Kenya Moore has just twirled back to Real Housewives of Atlanta, and the drama is already in full swing. Kenya recently announced her split from her husband of two years, Marc Daly. The couple wed in 2017, and Kenya gave birth to their daughter, Brooklyn Doris, on November 4, 2018.
Kenya lost her peach after Season 10 of RHOA because she refused to show her life with her new husband on camera. Kenya has her spot back, but she took a large pay cut to return. She earned $1.5 million for appearing on Season 10. For Season 12, Kenya is pocketing $500,000.
Kenya told People in a statement, “It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly. Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby. She was made in love and true commitment,” Kenya stated. “I ask for our privacy to be respected moving forward.”
So, what caused the split between Marc and Kenya? According to US Weekly, Marc was allegedly unfaithful to his wife. RHOA viewers will also see the blistering argument that caused the couple’s split because the Bravo cameras were rolling. The blow-up occurred when Kenya confronted Marc at an event that he was hosting. According to RadarOnline, a source said that “Marc told Eva’s [Marcille’s] husband [Michael Sterling] that he is tired of Kenya’s s**t. He called her an attention whore.” And then Kenya found out what her dear hubby said.
Page Six is now reporting that Kenya threw some shade at NeNe Leakes during an interview with TMZ. Kenya was asked what happened to their former friendship. “I don’t know, it’s definitely an issue within her. I don’t know why she’s so intimidated by me, but I really just wish that she would get herself together,” Kenya said. “I come in peace, but she just always seems to find a way to be bothered.” Kenya added that NeNe’s “true colors had to come out at some point.”
When TMZ asked Kenya why she bothered NeNe so much, Kenya had her answer ready. “I mean, you know… I’m fabulous, Honey. Look at me. I’m fabulous!” Kenya certainly isn’t shy.
Kenya was also asked if she thought that NeNe was a bully. “Oh, she’s absolutely a bully. She’s bullied everyone on the show,” Kenya responded. “That’s the truth!”
When the reporter for TMZ said that RHOA co-star Eva was now on NeNe’s bandwagon, Kenya disagreed. “Eva’s on my bandwagon … Nene has very few friends on this show, real friends,” Kenya stated. And Kenya doesn’t plan to take any love advice from NeNe. “I don’t take any kind of advice from Nene, definitely not about wigs,” Kenya quipped.
Last season, at Cynthia Bailey’s infamous wine cooler launch, NeNe was furious when Kenya arrived. NeNe called the very-pregnant Kenya a “monster.” She also ended her friendship with Cynthia because Cynthia didn’t get NeNe’s stamp of approval for the guest list. And there was that little incident when NeNe ripped a cameraman’s shirt to pull him out of her closet. Seriously–can Bravo host the next reunion from NeNe’s closet? I want to know what is in there!
According to RadarOnline, NeNe doesn’t believe that Kenya’s husband was cheating on her. “NeNe, Eva, and Marlo [Hampton] don’t believe that Kenya is telling the truth about the affairs. They haven’t said anything to her while filming yet,” a source stated. “They’re waiting for the right time to bring it up to her.”
Since NeNe is a marriage expert has pledged to uncover the truth about Kenya’s marriage, “closet gate” should be behind us. But Eva better decide if she wants to be on Kenya’s, or NeNe’s, bandwagon.

Am I the only one who clicked “rewind” when during the last episode of Real Housewives of Orange County? At some point in the conversation when Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her husband Sean Burke talked about “how pretty” Tamra Judge is, she told him that Tamra and Eddie Judge are just like them because they have threesomes too.
Wait. What? Was I just not paying attention during the previous episode with Braunwyn’s initial threesome confession? When did Tamra say that? Did I just tune out because I didn’t want to hear another conversation about CUT Fitness or her sons’ feud? Or is Braunwyn lying? Or did she divulge some information that Tamra said away from the cameras?
Well, Tamra came directly to us, via tweet. She mentioned Reality Tea when she wrote “ummm for the record Eddie and I DO Not have threesomes!” Good to know, Tamra. Thank you for keeping us all informed.
In response to a fan, Tamra shared a bit more information. Tamra wrote, “That’s not what I told her. We do NOT have threesomes! Just one crazy fun night a few years ago. #oneanddone” This is just bad news for Braunwyn. And presumably Sean.
This show is just all about the multiple partner sex accusations, huh? The Kelly Dodd train rumor is eclipsing the season thanks to Tamra, Vicki Gunvalson, and debatably a little bit Shannon Beador as well. And who could ever forget Vicki yelling “I’ve never had multiple partners in my life” at Lauri Peterson on top of a mountain? Truly legendary.
Still, it could be worse. The Phaedra Parks sex dungeon allegations against Kandi Burruss are by far the worst sex-related rumors to ever come out of a Real Housewives show. At least what Braunwyn said about Tamra and Eddie’s sex life was a teeny bit true. It’s still not a good thing to share someone’s private business, but at least it wasn’t a complete lie. Yes, that’s the point we’ve come to- thinking it’s acceptable that something was partially true.
Nevertheless, I wonder if Tamra is mad at Braunwyn for saying this on the show. Will we hear about this during the Season 14 reunion? Or even sooner on a Watch What Happens Live episode. Hopefully, one of our Reality Tea readers will call in to ask a question. We shall see!

So happy Kate Chastain is back in our lives. If nothing else, Chief Stew Kate is also Chief Stew of Snark. I applaud her continued efforts on behalf of snarkers everywhere. Thankfully Kate has returned for the new season of Below Deck, we’re in Thailand where it is hot and sticky, but the local food is worth multiple bug bites from questionable insects.
The show is making another voyage on the high seas and we are already one episode down. Thanks to #editingbybravo the foreshadowing is on the wall for future troubles the crew will face. When the highly anticipated trailer for the new season was released, viewers saw Kate storming off the vessel whilst advising abdmonimally challenged chef Kevin Dobson to find a new chief stew. Now Kate explains why she peaced out on the chef, and the disappointment she inflicted on Captain Lee Rosbach.
Chefs seem to be the bane of Kate’s existence. I suppose they are considered “artists” and by trade, artists can be notoriously moody. Ben Robinson has had conflict with Kate. Chef Adrian Martin had to be talked out of having a living penis sea cucumber as a table decoration. Leon Walker almost burned down the boat. And the most “bless your heart” chef of them all, Matt Burns, had to have his hand held while he prepared a meal. This season we have met new chef Kevin. And it looks like he will also be a thorn in Kate’s side.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kate reflected on past charters and current frustrations. “I always surprise myself, I’m full of surprises,” Kate teased. But what about her dramatic exit off the boat? Kate said, “I didn’t technically go overboard but I did kind of jump ship.” While Kate might have briefly taken the road less traveled, she explained the situation.
The trailer showed a maybe drunk Ashton Pienaar confronting a maybe drunk Kate, telling her, “Everybody feels that way about you, Kate!” But as we all know, Kate is not the one. She is seen replying, “OK, great. Go find another chief stew. I quit,” before she storms off the yacht. In an attempt to explain her actions, Kate revealed, “I went off into the Thailand night. I was just frustrated. It was close quarters. And it was towards the end of the season and, in that moment, it was just kind of one of those, ‘Eff you, eff you, you’re cool, I’m out’.”
Kate later figured out, that moment was nothing compared to the feeling of disappointing the stud of the sea Captain Lee. He had zero clue she said hasta la vista. Kate said, “I think he was very surprised when he called for his morning coffee and it wasn’t arriving.” And then there was the inevitable chat that came after her exodus.
Kate offered, “I mean, he supported me no matter what, but there was a bit of disappointment. On both sides — he was disappointed that I got to that level of frustration. He was disappointed that I walked off the boat. And I was disappointed that I disappointed him.” At least she didn’t have to concoct a story about a mysterious penis blanket on someone’s bed. #neverforget
Still, Kate will seemingly have to endure the attitude of another artist chef. Hope Kevin finally got some Pepto, he’ll need it. In previews, Kevin is shown telling Kate, “No, I don’t think you’re a good chief stew,” and, “You’re not the special superstar that you think you are. F**k off.” Something tells me Kevin should sleep with one eye open. Kate admitted she tries to get along with her sailing chefs, but Kevin made things pretty difficult. You might have a bad attitude too, if you lost most of your internal organs on the first charter.
All in all, Kate said this is a great season for drama and hookups. “Our deck crew is hot, Thailand is hot. It’s just a very hot season. And there’s a lot of romance this season.” Stay tuned for the future downfall of Kevin trials and tribulations the crew will throw our way.

Jesus Jugs has spoken! Alexis Bellino was christened with her iconic nickname by Tamra Judge more than seven years ago on The Real Housewives of Orange County and she’s finally opening up about the unforgettable moment.
In a new interview, the RHOC alum revealed what she really thinks of the nickname and managed to shade frenemy Tamra‘s conversion to Christianity in the process.
“What really irks me about that — and first of all, Tamra claiming ‘Christianity,’ OK whatever,” she dished to People TV’s Reality Check. “But someone called me Jesus Barbie and that’s what started the whole, like, Jesus having anything to do in my name. And so then on the reunion, she has to take that to a negative light and say Jesus Jugs.”
And while the Alexis Couture designer may not appreciate the cheeky moniker — which Tamra let fly during a particularly explosive exchange on Part 1 of the Season 7 reunion over Alexis‘ alleged treatment of the crew — she’s learned to lean into it after all these years.
“And yeah, I mean I don’t like it,” she continued, “but hey, I’m owning it now because that’s what I’m called and they’re still here so. [Turning it into a positive] is all you can do, right?”
This isn’t the first time Alexis has called her frenemy’s faith into question, either. Following Tamra‘s baptism in the Season 10 finale, the former RHOC star emailed Andy Cohen directly ahead of that year’s reunion to shade her former castmate for not being a good Christian.
Calling Tamra her “biggest harasser” over her own Christianity during her five years on the show, Alexis wrote, “I cannot sit back and watch a mockery be made of my Savior. The greatest part of a walk with God is that he loves you where you are. You don’t need to be perfect, however, that doesn’t give you a hall pass to become baptized and then continue your old, unkind and manipulative ways. Someone’s faith is not for entertainment; it’s their sole reason for existence.”
Naturally, the letter, which Alexis signed ‘Jesus Barbie’ and Andy read aloud from the couches, was not taken well by the newly-Christian Tamra, who called her nemesis “the type of Christian that gives Christians a bad name.”

Shannon STORMS Beador is used to things not going her way. When she began her run on Real Housewives of Orange County, her now ex-husband, David Beador, was dipping his chips in someone else’s salsa. Much to the viewers’ weekly dread, The Affair became an entity on its own. We had counseling because of The Affair. We had awkward interactions with David and Shannon’s children, because of The Affair. And we learned nine lemons in a bowl with a side of crystals didn’t do a damn thing to end The Affair.
Ultimately Shannon, The Affair, and David ended their 17-year marriage. Shannon replaced David with the beloved Archie, and David immediately shacked up with another woman. Since then, Shannon has experienced weight gain, self-doubt, and breakdowns as a result of her relationship ending. Thankfully Shannon turned a corner. She started working out. She created her own business. And she started dating! Now as Shannon navigates her new love life, she has to circumvent the old one. But what happens when the two worlds collide? According to Shannon, about what you would expect.
Earlier this year, Shannon found herself involved with a gentleman by the name of, Rick Stanley. The relationship didn’t last long, but that’s okay because Shan needed to get her feet wet before going back into lockdown town. On this season of RHOC, we have been privy to Shannon’s new outlook on life, and her continued unholy alliance to Tamra Judge.
While everyone is glad Shannon is no longer a walking, talking dark cloud of buzzkill, she has been oversharing again. No one really needs to see a woman getting a vadge shot with hopes of giving her the ‘ole razzle dazzle in bed. In any case, it looks like Shannon might be able to reap the benefits of the injection with her new man. Shannon has been seeing John Janssen since the early summer.
While we’re on the subject of her new love, apparently poor bad-sex David had an almost run-in with Shannon’s current boyfriend. Unfortunately, it did not go well. Shannon explained in an interview with Us Weekly. “They’ve seen each other, but David isn’t interested. I tried to introduce them, but he walked away. David walked away.” Oh David, where are your big boy manners? But Shannon said she was not at all surprised by David’s reaction. “I should have expected it,” she said.
Aw, so maybe David and John won’t be BFFs but that’s okay. Shannon is having a great time with John because he isn’t cheating they are partners, which is a whole new thing for her. “My friends have known him for 30 years, so I didn’t have to make sure he was there for the right reasons. He’s just a great person. I have a great connection with him,” she said. Shannon also dropped the L word, “I’m very much in love,” she admitted. Huh, maybe there’s something to the vadge shot after all…
And even though she was severely traumatized by The Affair, Shannon said marriage is not off the table in the future. “I definitely want to be married. I want to share my life with someone and have that partner and grow old with someone. I’m looking forward to that.” But for now, she and John are keeping it cool. “We make plans way into the future so that’s a good thing,” Shannon said. “We spent a lot of time together, but he’s not moving in. We’re still new. But we’re so comfortable together, it’s weird. I feel like I’ve known him for the longest time.”
I know Shannon gets on everyone’s a lot of people’s nerves, but I hope she finds true happiness. Even demonstrative women prone to histrionics who might have an agenda and may or may not be a gullible hypochondriac deserve love too.

Real Housewives of New York’s Bethenny Frankel shocked us all when she decided to bail on the show. For Bethenny, the timing was right. According to Ramona Singer, Bethenny’s co-stars found out this juicy information through the press. Ouch!
So, who would Bravo pick to step into Bethenny’s fashionable shoes? We learned that Leah McSweeney apparently signed on for Season 12 of RHONY. Since Bravo doesn’t comment on casting, this hasn’t been confirmed. We also don’t know if Leah will be a full-time Housewife or Friend of the Housewives.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Leah is a mother and creator of a street brand called Married to the Mob. Leah has also been spotted filming with her friend, Tinsley Mortimer. And Leah was already spotted arguing with Tinsley and Luann De Lesseps at an event. Welcome to the show, newbie!
But it seems that Leah comes with some baggage, and it is concerning controversial. In 2018, Leah wrote an article for Penthouse magazine titled “Can We Talk About Toxic Femininity?” The article was about deceased chef Anthony Bourdain and Asia Argento, his partner. Leah put forth her opinion that Asia had a consensual relationship with Harvey Weinstein and chose to take advantage of the #metoo movement.
In response, Asia posted a link to a column on The Root. It was titled “Why Thirsty White Women Like Leah McSweeney Are a Menace to Society.” This piece detailed an alleged interaction between Leah and Saturday Night Live actor and writer Michael Che on a dating app. On her Improper Etiquette podcast, Leah called Michael “arrogant, rude, and disrespectful.” And, in an article on Queerty, a series of deleted tweets show Leah’s reported homophobic and racist comments. Really? Sigh. That is a lot to digest.
Now another new cast member is joining RHONY, and I am crossing my fingers that she is less polarizing than Leah. US Weekly has confirmed that Elyse Slaine has begun filming for Season 12. A source stated, “Elyse isn’t a full-fledged housewife yet; they’re always testing new women.” The source added that Elyse will have “a prominent role on the show,” but is still considered a “friend” at this point.
She has been filming with the entire cast, but the insider pointed out that Leah is “the only new official Housewife.” Still, Ramona posted a picture on her Instagram with Elyse and Sonja Morgan from a cast trip to Newport, Rhode Island.
Elyse does have an interesting back story. In 2010, Elyse split with her husband David Slaine. David was an undercover informant for the FBI from 2007 to 2009. He aided the FBI with making cases against several people for insider trading.
Elyse was the subject of an article by The Observer called “The Wall Street Ex-Wives Club.” In the piece, Elyse explained her differences with her husband. “My interests became a little more diverse. I like to travel. I enjoy theater. David, the one time we went, fell asleep,” she explained. Valid point, Elyse.
Let’s hope that Elyse and Leah are ready for some cabaret with the Countess, and a holiday trip to the Bezerkshires with Dorinda Medley. That is probably the one thing that we know we will see in Season 12 of RHONY.

Kary Brittingham is certainly making a splash this season on The Real Housewives of Dallas. In just a few episodes, the Season 4 rookie has clashed with queen bee LeeAnne Locken, hosted a girls trip to her stunning vacation home in Carayes, Mexico and even attempted to play mediator between Brandi Redmond, Kameron Westcott and Stephanie Hollman over the trip’s “trashy” Napkingate feud.
In a recent interview, the new RHOD star opened up about replacing pal (and OG Housewife) Cary Deuber and which of her cast mates she’s closest to now. Spoiler alert: the answer probably isn’t who you’re thinking.
When it comes to casting a new Housewife, Bravo always look for someone who already has a natural connection to the existing circle of women. In a Housewives first, however, Kary‘s entry point was actually the other Cary, whom she inadvertently ended up replacing as a star-holding, full-time cast member for Season 4. (Though she was absent for the first five episodes, Cary will still recur as a Friend of the Housewives.)
“Yeah, that was actually, you know, a big [surprise],” the RHOD star confessed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight‘s Brice Sander. “Like, when I got the call, they said, ‘But the bad news is that Cary‘s not gonna be on it anymore.’ I was like ‘What??'”
Kary revealed that the Dallas OG wasn’t exactly thrilled about being demoted, and the casting shake-up had an effect on their relationship as a result.
“That was definitely tough for our friendship,” she admitted. “Because I know Cary didn’t think it was my fault but it still…she went through some tough times with that. But we’re in a good place now.”
Thankfully, the new Kary was also friendly with D’Andra Simmons, so her joining the group wasn’t completely out of the blue from a continuity perspective. And the fiery newbie revealed that the fast friendships she formed with some of the ladies she didn’t know prior to filming turned out to be the biggest surprise of the entire experience.
“I never expected, honestly, to make such amazing friends,” she dished. “Like, you know, I’ve become very, very close with a couple of the girls. Like Stephanie, Kameron — I talk to them almost every day…I knew Cary and D’Andra but I will say that my friendships with Stephanie and Kameron are way stronger than my friendship with Cary and D’Andra were ever before. So that’s what has been definitely surprising, for sure.”
Hmm…perhaps the bilingual ‘Wife can help her two new besties sort out their current Twitter feud over their argument at LeeAnne‘s bridal shower in this week’s episode?

Six years after leaving our screens, Alexis Bellino made her triumphant return to The Real Housewives of Orange County on Tuesday night. During the episode, the RHOC alum met Emily Simpson for lunch to rave about her new boyfriend and fill viewers in on what she’s been up to since exiting the series in 2013.
In a new interview following her cameo, Alexis opened up about the similarities she sees between Emily‘s rocky relationship with Shane Simpson and her 14-year marriage with now-ex-husband Jim Bellino and dished on the advice she gave her pal.
Skyping into People TV’s Reality Check from the OC, Alexis admitted that she sees some familiar red flags in Emily‘s downward spiral of a marriage and reached out to support the second-season Housewife after watching her marital strife play out this season.
“We met for coffee again and I just said, ‘Girl, it’s very similar and it’s scary to me. I am just here for you and I want you to do whatever you can to save your marriage,” she confessed to People‘s Dave Quinn and Lyndsey Rodrigues. “Because on the other side of it, divorce isn’t easy. There’s many nights I cry myself to sleep…So I just feel for her a lot.”
However, the former Housewife also dished that she’s been privy to seeing the couple’s relationship improve since production wrapped on Season 14.
“I know that I’ve seen…they’re doing a lot better now, just so you know,” she said. “Like, things happen and there’s definitely ups and downs in a marriage but I just did want to reach out to her and let her know that I saw some similarities and I was here to support her.”
As longtime fans will recall, Alexis‘ conservative marriage to super-controlling Jimmy “The Chin” Bellino played out over Seasons 5 through 8 on RHOC. During her time on the show, the one-time Fox5 host — think more Jillian Barberie and less Katie Couric — struggled against her husband’s “biblical” expectations as she attempted to step out into the working world (RIP Alexis Couture).
While the Bellinos’ marriage survived four seasons in front of Bravo’s cameras, Jim filed for divorce (and even requested spousal support!) in the summer of 2018.
