Vanderpump Rules fans are taking notes on Tom Sandoval’s recent behavior. When news of his affair with Raquel Leviss broke, it was all about reacting to the betrayal of Ariana Madix. Since then, it was a waiting game to see how the Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner would take on the PR disaster he created. Not to mention, the moral debt he had to pay to his ex-girlfriend of almost a decade.
It’s gone from bad to worse as Sandoval’s subtle and not-so-subtle cues indicate a general lack of contrition. It started with a do-over public to Ariana. Draft one didn’t even mention the Something About Her co-founder.
Then Sandoval gave a tone-deaf interview to Howie Mandel. The host admitted going easy on the reality TV star. Sandoval was allowed to say his peace. It was an underwhelming monologue. He deflected relationship problems onto Ariana. The whole event was panned by his co-stars.
Lala Kent has been the most vocal in the Vanderpump Rules PR war against Sandoval. She is going toe-to-toe every step of the way. And with his latest antics, including sporting a lighting bolt outfit to one of his performances, the Give Them Lala Beauty founder sees no point in expecting more from the Sandoval & The Most Extras front man.
Lala shared her opinion on a recent appearance of the Sofia With an F podcast. She compared the age and maturity of both Raquel and Sandoval. The mother of one thinks Raquel “should know better.” At 28, the former beauty pageant contestant acts and “seems very young.” But it’s simply not an excuse.
So there’s really nothing to say about Sandoval, who is approaching his 40th birthday. Peter Pan syndrome abounds in LA, and even more so, within the Bravolebrity world. And Lala is having none of it.
“I think anything that happens after 25, and you’re still acting like a Sandoval or a Raquel, something needs to happen,” Lala opined. “You’re either hard-wired differently, where you’re just a f-cking lost cause, which is how I feel Sandoval is, I don’t think there’s any f-cking helping him, or you’re like a Raquel where there’s been a lot of things that have happened to you in your past that maybe you haven’t dealt with properly and it manifests itself into something like this where you’re not exactly aware of, I don’t know, f-cking your best friend’s man, like you don’t know that that is probably not okay.”
Indeed, Sandoval has shown little growth in the aftermath of his indiscretion. He’s been sober since his affair came to light. But there doesn’t seem to be enough shown in the way of personal responsibility.
Lala attributes that to Sandoval being “wired differently.” Similar responses are likely to follow.

Oliver Saunders is facing a serious legal case regarding his child support payments. Oliver, who recently guest starred on Vanderpump Rules and is the son of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais, is being accused of owing years of back payments on his child support from his estranged wife Samantha Saunders. The couple married in May 2020 and just over two years later, Oliver filed for divorce from Samantha. They had apparently been separated for much longer.
During Oliver’s recent stint on VPR Season 10, his storyline revolved around his marriage. Oliver shared scenes with several members of the main cast, but primarily interacted with Raquel Leviss. A Las Vegas resident, he works at at Lisa Vanderpump’s Las Vegas restaurant, Vanderpump à Paris. Oliver was shown as the group’s waiter during a trip to visit Vegas and see the restaurant, where both Lala Kent and Raquel showed interest in their server. Ultimately, Raquel and Oliver ended up hitting it off and spent the night making out before the group headed back to Los Angeles.
When Raquel and Oliver saw each other again, she was interested in seeing if there was more of a connection between them. They were set to go on a date when Oliver visited LA, but Raquel found out beforehand that Oliver and his wife may not have been as separated as he had made them seem. Raquel checked in with Samantha, then confronted Oliver for making her out to be a mistress and pulling her into drama. The irony for Raquel in this situation was that while she was appalled at being Oliver’s mistress, she had no problem being Tom Sandoval’s mistress behind the back of Ariana Madix while this was all going down.
Oliver, who filed for divorce from his wife in September 2022, is being dealt some difficult cards after his unfortunate appearance on Vanderpump Rules. In court documents filed by The State of Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (NDWSS), Oliver is said to owe his estranged wife Samantha child support payments stemming back from March 2020, stretching all the way through April 2023.
Oliver has yet to comment on the claims, but as of now, his petition for primary custody of the pairs son, Oliver Jr., has not been granted.

And the golden popcorn goes to… The 2023 MTV Movie & TV Awards aired on May 7 following a series of shake-ups. Just a few days before the big show, Drew Barrymore stepped down from serving as host...Restaurant power couple Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd are closing one of their famed establishments. Pump restaurant was featured on Lisa’s reality show Vanderpump Rules and will be closing its doors after a decade of serving customers in West Hollywood, California.
The Pump Family released an official statement regarding the closure late last week. An exponential increase in rent was supposedly the catalyst for Lisa and Ken’s decision to wave goodbye. Yet the landlord has come forward with a statement of his own. And it’s contradicting what Lisa’s reps have said.
The Pump Family tweeted out an official statement that read, “It’s with heavy hearts that we announce that the lease at Pump restaurant is expiring, and we will be closing its doors on July 5th, after 10 years of beautiful evenings under our olive trees.”
Lisa decided to stay open an extra month so her annual Pride extravaganza could be held one last time at Pump.
“While we have loved our time operating Pump, to take on another 10-year lease with a huge increase in rent by the landlords, is not something we are ready to commit to,” the statement concluded. “After successfully running 37+ establishments for many years, this type of rent is untenable.”
Lisa’s landlord responded with a statement to Deadline. The landlord suggested the restaurant struggled since the pandemic. Claims that rent increased were also denied.
“Lisa’s comments regarding the rent for Pump are not accurate. We did not raise the rent and in fact have been nothing but supportive as they tried to catch up on lease obligations including forgiving some rent during Covid,” the statement read.
But Ken and Lisa are still winning in the restaurant game. TomTom and Sur are still thriving. The couple are opening two new restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada.
