Kyle Richards Says She Is “In A Good Place” With Denise Richards

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards announced in September that she was exiting the show. She had a pretty rough season. RHOBH viewers saw Brandi Glanville allege that she had a sexual liaison with Denise. Denise, whose husband Aaron Phypers was annoying all season, denied the hookup.

The accusations divided the cast, and “OG” Kyle Richards sided with Brandi. But that wasn’t Kyle’s only issue with Denise. Kyle called out Denise for not engaging with her fellow Housewives and for walking away repeatedly. Denise did not want to discuss these hookup allegations on camera, but Kyle and her bestie Teddi Mellencamp would not be denied.

And let’s not forget that at Denise and Aaron’s backyard pizza party, Kyle came in hot. She ridiculed the diamond-shaped ice sculpture and mockingly called Denise “a ragamuffin.” Well I never! Such language in front of Denise’s children!

In an interview with US Weekly, Kyle shared that she and Denise have mended their relationship. Kyle said, “I never like leaving things hanging and having, you know, loose ends like that. And I’ve texted with her since then and we’re good.”

Kyle added, “We’re in a good place, but I would have loved to come back and work through all that, but you know, it didn’t end up that way but we can work it out off camera.” Kyle might not want to wait by the phone for Denise to call.

Of course, Kyle addressed using the word “ragamuffin” to describe Denise. “I said it in a not nice tone, that’s what I regret. But the word, honestly, my mom used to always, you know, call me a little ragamuffin. … It wasn’t like a horrible word, you know what I mean?” It certainly wasn’t a compliment, Kyle.

“It was just that night that I was, like, having a meltdown and I just didn’t like the tone. It didn’t feel like myself,” the actress said.

Kyle wasn’t a big fan of Season 10. “Our ratings were off the charts, but it was really one of my least favorite seasons, to be honest, just for me personally. When there’s crazy stuff going on, [the audience loves it], but it creates a lot of anxiety for me,” Kyle stated.  “And I was really exhausted because I was filming [the] Halloween movie at the same time and filming the Housewives and launching my clothing line, Kyle and Shahida.”

The RHOBH star added, “I felt exhausted. I looked exhausted, and I hated everything that was going on with the drama with women. It was just too much,” she said. “So, I’m happy to, like, start fresh.”

In the video interview, Kyle also revealed that she is also in a good place with Brandi. “Yeah. These past years she’s been nothing but nice to me.” It is crazy that Kyle gets along with Brandi but has no relationship with former bestie and RHOBH alum Lisa Vanderpump. For someone who doesn’t enjoy drama, Kyle always finds herself in the center of it.

Stephanie Hollman Understands Why Tamra Judge Wouldn’t Accept A Smaller Role On Real Housewives; Says It’s A “Slap In The Face”

Bravo didn’t originally intend for us to have a Tamra Judge-free season of Real Housewives of Orange County. Andy Cohen confirmed that Tamra was offered a three-episode role to wrap up her story.

That’s far from the full-time role Tamra had for years. Truthfully, that’s actually very far off from a part-time role as a Friend of the Housewives. That’s basically a cameo appearance.

Real Housewives of Dallas star Stephanie Hollman and her podcast co-host Trey Stewart discussed the current Real Housewives of Orange County season. Stephanie asked Trey, “Did you miss Tamra and Vicki [Gunvalson]?”

Trey echoed my exact sentiments when he said, “No, only because of their recent online antics. But, I do wish that Tamra would have taken Bravo’s offer to do the first three episodes and close out her storyline as a character.”

That’s when Stephanie weighed in, based on her own Real Housewife experience. Stephanie said, “See, if I were her, I don’t think I would have done it.” By “it,” she’s referring to actually taking a smaller role on the show.

Stephanie said, “I have not quit the show or been fired or whatever happens to all the girls that happens to, but I’m sure that it’s like a really big blow to the ego. I mean, probably, especially for Vicki, because she’s like the [one] who started it.”

She went on to explain, “I think with anything else, if you get fired, maybe you don’t take it so personally.”

Stephanie added, “For Housewives, it’s very different because it’s so personal. You’re let go because of who you are as a person. So, I get that’s really, really difficult.”

“I can see why she didn’t do it because I think it would be really, really hard to come in and be a ‘Friend of’ or be in a lesser role, when you’ve [been full-time]. Even for me, I’ve only done it for five years. I could never come back and do a lesser role,” Stephanie remarked.

Stephanie said, “It would feel like a little bit of a slap in the face. I’ve always been like ‘You want all of me or none of me’ and I think she’s probably the same.” Except that Tamra is desperate for money and relevancy.

Stephanie told Trey, “I get what you’re saying [about wanting Tamra to finish out her storyline] and the audience wishes that would have happened.” Stephanie concluded, “I get why she wouldn’t do it, it’s her value she’s putting on herself: ‘I’m worth full-time and that’s all I’m gonna take.'”

I get where Stephanie is coming from, but let’s not forget that Luann de Lesseps and Porsha Williams each got knocked down to part-time for one season. Then, they bounced back, they’ve been full-time ever since, and they’ve both been thriving. Then again, there’s the Vicki of it all, which was a cautionary (and desperate) tale.

Big Brother 22 Episode 36 Recap: Round 1 Final HOH

This is the final week of Big Brother All-Stars, and we will have the winner crowned in just a couple of days. The final three were set and finalized once Christmas Abbott was evicted by the sole voter, Cody Calafiore, after he won the final Power of Veto competition. Now, either Cody, Nicole Franzel, or Enzo Palumbo will be taking home $500,000 and the Big Brother All-Star title in 2020.

For those of you unfamiliar, the final head of household competition is played in three separate rounds. All three houseguests will play in the first round, and the winner of that round won’t have to play again until the third and final round. The second round is played by the losers of the first round. The final and most important round is played by the first-round winner and second-round winners to determine the final HOH. The final HOH will choose between the other two houseguests on which one they wish to take to the final two where the jury will vote for the winner.
