Lindsey Stirling was rushed to the hospital after injuring her rib during a Dancing With the Stars rehearsal a show...Cary Deuber has a lot to say about last week’s episode of Real Housewives of Dallas. She admits she felt sad, defeated, and alone after Brandi-Land. “Love and trust – two qualities that I expect from my friends,” shares Cary. “Right now, I am not feeling either.”
About her talk with Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman, Cary explains, “I was respectful and direct with beginning my explanation. However, LeeAnne [Locken] didn’t want for the FULL story or my apology to be heard at all. When she didn’t get a reaction out of me, that’s when the glass throwing happened … I think it’s true when people are put under pressure, their true selves are shown.”
“I was honest with Stephanie when I told her exactly what I said. I did say that ‘I didn’t know if I could be friends with them’ because I was so hurt in Mexico. I am sorry that I made that comment. I was very frustrated, and it all went back to the cave dinner in Mexico. I had no idea that these ladies had been talking about me behind my back, especially Brandi. I certainly wasn’t expecting a two-year-old conversation to be used against me when my intention was to help a friend who asked for advice. I just wish that Brandi had given me the opportunity to talk about her feelings one-on-one,” Cary shares in her Bravo blog. “See, LeeAnne has a knack for sabotaging friendships. Look at how she stopped Brandi from responding to Stephanie at Mark’s party. And here we go again — she would not let Brandi hear from me before throwing another tantrum. It’s getting old.”
Cary calls out LeeAnne‘s hypocrisy in calling Brandi and Stephanie puppets, then turning around and trying to manipulate Brandi into giving Stephanie an ultimatum. “These are strong women who have their own independent minds. I’ve only encouraged Stephanie to be confident in that strength. LeeAnne was calling me manipulative while she tried to manipulate Brandi! She gave Brandi the words to say to Stephanie about no longer being my friend.”
“The way my friend was behaving was not like her at all. This is why it was so important for me to sit with Brandi face to face and explain the truth. Yes, people, I watched Mark’s children when he was married. I also watched several other surgeons’ kids when they traveled. Why? Because I was hunting for a home to wreck? No, genius – I’m a responsible adult who happens to not only be a registered nurse but is also great with kids,” explains Cary. “Brandi knows this, and better yet, she knows me and that I would never do something like that. I truly appreciated her apology, and I’m glad to have avoided the trap of saying anything personal about her in retaliation. The only way that these things stop is being honest with each other. I’m happy Brandi and I have put this behind us.”
About LeeAnne‘s talk with Mark, Cary says, “Her selling me as a liar to my husband is just so odd. Actually, it’s ironic. Lie-Anne has a way of conveniently confusing the timeline. I was just as shocked as the rest of the world to see that Two-Face now lives in two realities where she has not been talking about my husband since last year. Mark confronted her about her lies, and she flipped the timeline! I mean, are we watching the same thing??
“Maybe we should break this into note cards, which she’s so fond of lately.”
“You talked about Mark ‘getting his d— sucked’ before we went to Mexico! I retaliated in Mexico by speaking negatively about Rich (which was STILL wrong). Now, she wanted to play the victim and acted like I started this? You started it, and you know it, Lie-Anne!”
“Did you call our practice a chop shop? She said that it was because ‘Cary said my doctor isn’t a plastic surgeon,’ so another yes?! Which one is a dirty insult, and which is a fact?”
“Are you making up lies about Mark? ‘I own it,’ so is that another yes?!”
Cary concludes that LeeAnne is not forgetful, but rather just a liar, and adds that the “real truth” will “finally” be revealed on this week’s episode.
Tonight is the Real Housewives of Dallas season finale. According to Bravo:
“It’s LeeAnne and Rich’s engagement party and everyone is coming, even LeeAnne’s mother, just in time to try and resolve a lifelong misunderstanding. D’Andra must face Dee and accept the consequences of failing to complete her new product on time. Cary and Stephanie try to make Brandi see the negative effect LeeAnne is having on her – the way LeeAnne has pitted all of them against each other. As Brandi begins to see the light, it sets the stage for a truly shocking turn of events that might spell destruction for this group of friends.”

Grey's Anatomy lost another one. Two seasons after joining the long-running ABC hit as a quasi-replacement for Patrick Dempsey, Martin Henderson checked out of Grey Sloan Memorial for...By now we all know that the Real Housewives Of Orange County season 12 reunion was a wild one! Shannon Beador shared the news that she and David have separated (finally), and I guarantee those ‘allegations‘ from Vicki Gunvalson will be brought up (Again. And Again. Cause this is Bravo’s version of Groundhog Day…).
Well, Shannon will have lots in common with other newly separated Housewife Kelly Dodd! Next season will be all about starting over and finding their sexy, I presume.
Last week Shannon and Kelly joined Tamra Judge, Meghan Edmonds, newbie Peggy Sulahian, Lydia McLaughlin, and of course Vicki to argue over all the season’s highs and loooows. Other than Shannon’s marital situation, the content will probably look a lot like last season’s reunion when everyone accused Vicki of lying about lying, and Tamra and Vicki probably rehashed the same crap. Or maybe they’ll be some new things to discuss, like… cancer?!
The reunion filmed in LA, of course, but Meghan flew in from St. Louis? with her entire entourage – baby, baby dog child, Dad Jeans. Predictably Peggy brought her babysitter Diko. I wonder if any of the other boyfriends and husbands were there? Clearly David missed… or maybe he showed up! One could hope – oh, the exciting possibilities!
Anyway, the ladies shared photos from their big day, which you can see below.
Curiously there are are almost NO reunion photos of Vicki with the other women. Only one with Kelly, but none with Peggy, or Lydia… I’d wonder if she even showed up but she shared a photo of her dress and thanked her glam squad. Is she now fighting with everyone?!
In addition, tonight is a new episode of RHOC. The ladies are still in Iceland and (as always) Vicki’s medical crisis creates conflict amongst the group. Peggy is super concerned, but the other ladies want to keep the party going!

Cat is out of the bag … and into Jim Edmonds? Rumors have always quietly swirled that when Meghan Edmonds started dating Jim, he was still married to his second wife Allison. Unfortunately, in a recent interview Kelly Dodd went ahead and gave credence to the allegations (everyone’s favorite word!) when she straight-up accused Meghan being Jim’s mistress! Um, so, when did these two start hating each other again?
So the backstory here is a bit deep: Jim was married to wife no 2, Allison, a (former?) good friend of Heather Dubrow’s. Allison was actually initially cast to be a Real Housewives Of Orange County, when she abruptly filed for divorce. Then a season later, Meghan quite literally took Allison’s place in all ways.
After Meghan accused Kelly of cheating on Michael this season, she should’ve predicted it was only a matter of time before that rumor-mill unleashed on her, courtesy of Kelly’s rabid and unchecked mouth. True or not, Kelly don’t play!
In a recent interview Kelly did just that. Referencing the cheating text war, Kelly sneered that it was “stupid” of Meghan to go there knowing the “rumors about your husband that are out there, that you know about.”
“It’s like, I don’t pinpoint her stuff out when she was having an affair with Jimmy when he was married to Allison,” Kelly told E! News. “I don’t put that stuff out there. Sorry, spilling the tea now.” Apparently Kelly felt she was at liberty to disclose this salacious detail since she and Meghan are no longer pals.
Thankfully for Meghan, or to save his own dignity, Jim came to his third wife’s defense.
“I am tired of listening to Kelly’s lies,” Jim seethed. “I think it’s ridiculous first of all and second of all, we have a family and to sit there and say that [Meghan] was my mistress is beyond crazy. This is the first time I’ve ever said anything to anyone but I just can’t deal with the bulls–t lies anymore.”
Interestingly Jim shared that his reason for defending Meghan is that “she has a baby and all this IVF stuff going on.” Is Meghan doing IVF again and trying for another baby?! Or is Jim just trying to be nice – for the first time ever – or as he puts it, “I’m just trying to do the right thing and protect my wife and my family. I’m not looking for publicity, I just can’t let my wife sit there and be killed…”
And since Jimmy Dad Jeans is on a gossipy roll, all slathered with mayo (a gossipy roll which we should all like to see more of!) he goes ahead and reminds us that Kelly is no opinion to be trusted. “Her relationship is completely a disaster. I think she should worry about her own damn self.”
Jim also insinuated Kelly may “pay some consequences” for her untrue accusations. “I just think that there should be repercussions for people who make up flat-out lies just to put themselves on TV because they have nothing better to say,” he explained. “I’m tired of her trying to make herself look better at the expense of everyone else.”
Of course Kelly wasn’t gonna let Jim’s comments go. “Ask his ex wife Alison!! He has kids all over the place give me a f–king break,” she tweeted.
She also included this lovely description of her feelings.
Kelly also declared that she ain’t scairt of lil ol Jimmy Edwards’s laaaaawyeer. “Well I will counter Sue for her bringing up lies!! Good luck with that!” she tweeted.
Lordy, do the lies in Orange County run deeper than the waters of a motel 6 baptismal pool containing Tamra! I obviously don’t know anything about when Meghan got up on Jim’s stolen bases, but their wedding took place less than a year after his divorce from Allison was finalized. I supposed, that what I’m saying here is, somebody’s lying – be it Kelly, or Meghan and Jim.

Dancing With the Stars professional dancer Jenna Johnson, now part of the dance troupe on the ABC series, is taking you behind the scenes of season 25. How incredible was Movie Night last...Kyle Richards just achieved quite a milestone – she wrapped filming on the first season of her sitcom “American Woman” which chronicles her childhood growing up a child star with the original pimpmomager in 70s L.A.
The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star faced a lot of resistance from her own family over the project – sisters Kim and Kathy were vehemently against her exposing their family, but Kyle proceeded anyway and nabbed Alicia Silverstone to play her mom (the leading role) and get the show sold to TV Land.
To celebrate the first season wrap, and just in time for Halloween, Kyle threw a 70’s disco-themed bash with several of her RHOBH castmates. It doesn’t look like Kim or Kathy were in attendance though.

It’s been quite a year for Luann de Lesseps, who will always and forever be a Countess in my book. The Real Housewives Of New York star sat down with Jenny McCarthy last week on SiriusXM Stars’ Jenny McCarthy Show to talk about how she’s doing in the wake of her divorce from Tom D’Agostino, which of her RHONY cast mates have (and have not) supported her during the breakup, and how Bethenny Frankel didn’t return her calls for helping with hurricane relief! Oh my.
Still the romantic at heart, Luann claims she still believes that Tom never cheated on her, but that he simply wasn’t willing to give up his “bachelor lifestyle.” Tom – who was caught on camera dissing his marriage, acting sketchy around ex-girlfriends, and even taking off his microphone to talk “off the record” at one point – didn’t do himself any favors on the show. Luann even admits that watching RHONY play back this season really opened her eyes to who Tom really was (and is).
After the couple announced their split earlier this year, Luann says most of her cast mates reached out to support her – all but one, that is. “They all reached out to me except for Carole [Radziwill], which I find odd,” Luann told Jenny. “You know – what’s up with that? Last I knew, we were cool! A text would have been nice.”
Since filming, Luann hasn’t spoken to Carole, who she assumes is “busy running marathons.” But Luann has also been busy, herself. She got on a plane to Switzerland immediately following her divorce announcement on Twitter, an escape plan she doesn’t regret in the slightest. There, she caught up with old friends and tried not to think about the virtual sh*tstorm going on back home.
“I was so glad I decided to skip town and get out of the country,” admits Luann, who says paparazzi were camped at her Hamptons house as soon as the news broke. “But that’s not what Tom did,” she laughs. Tom, as many know, has been in the press regularly cavorting with a series of UES women – both high and low profile – since day one of his separation from Luann.
Although Luann is not happy with how much public dating Tom has done since they’ve parted ways, she frankly isn’t all that surprised at his behavior. “We’re divorced now – already – and I think he can date whoever he wants. I just wish he would not have gone out with chicks before the ink was dry on our divorce papers! It was like, he stepped out the night of,” she says.

Meanwhile, Luann has tried to focus her energy on laying low in her personal life, and seeking out opportunities to help out the victims of recent natural disasters – in particular, the hurricanes that have devastated parts of the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Praising Bethenny’s efforts in organizing large-scale disaster relief through B Strong, Luann says she reached out to her RHONY costar to see if her nursing skills could be put to good use. However, she never heard back. She told Jenny, “I reached out to Bethenny and said you know, I’m a nurse and I would love to come down and help you. I wanted to go with the Red Cross, but the Red Cross couldn’t figure out how to get me out of there. So, I offered her my help, but I didn’t get a response.”
Now that Luann is officially back in NYC and the Hamptons, she plans on getting back to her true self – and staying the hell away from the Regency! She jokes, “Don’t look for me at the Regency.” (But please do look for Tom, people! And don’t forget to tweet that sh*t out when you see his sorry behind sitting at the bar, groping his next victim!!!)
Ultimately, trying to leave Tom in the past is what the new season of RHONY will be all about for Luann. So, look out, folks: Single Lu is coming BACK! And I, for one, am here all day and night for it.

We have the ultimate treat for Halloweentown fans. After Disney Channel announced they were set to remake Hocus Pocus, we couldn't help but wonder about the network's iconic witch...I hereby revoke my previous stance of rooting for Evelyn. Because, it turns out, she is THE WORST. On this week’s 90 Day Fiance, we find out exactly what happens when an 18-year old girl is told by her family that she is super-duper special and gifted. She becomes an insufferable brat who entraps entices a foreigner into marriage with her innocent smile, then promptly begins making his life a living hell. David is finding this out within 48 hours of landing on American soil. Elsewhere, Nicole and Azan fight over how to parent May while, Thailand-David has to break it to Annie’s parents that he is basically baht-less. In Georgia, Molly has to face facts that her daughter, Olivia, is not at ALL okay with Luis moving in. Lastly, Elizabeth prepares to visit her neanderthal fiance, Andrei, in Ireland. She will, of course, need to also travel back in time (like, pre-women’s rights) in order to meet him.
In Morocco, Azan isn’t able to handle a toddler, nor his naked hatred of Nicole, his bride-to-be. When Nicole yells at him on the street about how he (rather than her, the actual parent) should pay better attention to May, Azan is once again embarrassed by her in public. Which he should be used to by now. But it’s been a few months since his last trip of torture, so maybe he’s rusty? Nicole just wants to pull the “I’m May’s mom!” card when it’s convenient, scolding Azan about giving in to her fits too much. HA! This comes from the chick who literally pushes, screams at, and blackmails people every time they don’t give into her pathetic whining.
In GA, Olivia drives everyone home from the airport because Molly has multiple DUIs and side-eyes Luis in the back seat. Molly knows Olivia is not a Luis fan, but her younger daughter is doing a nice job of breaking the ice, so the air isn’t too frosty yet. At home, Molly’s live-in brother, Jess, continues to rock his Weird Al vibe (prediction: this guy will steal every scene filmed at Molly’ house – he is reality TV gold!) while Luis marvels at the working toilets and magical electricity. He’s hit the jackpot, baby! Molly giggles as she leads Luis to the bedroom to show him the picture she’s already framed of his parents. #Creepy
Jess offers Luis a nice stiff drink to lighten the mood while Molly begs Olivia to join them for dinner. Olivia won’t be doing any such thing, however. She’s outta there! Luis sees this as disrespectful, suggesting a nice spanking might do the trick. Whoa, whoa, WHOA there, sir! Please retract that statement right how before the entire female internet comes after your butt. Yikes.
In Tampa, Elizabeth Facetimes with Andrei, who is still awaiting his K-1 Visa in Ireland. Then she heads to see an immigration lawyer about what the holdup might be. The lawyer, Emel, warns Elizabeth that any past infraction or arrest – however minor – might stall the visa. A conviction isn’t necessary; even a bar arrest would flag the visa for review, and might be considered fraud.
To make matters worse, Andrei also came to the U.S. in the past on a tourist visa, but illegally overstayed his visit by six months. Um. That ain’t good. Obviously, Emel says this will not bode well for him getting another visa into the country. Elizabeth is shocked to hear this news, but even more scared of Andrei’s reaction to being “interrogated” at his visa interview. But the real mystery is this: Why are red flags and alarm bells NOT going off in this chick’s head right now?!?
More on that later, for now we must travel to New Hampshire, where David is about to find out what a monster he’s engaged to. First, a tour of the town and some pancakes. The tour leaves David unimpressed, but maybe the Country Cafe will lift his spirits? Magic 8 Ball reads: Outlook Not Likely.
As Evelyn sips her coffee and counts the calories in her pre-pancake doughnut, she warns David about meeting her friend, Mikayla, later at his “Welcome” party. Mikayla is a realist, while Evelyn is more of a Pixar-princess. When David says he’s not marrying her to live the “American Dream” because he’s got dreams of his own, Evelyn literally says the following: There’s no such thing as a European Dream. She also utters these words while smirking, mind you, which awards her 50 bonus points in the “I’m truly a piece of sh*t” category! Oh man. #EvelynSuuuuuuuucks
David tries to explain to Evelyn – very slowly and in small words – that people in Spain have dreams too. Such as, not eating stale doughnuts at the Country Cafe? Evelyn shrugs this nonsense off, next launching into her complaints about David’s friends, who don’t want to pay $100 a piece for tuxes after spending thousands on tickets to come to their wedding. I mean, she already told HER bridesmaids that they’re not going to be in HER wedding if they don’t buy HER dress, so hmmmmmph! (BTW, please let this dress consist of a Target coverup thrown over a swimsuit. PLEASE.)
David wants Evelyn to understand that in his culture, weddings don’t have to be such overblown, expensive affairs. The petulant child she is, Evelyn just whines that she’s been planning this dream wedding her entire life! Um, I have Gap sweatshirts older than Evelyn, so she can just go ahead and shut her pie-hole with this ‘my entire life!’ crap. But Evelyn must really be feeling that caffeine/sugar rush now, because she suddenly snarks, “Fun fact: We’re getting married in America.” To which David responds with his own fun fact: “But you’re getting married to a foreigner. Bon appetit!” Ooh, David with the BURN!!! Hey – I like this guy.
In Thailand, David and Annie travel to her village to meet with her parents. They are greeted with a sweet welcome dance from the people of Annie’s village, which brings them to tears. David’s tears might also be about him having to confess his financial mess to Annie’s parents, who think he’s a millionaire. But he’s more in the neighborhood of a hundredaire…maybe…at best. Let’s put it this way: He can afford half a water buffalo, max. This does not a dowry make.
After they dance with the villagers for a bit, they head inside Annie’s home with her family. Annie is petrified that her parents will reject David because of his financial status. When they sit down to discuss the small dowry of 50,000 baht (roughly $1,500) David is offering, Annie’s mother reminds him of how important a generous dowry is as part of their tradition. Bottom line: They want 500,000 baht ($15,000) and two buffalo.
They will, however, accept the lower dowry now, asking only that David cough up the rest later. Gee whiz – David thinks this is a swell plan! As we all know, this down payment will be followed by NO other payments, but the family doesn’t realize this sad fact yet. They are essentially about to experience the U.S. financial crisis of 2008 up close and personal, courtesy of David’s empty bank account. And for that, we apologize on behalf of his sorry a$$, Annie’s parents.
Back in GA with 89 days to wed, Molly and Luis are cooking breakfast after sharing their first night of bliss together. Molly is hoping that Olivia comes around soon – since it’s already been a whole 12 hours! Luis calls his first night with Molly “great!” and “the best!” smiling at his good fortune. He’s not thrilled about Olivia not liking him, though, and isn’t sure how to respond when Molly admits her daughter just needs time to adjust. Here’s a suggestion: BE UNDERSTANDING, dude. She’s a teenage girl whose mother has just moved a stranger into her house. Her behavior is utterly normal, unlike everyone else’s on this sh*tshow.
Speaking of maladjusted behavior, let’s head back to Morocco! Nicole, May, and Azan head to lunch. Nicole is still under the impression that she can teach Azan a thing or two about how to be a good parent, and Azan is still under the impression that Nicole is dedicated to “getting healthy.” She promised she would make an effort to eat healthier and exercise in the past months, but she hasn’t delivered on that promise.
As May eats french fries, Azan comments on the bad food habits Nicole is passing on to her daughter. Okay – as a fellow parent, I’m gonna cut Nicole some slack on feeding her kid nuggets and fries to appease her in a restaurant (can I get a witness?!), but we ALL know what the real issue is here: Azan isn’t happy with Nicole’s appearance. He’s made NO secret of it since the beginning, and he’s continuing his relentless campaign now.
“It’s not as easy as you think it is!” whines Nicole. Then Azan delivers the final blow, saying, “Because you’re lazy.” OUCH. OK, I am no fan of Nicole, people, but that was just…harsh. Was it true? Probably. But also cruel? Most definitely. <in my best Devar voice>
Back in the States, Elizabeth is freaking out over delivering bad news to Andrei – the man who may or may not have been arrested (multiple times) and who definitely broke visa rules in the past. She boards the flight to Ireland in fear of his expected anger, a feeling she’ll likely become used to in the years to come if she hitches her wagon to this shady dude. Well. lots o’ luck to you, girl! You’re gonna need it.

Looks like we made it! Shahs of Sunset season six is officially finished and tonight’s part two of the reunion did its best to leave no stone unturned when it came to the burning questions of the season like what’s up with Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi’s marriage? Is she a less angry, better hearing version of herself thanks to rehab and a hearing aid? Is Mike Shouhed still seeing ex-wife Jessica Parido? Does anyone still care at this point? Is Reza Farahan faithful to husband Adam Neely? Does anyone care about that either? And finally, why is Asa Soltan Rahmati on the show? I guess people care about this one. OK, so none of these were really burning questions but Bravo loves to drag out these reunions so whatevs, here’s the breakdown of it all.
We resume from last week’s cliffhanger about whether or not Reza believes his soon-to-be-ex-best-friend Asa’s claim that she didn’t do IVF to conceive her son. Reza, being the slime ball friend that he is, says he does believe her but he has doubts. So he doesn’t believe her? No, he believes her but he hates himself for having doubts. Ohhh I see, he wants so badly to believe his friend but he is also Reza and therefore cannot be trusted and wants to roll with everyone who is pushing Asa out this season, so he can’t stand by her. Are you all following this? I think this is the end of Asa. Because as much as she can be annoying with her magical diamond liquid gold baby organic priestess-ness, she is probably the only one on the show who does value her friendships and now that her friendship with Reza is fractured, what is the point of it all?
In the midst of Reza doubting Asa, frenemy of the ages Mercedes “MJ” Javid jumps in to say that she has love for Asa, but she was so genuinely shocked to find out about Asa’s pregnancy six months into it, that she had a hard time reacting properly to the whole matter. MJ tries to prove how deep her love went by talking about the baby blanket she was knitting Soltan, right after she called him a bastard 100 times. It gets a bit heated between Asa and MJ so Andy Cohen declares a lunch break and everyone runs back to their dressing room to shovel Panera salads in their mouths. In her constant need for attention rush to get back to set and go up and down a set of stairs, GG calls for the paramedics off stage, claiming that she feels lightheaded and can’t breathe. Does Bravo always have paramedics on standby or is this just a special perk of the Shahs of Sunset? Amazingly, GG makes a full recovery and flirts with the paramedic, who runs off faster than you can say defibrillator.
Now would be a great time to segway into talking about how much GG has grown into a new, less angry (more paramedic-needing) person, right? GG might have gone to rehab but let’s get one thing straight – she has never practiced sobriety and even got high a few hours ago. So what she went to rehab for remains and mystery but damn, if it was Asa and she didn’t tell everyone, you know she would get roasted but I guess GG gets a pass of privacy on this one. What she is willing to put out there openly is her on again/off again relationship with husband/not husband, Shalom Yeyoushalmi, who SURPRISE, has arrived to tell his side of the story. What exactly is his side when GG doesn’t even seem to know if they are together or not? Well, it’s complicated. Let’s start with the fact that Shalom has been married before. Not just any married before, I mean married to another reality star before. This is something that was news to GG and didn’t really sit well with her, for obvious reasons. But not only did Shalom marry a Kardashian-run shop girl before GG, he also applied for a green card too, which is something everyone warned GG about (and she clearly didn’t listen to). All of this might have been fine and dandy for someone as crazy as GG but the straw that broke the camel’s back was when E! News contacted her about a story he was trying to sell them right after they got married. I don’t know if that was the incident that caused GG to try and knife his name tattoo off her or what but she said that’s when she decided to file for divorce. But, the truth is, nothing can keep two lunatics apart and once Shalom’s ex started causing drama on social media, GG quickly ditched her inspirational Instagram quotes and jumped into the fray, rekindling their loony tunes romance once again. So now they are dating and “getting to know each other” and GG has told him to hold off on signing the divorce papers, which I’m sure will be signed soon enough anyway.
Onto the next train wreck of a Shah, which is Mike and I just picked up on the fact that he is wearing lavender suede slip on shoes, no doubt from his own shoe line because who else would sell shoes that ugly? We talk about how Mike is a Mama’s Boy and how everyone is obsessed with his dool but things quickly get heavy when Jessica is brought up yet again. Mike admits that they love each other but know they are better off apart and some days, he doesn’t want to live because of how badly he messed up with her and some days, he feels like the luckiest man on earth. That’s an interesting combo but Mike is a sensitive man and sensitive men on reality shows that cheat on their wives tend to feel sorry for themselves a lot. He has learned something from getting divorced though and that’s to be open and be present.
Speaking of present, here comes Adam Neely, ready to tell us all about his one year marriage with Reza and their baby plans. Adam says he is by far the closest with Asa and sings her praises, while Reza sits quietly, unable to do the same. Everyone talks about how much calmer Reza is now and Mr. Sensitive Mike gets all teary-eyed, talking about how Reza tries to be a better person every day for Adam. MJ starts to hold back tears, seconding this notion and I am wondering if we are all watching the same show here? Clearly not, as I think Reza is legit one of the most diabolical people on all of reality TV.
All of the teasers for this reunion lead up to Reza being asked if he’s monogamous in his marriage and of course, Bravo wanted us to believe that he wasn’t but of course when asked, Reza immediately says he’s 100% faithful and he and Adam are going to have a biological kid through surrogacy and likely raise them Jewish since Adam is converting.
Finally, we come back to Asa and how much it bothers her that she won’t share her personal life. Sigh, this again. Asa brings up the really good point that not everyone is sharing every aspect of their life on the show and when it all started, she was the only one who was honest and upfront about her financial situation, leading her to be labeled the “poor one” while everyone else balled out. Oooh she’s got you guys there. Mike tries to defend himself but is drowned out by GG squawking about why Asa is on the show. When Asa tries to answer, GG interrupts her to tell her that they are all out here bleeding for the show and the viewers and Asa isn’t. Oh, that’s rich. So GG taking us through the day to day of her failing anger management courses and reading lines from an off Broadway play is bleeding for all of us viewers, huh? I could slap a band aid on a paper cut and see more blood. When Andy presses her about why she’s on the show, Asa says it’s a platform and she wants her voice to be heard. She thinks she brings her art, political message, family, business and convictions to the table and everyone else downplays that contribution. Mike angrily tells her that’s “surface stuff” because watching him try and peddle a baby shoe line is so deep and GG huffily tells Asa she’s on the show to represent Persian culture, not promote her business. Oh, so hair extensions represent Persian culture now? Mike says he loves Asa but she has changed this season.
Andy wants to know what we all want to know: with Jermaine refusing to be on the show and not wanting his son to be on it either, where does Asa go from here? She doesn’t have an answer for him but admits that she does miss the beautiful moments she once had with her friends. She’s just sad that she didn’t feel like her friends were happy for her during one of the happiest times in her life. MJ tries to say that today wasn’t how she wanted it to go and Asa tells her that the backstabbing is what broke their friendship, which is something MJ will never admit fault for. Mike gets all weepy again and says he’s sad that this is happening to his friends. Reza remains positive, saying that if he can repair his relationship with GG, he believes there is hope for MJ and Asa. Ha! About as much hope as GG’s marriage.
But you know, they are family and they have to stick together, no matter how horrible they are to each other, right?
