Get ready for an all new episode of Below Deck Mediterranean tonight! Guess what? Oniongate is not over yet! Seriously.
Adam Glick decides to further irritate the same charter guest who has requested nine billion times that his food contain NO onions by putting onions in his food. AGAIN. The rest of the crew, as you can imagine, are getting the feeling that Adam is trying to sabotage their tip from the charter since he continues to do whatever he wants when preparing the food, including ignoring the numerous requests to omit the damn onions. When Hannah Ferrier is alerted by the charter guests about the situation, she confronts Adam who fesses up immediately but defends his actions by saying that there is no way the soup would’ve tasted okay without them and that he pureed it so much they wouldn’t have even known. Except that the guest DID know immediately. Hannah starts to suspect that Adam is just a nutjob at this point.
Hannah will not gain any brownie points with Adam once she tattles to Captain Sandy about his onion issues.
In other events on tonight’s episode, Malia and Adam share a romantic moment at a waterfall, but she is still interested in and flirting with Wes, too. Adam won’t be pleased.
Meanwhile, Bugsy feels alienated from the stews as Hannah and Lauren give her the cold shoulder.

Even though the dynamics on Vanderpump Rules are constantly changing and whatever we know about the drama can be outdated at a moment’s notice, it seems pretty clear that there’s a divide in the cast. Opposing cliques aside, the one thing this cast always seems to agree on is their involvement in LA Pride every year.
Everyone came out (well, not exactly) for the festivities, went all out with their looks, and posted all about the Pride 2017 activities on social media.
As per usual, Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd were dressed to the nines to celebrate LA Pride. Maybe the overall optimism and vibes of harmony helped bring the cast together? Fat chance, but you never know. I feel like the boundaries in this cast are so unconventional. They can forgive each other and hate each other for just about anything. Thankfully, they spent Pride focusing on the love instead of the hate though.
This is the one time that every single person in the cast came together. Sure, there were several different events throughout all of Pride and I don’t have a photo confirmation of everyone being in the same room together, but they were all on board with the same cause which is great in my opinion.

I really don’t understand the tension between Shep Rose and Craig Conover on Southern Charm. Aside from the fact that they are both pretty similar, I don’t see why there is so much animosity between the two of them and why they are constantly calling each other out, but it’s getting old.
During the last Watch What Happens Live episode, Shep called Craig out via tweet for calling him out on the show for trying to get with Chelsea Meissner while she was clearly with Austen Kroll. Yes, I get that sounds confusing, but they both came out swinging. Next time Andy Cohen needs to have them both in the clubhouse. That would definitely be an interesting episode.
Andy read a tweet from Shep that said “I’m not very pleased with Craig’s vitriolic comments. Say what you will about me and Craig. But he took it to a dark level there.” Craig immediately countered, “For what? About him and Austen? I’m kind of just a straight shooter and I was over their bull crap. Everyone has a way to explain what they did, but any time you try to hook up with your friend’s girlfriend, there isn’t much I could do for him.”
I actually agree with Shep, but I just want to know why no one ever calls out Cameran Eubanks for instigating Shep to go for Chelsea even though she’s with Austen and has talked to Cameran about this several times on camera. Obviously, Shep acted of his own volition, but Cameran clearly encouraged the pursuit of Chelsea.
Speaking of, a viewer asked, “How do you feel about Cameran seeming to employ a double standard when she will defend everything Shep does, but attack everything Craig does?” Such. A. Good. Question. Especially since Cameran low key instigates the Shep drama.
Craig explained, “I don’t get it. I really found myself distancing myself from some of my closest friends this year because it just didn’t make any sense to me. Once I started doing what I was supposed to do and I got my life together, when they were still coming after me, I was like ‘There’s got to be another reason here. It really doesn’t make any sense.’ I wasn’t okay with it and it did affect our relationship. It sucked.” Apparently nothing Craig does is ever going to be good enough for this people.
And then randomly Sonja Morgan showed up and elevated the party to a whole other level. Andy asked, “Sonja you were saying that you think Craig is the Sonja of Southern Charm. Why?” I’ve never thought of that before, but it makes total sense to me. Everyone on Real Housewives of New York gives Sonja shit for all of her “business ventures” and it’s very reminiscent of all the drama around Craig taking the bar exam.
Sonja explained, “He’s very intuitive and he’s very smart. People should lay off him. He can sew. He can garden. He’s having a a great time and he can deliver.” I have no idea what Sonja meant by that last part, but I was really living for her (most likely) not sober rant. She was hysterical.
Then I got an idea of what she meant by Craig’s ability to “deliver” when Andy told her, “You also said Craig is the only one on Southern Charm with a stiff dick.” Wait. What? Yes, you read that correctly. Sonja stated, “Absolutely. I doubt the other guys. I really do and I think someone in his household should never doubt which side her bread is buttered on.” Clearly throwing some shade at Craig’s girlfriend (and roomie) Naomie Olindo with that one. Damn. She really stole the show though.

There are very few things that I love more than a Real Housewives crossover. There is just something about Housewives from different cities hanging out in real life that just blows my mind and warms my heart. Case in point: Teresa Giudice, Brandi Glanville, and Kenya Moore are all acting on the Vagina Monologues together.
Wait. What? I would give anything to see these three doing a dramatic reading. If only this was happening in a city near me. New Jersey meets Beverly Hills meets Atlanta plus all of that ongoing tension with Brandi and Kenya. Apparently Teresa had no idea about the issues between Brandi and Kenya, but now she’s determined to end the feud. Good luck with that one.
If anyone knows about ending an epic Real Housewives feud, it’s Teresa Giudice. She is hanging out with Danielle Staub after flipping a whole table on her during the most iconic moment in reality TV history. She is best friends with her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga after years of feuding over sprinkle cookies and christenings. Teresa knows a thing or two about getting along with people she’s beefed with. Maybe she can bring Kenya and Brandi together peacefully?
Teresa talked to Brandi about the possibility of being the peacemaker during her appearance on the Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast. When they were talking about their upcoming Vagina Monologues performance Teresa innocently mused, “I’m excited and we’re doing it with Kenya so that will be fun- you know?”
Teresa had no idea what she was getting into when she signed on for this gig. Brandi explained, “I don’t know if that’s going to be fun for me because her and I have a little beef, but hopefully you can come and put us together to make us all be friends.” That didn’t faze the always-positive NJ native though. Teresa said, “Oh I didn’t know that. I’ll make you guys make up.” I would love to see her try. Seriously though- can Bravo film this?
I can see why it’s so easy for Teresa to move past (most) Real Housewives feuds. She has been through some significantly more serious obstacles in life than arguing at fashion shows and dinner parties. She admitted, “I have to say this was one of the hardest season for me because I lost my mom. It was just the beginning [of the season] so I had to work. So it kept my mind going. When you’re busy, it helps.” Sadly, the season has finished filming and Teresa admits, “Now that I’m done I’m even going through it again. I miss her so much.”
And again Teresa comes through with another Housewives crossover reference. Unfortunately, this is a sad similarity. Teresa recalled, “I remember seeing Vicki [Gunvalson] going through that when she lost her mom. I was like ‘Oh my god that must have been so hard for her to go through that.’ Never in a million years could I imagine that I would be going through that.”

Every year I can’t help feeling bad for Dorinda Medley when the Real Housewives of New York ladies visit her Berkshires house. She is the perfect hostess and the women always behave terribly… which is a major understatement. This year Ramona Singer went bat shit crazy and berated Bethenny Frankel before she wrecked Dorinda’s walls and ripped out the light fixtures.
Not only that but Sonja Morgan decided to wear Dorinda’s pajamas that she had in storage since they were a gift from her late husband. And this was after they started a fire in Dorinda’s nonworking fireplace. Dorinda was the most patient hostess of all time, but they went way too far this time.
Dorinda discussed the shit show of a trip in her Bravo blog. I didn’t even want to read it after seeing how heartbroken Dorinda was during that last episode, but obviously I resisted.
Dorinda asked, “What is really there to say? Every year I hope for the best when it comes to our holiday trip to the Berkshires, but this year was probably the worst yet. I’m still trying to piece it together and get my head around it all.” Same here, Dorinda. Same here.
She continued, “It’s not bad enough that my home was treated like a hangout for a rock concert, but even worse, once again, Bethenny Frankel felt uncomfortable, was treated horribly by Ramona Singer, and had to leave. What’s going on?! This is my home, my legacy from my husband, and I don’t just love it, I CHERISH IT.” Seriously though. I’ve wanted to give Dorinda hug ever since I watched that episode. Poor Dorinda. She really did make it nice and her home got wrecked in return.
I also want to ask Sonja why she thought it was appropriate not to pack pajamas for a weekend trip and then steal Dorinda’s. Dorinda revealed, “I think the final blow was seeing Sonja Morgan in the silk PJ set given to me by my late husband. She just helped herself to it without ever asking for permission. Talk about entitlement. Then Sonja has the nerve to talk poorly about Tinsley Mortimer’s manners?! The whole thing is nutty, bizarre, hurtful, absurd, and delusional. We are grown women, mothers, and wives!”
Dorinda admitted, “I am hoping for an apology from both Ramona and Sonja, but I’m not holding my breath. I am really reevaluating if I should let it all go and let the whole Berkshire trip be a thing of the past. But what’s next? They’ll burn my house down?!” They came close with that fireplace…
I have a feeling that the Berkshires trips are not over since Dorinda did add “Luckily, I have the house back in order and have installed security cameras throughout the house!”

I have no idea how Phaedra Parks sleeps at night after what she did to Kandi Burruss, but apparently tweeting inspirational quotes is her coping mechanism to get through lying about date rape attempts. Not only did she slander Kandi for months, but she also lied to her “best friend” Porsha Williams just so she could have a solider on her side. It was disgusting and she crossed the line more than any other Housewife ever has. Ever. Which is saying a lot.
Obviously no one who is a part of the show wants anything to do with Phaedra and she can’t be a cast member if she films all of her scenes alone. So she’s not coming back as Housewife….but there are rumors that she might come back to film one pivotal scene.
I don’t think Phaedra deserves any more screen time and if this story is true, I hope she’s not getting paid. Nevertheless, I do think that if she has to come back it should be to apologize to Kandi.
BET reports that Phaedra is set to shoot an “apology” scene with Porsha. Sure, she definitely owes Porsha an apology. She used Porsha as a pawn in a very vicious game, but I feel like Porsha was just collateral damage to Phaedra’s evil deeds and not the true victim in all this.
If Fakedra is going to return, I’m not here for it. I don’t need her quoting bible verses and evading the real issues (like she always does). If Phaedra is going to do this scene, it better be a genuine apology. I’m not holding my breath though. The bar for Phaedra is at the lowest possible point these days.

On last night’s episode of Southern Charm Savannah, the crew is cleaning up the wreckage from Hurricane Matthew. While they can’t decide what was more devastating–the storm or that dinner party–Happy McCullough and Catherine Cooper are driving around assessing the damage. Happy admits that she was sickened by Nelson Lewis’ defense of his racist comments at the pre-Matthew dinner party, and Catherine is understanding…while giving Nelson Lewis the benefit of the doubt for just being an idiot.
Hannah Pearson‘s three sisters (one of whom is a Maggie Gyllenhaal clone) arrive from Atlanta and Denver for Louis‘ birthday celebration, and they dish on their parents’ divorce and their father’s subsequent random relationships. The split has been hard on the family, but it’s even more taxing now that their father has tasked his girls with bridging a friendship gap between him and their mother. Given the list of his recent dalliances and a description of their evening wear, I’m guessing that bridge is going to be
Nelson is dining with his mother at the Wilkes House, a family style, Southern staple. Over some amazing food, Nelson seeks advice from his mom as to how to repair his relationship with the guys after offending Daniel Eichholz with a racial epithet. Nelson tries to give the details of the epic meltdown, he gets defensive as his mother reminds him to own his behavior and take accountability. He counters that Daniel has offended him a time or two, but his mom asserts that has no bearing on Nelson’s need to be responsible for his actions. She schools him with a smile, and he finally succumbs to a series of “yes ma’ams” (as he should).
OMG, did Bravo just show a quick clip of Ashley Borders working her baggage handler job? Gracious. Across town, Catherine is meeting with style mentor Brandon to pick out some dramatic light fixtures for their client. As they rehash that poor excuse for a dinner party, Brandon jokes that he’s the last one to know about Catherine’s cheating. Ashley may know what’s in their suitcases, but she has no clue about their actual baggage. Across town, Louis and Daniel are downing shots and waiting for Hannah’s sisters. Louis loves hanging with his girlfriend’s sisters, and he feels compelled to keep Daniel at a safe distance from Hattie. Daniel doesn’t need a baby-sitter…he is fully aware that Hannah would saw off his peen with a razor blade if he touched one of her sisters.
That evening, Catherine treats Lyle Mackenzie to a game of mini golf in hopes of distancing themselves from Ashley‘s cheating accusations. She flirts and teases, while Lyle recognizes it takes a certain level of self-confidence to be with someone as outgoing and flamboyant as Catherine. She is always flitting from one guy to the next, but it’s harmless fun, and she is very transparent if she’s not acting this way in his presence. He’s not at all concerned that she’s straying with some dude on the side. At the end of eighteen holes, I’m convinced that Catherine and Lyle are actually a pretty damn good match.
The following day, Hannah and crew are working overtime to prepare for Louis’ oyster roast which is being held at a pretty amazing river front home. As Ashley arrives on land wearing a romper that barely contains her girls, Catherine navigates up to the shindig by boat. As they brave the shallows, the guest of honor makes an appearance. He’s thrilled by the spread, but Ashley quickly points out that the first batch of oysters is rather rank. Hannah should have put a local in charge of the roast. The grown-up party is everything you’d imagine for a twenty-nine year old, complete with barely there bathing suits, beer shot-gunning, and Nelson in the corner blowing up floats. Ashley prances around with her modesty bar, while an awkward Nelson attempts an even more awkward apology to Daniel. Not one to capitalize on watching awkwardness, Lyle pulls up a seat like he’s sitting front row at a matinee. Nelson drones on and on and Daniel lets him squirm for the appropriate amount of time before accepting the apology, and it’s bro-sorries all around.
Catherine and Hannah are talking about the havoc of Matthew when Ashley interrupts to suggest that the trio plan a fund raiser to assist with the clean up efforts…in Haiti. Only she doesn’t say, “Haiti” she says “Hi-Eighty” which is all well and good, but Hannah and Catherine are equally confused. Shouldn’t they be helping with relief in their own backyard? The two quickly back out of the conversation to sneak out on a boat ride with Catherine’s mom after Hannah makes a quick detour to cock block Daniel from one of her sisters. The ladies espouse about fun, age-old traditions for Southern girlfriends, and Catherine shares she’d like to host a bridge night. I can’t play bridge to save my life, but once every two weeks, it was a sacred occasion for my mother and her besties (she was the only transplant), and much joked about in later years when they stopped bothering with cards or scoring and just drank wine and gossiped. My dad still goes once a year to sit in on a “game” with the ladies.
Catherine‘s mother is co-hosting an elaborate bridge tutorial between Big Cat’s established group and Catherine’s group of novices. Everyone is dressed to the nines and excited about something different, but Ashley can’t imagine wasting a night playing cards with a group of snobby women. That said, she’s not going to miss an opportunity to dress up and beat people at their own game…literally. During a quick break, Ashley pulls Hannah out on the veranda to chastise her for wanting to start a dress line. How dare Hannah start a dress line and NOT mention to Ashley she wants to step on her fashion toes. Hannah is so confused as to why she owes Hannah an explanation about what she is pursuing. Happy hears Ashley screaming at her friend, but Catherine urges her to stay out of the drama.
Ashley wants to know why needs to fully disclose her Delta moonlighting, but Hannah hasn’t said a word about wanting to be a fashion designer. Hannah responds that she works for a trucking company and could give two rips about Ashley’s extra income from the friendly skies. Isn’t this tirade against Ashley’s battle cry of women supporting women? Ashley is done being pulled into this negativity (um, didn’t she create it??), and much like every other time she stirs the pot with Hannah, she dumps her trash and retreats. Hannah is understandably confused when Ashley comes right back at her. She’s not leaving this conversation. Ashley accuses Hannah of talking in circles. Again, huh? That’s a whole lot of crazy in a fox stole. Hannah describes the mental ping pong to Catherine as Ashley chains smokes before making a dramatic exit.

Finally Southern Charm has tapped into some drama that has nothing to do with a hot-tempered twenty-something and an aging politician who likes the scent of cocaine a woman…well, many women! After last week’s episode, where Kathryn Dennis and Thomas Ravenel finally slightly buried the hatchet, the once feuding duo is leaving the relationship madness for their cast mates…for the most part, at least. Naomie Olindo and Craig Conover are still struggling their way through couple’s therapy, and Shep Rose has become an unwanted equilateral corner in a love triangle with Austen Kroll and Chelsea Meissner.
Cam calls Chelsea in hopes of a happy hour to fill her time while her husband is on call. Unfortunately, Chelsea is meeting Kathryn at a shop downtown to help finalize the wardrobe for her upcoming photo shoot with daughter Kensie. When offered an invitation, Cameran jumps at the chance–either she really hates being home alone, or she’s slowly warming up to the idea of hanging with Kathryn. What would Patricia say about this turn of events?
Did I miss where T0Rav got a bunch of dental work done and then met J.D. for lunch? He’s slurring and drooling his way through cocktails and a conversation with J.D. about his newly calm co-parenting status with Kathryn and his flirty pseudo courtship of Landon Clements. Speaking of, Landon is looking at property with her father for an upcoming real estate development. She chatters about her web site, and seems incredibly nervous when it comes to proving herself to her dad. She recognizes that what her father does has a tangible end product, but Roam will too as soon as she finds an alternate name. At the site, Landon’s dad offers her the position of project manager with the potential to make beau coups of dough. Landon looks like a deer in headlights. If she wanted someone to provide a cushy lifestyle for her, she’d just work marry T-Rav. Did I somehow miss his proposal? Although she knows it disappoints and confuses her dad, Landon feels compelled to explain that she’s hellbent on making Roam happen. But not Roam. You know, Roam with a new name. It’s the one thing in her adult life she’s done completely independently, give or take the eight interns she has writing content and taking photographs.
Cameran pops in on Shep before noon. She’s shocked to see that he’s not only clean and dressed, he’s reading. For pleasure! Cameran cozies up to the voodoo doll (for a second at least), and lectures Shep on his lifestyle. If he actually moves to the beach, will he be sad about giving up the downtown party scene? She believes Shep still needs to pursue Chelsea. Sure, she’s kinda sorta seeing Austen, but Cameran is convinced she’d kick Austin to the curb at a declaration of love like from Shep. Shep isn’t so sure. Cameran thinks she and Shep are adverse to vulnerability. She isn’t able to completely open herself up to the idea of having a baby, and Shep has a hard time admitting he has a crush. Shep disagrees. He isn’t afraid of getting hurt…he’s fearful of hurting someone else. Shep would welcome heartbreak. It would mean he is able to feel something other than his constant state of numbness. That’s really sad.
Chelsea meets Kathryn at a downtown boutique to channel her inner J. Crew bitch, which, according to Kathryn, is a perfect mix of party girl and modern mom. Katheryn recognizes that there is nothing J. Crew about her. When Cameran arrives, Kathryn finds it humorous that the girl who was so against having coffee with her is now wanting to share a shopping spree. Whatever. Cameran pours a glass of wine and waits for Katheryn to emerge from the dressing room, as Chelsea whispers to her that perhaps they shouldn’t indulge in front of a recovering alcoholic. Cam is going to do what she does, and no acquaintance just out of rehab is going to stop her. She compliments Kathryn on her legs and her choice in a cute top, and Kathryn forgets how annoyed she was by the idea of Cameran crashing her modeling prelude. Cameran, impressed at their ability to get along for five minutes, then announces her plans for birthday trip to Key West. Is Katheryn up to joining the group? Beaming, Katheryn accepts the invitation, gushing that she and T-Rav are finally at a place where they can hang out together as friends. When asked whether Kathryn would be okay traveling with Landon, Cameran is greeted with a lukewarm, “meh, sure.” Look out, Key West! Hurricane Kathryn is in the forecast!
Austen stops by Chelsea‘s salon, and he nervously invites her to meet his parents over cocktails. He tells her that he is going to have a guys’ night with Shep with Whitney Sudler-Smith. Chelsea hesitantly reveals that the night before at Commodore Club, Shep tried multiple times to kiss her…a ballsy move given that she was out with Austen. She further reveals that Shep chastised her fling with Austen as being silly because Austen was always with Landon and has much more chemistry with her. Likewise, Shep and Chelsea share a lot more heat than she does with Austen, right? Chelsea wonders if she needs to be worried about Austen’s connection with Landon, but he is too livid to respond. He can’t believe that Shep is trying to sabotage his blooming relationship with Chelsea…oh wait, yes he can believe it. His friend is turning into quite the asshole.
That evening, Austen meets Craig Conover for drinks before the rest of the bro patrol arrives. He fills in Craig on Chelsea‘s news and bristles with Shep and Whitney join them for drinks. When Austen doesn’t join Shep in locker room talk, Shep teases Austen for taking the moral high ground now that he’s in an itty bitty relationship. Austen can’t keep his anger bottled any longer. Why is Shep playing both sides? When Austen accuses Shep of trying to hook up with the girl that he likes, Shep counters he was just testing Chelsea to make sure she really likes Austen. You’re welcome, bro! Shep then changes his tune when Austen won’t call Chelsea his girlfriend. Why does Austen care who Chelsea makes out with if he’s not willing to claim her? I’m so confused? What decade is this? Going back and forth about the relevance of Austen and Chelsea defining their relationship as Shep makes entitled, douchey statements is giving me a headache, but Whitney is watching smugly like he’s bet on a winning match at Wimbeldon. His head just keeps going back and forth as two grown men fight over a girl that isn’t going to end up with either of them.
Craig drunkenly antagonizes Austen about how he needs to stand up to Shep. Whitney is wary of Craig’s pot stirring while giving the side eye to Austen, who he claims is a diva. Shep jumps into Craig’s lap at Republic just as Craig complains (again) that Shep tries to screw everyone’s girlfriends. Projecting much, Craig? Austen tells a random friend that he’s angrier at the situation because Shep has made comments to him about not making enough money to attract Chelsea. In fact, Shep once joked that Chelsea is slumming it to enjoy a short lived blue collar fantasy. Random friend relays this information to Shep becomes irate. He has never said such a thing! In the background, Craig just keeps reminding anyone who will listen that Shep likes attempting to bag his friends’ ladies. Austen and Shep erupt in a shouting match
Kathryn is ready for her mother-daughter photo shoot, and Chelsea is in attendance to help with the glamorous game of dress-up. Thomas arrives with Kensie to watch his daughter ham it up for the photographer. Kathryn is beyond grateful to T-Rav for allowing her this day with her daughter, and the duo takes adorable pictures together while Thomas beams from the sidelines. That is one precious little girl. When it’s time to call it a day, Kensie doesn’t want to leave her mother. The little girl screams and cries while trying to get in Kathryn’s car, and her tantrum gets bigger as Thomas puts her in his vehicle. He calmly has a handle on the situation while Kathryn dissolves into sobs. She hiccups to Chelsea about how hard it is to watch her daughter in anguish, and how she knows she helped create the situation in which they find themselves. It’s actually really sincere and heart breaking.
Cameran drops by Chelsea‘s house to dish on her upcoming birthday getaway, but the conversation quickly changes to Shep‘s behavior at the Commodore. Cam plays clueless about why he would act in such a way until Chelsea casually drops that “Cam’s been in his ear about pursuing” her. Well, maybe she has been, Cameran admits. Selfishly she wants her two best friends to be together. Chelsea calls out Shep for being an entitled man-child who has no consequences and always gets his way, regardless of who he steps on in the process. Is that really who Cameran has picked as her life partner? Cameran seems somewhat swayed by Chelsea’s argument, but she still seems so have a scheme in mind.
Naomie and Craig (who appears to be incredibly hungover) are logging in yet another therapy session. He feels put down by Naomie, but Naomie responds that he’s far too sensitive. She is sick of watching him sleep for sixteen hours, but she has no clue how much off shore trading he’s doing at 5 AM. He doesn’t have a traditional schedule, so he can do what he pleases. When Naomie gets upset with her idea that Craig thinks he’s perfect and above criticism, Craig gets a warning from the therapist about his yelling. These crazy kids! I think they’re going to make it!
After her beer with Chelsea, Cameran heads to Shem Creek Bar & Grill for beers with Shep so she can urge him to quit drinking and grow up. He reminds her that she was the main cheerleader behind a Shep/Chelsea hook-up, and she agrees…but only if he can approach it in a mature way. He shouldn’t pull her aside for a middle school make-out session, he should pursue her like a gentleman and admit his feelings. Shep scoffs. He has has no feelings for Chelsea. Cameran isn’t buying it and asserts his attitude is clearly one of jealousy. Ha! Shep doesn’t get jealous, and he certainly doesn’t waste his time a girl who has such little taste in guys that she’d choose lowly Austen over him. Envious? Hell, damn no!

Chris Harrison has broken his silence on the news of Bachelor in Paradise shutting down production due to "allegations of misconduct." The long-time host of the Bachelor...I didn’t expect to enjoy watching Second Wives Club, but I actually do. Sure, it’s no Real Housewives, but I like it and a major part of that is attributed to Shiva Safai. It’s a little surprising though since she’s a classy voice of reason, but she manages to entertain without being mean or wild.
Plus, it doesn’t hurt that she’s the only name I recognized in the entire cast since she is engaged to Mohamed Hadid, the ex husband of Yolanda Hadid and the best friend of Lisa Vanderpump. Her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ties were enough to suck me into the show and now I’m into it.
Since Shiva has some strong ties to RHOBH, I figured she would have just done that, but she took a risk by doing a new show on her own. In an interview for Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast, Shiva recalled, “It just kind of felt right. I felt that they would show the audience who the real me is and why our relationship works the way it does. They’ll show how we truly are because people are so quick to judge you just because they see the age gap and they’ll label you in a second.”
The reality TV newcomer also discussed her first date with her fiance and told Heather that Mohamed said, “If you don’t mind, I have my friend Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken [Todd] joining us.” She continued, “He pretty much brought Lisa to grill me the whole night and it was fun.” That doesn’t sound “fun” to me, but clearly Shiva passed the Vanderpump test since they are still together. Shiva added, “She was like ‘Thank god you’re not in your twenties’ and that broke the ice.” And just in case you were wondering, Giggy was also present for that very first date- talk about an intimidating crowd.
After getting compliments from Heather about her appearance, Shiva revealed, “I had a rhinoplasty.” She also kept it pretty real by saying “I hate those people who say ‘Oh no I never did anything’ and it’s like so obvious. Be honest. It’s not a big deal.” Preach, girl.
And after the obligatory Real Housewives of Beverly Hills talk and compliments, Heather and Shiva did actually discuss Second Wives Club. Just like most other “reality” shows at this point, the ladies weren’t a tight knit friend group before the start of the show. Shiva admitted, “I knew a couple of them” and added “Katie [Cazorla] and Veronika [Obeng] through mutual friends.”
For the most part Shiva gets along with all of the women, but she isn’t a fan of Tania Mehra…then again that applies to a majority of the cast. Shiva explained, “Going below the belt and bringing in family and kids is just a no-no” and “That just says so much about someone’s character and I want to steer away from that.” I totally get where she’s coming from, but everyone hating Tania is the main story line of this show.
