ‘rumor’ about Eddie has been circling around for years and personally I don’t care either way because it doesn’t affect me,” insists Vicki. “As I mentioned last week, I don’t care about his past, I don’t care if he is gay or bisexual or not. I like Eddie, he seems like a great guy, and the fact that he and Tamra love each other is all that matters.”

“Question I have is why can’t Tamra handle this topic of conversation like a mature adult?” deflects Vicki. “She is blaming me for something that she already knew about and just because I discussed it with Kelly that should not make her angry. I want to tell her my side of the story, but I doubt she will listen.”

Ugh – WHO CARES. A) Leave Eddie be! B) Why is sexuality a scandal? C) What Dirty Rotten Biatches Vicki and Gretchen are! While Tamra deserves a taste of her own medicine, Eddie has done nothing to either of them.

Vicki also says “kudos to Lydia” for standing her ground with Meghan. “It’s interesting to me to see Meghan get upset when she is called out on being mean about Kelly’s marriage, but doesn’t like it when anyone discusses her marriage,” Vicki adds.  “Meghan has butted in everyone’s business but doesn’t want anyone butting in hers. I like Meghan, I think she’s nice but she has a lot of ‘life lessons’ to learn and as far as I’m concerned and I would never confide in her with anything because she would never be sacred with the information.” Well at least Megan has learned not to take life lessons from Vicki – although Meghan does seem to respect Tamra’s opinion, so…

Oh, and Shannon and David’s incessant unhappiness made Vicki “really sad” cause you guys, Vicki CARES! ” I encourage Shannon to stop complaining and stressing out to David, as it seems like he just wants peace in the home and happiness,” she advises. Oh, well, if Vicki says it, it must be true!
