RHONY used to be light and fun. But then Bethenny left, and so did everyone who knew how to tell a coherent story other than drunken fighting. Also: Who is Elyse and why is she everywhere?
Real Housewives of Orange County’s resident youngin Gina Kirschenheiter was a bit of an underdog when it came to casting. She wasn’t your typical, over-botoxed Orange County housewife. Hell, she wasn’t even from Orange County – Gina hails from Long Island, NY. But since she joined the cast in season 13, she’s beat the odds on how long fans thought she would stay. As a testament to her staying power, she’s coming back for this upcoming season, which is currently filming.
But Gina has been through more than her fair share of drama since starting the show. As a housewife, she has been mostly unscathed. Her big fights consisted of going toe to toe with Vicki Gunvalson about not believing in God. But her personal life is another story. Back in 2018, Gina filed for divorce from her husband of 8 years, Matt Kirschenheiter. While they tried a few times to reconcile, Matt was arrested for domestic violence against Gina. He was charged with felony “corporal injury – on spouse/cohabitant” and felony “False imprisonment effected by violence, menace, fraud, or deceit.” Pretty heavy stuff.
Unfortunately for Gina, the now-finalized divorce itself seemed just as contentious. It’s no wonder she might be willing to do whatever it takes to get their ongoing court battle for a financial settlement over with. According to documents obtained by The Blast, Gina and Matt have reached an agreement where she will get a lump sum by giving up child and spousal support.
The exes’ previous order had Matt paying Gina $10K a month in child support. But Matt had been trying to make Gina pay him monthly support thanks to her RHOC paychecks.
The new deal they struck up means Matt won’t pay any child support, which apparently is no loss since sources say he never paid Gina anything to begin with. He also won’t have to pay her spousal support. They did agree to split $467,127.39 held in their joint retirement account. Gina will be paid $231,563.70.
Thankfully, this new agreement will finally put an end to their involvement, outside of raising their children. I’m sure Gina will be to be done with it, as she’s moved on with a new boyfriend. For Matt’s part, he pleaded not guilty to the charges and is awaiting trial. He faces up to 7 years in jail on felony charges.

Oh Rinna, what’s wrong, girl? Cease and desist got your tongue? As viewers have learned, Lisa Rinna is not happy with the virtual Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion. While fans are in the midst of Season 10, the alleged hook up no one wants to see has yet to occur. Thankfully, Brandi Glanville of the Always Trying To Be Relevant Glanvilles, is lurking around the corner to stir things up.
Rinna has previously blabbed implied the supposed “affair” between very-married Denise Richards and eternally-single Brandi is now an off-limits topic. While we should be thankful some of these purported details will remain unknown, Lisa is yelling from the rooftops that former friend Denise is a “phony AND a narcissist” after the reunion taping. Lisa also labeled the reunion as “bullshit”, stay classy y’all! Now Andy Cohen is responding to these comments, and Daddy might have to put someone in time out.
To say Rinna was butthurt over Brandi not being on the reunion is putting it mildly. She has also turned into the NeNe Leakes of social media by posting passive-aggressive jabs at her co-star and mentioning the word “phony” approximately 437 times. Someone remind me what Rinna’s storyline is again (crickets). You know poor Harry Hamlin is sitting there begging Canada to please open the borders… After Rinna’s pleas for attention constant rambling on the “bullshit reunion”, Andy is finally stepping in.
According to Us Weekly, Andy doesn’t agree with Lisa’s opinion of the reunion at all. He said, “[Rinna] said it was ‘bulls-t.’ She was really upset that Brandi was not there. And I was not.” I know Brandi is Kyle Richards’ new BFF, but I feel like not too many people were having a sad day due to her absence.
Andy also shared, “We were going back and forth about whether she should come, spoke to Brandi about it. And I think when you see the finale, you will see, I don’t know. … But the bottom line is, we will all hear from Brandi.” Translation: Brandi will get a one-on-one with Andy and a bottle of rosé. Goody, she can’t talk about Denise so we’ll get a whole hour about how it’s Lisa Vanderpump’s fault she is in this position.
Well, there you have it. Rinna will have to come to terms with legal documents and Brandi will have to channel Jackie Collins and maybe get a book deal about the ALLEGED scandalous affair that absolutely never happened. It almost makes you miss #puppygate. Almost.

Below Deck star Captain Lee Rosbach is one of those reality stars that you can’t help but trust. He’s such a credible and knowledgeable man. Who wouldn’t want to work with and learn from him?
Well, apparently, I’m not the only one who thinks so highly of the Below Deck OG. Some scammers decided to pretend to be Captain Lee in an effort to lure people into paying to apply for cruise ship jobs. I’m very green when it comes to the yachting industry (other than watching this show, obviously), but since when do you have to pay money to apply for a job opportunity? That doesn’t make any sense to me. However, plenty of people fell for the scam and forked over money for a chance to work with Captain Lee.
Page Six reported that these scammers pretended that Captain Lee was a recruiter for the Princess cruise line. They created a fake passport using a photo from a Bravo promotional photo in an effort to confirm that it was really Captain Lee recruiting people for these job opportunities. They charged an application fee of 15,000 Indian rupees, which is about $200 in the United States.
These same scammers have been pulling the same stunt, advertising other faux job opportunities on Facebook.
This was the message that those fools attributed to Captain Lee: “I want you to know I am a God fearing man and we treat [our] workers like our own family and also increase there [sic] salary after one month of work.” Again, why would anyone pay to apply for a job?
The ad promised a $7K monthly salary as well.
Apparently, Captain Lee found out about this scam because some of the hopeful employees emailed his real website asking about the legitimacy of the job listing.

One of the most stand out couples this season on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way are Princeton, NJ native Ariela Weinberg and her boyfriend Biniyam Shibre. At the beginning of the season, Ariela was 7 months pregnant with Biniyam’s baby. She was ready to give up modern conveniences to move to Ethiopia so they could raise their child together.
It seems as though the move to Ethiopia isn’t her first adventure, but rather another part of an already interesting story. We don’t know too much more about her pre-reality TV life, but viewers noticed some obvious scars from her past.
While seeing Ariela in a sleeveless dress last week, fans started to notice several horizontal scars on her arms that looked like they had been self-inflicted. Starcasm shared a screenshot of Ariela’s Instagram Story where she discussed the scars on her arm. She wrote, “It has come to my attention that people are interested to know about the scars on my arms. I want to say that yes they are self-inflicted”.
She explained, “I had a tumultuous adolescence as so many others have had. I started questioning the world and my life from a young age. I could not find peace with myself nor the world I was living in. And this was my answer at the time”.
Ariela didn’t cite any specific examples of her struggles in her post. However, she did say, “I will make a video elaborating on it and how I came to change. But this is the truth of my life and I am not ashamed”.
Hopefully, Ariela’s story of overcoming her trauma and finding healthy coping methods will reach any struggling viewers experiencing similar issues. She concluded her post with “Thanks to all those who reached out to support me and those who were brave enough to share their own stories”.
It’s good to know she has moved on from her past, and will hopefully be able to help others in a similar situation through the 90 Day Fiance platform.

During a recent interview with Dolores for Hollywoodlife, Frankie popped in to confirm that not only is he is also in a relationship, but he still has nothing but love for Gia.
“She’s got a boyfriend,” Frankie continued, maintaining that the two reality stars are still “Very close. We both get along very well. She has a nice boyfriend as well. I’m very happy for her. She’s so nice too. Mom is a huge fan.”
Dolores explained that the timing is just not right for the young couple. “You know, I was there when he [learned about her boyfriend]. It’s not the right time [for them right now]. Timing is everything. We all know how I feel about Gia, but it’s not the right time.”
“I’m not all for young relationships,” Dolores continued, “And I think that when you have somebody, a very serious relationship at an age where you should be finding yourself and growing in college, it’s not the time to meet somebody unless it’s your later years.”
“[Gia‘s] a freshman,” Dolores concluded. “She needs to live a life, study abroad. I don’t know about now with the way the world is, but I always said travel, use that time to grow and learn about life, and see things that Teresa and I never got to see. We weren’t allowed to go away to college.”
It seems clear that both Gia and Frankie have bright futures ahead of them regardless of what they choose to do. RHONJ fans will just have to stay tuned to see what the future holds for this power couple.

What could have been missing from the Real Housewives of New York seasonal trip to the Berkshires? It’s not over yet, but the RHONY ladies already had an explosive blowup, fueled by a copious amount of alcohol,
Luann de Lesseps massive ego, and Dorinda Medley’s unhinged behavior. Sonja Morgan was cheerfully tipsy until she brought up the lack of compensation for appearing in Luann’s cabaret. The evening went to hell quickly afterward.
Would the evening have ended differently if the guest list was altered? The perfect person would have long-standing relationships with most of the women, would be able to speak up to Dorinda, and would be desperate to get back on the show. That sounds like Jill Zarin. And two weeks ago, Jill was indignantly claiming that Dorinda had blocked her from participating in the cast trip. After seeing last week’s episode, did Jill really feel like she missed out on something?
Since the disastrous first night at Blue Stone Manor aired, Dorinda replied to Jill’s claim regarding blocking her from the guest list. Dorinda appeared on Watch What Happens Live last week, where she dished on her relationships with RHONY alumni.
First, Dorinda was asked if she keeps in touch with Bethenny Frankel. She replied, “Absolutely. I keep in touch with a lot of the old housewives.”
When Andy Cohen asked Dorinda about Jill, she joked, “Who’s that?”
Andy persisted, and pointed out that Dorinda’s friendships with Sonja, Luann, and Ramona Singer would have put her in social situations with Jill throughout the years.
Dorinda finally addressed Jill’s social media post about the Berkshires trip. She said, “Jill just wrote me a text like three weeks ago wanting to give me a free outdoor carpet in this big long text. And then I saw this.”
Does Dorinda have the upper hand over production to create the guest list? Dorinda said no. “I didn’t even know I had the right to invite non-cast members on a cast party,” she explained, “that’s really not anything….It was bizarre.”
The Berkshires trip is always a hot mess of fights and drama. Is an invite there so desirable?

There has not been enough of Camille Grammer this season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Last season’s reunion pitted Camille against everyone and resulted in Camille crying and walking off the set.
It was great seeing some familiar faces from RHOBH attend another one of Kyle Richards’ parties on the July 15 episode of the show. This one was for charity, so I am here for it. Camille was joined by blasts from the past Eileen Davidson, Kim Richards, Adrienne Maloof, and Brandi Glanville.
After Kyle and Camille made peace, Kyle thought that maybe Camille could mend her relationship with some of the Beverly Hills ladies. But when Lisa Rinna arrived at the party, she was ready to rumble.
According to HollywoodLife, Rinna confronted Camille about posting and liking “mean” tweets about the cast. “Camille, you were an a—hole on Twitter. I’m going to say that to you. But it’s nice to see you. I don’t have any beef with you, but you were an a—hole on Twitter. I didn’t like that,” Rinna stated. “I didn’t like the ‘trash’ comment, I don’t like the ‘you guys are like a coven of witches.’ … You didn’t have to do it in a public way.”
Camille, being Camille, replied, “You just called me an a—hole. That’s not a great hello. I think I’ll pass on that. Thank you.”
In her confessional, Camille shaded Rinna again. “Who’s the a—hole? Rinna, it’s you. If you don’t want to talk to me now, I guess I’m just going to have to tweet about this later.” Boom! Mic drop.
RHOBH viewers have watched Rinna and Denise Richards go at it all season, and it is obvious that Denise no longer trusts her long-time friend. Rinna even recently called Denise a “phony” in her Instagram Story.
While Brandi has stated that she and Denise had a romantic encounter, Denise has denied it. Denise also buried the RHOBH cast and crew in cease and desist letters, which we assume are about the alleged affair. So, when Camille saw an opening to diss Rinna from the comments on Denise’s Instagram photo, you know she took it.
Denise posted a photo of herself wearing a black mask and holding up a script for The Bold and the Beautiful in front of her face. She wrote, “48 pages of dialogue @boldandbeautifulcbs after taping #rhobh reunion yesterday. Silly me to have the pages close by thinking I could memorize them in the middle of housewives drama. Got through today though!! Two full weeks back at work after 4 months off, very happy & very grateful- episodes airing soon!!”
HollywoodLife reported that Camille commented with heart and applauding hand emojis. A fan posted about the epic fight between Camille and Rinna on RHOBH and wrote, “@therealcamille so glad you were on last night. You kept it classy when Rinna was showing what an a-hole SHE is.”
“Thank you! She’s A rude A-hole,” Camille responded. That’s Camille–always keeping it classy! Can we please give this woman a diamond next season?

This Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season seemed like it was shaping up to be everyone against Denise Richards. However, she has at least one person in her corner, Garcelle Beauvais. Garcelle joined the show after having years-long friendships with both Denise and Lisa Rinna. Denise and Lisa had 20 years of friendship under their belts when Denise became a Housewife.
Welp, that’s clearly out the window. The tension between Lisa and Denise is palpable on the show. Not to mention that Rinna has been calling out Denise and blatantly shading her for months. It seems like the recent reunion taping did not go well because of those cease and desist letters that Denise sent out to the cast and production.
While Lisa has completely turned against Denise, Garcelle is very adamant with her support for her friend. When a fan asked, “are you team Denise or not. We need to know,” Garcelle tweeted, “Team @DENISE_RICHARDS.”
A different viewer wrote, “But Denise doesn’t seem to acknowledge much that Garcelle has been a friend to her and had her back,” which prompted Garcelle to tweet “keep watching the show.”
A fan tweeted, “I have never understood why the woman don’t get that Denise can be a conservative mom and wild girlfriend/wife. They are two completely different situations!” In response, Garcelle said, “Totally agree makes no sense.”
Additionally, Garcelle responded to a bunch of viewers who asked Garcelle about how the reunion taping went. She teased, “Let’s just say I survived it.” She told someone else, “Let’s just say some people show their true colors!! it was hard.”
While the taping may have been “hard,” it’s not difficult to guess who Garcelle was talking about. She and Denise unfollowed Lisa soon after the taping. Not only that, but Garcelle also posted this Maya Angelou quote: “When people show you who you are, believe them.”
