Cary Deuber Discusses The Drama Between Brandi Redmond & LeeAnne Locken
Out of all the things to come at LeeAnne Locken for why is her perceived lack of wedding date one of those things? Why not call her out the shade she throws or the threatening statements she makes when she’s riled up? Wouldn’t that be an easier route to take?
D’Andra Simmons got the ball rolling by questioning LeeAnne for not setting a wedding date and she even accused them of “living separate lives” before she brought up some rumors that Rich Emberlin cheated on LeeAnne. Brandi Redmond joined her new friend D’Andra to question D’Andra about her wedding and even threw in that she thinks LeeAnne is jealous of D’Andra since she’s married. Now LeeAnne is accusing both of them of drinking too much and even called Brandi an “alcoholic” in the last episode. Three wrongs don’t make a right here. Real Housewives of Dallas is getting pretty messy and Cary Deuber is sharing her insight on all the drama within the cast.
After two seasons of LeeAnne criticizing Cary’s marriage, the irony isn’t lost on Cary that LeeAnne’s personal relationship is being questioned. In a Bravo blog post, Cary wrote, “Well, we all know that karma is a bitch, and it looks like LeeAnne has definitely found her…”
Cary admitted, “LeeAnne is, however, handling it better than I did when it was MY relationship that was on display.” She continued, “I am still wondering why D’Andra and Brandi are up in her grill about her wedding? (Maybe they’re just really excited to get some cake?).” Aren’t there better storylines to cook up than this one?
Cary shared, “It does seem to me that because Brandi is pushing LeeAnne about her personal life, LeeAnne is pushing back with the ‘alcoholic’ stuff… Maybe not the best long-term strategy.” Definitely not. And now we are all going to hear about these alcoholism allegations for the rest of the season, on social media, and during the reunion.
Cary wrote, “Even when you are rightfully pissed, it doesn’t give you the right to diagnose someone with alcoholism. That’s very serious, and it doesn’t fix anything. Like I said, ‘That’s a big word,’ and I don’t look forward to this conversation coming back up again.” It’s going to. It’s definitely going to come back up 8484848379333 times. At least.
The other D’Andra drama during that last episode has to do with Kameron Westcott and her mother-in-law Jimmy. Jimmy “warned” D’Andra that people in Dallas society were talking about her behavior. I have no idea how true that actually is, especially now given the fact that she’s on a popular reality TV show. Aren’t a lot of people talking about everyone in this cast? What’s the big deal?
Cary wrote, “Now, I have to admit, I’m a bit confused at the mural reveal. I had not heard about this sh– sandwich that got cooked up at the lake house. Kam seems like she is applying her value system to D’Andra’s life. I think Kam is trying to look out for D’Andra, but she is a big girl and can make her own choices. I’m not sure why D’Andra would let this upset her, however… Who cares if people are talking about you?”
Are the pressures in Dallas society really as bad as Kameron and her mother-in-law have conveyed? Aren’t there more important things to worry about and juicier stories to gossip about than a woman enjoying herself while filming a reality TV show?
Tonight is an all new episode of The Real Housewives of Dallas. Join us in the comments at 9 pm ET!
“Cary invites all the ladies to join her for a trip to Denmark. D’Andra gets a pep talk from Mama Dee about how to handle Kameron and LeeAnne, while LeeAnne goes wedding dress shopping. Stephanie and Travis renew their vows and D’Andra hosts a pop-up event for her company, at which Brandi finds out what LeeAnne called her. The ladies fly off to Denmark, wondering if they’ll be able to put their differences aside.”

Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island Recap: Jocelyn Returns!
On this week’s Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island the couples have matched themselves and now it’s time to see if any of these actually become the train wrecks we expect them to be. Too pessimistic? Nah. Just remember the Chris-Jada-Jocelyn triangle.
It’s Day 3 of the three-week experiment and the couples need to get to know each other a little better. The couples are talking about Chris and Jada too. Isabella already admits that she doesn’t like Chris because of how he played Jada and Jocelyn. Chris tries to explain to Isabella what the pastor told him to do about closing his eyes and who does he see walking down the aisle (he claims he saw Jada), but I don’t think anyone is buying it.
Now, if the couples decide that they still have chemistry they move to the honeymoon suite where they will begin a relationship, but if they think they made a mistake, they won’t stay on the island. Kimber thinks that the idea of moving into the suite with Shannon is going much too fast, whereas Isabella and Tyler are very open to the suite.
Chris and Isabella meet with the pastor, who is concerned that Jada feels like she was the second choice and forces them to talk about that. Jada admits, but not to Chris or the pastor, to the camera that she doesn’t trust Chris yet and doesn’t want to be humiliated. TELL HIM, GIRL! The pastor tells Jada not to be afraid to be vulnerable, but Chris says that he thinks Jada second guesses things. Um, Chris, didn’t you?
Tyler and Isabella are cute and adorable, but is this just the ‘honeymoon’ period?
Shannon talks about his attraction to curvy women, but he admits that he’s apprehensive about staying with her in the suite. Kimber tells Shannon that she doesn’t want kids, but Shannon does. Kimber was a stay-at-home mom to her ex-boyfriend’s daughter from a previous relationship and that experience already showed her that she didn’t want children. As much as she’s attracted to Shannon, this could be a stumbling block for them moving forward.
Brandin and Jona laugh over loving the same strawberry chapstick — it’s a start, right? Brandin talks about loving having a good appearance and talks about her clothing business. They actually both own businesses and that also seems to bring them together. Jona is turned on by her entrepreneurial spirit, but Brandin seems so closed off emotionally, so it’s hard to get a read on how she really feels.
Chris and Jada are hugging up on each other in the pool and Chris is saying all the right things, but Jada is taking this seriously and wants marriage, so she’s cautious. Jada talks about her ex cheating on her and she’s unsure about Chris and the career that he has, traveling and working. Chris opens up about how he didn’t treat his ex’s right because he wasn’t ready to settle down, but he says it taught him how to treat girls the right way — I’m still not sold on this guy being able to settle down with Jada.
Tyler and Isabella pop a bottle of the bubbly on their date that night while they try to learn more about each other. Isabella’s parents have been together for 26 years and she wants that kind of relationship. They both want children, which convinces Isabella that Tyler is his soulmate. They talk about his daily routine and Tyler shares his gym and reflection routine. Tyler wonders if this is all too good to be true too.
The Brandin and Jona match was a surprise to the therapists because Brandin is closed off while Jona is emotional (I think I just said that). In a tennis game, they are both having fun and she says that Jona makes her feel comfortable, but I don’t see her opening up much emotionally.
Tyler and Isabella tell the therapist that they are ready to enhance their relationship and want to build on what they have. However, they are starting hot and want to make sure their connection doesn’t cool. When asked if he has any doubts, Tyler said that he thinks everything is too good to be true that he wants to make sure she’s genuine. Now Isabella wants to make sure that Tyler trusts her and wonders now if they are ready to move forward. Tyler needs to move forward from the fact that Isabella was on another show and just focus on his feelings for her now.
Eric and Katie love to travel and have instant chemistry, but Katie seems nervous to move forward to the suite. Katie thinks Eric is kind, caring and funny and wants to give it her all, but Eric senses that she’s uncomfortable sharing the same bed just yet, so he decides to sleep on the couch until she’s more comfortable. What a gentleman.
Brandin and Jona decide to start a honeymoon, but Brandin also said she wants the process to get to know him without the physical aspect of the relationship right now. Jona, who is extremely physical, let Brandin set the pace but is okay with her decision. Something tells me that Jona will be on that couch longer than Eric will.
Kimber and Shannon have a strong physical relationship and want to move into the suite, but are they connected emotionally? Kimber is tempted to move in, but the decision to not have kids still weighs on her mind. They decide to move in together mainly because they live on opposite sides of the country and Kimber wants to see how Shannon is in a living situation because she won’t move to Atlanta without knowing that.
Tyler and Isabella believe that they have love-at-first-sight, but will reality knock them down to size? They decide to take a chance and move in, but Tyler slept on the couch too.
Okay, now Jada and Chris — who already have a rocky relationship — have to decide if they are going to try the suite. Chris wants Jada to open up to moving in together and Jada wants to get to know him, but sleeping together might cloud that. Chris offers to sleep on the couch to make her feel comfortable. Jada thought that was a kind gesture and thought it was respectful. Hold onto your hat.
The next morning, Day 5, the couples talk to each other and Jada says that Chris doesn’t seem like a player, but (insert Scooby Doo’s Ruh Roh!) here comes Jocelyn! Jocelyn felt that Chris was pressured into making a decision and if they had more time he would’ve picked her. She and Chris go off to talk, but Chris asks Jada if she’s cool with it first. Chris tells Jocelyn it’s nice to see her and that she looks nice. Jocelyn reminds him what he said those first days, especially his stronger connection. Jocelyn tells Chris that she wants to see where it goes with him. Credits roll. Zoinks!
TELL US: WHO MADE THE WRONG DECISIONS? WILL CHRIS CHANGE HIS MIND AGAIN AND GO WITH JOCELYN? IS JONA FALLING FOR SOMEONE WHO REALLY DOESN’T CONNECT WITH HIM? WILL TYLER AND ISABELLA FALL FROM THEIR LOVE-AT-FIRST-SIGHT CONNECTION?

Kyle Richards’ Halloween Party: Dorit Kemsley, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, & More- Photos
Very few people can throw throw a party as well as a Real Housewife, especially a themed event. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG Kyle Richards threw a Halloween/30th birthday party for her oldest daughter Farrah Aldjufrie. She even hashtagged the event with “Farrahween.”
As expected, she went all out with every aspect of the party, making me wish that Kyle could throw my next birthday party. The decor was unreal, the costumes were over the top, and there was even a Ferris wheel in the backyard.
Kyle and her husband Mauricio Umansky dressed up as a Playboy bunny and Hugh Hefner. Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Edwin Arroyave also opted for a couple’s costume, choosing to dress up as Harley Quinn and the Joker. Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley were Karl Lagerfeld and his cat Choupette.
Kyle’s sister Kathy Hilton and Kathy’s daughter Nicky Hilton were there to celebrate Farrah’s birthday along with Kyle’s daughters Portia Umansky, Sophia Umansky, and Alexia Umansky.
Kyle’s longtime friend and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fixture, Faye Resnick, dressed up as Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series.

LeeAnne Locken Admits She Was “Out Of Bounds & Wrong” For Calling Brandi Redmond An “Alcoholic”
For the most part, LeeAnne Locken has made some great strides this season on Real Housewives of Dallas. Then she referred to Brandi Redmond as an “alcoholic” in conversation Cary Deuber and Kameron Westcott…. That is a definite misstep, but at least she admitted to that and owned up to her mistake in a Bravo blog post after the last episode.
Hopefully she does the same thing at some point during this season. Nevertheless, LeeAnne is bound to argue with both Brandi and her best-friend-turned-enemy D’Andra Simmons about her “concerns” over their drinking habits during the Season 3 reunion.
Even though LeeAnne has been a Housewife for three seasons, she really is an all star Housewife. She provides with some shocking moments (her infamous hands monologue from Season 2), but she also owns up to her mistakes and apologize. She’s a polarizing character for sure, but she definitely is the reason Real Housewives of Dallas even got to a Season 3.
In her Bravo blog post, LeeAnne demonstrated just how self-aware she is by writing, “Several weeks ago I called Cary and said… “If this (D’andra and Brandi attacking my relationship) is my karma, I am 100% willing to accept it and deal with it.” So, no Cary, the irony was never lost on me! And BOY is Cary right! Concerning myself with D’Andra’s life is only CAUSING PROBLEMS for me. Chalk this is up to other lesson learned!” Nevertheless, concerning yourself with other people’s lives is an essential part of being a Real Housewife, so this isn’t the last time that a cast member’s person life will become a hot topic of conversation.
LeeAnne admitted, “And at Elizabeth W grand opening is where I make my FIRST MISTEP this season! I should have never allowed myself to get so worked up that I used the word ‘alcoholic’ to Cary. It was out of bounds, and I was wrong. Here I am OWNING IT, and soon I will be APOLOGIZING for it!”
Even though LeeAnne did apologize and own that mistake, she still explained just why she ended up saying that: “I am a human who has been PUSHED and PUSHED to go off for 11 weeks now! After hearing the word ‘alcoholic’ come out of D’Andras mouth a million times, I finally fell in the hole!”
She continued, “GIRLS ARE MEAN! Brandi and D’Andra have purposely antagonized me for WEEKS, and to be honest, I was getting more than a little tired of it! I should have gone home and meditated rather than express myself to Cary and Kameron in a public place.”
LeeAnne discussed the charity event that D’Andra brought Brandi to a couple episodes ago: “D’Andra doesn’t remember how Brandi was swaying because she was holding on to me so she wouldn’t sway! They were both WASTED at the kickoff party and everyone there knew it!”
LeeAnne wrote, “I find it interesting how D’Andra tells Kameron and Jimmy that it’s OK for her to ‘play silly drinking games during the day’ because she doesn’t have children to go home and take care of. Uhh, what? Who are you drinking with??? I’m gonna stick my neck out on the line here for a hot second and say what Jimmy is saying is EXACTLY what I was saying in the very beginning!” Is she taking a dig at Brandi for “playing silly drinking games during the day”? It sure seems like it.
LeeAnne wondered, “Oh Brandi, can you ever have a confessional where you don’t feel the need to try and TRASH ME? I can’t get to one year in a relationship? I am at 9 1/2 years, sweetheart! Keep believing your own bullsh–!” This LeeAnne and Brandi feud has become the foundation of the show. Of course they’re both going to shade each other, insult each other, and cross the line. They’ve both being doing this since Season 1 and it’s probably not going to change.
LeeAnne called out D’Andra for including her mother Dee in the drama: “OMG! Did D’Andra just say, ‘I don’t bring my mother to the dog fight! I fight the fight myself!’? Are you kidding me? You LITERALLY brought your mother in to the ‘dog fight’ with me, and you literally brought her to the unveiling!” I have no problem with D’Andra bringing her mother to anything. Sure, she’s not a Housewife, but her mother is reality TV gold and she even managed to get her own confessional interview during episodes. Do any other family members have that? No. This woman is a welcomed addition to the show in my eyes. She throws amazing shade (even at her own daughter) and has iconic fashion sense.
RELATED:D’Andra Simmons Calls Out LeeAnne Locken & Kameron Westcott For Gossiping About Her
LeeAnne insisted, “Kameron didn’t have a ‘problem’ with you, she was being a friend! D’Andra’s twisting and turning of things that happen are becoming RIDICULOUS! I’m gonna have to start calling her DELUSIONAL D’Andra! OMG! Now she is telling Kameron that they ATTACKED her?!! Did we all just see the same peaceful conversation?” Does telling D’Andra that her reputation is ruined in Dallas really constitute “being a friend”? I don’t know about that one, Kameron.
LeeAnne seemingly took a dig at D’Andra’s marriage with this remark: “You will always be judged differently because you call yourself a Simmons! Maybe start using your married name, and it will actually not bother you anymore.” Ouch.
She concluded, “Now I am going to address the tease for next week: I DID NOT tell Dee that I thought Brandi was an alcoholic! THAT IS A LIE! I recorded that conversation and will happily play it back for her anytime! When are these fools going to STOP putting words in my mouth!” But she did tell Cary and Kameron that she thinks Brandi is an alcoholic, so it really worth clearing up one conversation when she actually did say that to other people in a conversation that aired in the episode?

Flipping Out Recap: Jeff and Frankie Battle and Create an Exit Strategy
On this week’s episode of Flipping Out, first it’s Paul out the door and now Jeff Lewis and Frankie go head to head on more than one occasion and the tension is getting to everyone.
At Valley Vista, Jeff tells Frankie that he wants to train him for the job he was meant to do, but the management part of it he’s struggling with. (Okay, I’m confused. Why not send Frankie to project management classes? But I’m not Jeff…)
Jeff thought that he could train someone with no project management experience, but he’s regretting that decision now. Great, where does that leave Frankie, who moved from Vegas for this job? Jeff and Jenni Pulos tell Frankie to become more aggressive in his calling of people and of his organization. Frankie tells Jeff that after watching Jeff fire Paul he’s concerned about his future. He assures Frankie and tells him it would almost be impossible to let him go because he works so hard, but hey it’s Jeff, so who knows? Famous last words, right?
At the Hidden Valley project, Jeff’s happy with the way the project is going, but Julie feels like things aren’t moving quickly.
Jeff, Julie and Jenni go out to lunch and the conversation turns to Jeff’s grandmother, who is in Hospice. Jeff talks about how he’s concerned about his grandma’s well-being but that being in assisted living is the best thing for her and he can focus back on his work knowing she’s being taken care of. During lunch, the bid for Hidden Valley comes in for materials, etc. and you can see that Julie, who is more hands-on than anyone Jeff has worked with, is concerned with bottom line and the professionals that are being used. She keeps notes and that makes Jeff uneasy.
At Casa Madden, Heather welcomes Jeff, Jenni and Megan Weaver to see the stunning finished project that started two years ago. Jeff talks about how it hasn’t always been smooth sailing with Heather, but that she became more decisive as she went along. Now it’s time to refurnish the home. Jeff wants Heather to explain to her husband Jim that it’s going to take time to do this — he tells Heather six months, but tells the camera a year, for sure. Oh boy, that’s not going to go well.
At Valley Vista, Jeff’s project, we finally start to see more of why this show is called Flipping Out.
First, Frankie gets snippy with Jeff, telling him, “You don’t think I do anything here, do you?” Some phone calls haven’t been made and Jeff expected certain people to already be on the job. Frankie tells the camera that he wants to tell Jeff where to go, because Jeff’s coming back to the house with a negative attitude even though he’s working hard for him. Jeff tells the cameras that Frankie is a master of distraction and toots his own horn, but now it looks like a smoke screen — a distraction from what he isn’t doing. Jeff flips out on Frankie, telling him he knows nothing about what’s going on and yes, he could end up another Paul. Frankie wants to know if he should look for another job and Jeff tells him he’s heading that way. Pissed off, Frankie walks away.
Jeff calls Frankie back in and claims he’ll listen. Frankie says that he works hard for Jeff, but that Jeff puts him down all the time. He tells Jeff, “How can you want to get rid of someone who works like that for you? How can you even say that to someone?” Jenni talks about how this has snowballed and that Frankie is a ticking time bomb. Jeff tells Frankie he can’t afford to pay him unless he gets more out of him.
Back to Julie, who is really concerned about the costs — the premise is that Jeff said he would have a hard time spending $600,000 and now he’s up to spending $700,000. Jeff thinks that she should just trust him. Julie is obviously annoyed. Jeff isn’t used to having someone so hands-on that he has to answer to. She tells Jeff, “Had we had been working faster,” a dig that Jeff picks up on and confronts her about it. She says she’s not trying to insult him and Jeff responds, “You’re wasting a lot of energy fighting me.”
At Jeff’s house, he talks to Megan about the lunch with Julie and Megan talks about how Julie seems stressed. Gage Edward tells Jeff he comes across as overpowering and left Julie feeling steamrolled. Jeff calls Julie and tells her what Gage said and asks her if she agrees. Jeff apologizes for bulldozing her.
At Valley Vista, we’re back with Frankie who already seems annoyed. Jeff tells him that he wants him to make sure all three properties are clean, an obvious demotion for Frankie. “He’s now going to be the most expensive trash guy in Los Angeles.” Jeff tells Jenni that Frankie seems defeated. Um, duh.
Another meal with Julie and Jeff tells her about Frankie’s outburst. Jenni reenacts it but wants Julie to pretend that Jeff had done it to her. Laughing at the situation, Jeff calls the situation ‘messy’ and he feels guilty and was certain it would work, but says he was wrong. He’s thinking of the breakup plan and is convinced that if he fires Frankie he’s going to have to call the cops to get him out of his house.
Jeff tells Frankie that he was clear that Aubry was a priority to clean and he needs to get over there. Frankie went to Hidden Valley instead — and Jeff says that he can’t be an effective trash guy either. Jeff admits to Jenni that she was right that it wasn’t going to work.
They meet Heather and help her pick out some fabrics. He tells her that he thinks her fabric pick is too ‘formal,’ but tells the camera he doesn’t think it’s formal, it’s his way of saying ‘ugly.’
Jenni calls Frankie and he is clearly upset, not wanting to have himself monitored like the way Jeff is doing. Frankie tells Jeff he’s not the easiest guy to work with and that he doesn’t work this way. Jeff confronts him and asks, “How soon were you thinking of leaving?” Frankie says he didn’t think about leaving, but that he’s just frustrated. Jeff tells him that maybe they should think of an exit strategy. Frankie doesn’t want to leave without another job, but Jeff says that he can’t wait for him to find another job. Gage is ecstatic about the fact that Frankie is probably leaving.
In an in-person meeting, Frankie tells Jeff he doesn’t match with the company and offers to stay until they find someone but Jeff said no thank you. Gives Frankie a one-month severance pay, and Frankie suddenly starts smiling again. Another employee bites the dust.

Real Housewives Of Orange County Season 13 Reunion- Photos
The expectations for a Real Housewives reunion are pretty high. Do the women always deliver? Unfortunately, that is not the case every single time. It’s tough to predict, especially during a so-so season of Real Housewives of Orange County. It is a lot better than Season 12, but that’s really not saying much.
Sure, Vicki Gunvalson and Kelly Dodd got into that elongated fight about the secret double dates. Plus Kelly admitted that they are not on speaking terms, so seeing them in the same room should be interesting, but not too much went down beside that other than Shannon Beador’s breakdown in Jamaica. Hopefully there’s more for them to discuss from the tail end of the season, but the anticipation of drama is at a low point in comparison to other seasons.
No reunion clips have been released, but Andy Cohen and the ladies did release some behind-the-scenes photos. In a clear ode to Shannon, there are nine lemons in a bowl on the table. Other than that, the hair, makeup, and outfit choices were…. interesting.
Kelly looked on point as per usual….and you can judge the other looks for yourself. Taste is in the eye of the beholder, right?
The Season 13 seating chart reveals that Tamra Judge will be sitting closest to Andy on one couch with Kelly in the middle and new Housewife Gina Kirschenheiter on the end. Shannon will be sitting closest to Andy on the other couch with Vicki in the middle and the other new girl Emily Simpson on the end.
Am I the only one who feels like that’s a little off? First of all, Vicki has to be livid that she’s not right next to Andy. Then again, the second half of this season is all about Shannon. Second, shouldn’t the “tres amigas,” i.e. Vicki, Tamra, and Shannon, be on the same couch with the remaining Housewives on the other? Wouldn’t that make the most sense? I guess we will see how it goes when the episodes air.

Kameron Westcott On D’Andra Simmons: “If D’Andra Wants To Trash It Up, Good For Her, I Really Don’t Care.”
If I hear about Dallas society one more time, it will be one time too many. Unfortunately that’s a sacrifice I have to make if I want to continue watching Real Housewives of Dallas. Other than that aspect, this show is really on point.
Nevertheless, Kameron Westcott and D’Andra Simmons got into it during the last episode after Kameron’s mother-in-law Jimmy warned D’Andra about her (supposed) reputation in Dallas society. If you drank every time they mentioned “Dallas society” or “Highland Park” it would be a recipe for disaster.
Kameron shared her point of view in a Bravo blog post. She insisted, “My mother-in-law’s intention was only out of love for D’Andra. While Dallas is a very big town, Highland Park is a small town and word travels fast. She had heard some recent concerning stories about D’Andra and was worried that it may come back to haunt her in Dallas. It was out of love and protection.” Is this really that concerning? She’s on a reality TV show, of course D’Andra is going to be living it up and having some fun.
Kameron explained, “She was not specifically saying to not hang out with Brandi [Redmond], she was just trying to remind D’Andra that Dallas is a very judgy town and people talk, and Jimmy thought D’Andra should be aware. In certain social circles in Dallas, if you act in a trashy way you can get shunned, and Jimmy just wanted to make sure that D’Andra was aware of the potential consequences of her newfound wild streak.” So is Kameron saying that D’Andra was “acting trashy”? It sure sounds like it.
Kameron maintained, “Jimmy was not judging D’Andra or telling her to not be whoever she wants to be; she was just reminding her of how women in Dallas work. Whether you like it or not, you are guilty by association and further, when you are out in public and you do something unbecoming, it will get flagged. It’s kind of like always being on a reality show all the time.” I can’t help feeling like being a cast member on an internationally televised reality TV show is much more intense than Dallas society.
RELATED: Kameron Westcott Doesn’t Think LeeAnne Locken & D’Andra’s Relationship Will Ever Be Repaired; Says D’Andra Broke Girl Code
Kameron explained why she stormed out of an event in the middle of a conversation with D’Andra: “What made me so upset with D’Andra is that no good deed goes unpunished. My mother-in-law and I were only trying to help D’Andra, and she attacked the messengers. We were not the ones calling her out on her behavior. We were just trying to be good friends and make sure that her recent changes in her behavior was what she really wanted.” They really could have used a softer approach, if that was really the case.
Kameron declared, “If D’Andra wants to trash it up, good for her, I really don’t care. I have too much going on in my life to babysit.” Ouch.
Then she returned to insisting her mother-in-law was coming from a place of kindness and concern: “Jimmy was trying to make sure that this is the path D’Andra really wants to walk and make sure that her recent behavior was not just symptoms of a much bigger issue. I am actually concerned that something may be going on with D’Andra that the group and I are not aware of.” Symptoms of what?
Kameron concluded, “But I will definitely think twice before I give her feedback again, because when you are feeding someone information, no one likes getting their hand bit.” It sure doesn’t sound like the two of them are on the best terms these days.
TELL US- DID KAMERON’S MOTHER-IN-LAW HAVE GOOD INTENTIONS? IS D’ANDRA’S BEHAVIOR DAMAGING HER REPUTATION? OR IS SHE JUST MORE FUN NOW?

Below Deck Recap: Marshmallow Foot
ZOMG – a sea monster took over Caroline Bedol‘s food, implanted it with an egg which will soon hatch into live young, that turn into slimy clear-colored creatures that eat Kate Chastain‘s nasty attitude. And then turn her into a giant Cheeto after midnight. Or at least that’s my Halloween version of what happened on last night’s Below Deck!
What actually happened is that Chandler Brooks continued to show the same leadership skills as a teenager morphed into an adult in Freaky Friday. He’s also, as Rhylee Gerber so eloquently told us, just a really big “prick.” Indeed. Maybe HE is what punctured Caroline’s toe and caused it to swell up voluminously it will eventually take over her entire body and turn it into one of the giant pillows they drop over the side of the boat? You know the ones Rhylee *gasp* dragged for the second time even though she knew better!
Kate showed no sympathy for Caroline’s freak foot injury. I mean blame Tahiti mosquitoes, not the girl. Also Ashton Pineaar literally does ev-er-reee-thing for everyone: from wearing loin cloths, to being the voice of reason and on-board parent cum counselor, to putting up slides, to taking down slides… I think it’s because everyone just wants to stare at his big beefy muscles or something.
I can’t figure out what purpose Josiah Carter serves other than to be Kate’s Bitchiness Plus 1 and to destroy what little sanity remains inside Caroline. Really, it’s like the anxiety she feels inside is projecting outward, causing her limbs to swell. It seems no coincidence that she woke up with marshmallow foot the day after overhearing Kate and Josiah’s drunken complaints against her!
Kate woke up with mascara smeared on her face, rolled over and started munching on last night’s stale Cheetos, when a giant Cheeto hobbles in. Just when Kate opens her mouth, preparing to consume the ultimate hangover cure, the giant Cheeto speaks and it turns out to be Caroline! Frantically yammering about how she’s so not like upset that Kate talked about her, but like don’t talk about her again, and like just you know, she’s over it and like it’s OK, but it’s like so not OK, cause feelings. Feelings are real. And she’s entitled to them. And now look at her puffy toe. Kate is like… is that contagious? Also leave, just in case it’s the toe equivalent of pink eye or herpes. But Caroline’s damage has been done and Kate now has to get out of bed on the only side she knows: the wrong side of the bed.
The bigger problem is that the crew mess looks like a frat house. All because Kate is shirking her day on the cleaning chart? And obviously Kate missing her one day is causing all the problems. Who knows – maybe it is?! After all it’s not like Chandler can be relied upon to show any management about how the cleaning schedule works.
Rhylee will take it upon herself to remind everyone that this one time, in Alaska, she like captained a fish boat. And like this second time, in Alaska, she was the captain of a fish boat… and she could see Russia from it’s prowl. And Russia was also shaped like a tuna. But this third time, in Alaska, when Rhylee was a fishing boat captain, she learned about cleaning hierarchy and when the schedules ay-says your it, you grab your mop and CHARGE. Kate does not agree. She cleans enough in her prestigious role as chief stewardess, she will not then wipe the dishes of these gremlin underlings with much, much more time on their hands. “Kate is definitely used to being the bitch in charge,” snipes Rhylee. “With me, I don’t give a f–k whether you’re a bitch or you’re in charge.” Too bad Captain Lee Rosbach does not agree!
As Ashton is literally hanging from a harness wiping windows while Kate and Josiah watch from inside the air conditioned cabins, Kate decides she’d like to try the crotch harness too! It’s like Below Deck’s version of an amusement park. Oh wait… that’s actually riding Caroline’s emotional roller coaster. Anyway, Rhylee intercepts Kate’s radio call about trying the harness to remind her that Kate is too busy! If she’s too busy to clean, she’s too busy for fun! “What is wrong with that girl,” explodes Kate. What’s wrong with that girl is that clearly she’s used to being the bitch in charge!
With Caroline’s foot now doubled in size she is sent to the doctor, but Kate thinks she should just suck it up and walk it off. However the doctor tells Caroline she got an infection from a mosquito bite because it turns out things in Tahiti are toxic. (Especially the yachtie transplants. ) Sadly Kate has no time for Caroline’s incidents and accidents because she needs her to work, work, work, work!
The oncoming primary charter is Charles Yim, who invented the smartphone Breathalzyzer and will go down in history as one of the grossest guests they’ve ever had. And THAT is a prestigious list, let me tell you! Captain Lee immediately dismisses Charles and his crew as “New money” as Kate knowingly rolls her eyes. She explains, “New money is impatient because it hasn’t had these luxuries yet and it can’t wait to get them.” Also new money = water sports. Which = slide drama.
Anyway, Charles is there with his girlfriend, some friends and about the only thing they all have in common is social media addiction. How quaint.
While they’re scrubbing the boat Ashton pulls Rhylee aside to warn her about picking fights with Kate and causing unrest among the crew. On her one precious break, Rhylee’s quiet time is dominated of thoughts of Kate’s wrath. Can she really take on the indomitable chief stewardess with the killer centerpieces? Rhylee realizes that no, she has to pick and choose her battle and she’s choosing Chandler, so she apologizes and eats humble pie. Which would probably be delicious if prepared by Adrian Martin , but alas it was only a reheated microwavable version. Kate does not mind bad humble pie though. “I love an apology,” she crows. “Even if you don’t mean it. Even better! I love an inauthentic apology because that means you’re really swallowing your pride, you know! Good job Rhylee.” So that is the way to rise in esteem in Kate’s eyes. Who knew?
With the deck crew working round the clock, but often in shambles, Chandler decides to hold a team meeting before the charter. Except it was another fail because as Ashton noted, “No game plan!” Chandler didn’t bother telling them what to do or map out a schedule or assign off and on shifts, but he did make sure to explain what type of mixers should be included in the bag for the beach picnic. Shouldn’t that be Kate’s game plan, or is she too busy?
Kate has ordered amazing flower crowns for the charters and they spend all of 5 seconds admiring them before whipping out their phones and seeing all of Tahiti through an iPhone lens. “I’m already over it,” moans Josiah about these Instagram-obsessed guests. They literally are photographing themselves holding phones and the only time the put them down was to do said water sports. Jet skis + iPhone = Caroline-level collapse.
Kate is treating Caroline’s injured foot as a personal assault on her and her work load. Whenever Caroline asks to take a break to ice her foot (per doctor’s orders), or hobbles a little too slowly, or mentions that it hurts Kate does this sigh and gets this look that dismisses Caroline as a lazy nuisance. I don’t think Caroline is complaining that much – she basically just said it hurt when asked, but she’s still working hard, even if at a slower pace. She was the first person up doing laundry and on charter had the late shift. Kate is pretty much being a totally insensitive biatch. I think she and Josiah are a bad influence on each other.
No one is really feeling the love this charter. With her foot in pain, and no one taking her seriously Caroline turns her wrath on innocent, sweet-natured Ashton and screams at him over the crew mess being messy, since apparently this like everything else on board is solely his responsibility. Then not 15 seconds later after Caroline’s pain meds must’ve kicked in and she had a moment of realization, she hugged, and kissed him and apologized. Ashton shudders at the thought of dating her, but then realizes that’s all Chandler who deserves the karma!.
Chandler meanwhile is mocking Rhylee to Ashton and Ross Inia while constantly assigning her the worst tasks then berating her when she doesn’t know how to do them. Of course she’s also not getting any reasonable breaks and she’s ridiculed for asking questions, so things are going swell. I think Im having a change of heart about Rhylee because she’s doing a pretty decent job of just working through her fury.
Since Chandler wanted to talk about what a nutcase Caroline is he asks Ashton to help him break down the slide and change his radio frequency so the entire crew doesn’t have to hear their conversation. Wrong rime; wrong place. Because Kate starts calling Chandler (probably intentionally to catch him out) and when she gets no response, Captain Lee takes over radioing him. After a warning from Caroline to change his radio back, Chandler finally switches his frequency only to encounter a furious Captain Lee. What if there was a fire?! How would Chandler + crew know to get out?! Kate snickers in the background as Lee barks at Chandler over the radio, then demands a man-to-man chat about the importance of following the rules. Poor Chandler… JK!
After a full day of water sports and suffering from cell phone withdrawal from his time on the jet ski, Charles needs a nap. And a refreshing smoothie! He calls from the cabin and when Kate answers his distress call he opens the door with an unpleasant surprise: his penis! Yes – Completely Naked and smirking! If ever there was a place to put a flower crown… He was probably hoping Kate would take an iPhone video to put on his IG.
I guess Charles’s need for attention smoothies was so intense he couldn’t wait until after sex? It looked like Kate put ketchup in one of them, so Katezuma’s Revenge. So yay for “Naked Smoothie Time!” The guests left another surprise in their room when they went to dinner – a baby octopus!
Just kidding – when Caroline hobbled in to do turndown she literally found a USED CONDOM on the nightstand. DISGUSTING, but good job on them for practicing safe sex.
Over dinner the guests spend more time interacting with their phones than each other or Adrian’s food, so Kate comes up with the brilliant idea to make Ashton wear fond leaves and serve dessert. This is after he’s worked all day with no break. Instead of appreciating it, they immediately reached for their phones to capture the moment. Kate throws her hands up, gives Caroline another 5 to ice her foot, and then wallows in how much extra work she has to do because of hobble toe. Life is not fair!
The other matter is that the guests want to go deep-sea fishing and guess who was a fishing boat captain in Alaska. I’ll give you a hint – it rhymes with Highly! Instead it is Ashton who is told to meet Chandler on the deck at 9am instead of Rhylee – an experienced fisherman. Even though Ashton doesn’t know how to fish and will only wind up getting 5 hours of sleep. Ashton complains to Ross that if they’re not properly rested the boat will start suffering. Well, this should go swimmingly.
As Ashton observes, Chandler is letting his dislike of Rhylee majorly cloud his judgement.
TELL US – IS CHANDLER BEING TOO HARD ON RHYLEE AND ASHTON?
