This is a hard night to predict. Not only for the Celebrity Big Brother 2 houseguests but the audience as well, which makes it all the more exciting. On yesterday’s Big Brother 2019 episode, we saw Head of Household Kato Kaelin nominate Tamar Braxton and Dina Lohan for eviction.
Kato started the week wanting Dina out the game. He thought she was coming for him. However, his “alliance” members Lolo Jones and Natalie Eva Marie kept trying to nudge him in the direction of backdooring Joey Lawrence or Ryan Lochte. After Lolo helped smooth things over between Ricky Williams and Tom Green, Kato and him were more willing to go after Ryan or Joey.
Tonight could really go anyway depending on who wins the Power of Veto. We’re going to make our best attempt to look at various variables and analyze the possible outcome from them.
If Ricky, Lolo, Eva Marie, Dina, or Tamar win the Power of Veto, then Joey or Ryan is probably going up on the block. Kato seems a bit hopeful about possibly working with Ryan, so he might just try to take out Joey to gain Ryan as an ally and not piss his alliance of too much. However, we expect Ricky, Lolo, and Eva Marie to be very insistent that Ryan goes up and out. Kato would really have to stand his ground if he wants to save Ryan.
If Ryan or Joey win Veto, the nominations are likely to stay the same. Then Dina will likely go out the Celebrity Big Brother 2 door.
Eva Marie votes to evict Dina
Lolo votes to evict Dina
Tom votes to evict Dina
Kandi votes to evict Dina
Ryan votes to evict Tamar
Joey votes to evict Tamar
Ricky votes to evict Dina
Dina is evicted by a five to two vote.
If Tom, Kandi, or Kato win the Veto, we have no clue what they’ll do with it. All three are likely to just try to throw the competition or keep nominations the same. In that event, Dina still leaves.
So unless Tamar does something completely insane, which is not out of the realm of possibilies, she should be safe tonight. Ryan or Dina have the highest percentage of leaving, followed closely by Joey.

In the 37-season history of Survivor, there have been 98 hidden immunity idols, and women have found 17 of those.
The very first week of Celebrity Big Brother 2 has come to a close, and we’re on the heels of the second eviction of the season. It’s been a wild 12 days with blindsides, arguments, and emotions at an all-time high. With such a crazy bunch of Celebrity Big Brother houseguests, it’s hard to really pin point who is playing a game that will get them the win.
Let’s assess where these houseguests stand moving forward in our very first Power Rankings of the season:
Natalie Eva Marie
Currently, I think Eva Marie is playing the best Celebrity Big Brother game. She’s at the center of everything, but nobody really notices. It also greatly helps her that her closest ally Lolo Jones is seen as a bigger physical threat and a bigger personality. It’s very unlikely that Natalie would be evicted before Lolo, and I don’t even think Lolo is an immediate target for most of them.
If she can remain the level-headed one in her bedroom, and keep everyone liking her, she’ll be there on finale night. She has a good shot at the win.
Kato Kaelin
Kato has probably made himself a bigger target of by winning Head of Household, but he’s made minimal waves and he’s generally well-liked in there. He could be a target for some of the outsiders. But if up against Tom Green, I think it’s likely he’d stay because he’s not seen as much of a gamer as Tom, even if he is the one winning the competitions.
Tom Green
While he’s sort of pulling the puppet strings on Kato, he definitely isn’t getting his way as much as he’d like to. And despite working his way in with Lolo, Natalie, and Ricky Williams, I still think he’s seen as more expendable than many of them. He’s also got to watch his paranoia because he’s getting himself worked up over nothing most of the time.
Kandi Burruss
Kandi is not doing a lot of overt strategizing, but everyone in the house likes her. She sort of floats between groups. Having survived the first eviction, I think she’s in a good spot to go deep. Eventually Kandi is going to need to win some stuff or work her own agenda but for now, she’s in a decent position and can make a deep run. Even Tamar Braxton might not be after her at the moment.
Lolo Jones
While Lolo can be a hothead sometimes, she’s got a pretty strong alliance and a good shot to win most competitions. She’s in a good position. But if someone decides to take a swing at her and Natalie, it’s most likely to come down on her. Lolo has shown that she’s got some chops though, and I’m thinking that she could work herself into a much better position if she continues to gameplay like that. Lolo also needs to keep away from the drama with Tamar.
Ricky Williams
Ricky is sort of in with Natalie and Lolo, but I think they are ultimately expendable to him. Lolo did him a huge favor with Tom by getting him to reaffirm that bond. Now he’s not on anyone’s list right away, but I still think Ricky is not super protected. The other side could also easily go after him as well, since he was a big part of taking Jonathan Bennett out, and they know it.
Dina Lohan
Dina could be in trouble on Monday if Ryan or Joey win the Power of Veto. Everyone likes her, but she’s not really valuable to anyone. She never should have been in trouble during a Kato Head of Household, but here we are. He is clearly not all that wise to what he should be doing, and Dina could pay the price for that.
Tamar Braxton
Tamar is a mess. Every other day she’s fighting with her allies and she can’t let things go either. If she’s lucky, they’ll keep her as someone easy to beat in competitions towards the end. But she could land in the crosshairs easily any week because of her attitude and combativeness.
Joey Lawrence
It’s clear to all the houseguest that he doesn’t care about being there, so he’ll likely to continue to be a pawn week after week. This also makes him not a threat and he could actually make it deep, but it’s unlikely he fights hard for his life in the game ever especially if his allies continue to be picked off.
Ryan Lochte
He’s very likely to be backdoored this week, and even if he survives, I think he’ll be a big target still. I thought he had a shot to make himself look alone and weak, but it’s hard for a decorated Olympian like himself to hide. We’ll see how it goes with the Power of Veto tomorrow. If he survives the night, he could work his way up.

The Celebrity Big Brother 2 players are kind of at a game pause, because of the fact that the Power of Veto competition and ceremony doesn’t happen until tonight. They can only plan for possible scenarios. On Saturday night, Lolo Jones and Natalie Eva Marie convinced Head of Household Kato Kaelin to try to backdoor Ryan Lochte this week.
He wasn’t sure about it, but he wanted to remain loyal to his group. Yesterday in the Celebrity Big Brother 2 house, he was more on board with taking out Ryan or Joey Lawrence on Monday’s live eviction. Tom Green still wasn’t sure if he could or should trust Ricky Williams. He tried to convince Kato to nominate Ricky as a backdoor plan instead.
Lolo worked hard to ensure that Ricky made it seem like he really wanted to align with Tom and Kato. He even coached Ricky about the things to say, including telling him to appoint Tom as the person in charge of naming the alliance. Lolo’s coaching seems to have worked, because Tom shifted his focus off Ricky and was okay with the backdoor plan.
Ryan saw the writings on the wall, and tried to play defensively. Dina Lohan, Joey, and Ryan discussed trying to form a new alliance with them plus Ricky, Tamar Braxton, and Kandi Burruss. They weren’t sure about whether they could trust Ricky, and they knew for sure Lolo, Eva Marie, Tom, and Kato were in an alliance.
Joey and Ryan knew that Kato planned to backdoor one of them, so they tried to pitch to him why he shouldn’t execute that plan. They also asked Kato if they should pack. He didn’t confirm his plan to backdoor them, but he made it pretty obvious. Joey and Ryan also agreed that they wouldn’t use the Veto if one of them won it, because then they could avoid the backdoor plan. They would vote out Tamar in this instance.
Tamar found herself a little annoyed by her alliance. She believed that they abandoned her and that she was the real target for the week. Others tried to tell her that this was not the case, but she was convinced it was all a plan to get her out. They encouraged her to just keep working her social game.
Going into tonight’s Celebrity Big Brother, we have no clue about the possible outcome. Right now too many variables keep things from going one way or the other.

The biggest timeslot of the year is going to a brand-new reality show, judged in part by RuPaul.
The first casualty of the Celebrity Big Brother 2 was sent packing last Friday evening. During the live vote, Jonathan Bennett was evicted by a vote of 6 to 1 to 0 over Kandi Burruss and Joey Lawrence, respectively. Jonathan was seen as a major threat in the Big Brother house by his celebrity peers which ultimately cost him the game. Ryan Lochte was Head of Household during the first week, and Jonathan was his final two and ride-or-die. Needless to say, Ryan’s reign as HOH did not go as planned or in his favor especially considering both he and Jonathan felt untouchable.
Now that Jonathan is out of the game, Ryan must find another celeb to partner with in the game. He has already burned bridges with his fellow teammate from the summer Olympics, Lolo Jones. If Lolo or her cohort in crime Natalie Eva Marie win the next HOH, Ryan may be the next houseguest to be packing his bags to interview with Julie Chen Moonves. Tonight’s HOH competition is critical to reclaim power in the Celebrity Big Brother house for all of the houseguests.
Fallout From Jonathan’s Eviction
Ryan immediately vowed to come after Lolo and company now that his ride or die has been evicted from the game. The house is questioning who placed the lone vote for Kandi to be evicted. To Tamar Braxton et al., Dina Lohan is the obvious choice that voted against the house and for Kandi to be evicted. Dina has a long history with Dina’s daughter, Lindsey Lohan going back many years to when they both starred in the hit teen movie, Mean Girls.
The girls in the house become suspicious that Dina is now working with the boys in the Big Brother house being that she voted to evict Kandi. Tamar can’t understand why the other girls are questioning who made the rogue vote for Kandi. To her, the answer is completely obvious. In addition, she doesn’t seem to care what the fuss is all about. Natalie explains that the vote count is extremely important in the Big Brother game. True!
Head of Household Competition
Time for the next HOH competition. This is an endurance challenge with a Rock’n Roll theme and is titled Rock Til Ya Drop. The celebs must hang onto an intermediate forward leaning wall while being pounded by things synonymous with a Rock concert such as sugar, jello shots, and beer in plastic cups with coasters. The last celebrity standing wins HOH.
Tom Green was the first casualty to fall from the wall and was eliminated from the competition followed closely by Kandi. Ricky Williams hit the deck next. Then Tamar started to have a nervous breakdown. She is afraid of heights so was afraid to jump down. The drama was off the charts by Tamar. After a few screams, Tamar finally made it off the wall and was eliminated.
At one hour and 13 minutes, Dina fell off the wall. Lolo comes down next. Then Dina starts to root against Kato Kaelin, and encourages Joey to keep hanging onto the wall. The pep talk didn’t work, and he was next to drop. With Natalie and Kato left, Kato eventually won and is crowned the next HOH in Celebrity Big Brother 2, after making a deal to keep Natalie safe this week.
Block Nominee Talks and Gameplay
Ryan is the first houseguest to come crawling to Kato looking to be saved from the block. He promises an alliance to Kato and reminds Kato about the girls and their alliance in the house. Tamar and Natalie have a private convo about the nominations and Tamar is very worried she will be put up on the block.
Kato confides to Ricky that Tamar and Dina are his top choices for block nominees at this point. He is also considering Ryan as he is the biggest threat in the house right now. Kato is over Tamar’s messy ways, and he is out for revenge with Dina’s comment during the HOH competition when Kato was trying to get Joey to drop and Dina insisted he stayed in the game. Kato took that comment very seriously and against him personally.
Lolo and Tamar get into a screaming match because Tamar takes offense when Lolo doesn’t believe her about Dina lying to everyone about Kato’s intentions with the eviction vote. Things escalate quickly between the two. Apparently this has been brewing between the two of them for a fews days as Lolo accuses Tamar of being upset with someone every single day inside the Big Brother house.
Lolo takes the high road and apologizes to Tamar for the way she handled things and popped off so easily. Tamar accepts her apology and they hug it out just in time for the nominations ceremony. Here we go!
Block Nominations Ceremony
Kato decided to nominate Tamar and then Dina to the block for eviction this week. Kato explained to Dina that she was nominated for rooting against him during the HOH competition. Tamar was told that she was too messy in the house and always says she wants to go home as she misses her children. Tamar didn’t take the news well and vows not to speak with Kato. Not a smart move in the Big Brother house.
Tune in tomorrow night for the Power of Veto competition and the next celebrity live eviction.
