Shannon Beador Explains How Tamra Judge Has Helped Her Weight Loss Goals
Say what you want about Shannon Beador, but she has no issue when it comes to putting herself out there on Real Housewives of Orange County– especially when it comes to her recent weight gain. She had no problem discussing jump in dress sizes (and blaming it on Vicki Gunvalson). She even took her top off to get an assessment from her trainer in front of the cameras- which was met to some brutal criticism.
Now that Shannon has dropped about some dead weight (David Beador), she’s more motivated than ever to get rid of any extra pounds and she has her bestie Tamra Judge there for support.
In an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Shannon admitted, “I am so grateful for my friendship with Tamra. She is such a supporter of me and she realizes that you have ups and downs.”
Shannon explained, “She’s been very supportive through my ups and downs because she cares about me and she definitely wants me to lose weight. She’s very proud of me now for where I am. It’s been really nice to have that support because whether I gain it back or whether I don’t, she’s my friend no matter what.” That seems like something Shannon needs- especially after all of the hate her trainer Dr. Tim got for keeping it real with her during a Real Housewives of Orange County episode.aQ1
Shannon said, “I know there’s been a lot of backlash about my trainer Dr. Tim saying ‘wow’ when I took my shirt off, but as a trainer, I appreciate and expect that sort of response from him because that’s what’s gonna motivate me into action. I would have been angry with him if he said ‘Oh you’re good.’ He needs to be hard on me because it kind of scared me like ‘You’ve got to change something because you’re not in a healthy place right now.'” Which makes sense. She’s paying him to lose weight, not to feed her lies.
Plus, these two relationships have given Shannon some much needed balance. She explains, “I appreciate his honesty because I have my friend Tamra that’s always there cheering me on. Both Dr. Tim and Tamra have been such an amazing and positive influence on me.”

In other Kim news, apparently she doesn’t want her Real Housewives Of Atlanta stint to come to an end and Kim is now admitting “never say never” when it comes to forgiving NeNe Leakes. Isn’t this about about 400th time we’ve heard this auto-tuned song and robotic dance?
What happened to Kim’s vow that she would never ever ever speak to NeNe again – even threatening legal action when NeNe accused Kim of being racist over roachgate? Of course NeNe is the (self-proclaimed) Queen Peach, and Kim’s stance has obviously changed.
Kim told Steve Harvey she would like an apology because NeNe’s “definitely done a little bit of damage this last time, with social media, and kind of her mouth.”
“Don’t mess with my man, my money or my kids — and we’re good,” Kim warned. No word on whether or not NeNe is also open to reconciliation, but I assume we’ll find out at the reunion, which is filming soon.

Dallas Housewives Stephanie Hollman, Brandi Redmond, & Kameron Westcott On Holiday Vacations – Photos
Season 2 of Real Housewives of Dallas was a million times better than anyone expected. After a first season that was seriously lacking, the Texas ladies came out strong for round two. Many Real Housewives fans feel like they outdid the Orange County Housewives whose show aired on the same night this past season. At this point, Dallas should air as the lead-in show for Orange County, which had a particularly dismal and uneventful season.
With that said, the Dallas cast members deserve a vacation after all of that drama and social media feuding. They’ve definitely earned it. Stephanie Hollman and her husband Travis Hollman headed to Cartagena, Colombia, to ring in the new year. Brandi Redmond, Bryan Redmond, and their two daughters went to Mexico for their holiday vacation. Kameron Westcott, her husband Court Westcott, and their two kids enjoyed Vail, Colorado, with other family members.
Stephanie and Travis spent some quality time together as a couple without their two sons at the pool and exploring different tourist destinations in Colombia. Brandi shared photos of her family in Mexico at the pool and even checking in at the airport.
Kameron spent time playing in the snow, skiing, and wearing a color that isn’t pink with her adorable kids. Even if you aren’t into looking at anything winter-related, seeing Kameron rock a color that isn’t pink is novel enough.

Southern Charm Cast Is Asked To “Tone Down Social Media” To Prevent Spoilers; Thomas Ravenel Was Allegedly Asked To Provide “Dramatic Ending” To Season
Before we know it, we will be blessed with a brand new season of Southern Charm. Obviously the seasons are filmed months before they air, so the fans are already aware of some major plot points. Cameran Eubanks is now a mother. Craig Conover and Naomie Olindo ended their relationship. Shep Rose may (or may not) have a girlfriend thanks to his spin-off show Relationshep. Thomas Ravenel is dating a woman named Ashley Jacobs who hasn’t appeared on the show yet. Kathryn Dennis is working at a Charleston department store. Landon Clements is not a part of the cast.
All of those aspects are very much public, so I can’t help wondering what else is going on. Are there any other story lines that have been kept under wraps? Or did too much information leak thanks to interviews and social media? It might actually be the latter since production (allegedly) wants the cast members to chill out when it comes to their social media posts.
According to a report from Page Six, “Production asked the cast to tone down their posts. They have a lot of time to edit before the season starts and they don’t want the cast to give away anything.” Maybe they should have given the cast this warning before they started filming the season instead of after.
A supposed “inside source” told Page Six that the producers wanted Thomas to deliver a “dramatic ending” to the season by breaking up or proposing to his girlfriend. As of now, there’s no word if either has actually happened, but asking someone to be your wife is going a little too far for the sake of a story line. Bravo hasn’t commented on any of this, so who knows what’s going on, but at least there’s a new Southern Charm season on the horizon.

Caitlyn Jenner “Didn’t Trust Kardashians” Enough To Tell Them About Gender Confirmation Surgery
Sometimes the only way to keep a secret is to keep it to yourself. That’s perfectly valid, but throwing people under the bus as individuals you “can’t trust” to keep private information private just isn’t the smartest (or nicest) move.
Speaking of, Caitlyn Jenner majorly shaded the Kardashian family (some of which she is and was related to). AGAIN.
It was all good between Caitlyn and the Kardashian side of the family until she dissed them and Kris Jenner specifically in her book. As expected, this offended that whole branch of the family.
Now Caitlyn is reigniting that family tension in a new interview with Piers Morgan that airs tonight on ITV. People shared quotes from the interview and I’m sure the Kardashian family group chat is blowing up at this very moment. Caitlyn said that she gave all of the family members copy of her book before it was released “except for the last few pages when I talked about gender confirmation [surgery].”
Why was that? She said, “I didn’t want them to leak it to the press, okay?” Whether that’s a valid concern or not is up for debate. One would think that they wouldn’t do that to a family member, then again, we really don’t know how things work behind the scenes of such a famous family. Nevertheless, it’s a pretty shitty comment to make publicly.
Caitlyn added, “And there was no reason for them to know about it.” Then she was asked if she trusted the Kardashians and Caitlyn said, “Of course not — of course I didn’t trust them.” She didn’t trust her own children and step children?
She continued, “I didn’t tell anybody. Why? It’s none of their business.” She emphasized, “It’s not that big a deal.” If it’s not “that big a deal” then why purposely exclude those pages when sharing the book with her family members? Probably because she did actually think that it was that “that big a deal.”
There’s nothing wrong with keeping something this significant private, but dissing the family on top of it just seems unnecessary.
