Dorit Kemsley Drops Mansion Price Over $1 Million Dollars!
Dorit Kemsley is trying to move on up in the real estate world. Or down…to the Valley? The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star has been trying to sell her enormous, freshly-renovated mansion but there have been no takers so they just dropped the price.
After six months on the market for $12.75 million, Dorit and PK have done a $1.8 million price reduction and are now asking $10.95. I’d say Dorit should use Mauricio as her listing agent, but she already is….
Dorit and PK are still residing in the home throughout the selling process – apparently a rarity for the rich – and PK told Page Six the drastic price drop was “to get it sold.” Quickly!
“We are very keen to move. We want a less vertical house with more of a back yard,” PK explained. “The kids are running around everywhere and we have a lot of stairs, so we want to swap stairs for grass!” Remember that driveway when they had the party and even the catering van couldn’t handle the incline – a big no, no for inviting A-Listers to dinner!
The Kemsley’s haven’t found a new place yet, because PK says Dorit’s eyes are bigger than their bank account. “We haven’t looked yet as I don’t want Dorit to fall in love with another house and then me say, ‘Sorry, love, we need to sell ours first.'”

Anyways, on tonight’s episode Kyle Richards struggles because her sisters still are not accepting that she produced a sitcom about her family. Dorit decides to go back to work with the relaunch of her swimwear collection, but it causes all sorts of hiccups in her personal life – like she accidentally stands Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave up for drinks!
Erika Girardi and Lisa Rinna return from Tokyo and Erika receives bad news about Tom. Meanwhile Lipsa learns some very interesting facts about Lisa Vanderpump! Finally Lisa and Kyle have a chat with Dorit about her behavior at last week’s dinner party!

Brittany Cartwright Explains Why Jax Is Wearing a Wedding Ring; Ariana Madix Is Getting Along With Kristen Doute; They Both Think Tom Schwartz Cheated On Katie Maloney
Watching Brittany Cartwright during her last appearance on Watch What Happens Live made me want to leap through the screen and give her a hug. It really seemed like she was on the verge of tears every single time Andy Cohen brought up Jax Taylor cheating on her with Faith Stowers– which happened for the entire half hour episode.
Thankfully she had Ariana Madix on hand for support. The two of them discussed Jax’s cheating (obviously), the allegations that Tom Schwartz made out with someone that wasn’t his wife Katie Maloney, and get ready for this: Ariana’s friendship with Kristen Doute. It is possible for every person on this show to get along (no matter what issues they have or what mean things they’ve done to each other) and it absolutely amazes me.
Andy told Brittany, “You’re nervous about being here.” She admitted, “I’m very nervous,” but she really didn’t have to say it. It was so clear that she was uncomfortable and upset to discuss this cheating saga months later. Still, Andy asked, “What are you nervous about?” She shared, “Just because it’s been very, very hard this season. I know everybody has their opinions and it’s just a hard thing to deal with everyday.”
Andy asked Brittany about Jax rocking a wedding ring in all of his Instagram videos. Did they get married? Brittany said, “No. He likes to wear it. I think he’s like getting the itch or something. I know that seems crazy right now because of the show.”
Even though Brittany was uncomfortable with the topic, that didn’t stop Andy from going in with the questions. He told her, “Jax successfully changed the narrative from what was on the tape to the fact that you had brought it out. How did you let him do that? Or did I miss something?” Brittany answered, “Everything can’t be shown on the show. We did go out for a long time over that. I was so pissed about him trying to turn it. I thought he was just trying to turn everything around on me and trying to make me feel guilty.” Clearly.
Andy said “I don’t want to go hard on you,” before asking her yet another uncomfortable question. He told Brittany, “He said on the tape that he was not going to settle down with you and there’s no attraction there. So why take him back after hearing him say that? Did he retract what he said on the tape?”
Brittany shared, “Oh, he definitely retracted it. A bunch of times. About everything that he said. Obviously we know that things were said like that. I don’t know how to explain it. I was so confused. I was loving him. I was hating him. I couldn’t stand to be around him. Then, I want to him to be around me all the time. It was just such a confusing time.”
Andy asked Ariana, “When you watched it back, was that really the best time to tell her [about the tape]? Ariana admitted, “No, it wasn’t the best time.” She continued, “When Lala [Kent] brought it up and said ‘do you want to ruin her night or do you want to ruin her life,’ the wheels were set in motion. The only way I could’ve stopped her from playing if that night is if I went after her, grabbed her and pulled her to the side and said ‘don’t do this right now’ and I was not in the mindset to make that kind of move.”
Switching gears to another cheating story line on this show, Andy asked Ariana and Brittany if they think Rob Valletta cheated on Scheana Marie. Ariana said, “I don’t personally. I was with them that night so unless Rob has some sort of make out wizard I don’t understand how he could somehow sneak away from Scheana and I when we were all together and done that.”
Unfortunately for Brittany she wasn’t done getting interrogated about Jax cheating on her. She explained, “I guess that I was just very hopeful and I said that I wanted to use my experiences to judge him. I never ever thought that I would stay with him if he cheated on me. Ever. Whenever you go through situation like that your feelings don’t just go away for somebody that you love as much as I love Jax. I wish they could and I knew in my heart that I should leave him, but I don’t know when you just have that strong of feeling for someone you can’t just wish it away.” Andy twisted the knife even further by asking, “Is this the only time he has cheated?” She said, “Yeah,” followed by, “I would hope so.”
Andy wondered if Brittany talked to Faith since the cheating came to light and she shared, “I sent her a couple texts just trying to get her to admit things because I thought she was my friend and obviously she’s not. She just never said anything to me.” But she had a lot to say in several interviews.
A viewer wanted to know if Ariana would stay with Tom Sandoval if he did the same thing. Ariana admitted, “I personally do not think that I would’ve stayed with Tom. What I admire about her is her strength and maybe a way that maybe people are not seeing. She is so strong that no matter what happens in this world she will always continue to see the good. I feel like that’s such a wonderful quality in a person and that’s part of why I love her so much.” Brittany told her, “I’m gonna cry. That’s really sweet.” She already looked like she was on the verge of tears for the entire episode, so at least this time it was for a good reason.
Andy wondered, “Do both of you not believe that Schwartz hooked up with Lala’s friend?” Ariana said, “No, I think he did.” Brittany said, “Hooked up? I think he made out with her.” Ariana confirmed, “I think he made out with her.” So many cheating scandals this season.
A fan called in and told Ariana, “I was wondering how close you and Kristen are now.” Ariana shared, “Kristen and I had a really lovely time together in Vegas before Christmas. After World Dog Day last year during Season 5 Tom and I actually went over to her house. We’ve been pretty cool for quite a while. I feel like there’s always going to be things we disagree on, but we know how to have fun.” I’m all for that.

Kim Kardashian’s Daughter Is Here! Kim and Kanye West Welcome Baby #3
The latest addition to the Kardashian Krew has arrived. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are parents for the third time with the arrival of their baby girl via surrogate last night.
Kim confirmed the news to her app followers. Their surrogate (who some are still wondering whether it could possibly be her sister Kylie Jenner) gave birth last night at Cedars Sinai, with Kim and Kanye present for the arrival.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star hasn’t shared the name of her new bundle of joy, but I’m sure the family will keep us guessing on that one for a while, as they love to do.
Kim posted on social media this morning a simple “She’s Here!” message for her fans. On her personal website she wrote, “Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care.”

TMZ reports that Kris Jenner and Kim‘s sisters were present for the baby’s birth, but in the waiting room. Kanye was behind a curtain in the delivery room and Kim was in the room with the surrogate.

Bethenny Frankel And Jill Zarin Reconcile At Bobby Zarin’s Memorial Service; Bravo Cameras Filmed Moment For RHONY
A new day has dawned for The Real Housewives Of New York. Long time enemies Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin have put their differences aside to make amends, although it took a tragic circumstance to bring them back together. After the sad passing of Jill’s husband, Bobby Zarin, last week, Bethenny chartered a plane from Aspen to be by her former friend’s side.
Some question whether this surprising move was “just for the cameras,” but Jill has made it clear that she wanted Bravo to film at Bobby’s memorial, both to highlight her connection to former RHONY cast mates and because Bobby became known to many of us through his multiple seasons on the show. Jill said, “This was all about memorializing Bobby — [there was] no drama. It’s very sad for all. He was an important part of the show and a great friend to many who appeared on it.”
Page Six reports that an inside source alluded to Jill wanting Bethenny at Bobby’s funeral despite their differences because Bobby always wanted to see the women make peace. The source said Bobby “would be happy to know that the occasion brought the onetime old friends-turned-nemeses back together.”
After losing his battle with cancer, Bobby passed away at age 71. Jill posted a touching tribute on Instagram January 14th honoring her late husband: “Rest In Peace my love. Words can not express the hole in my heart. Bobby taught me what true and deep love is. Thank you my love for sharing your life with me.. for raising Allyson as if she was your own, being an amazing father and grandfather and teaching me how to be a better person.”

Other former RHONY cast mates rallied around Jill and her family at the service as well. NY Daily News reports that Aviva Drescher, Sonja Morgan, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Ramona Singer, and Bethenny were among the mourners who attended Bobby’s service at Riverside Memorial Chapel in New York City. The funeral was held two days after Bobby’s passing.
Danielle Staub from the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Millionaire Matchmaker’s Patty Stanger, and Marla Maples were also in attendance.
PEOPLE reports that Jill admitted in front of the mourners, “I wasn’t sure if I could stand up here today,” and brought the crowd to tears with her heartfelt tribute to Bobby, who she called an “incredibly great husband, a great father, and grandfather, and [a] truly great friend.”
After the funeral, Bethenny tweeted her respects to Bobby as well, writing, “Today is a sad day with a silver lining. I laughed. I cried. I saw old faces & watched a family come together surrounding a loss. ‘I have a dream’ that Bobby’s death makes us realize what is important & treat each day as our last.”

Kim Zolciak Shows Off Freshly Colored Roots, Announces Upcoming Wig Line
When I think of wigs, I automatically think of Don’t Be Tardy’s Kim Zolciak- Biermann, whose love of faux hair knows no bounds. While wigs are staple (and statement) pieces for all of the ladies on Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kim has been leading the charge since the first season. Of course, her reasons for needing a wig have changed drastically over the years, ranging from serious illness (nope) to a desire to mix up her look a bit (much more accurate). Additionally, when I think of Bravolebrities who are constantly making perplexing and contradictory statements, my brain goes directly to Kim as well (see previous statement).
While we’re on the topic of hair pieces and confusion, Kim has just announced her very own line of wigs. Wait, am I having déjà vu? I could have sworn she already had her own line of wigs. If I’m not mistaken, the development of said line was featured on her show. Right?!? Oh well…who can keep up with Kim?
Taking to her Instagram, Kim posted the above picture while answering pressing fan questions about her natural hair color and promote her upcoming wig line. And I continue to be confused…by all of it. But alas.
The caption for Kim’s photo reads, “I get asked this a lot! YES I color my real hair! This is all my own hair and I’m about 75% gray so @hairby_chrissy has to color my hair EVERY month! Or at least my roots!! If I’m not filming (and even then I don’t) I don’t wear a wig I run around with my own hair! Wigs are just easier and I love the versatility! MY OWN WIG LINE IS COMING VERY SOON! Stay tuned…i can’t wait! (Just took this pic I got my hair colored yesterday)”
So many questions. First, Kim’s real hair looks like every wig I’ve ever seen her wear on the show. I always just assume she is wearing a wig, but now how will I know the difference? She says she only wears her wigs when filming, but quickly asserts that sometimes she doesn’t. Which is it? How can I tell? If I was getting my hair colored/roots done/grays covered once a month (which, honestly, I should probably be doing) and I had all of those wonderful wigs at my disposal, I’d save money on the stylist and rock a wig. Also, is this a new wig line or has it just taken years for it to come to fruition? Is she promoting the wig line or her hairstylist? Both? Am I wrong to be frazzled by Kim’s ramblings on Instagram or is it only natural (there’s a hair joke in there somewhere)?

Jenni “J-Woww” Farley Holds Out Hope That Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola Makes An Appearance On Jersey Shore Family Vacation
If you have suffered through just one episode of MTV’s Floribama Shore then you realize what an insult it is to every true Jersey Shore fan. The network couldn’t leave well enough alone. You don’t mess with a classic!
Thankfully, the less than stellar predecessor of MTV’s greatest accomplishment has stirred up a frenzy surrounding the original gorilla juiceheads and orange meatballs, and we are going to be treated to Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Very soon we won’t have to merely rely on tiny blurbs about Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s alleged tax evasion or Vinny Guadagnino’s musings on global warming. We will have the whole gang back together again…with the exception of Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola. However, Jenni “J-Woww” Farley is crossing her fingers for a change of sweetheart–and so am I!
The crew has grown up quite a bit, and spouses and children have been thrown in the mix. Here’s hoping they still GTL! In a recent interview, Jenni dishes on the upcoming special and how times have changed since the shore of yore. Speaking to Us Weekly, Jenni laments, “I’m afraid for my hangovers to be honest. I’m really afraid. Oh my God, I just experienced a wine hangover the other day like no other. I’m hoping that we do not have that issue. I’m gonna go straight with the tequila and vodka on the rocks.”
For me, the best part of this show was how close the cast became–they are truly great friends in real life. Like the rest of the free world, Jenni is thrilled about reuniting with her former housemates. She tells the site, “All jokes aside, we have been in group chats for a while now and we could not be more excited. I’m just so excited for this.”
However one person is likely not included in those group chats, and I am going to miss her frosted eye shadow and Caboodles make-up case. So will J-Woww. She shares, “In my head, in my dreams of dreams, I really hope that [Sammi] pops in…it’s gonna be different. I wish she would be on it but I understand why she’s not going to be on it.”
It’s been quite a while since the Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and her alligator slippers have graced our screens with her sloppy meatball sidekick Deena Nicole Cortese. It has been far too long since I’ve heard the singsong voice of DJ Pauly D Delvecchio announcing the arrival of cabs (what will happen in this new Uber driven world?). Likewise, the tortured love story of Sammi and Ronnie (RAAAWWWN!!) Ortiz-Magro still stings like a Shakespearean tragedy. Asked if Sammi was avoiding the spotlight or steering clear of her ex, Jenni responded, “Both, honestly, I’m thinking both,” adding, “She might be ready to start a family and get married, have babies. I don’t know. She’s just on to the next chapter in her life. I’m still in shock thinking that the show is coming back too. We never expected this…I respect her decision. We all respect her decision. It is what it is. In my head, I still have hope.”
We are all holding out hope, Jenni. Please make a cameo (at least!), Sammi!
ETA: It was just announced this morning that the the vacation will take place in Miami!

Cynthia Bailey Says She & Kim Zolciak are Not Friends & Kim’s Comments Were “Disrespectful”
Do the women who are “Friends of the Housewives” have to meet an insult quota in order to earn their paychecks? It sure seems that way whenever Kim Zolciak appears on Real Housewives of Atlanta.
During the last episode alone, Kim came for Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, NeNe Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, and even the “medium” Mbele. Most of that isn’t really surprising since this is Kim we’re talking about, but it felt like a very random dig when she told Cynthia to shut up and look pretty. Even weirder than that comment, Cynthia actually hugged her after that.
Cynthia opened up about that “Elephant Room” event in a Bravo blog post. She wrote, “I thought Mbele was interesting, and I was open to what she had to say. I didn’t really have many elephants to address that night, so in the spirit of fun, I was looking forward to my reading but wasn’t looking forward to getting READ, LOL! At least not by her!” Out of all the Housewives medium experiences, this was definitely an off-putting one. Mbele comes in a close second to Allison Dubois and her electronic cigarette at that dinner party with the Beverly Hills Housewives back in the day.
Cynthia continued, “Ms. Mbele can read with the best of them and fit right in with the shady bunch! Anyway, I am a very spiritual person. I love to get readings and I consider myself to be an energy person. However, I felt like her energy was a bit off putting. Very direct but kind of mean spirited. I received her reading regarding Will [Jones] but took it with a grain of salt. I love getting to know Will, and I truly believe he is a good guy. If he is not the guy for me, I will know when my heart and God let me know, not her.”
Mbele wasn’t the rudest woman at that party. That honor goes to Kim Z. Cynthia declared, “Kim is rude and disrespectful. Nothing out of her mouth surprises me. We don’t really know each other, and are not friends. I always try to be cordial and kind to her when I see her with the girls. To my knowledge, we don’t have an issue with each other and never hangout with her outside of them. Therefore, there are no emotional ties to her. I could care less about her insults and disrespectful comments. I am very happy and in a great place in my life. I refuse to allow her barbarity to upset me or take me out of character.” And that’s exactly what Kim wanted. Again, I can’t help wondering if Kim gets paid per insult and now I want to know if she receives a bonus payment for getting a rise out of the actual cast members.
Cynthia stated the obvious: “Nothing was resolved at the Elephant Room.” And then she joked, “However, I was totally bummed that Kim didn’t allow Mbele to give her a spiritual bath with the bushes she mentioned. That alone would have been worth the wig, outfit, makeup, and lashes that I wasted. As happy as I was to leave, I would have stayed the night to see that, LOL!” Same, Cynthia.

Vanderpump Rules Recap: The 9 Lives Of Jax Taylor
Of all the things that make ZERO sense about Vanderpump Rules, the two that stand out the most are Kristen Doute and Patrick – Stassi Schroeder‘s, Zen For The Douchebag’s Soul, sometimes-boyfriend. Yes, for me, this has overshadowed the tedium of Jax Taylor behaving atrociously and getting away with it. Again.
For instance, why is Kristen going to the opening of James Kennedy‘s See You Next Tuesday DJ gig at SUR? Doesn’t she despise her cretin ex boyfriend with the passion of a thousand disturbed bees? Don’t ALL of them actually hate James?! Hasn’t the hatred of James Kennedy been a storyline for, oh, I dunno – the past 3 seasons?! Apparently Kristen would go to the opening of an envelope, though, and when being on Vanderpump Rules is your only J-O-B…
Also, why is Kristen suddenly buddy-buddy with Ariana Madix; palling around with her Charlie’s Angels-style to take down the evil villainous Jax? Also, I love when Kristen condemns Jax. As if she hadn’t once been an aggressive part of what made him so condemn-able. But, hey, people can change? Maybe she is a saintly honey pot when it comes to her relationship with Carter, a one-named mustachi-NO that has far out-stayed its hipster prime. Seriously hipster people (are they really people or mere approximations of cool manifestations?) – the ‘stache is dead! I guess, what I’m saying is there, by the grace of mustache, should go Kristen’s inclusion in this show. At least Stassi serves the comic relief purpose, but that too is outstaying its witty welcome.
But here we are at Brittany Cartwright‘s housewarming party. A party she’s throwing with the man who publicly cheated on her with her co-worker and acquaintance. Since it’s 1am at a party that looked bad to begin with and is now dissolving into worse, Ariana decides she’s bored of drinking and should acquaint Brittany with Jax’s audio assault. At the talon-manicured hands of Lala Kent, Ariana has discovered a post-coital recording Faith made which features Jax admitting he no longer finds Brittany sexually attractive. If there’s an individual sleazier than Jax, we may have found them in this Faith!
Brittany does not react well. It’s like RECORD SCRATCH: I AM CAPTAIN OBVIOUS INTERRUPTING THIS PARTY TO TELL YOU ALL WHAT A RAGING D-CKHEAD JAX IS! Then Brittany plays the recording on speaker so the entire party can be privy to Jax’s grotesque behavior. Jax FREAKS OUT, not cause he’s ashamed but because Brittany is dragging what is supposed to be a private matter between the two of them into the public. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAH
Yeah, that guy really is an incurably diseased dick.
The girls huddle around Brittany, rapt with awe, as she plays the recording, while the boys escort raging-Jax to the safety and serenity of Tom Schwartz‘s embassy. This time Jax did not make his escape via motorized scooter.
James remained in enemy lair, curiously observing, because James is the detective of bad deeds and also my single favorite person on Pump Rules. I have always secretly adored James, and now he’s the underdog hero of this show. Like a White Kan’tye Superman. (*PLEASE NOTE HEAVY SARCASM except for the liking James part – that’s true.) James lasts about 6 seconds in girl-world before he chastised the girls for turning Brittany into a heathen, and is screeched into submission by the WeHo Witches Coven. James flees, grabbing handfuls of alcohol, to the boys den where he’s no less safe since Jax is well-aware that he released the audio to the wolves. James Kennedy, king of the no-man’s land!
Actually, James snickers that he stole Faith’s phone one drunken night, smuggled it into a bar bathroom, and sent the audio to himself before passing it along to Lala. Oh, devious little gremlin – you make TV fun again!]
Jax doesn’t know this (yet), but he’s still mad enough to fling Tom 2‘s phone across the room into the wall. Jax insists it’s his phone, but Tom clutches his Coors can fretfully, rushes over to pick up the pieces like he always does. Tom 1 , however, has placed his ire in Ariana because she should’ve known better than to let a drunk Brittany hear the audio.
Ariana, again, has bad timing when she and Kristen join together (safety of hatred in numbers!) to inform Jax that he isn’t allowed to return home. Instead Tom confronts Ariana about her s0-called bad judgement for getting involved in Jax and Brittany’s mess. Oh that’s rich, Tom. Like a $100,000 investment in Tom Tom rich. Because this is coming from Tom, the guy defending Jax! Ariana screams back at Tom for defending Jax and – duh: getting involved. Plus it’s not her fault – the recording was ON LALA’s PHONE! That means her ears were held hostage? The whole time Kristen hovered, with glee, that finally Ariana and Sandoval are fracturing. It’s what she’s wanted for years and years because Ariana is a cheating, thieving harlot. Or maybe Kristen is over that and they’re on the path to bestie-dom?
After Ariana storms out, Tom remains behind to hold Jax’s head and wipe his tears. Tom was actually the one crying, pretending it was for Jax’s broken heart, as the tears snaked through his foundation and made his bronzer uneven. Oh, Lisa Vanderpump, why have you not bottled all these SUR-ver tears and made a Teartini yet? Clearly the cryings of these people leak straight alcohol!
The next morning, Jax returns home, but he is STILL not shame-faced and humbled. Instead he’s furious at Brittany for broadcasting his bad behavior. As if it’s a secret. He literally tries to turn everything around, as if Brittany is the one who did something wrong! At first she started falling into his trap (again), but then she realized his obvious manipulation ploy and told him to get out while she went back to cleaning up the party mess. Yeah, he didn’t even offer to help! This guy is a serious sociopath, and Brittany needs help, but not from Sherri and her Jesus speaking some language that sounds like a mouth full of cracklins.
Meanwhile Lala, Tom 1, and Ariana matriculate to Scheana Marie‘s where there ate bagels. Everyone is hungover enough to consume carbs. Carbs really put Tom in a cranky mood, because AGAIN he starts yelling at Ariana – this time in front of everyone! He’s still mad that Ariana meddled with Jax and Brittany, which is why he’s also involving their friends in his drama by starting another big fight in front of them. Cause hypocrites for breakfast!
The real issues are that Tom feels like Ariana doesn’t respect him, and Ariana feels like Tom is always trying to take over her life and tell her how he could do it better. And clearly, Tom 1 is no judge of better. Ariana gets so mad she uses the dreaded “B word” – break-up. Poor Scheana, all she wanted to do was talk about herself and how Rob is the most amazing, courageous, inspiring, loyal man she knows who would never kiss another girl, but once again everyone else ruined everything by making it all about themselves. Do the photos on the wall tell visitors nothing? This is an ALL-SCHEANA; ALL THE TIME zone! Also Scheana has cupholders in her sofa…
The way Scheana adulates Rob reminds me a lot of the way Stassi acts around Patrick. Ugh, yes, we got another sighting of Man Bun Boy last night and he was in top form of being kind, generous, and not at all smarmy like over-cooked bacon left to congeal in its own grease. To say nothing of the standards of these people, Tom 2 also loves Patrick so much he put on pants that don’t contain an elastic waist, then blabbers about his drunken hook-up. Even worse, Katie Maloney mentions that Stassi’s ex, Jax, is SUCH A PSYCHO. How embarrassing to have all your bad adulting on display in front of this adult super person with such adult hair and adult over-sized t-shirts from the Kanye BEST Kollection!
Patrick provides Tom with some helpful advice about mythical rain and the power of umbrellas, while Stassi squirms with mortification (a word she’s probably unable to define) hoping Pooprick doesn’t remember that she once dated Jax, and that his psycho may have been contagious. Maybe Patrick needs to stay gone and take Staphi-Infection with him?
Well, spoiler alert: Tom and Ariana don’t break up but they’re still not speaking by the time they return to work for James‘ See You Next Tuesday party.
Oh that James – he Is the witty one! A lightbulb floated over his head and he decided name his event after the play on words “See You Next Tuesday” since he’s at SUR every other Tuesday. Gee – who does this genius-guy think he is? Patrick! Actually I love it and so does Lisa, although she pretends not to. Truthfully Lisa was secretly overjoyed that James is finally getting his act together. Also I loved watching those two snicker over Jax’s moronic behavior.
Since James is riding high he skips over to the record studio to make new muzak. Bust out that aut0-tune kids, cause, Tom 1 is on his trumpet. Lala described Tom’s trumpeting as a “pack of baby dolphins learning to communicate for the first time,” then clarified, “but I love dolphins.” The dolphin description applies to how everyone on this show miscommunicates, however James was thrilled with the results, and it provided Tom the opportunity to put his emotions into his art.
See You Next Tuesday is a huge hit. SUR is packed, but clearly no one expected it would be. It seems Lisa invited ‘plants’ which would explain why Stassi, Kristen, and Jax – long-known James haters – are there. Jax was probably there to intimidate Brittany, who was working, and sadly, it works. Brittany confesses to Lisa that she’s not strong at the moment and doesn’t know what to do about Jax, who is still holed up in their apartment while they’re not speaking. Oh, Brittany…
Stassi, who knows from experience, encourages Brittany to walk away, because Jax will never change. But Brittany’s not ready to give up on reality TV weddings love. Her head is saying NO JAX, but her heart (and vagina) is saying YES JAX. To substantiate why Brittany should dump him, Lisa offers that Brittany looks better than she has in months. “Revenge Body!” quips Brittany.
While James is spraying glitter into the dancing crowd and minding his Ps & Qs, Scheana is running around like an idiot with a doomed romance with a bullhorn announcing that Rob would never be disloyal. First she corners Katie in the kitchen to insist they make a pact against discussing each other’s relationship. Scheana is mad that Katie spread retaliatory rumors about Rob in response to Scheana gossiping about Tom 2‘s drunken make-out. Katie denies it, even though that is EXACTLY what she did (and even admitted it to her friends), but agrees to keep Scheana’s faulty love affair out of her mouth.
Then Scheana goes to Jen Bush, originator of the tale and also part-time worker at Troca Madera, where the alleged mistress also works. Jen reveals that the girl in question is actually Rob’s ex. A new development! Jen also shares that Rob CAME to Toca Madera (without Scheana), started dancing with the ex, then kissed her. So, Rob likes to slum it with restaurant gals, eh? Rob assured Scheana that kiss was ONLY on the cheek, but a little lip maybe slipped in. Jen argues that Rob’s behavior was “more inappropriate than you’d want your boyfriend to be acting,” but Scheana feels vindicated in her own deluded dystopia denial-land. And now we know: the “most loyal man ever” did kiss another woman behind Scheana’s back! #Karma
At the tail end of James‘ gig, when the line for the bar finally depletes, Tom and Ariana find themselves behind SUR, by the dumpsters, where all significant things occur. They have a talk about how they don’t like to fight and they really like each other. So they vow to stop getting so caught up in the dramas of others and remember what matters: each other. See a little dumpster magic makes everything right!
The next day, Brittany calls her mom for advice about The Problem Of Jax. Sherri tells Brittany to “pray on it,” and the spirit in the sky preaches forgiveness. Good Christian Woman that Brittany is, despite the drinking, pre-marital sexing, lesbian hooking up-ing, and living in sin-ing, Brittany heeds God. Love will not be dimmed by the warming of another girl’s box (and iPhone Voice Memo)! She warns Jax that there are now rules: he must get in therapy, and change the way he talks to her. You’d think given that Jax cheated with a girl named Faith, Brittany may see that as a sign that the lord is leading her astray…
Jax tries to agree, but then instinctively starts to again blame Brittany. Now, though, Brittany has Jesus on her side and strongly reiterates that it’s HIS FAULT, so HE needs to fix it. I dunno BritBit…you’re making a deal with the devil. And you lie down with satan, you wake up in hell!
