One major highlight on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this week was the always-welcome return of Kim Richards. Filming with Kyle Richards, the RHOBH OG underwent a surgery to correct her breast implants. And honestly, it was nice to see the sisters laughing, joking around and in a genuinely good place.
On the brand-new RHOBH Season 10 After Show, Kyle opened up about just how far her relationship with Kim has come and what it took to reach peace after years of on-camera feuding.
“My relationship with my sister Kim has really been like, you know…Over these ten years that you guys have been privy to our relationship, has literally done this [rollercoaster motion] for ten years,” Kyle said during the segment.
That’s the understatement of the decade. After simmering for a full season, the Richards sisters’ drama reached an explosive boiling point in the Season 1 finale. In a heartbreaking fight in the back of a limo, Kyle exposed Kim‘s alcoholism on camera; Kim retaliated by accusing Kyle of stealing her ‘goddamn house.’
While at times they were allies (like during Season 2’s iconic game night), they just as often bitter enemies, as Kyle watched Kim relapse, spiral and get caught in the web of her addiction time and time again.
By the time Kim exited RHOBH at the end of Season 5, she and her sister weren’t even speaking. (Their bitter feud had calcified into a seemingly unfixable estrangement thanks to a particularly vicious showing at the reunion) By Season 7, the pair had somewhat mended their relationship, which was once again put to test by rumors perpetuated by Lisa Rinna and Eden Sassoon that Kim was “close to death” and Kyle was enabling her addiction.
However, after all the years of tears, harsh words and frankly life-or-death stakes, Kyle has maintained in the past that being held publicly accountable on RHOBH helped save her sister’s life. Now she says it’s changed her perspective on Kim‘s struggles as well. And probably saved their relationship, too.
“Being on this show has been like a therapy session, honestly,” the OG continued. “Like Season 1 when we had our big blow-up, I used to feel like, ‘We’re a victim to her alcoholism.’ [When] she would do things and act out, I felt hurt or I felt…And then, you know, when people got angry with me, it changed my thinking. And it opened my eyes. And doing a show like that, you’ll learn things about yourself and grow from them. For that, I’m very grateful.”
Kyle concluded: “We’ve come a long way and I understand my sister a lot more. I think that she understands me a lot more. We’re at a place, we don’t argue. I feel like we’ve worked through the majority of our stuff.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills finally returned this week! Which meant reigniting the feud between Denise Richards and the other ‘Wives over mom-shaming, mansplaining and sex talk hypocrisy.
Coming back from hiatus, Bravo also launched this season’s RHOBH After Show. In this week’s edition, Teddi Mellencamp takes Denise to task for her holier-than-thou attitude with some help from Kyle Richards.
To me, all of it is so hypocritical,” she opined on the After Show. “At that dinner where the other women are talking about threesomes, Denise was talking about Aaron [Phypers] as well. So it’s not like she wasn’t a part of the conversation at all.”
(This is true, considering a flashback during the segments showed the RHOBH star once again referencing her hubby’s “big penis and big muscles.”)
Ever the accountability coach, Teddi was also irked that Denise allowed her youngest daughter to have a ring-side seat to the ‘Wives smackdown at her home, especially after getting so up in arms about her teenagers being within earshot of their more provocative girl talk.
“She let [daughter] Eloise sit there and just watch everybody coming at Kyle and Kyle break down,” Teddi explained. “I don’t want my kids to hear about threesomes, but I also don’t want my kids to see me fighting. It was just like…that is messed up. And now you’re gonna turn it around on everybody else?”
Teddi continued: “I get revved…because it’s like, I remember sitting at the table and doing my best not to judge the situation of what was happening because I was like, ‘This isn’t OK.’ And then to hear in hindsight that she was the one upset about other people’s behavior? I was like, ‘This is beyond to me.'”
Naturally, Kyle chimed in too, agreeing with the other half of her package deal about their cast mate’s perceived hypocrisy. “I cannot say this enough: of course I would not want that conversation [about threesomes] in front of my children,” the OG said.
She continued, “But it just seems like she wants to say that to project this image, and then she goes and says about the happy endings, you know, that she had sex in Aaron‘s office, and that they’re going to the strip club. Like, your kids are seeing that! She wasn’t trying to say something to us; she was trying to make us look bad.”

Jorge Nava has emerged from prison victorious, and is taking his status from felon to fashion mogul. Every die-hard 90 Day Fiance fan remembers Jorge and Anfisa Nava, the stand-out couple of season 4, and one of the most infamous of the entire series. After getting arrested for marijuana-related charges in 2008, Jorge was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison. He was recently released, looking totally transformed after losing over 100 lbs while serving his sentence.
Jorge seems to be experiencing a “glow up” in more ways than one. The former 90 Day Fiance star has started his own clothing line “Kilos to Paris”, which features a variety of printed streetwear for men and women. It seems as if he has gotten a new lease on life. He’s starting his post-prison career in a positive direction. However, there are a some references to his 90 Day Fiance days in the collection.
The recently launched website Kilos to Paris has all of the Jorge swag anyone could ever wish for. From jackets to t-shirts, hoodies and even a random draw-string bag to store your “baller”, Kilos to Paris has it all. The price points on the t-shirts set you back about $40 on average, while the logo hoodies are in the $50-$100 price range. One of the stand out t-shirt slogans reads “Love Is Cursed. Focus on Fitness” which sounds like it could be a dig at Jorge’s ex-90 Day Fiance, Anfisa (though she is ironically also focusing on fitness, so it actually could be a statement she’d agree with).
There is another t-shirt with a handwritten type of font that reads “Fame changes people”, which could also be a connection to Jorge’s life and marriage being on display.
Jorge launched his retail site with a unique promo video on his Instagram page featuring fast cars (we know how Jorge loves his cars..), a private jet, and a lot of $100 bills. The video starts off with Jorge wearing an orange t-shirt, an obvious nod to his recent prison stint.
He then takes off, symbolizing his new civilian life wearing his “Kilos to Paris” wears. The video was well-made, and seemed to be pretty well received especially by some members of Jorge’s 90 Day Fiance family.
Paola Mayfield commented on the video release with “Tas tas tas!! Great job!” as well as her husband Russ Mayfield adding “Sick video, looking forward to the drop! Digging the fresh new look”.
David Tobrowsky joined in the positive comments saying “Looking good”. Tiffany Franco of 90 Day Fiance; The Other Way added “Whoever made this video is crazy good [it] was done so well”.
It seems as though Jorge’s fashion endeavors are off to a great start. The only thing Kilos to Paris is missing is a makeup bag, only available in a red colorway, with “Bring me my red bag with my makeup!” printed on the front. We can only hope to see that in the Fall collection…

The economy may be reopening again, but many businesses are still closing their doors or laying off workers due to the Coronavirus pandemic. And that includes businesses and employees of Bravo reality TV stars too. Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump hoped her restaurants would survive the shut down. Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz even helped raise money for Lisa’s out of work staff.
And now another RHOBH star is feeling the effects of the pandemic. Anyone who watches the show knows that Kyle Richard’s husband, Mauricio Umansky, owns a successful real estate company called The Agency. We all know this because Kyle wears Agency swag every episode, and Mauricio has a giant party at their home celebrating the company at least once a season. And unfortunately for Mauricio, the party seems to be over.
Mauricio had plenty of drama last year, when he was sued over a thirty-two million dollar mansion in Malibu. Luckily for him, the lawsuit accusing him of fraud was settled, and he could move on with his life. But then the coronavirus happened, and threw a wrench in Mauricio’s ever expanding real estate empire.
The Real CDeal reported that Maurcio’s company, The Agency, recently shut down their Palm Springs office and are reassessing “its operations amid the coronavirus pandemic.” They wrote, “A spokesperson for the brokerage confirmed that the Agency moved out of its office…with staff and agents seeking work space sent 15 miles away to an office in Palm Desert.”
I wonder if moving from Palm Springs to Palm Desert is similar to moving from mid city Los Angeles and into the Valley. It’s hotter, smoggier, and a tad bit cheaper. And you can actually find a parking space for free.
The article mentioned the Agency originally expanded to places like Palm Springs after a three year company “growth spurt.” To be honest, I could The Agency still having to shut down some of their offices even if the coronavirus hadn’t happened. You only have so many people who can afford to pay over a million dollars for a home.
Currently, Mauricio is “reexamining their need for physical space” for their thirty-six offices. He said, “A lot of agents are talking to me – ‘Why not get rid of space?’ That’s what the agents are telling us. We have some rent commitments. But let’s see what’s happening six months from now, nine months now.”
The Agency even “received a $2 million-$5 million Paycheck Protection Program loan in April to retain 104 jobs.” But cutting down on space and the PPP loan still wasn’t enough to keep his employees on staff. Mauricio said, “We have to lay off people and furlough people. It was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever gone through in my life.”
Hopefully the economy recovers sooner rather than later, so Mauricio can hire back all his employees and go back to having Agency parties on RHOBH. I just ask that Kyle lay off wearing the swag every episode.

Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards have presented themselves as an easygoing couple that value their children and their zen aura. Keeping up the persona has worked up to this point. But Denise hasn’t been on the receiving end of much confrontation either. Her skills in dealing with ex-husband Charlie Sheen has served her well in navigating the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
But things changed this season. After Denise received backlash for refusing to bring her children to Kyle Richards’ Bar-B-Que, her husband Aaron stepped in to defend her not once but twice. The drama-weary couple were hoping to avoid another confrontation at Sutton Stracke’s party, but once again, Aaron inserted himself into the banter and spoke aggressively to Teddi Mellencamp and Erika Jayne.
Teddi and Erika appeared on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show to discuss the confrontation with Aaron.
Teddi believes that the situation with Denise could have been resolved if she had come solo. “He’s showing up again,” Teddi said, “and then he starts getting aggressive again. It just makes the situation worse whereas we could have, maybe just had a peaceful conversation with Denise and worked through the situation.”
Erika called Aaron’s demeanor and presentation “mansplaining,” while Teddi questioned whether he was deliberately trying to intimidate her.
“Aaron’s there like flexing his muscles, like trying to make us feel. I don’t know if he’s trying to make us feel timid or nervous or what his intention was,” Teddi explained, “but it was like, now we really can’t finish things off with Denise because now you’re here making it about you again.”
Whatever Aaron’s intentions were, Teddi revealed that she felt uncomfortable. “I remember kinda shrinking down and feeling like, that nervous feeling,” she said, “like I haven’t had a grown man speak to me this way. I feel very like, I’ve just been scolded as a child. It was crazy to me.”
Erika understands that Aaron wanted to protect Denise but suggested that Denise did not need the intervention. Erika said, “look I think that, support your wife. Know that she’s intelligent, capable, give her all that great advice and let her go carve her own path. We are outspoken, we are strong of character, we are sensitive, empathetic at times, angry at times. It runs the whole gamut. And I think that every woman in this group can stand on her own. Like there’s no need to step in. Denise is a grown woman. She’s perfectly capable of handling her business.”
Nothing beneficial would come out of Aaron jumping into the fray. But it really was his tone that Erika took offence to. She said, “and you don’t need to speak to us in a way that, you know, makes us feel like you have all the answers and we have none. And just kinda putting yourself in a position that you really don’t need to be in.”
