The tea is piping hot today, folks! It’s no secret that Real Housewives of Atlanta stars NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore can’t stand each other but things have heated up to a whole new level this season. I stupidly had hope that Kenya taking some time off from the series might actually thaw things out between the two but that hope died when NeNe had to go and compare a pregnant Kenya to a buffalo. So not cool.
Kenya isn’t exactly someone to take insults lying down so we all knew that wasn’t going to fly. It didn’t and only fueled the fire for Kenya to come for NeNe even harder. And she’s not just attacking NeNe herself but what she brings to the show.
In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kenya goes all in, telling them that NeNe just doesn’t bring much to the show. She says, “She tries so hard to tell people she’s the HBIC,” Kenya says. “She’s the this, she’s the that. She’s the originator. ‘Oh, the real premiere just starts…’ And in fact, her presence now is not impactful at all. She’s missed out on at least four to five episodes this season, so that clearly means the network is sending you a message. You’re not as important as you think you are.”
Kenya continues to hold nothing back, going on to say that NeNe might want to take the firings of Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge from The Real Housewives of Orange County as a warning shot.
Kenya says, “The message is very clear: either the network feels that you are still a valuable asset on the show or they don’t, and you’re replaced and phased out, and you just have to move on,” she cautions.
Kenya also comments, “NeNe has been on the show for a very long time, and I just think the cast is not gelling with her. She always puts herself on an island. She makes these fights with people that don’t actually have to occur and she’s really the cause of her own demise.” No lies detected so far.
Kenya even thinks that NeNe went as far as having friend Wendy Williams leak a supposed secret just so she could drum up some good publicity. I suppose only time will tell when and if NeNe’s secret will come out.
At least we know there’s no secret in how Kenya is feeling about NeNe these days.

On last night’s episode of Married At First Sight , the honeymoon is literally over! The five newlywed couples return to home to begin living together. The pressure of moving in proves to be too much for some, while others enjoy discovering new facets of their new spouse.
There seems to be some obvious cracks in the foundation for many of the couples. This is why I love when the Married At First Sight couples start living together. This is the time where people start getting more real and their true personalities start coming out. There are some twists that are revealed in this episode that you don’t want to miss! Let’s get straight to the Married At First Sight recap!
Meka Jones and Michael Watson have moved into their new shared space. She is already bossing her husband around, but at least they are laughing together. While in Meka’s apartment, she catches him snooping in her super organized abode. When they visit Michael’s apartment, she questions everything.
OMG, Meka is so annoying! Is there no woman in her life that has told her men don’t like nags? She walks into Michael home openly judging everything she sees, as soon as she walks in the door. He lives like a working bachelor. If you want things done a certain way, make those changes in your new home little by little. You don’t have to insult someone in order to help them to be more organized and efficient.
Pastor Calvin Roberson visits to get an update from Meka and Michael on their marriage. They are now feeling more comfortable around one another. Important topics are discussed like finances and children. Michael shares that he wants to eventually adopt a child because of his own adoption story. Hearing him speak about his childhood and how it made him passionate about working with kids was very endearing.
Things take a turn for the left when Michael’s comments about sex before the honeymoon are brought up again. Meka feels that she can’t trust her husband because he won’t even admit he made those comments. Michael is adamant that he never said those words. I can understand her frustration, if he indeed said those things and won’t tell the truth. Suddenly, he begins crying and admits that he feels like he is failing as a husband. I hope this is a genuine moment and not an attempt to change the conversation.
Michael wants his marriage to get back on track. It’s obvious he puts a lot of pressure on himself. I’m glad these two are trying to finally find common ground and move forward. Meka seems to have softened to him after he was vulnerable with her while talking to Pastor Calvin.
Taylor Dunklin has returned home alone after Brandon Reid disappeared at the airport. If he got on a bus full of people and disrespected me the way he did with Taylor, it would be perfectly fine with me. Brandon is the epitome of a man child and the red flags only keep getting worse. Taylor doesn’t like disrespect, but I keep seeing her lower her standards for her new husband.
Pastor Calvin arrives to speak to Taylor about her husband. She describes all of Brandon’s antics and her frustration with his disrespect for her and production. While talking, Brandon walks through the door with flowers like nothing ever happened. This dude is crazy!
Pastor Calvin is not buying his BS and gives him a stern speech. Taylor tells Brandon she just wants to work on being cordial, but will no longer deal with his disrespect. He gives a quick lame apology and Taylor decides to forgive him. Hell no! I don’t like that these Married At First Sight experts encourage women who are being verbally and emotionally abused to stay with strangers for the sake of the show marriage.
Taylor visits Brandon in his home with his roommate. His voice and face just irritates me now. Taylor is too nice. She offers to help him fold his “panties” and pack his clothes. I would have probably waited in the car, at this point. She has the patience of a saint. I would be so OVER Brandon and the show.
Mindy Shiben is all alone after Zach Justice refused to move in with her. At the airport, he informed her that he wouldn’t be coming to the new apartment. Huh? More like he is tired of seeing someone he isn’t “attracted” to in any way. Why sign up for a show where you literally marry a complete stranger, if you aren’t serious?
As a sign of faith, Mindy still decides to move into the new space, hoping her husband will join her. Obviously, the Married at First Sight experts are in need of help from a regular person with common sense to match couples. Lifetime, if you need help, I’m more than willing to take on the task!
Zach wakes up in his own bed whining about not being authentic to his true self, if he moved in with Mindy. Chile, please! Zach, you are POS for signing up for this experiment and making this woman feel terrible on a daily basis. Meanwhile, Mindy vents to her friend about her marriage. Her friend is shocked that Mindy is allowing a person to treat her in this manner. Mindy wants to give Zach a second chance. Insert side eye here! Did Zach even express wanting a chance, let alone a second one?
Pastor Calvin visits Mindy to find out what her thoughts are on the current state of her marriage. She brings up Zach’s comments about not being attracted to her as a concern. When Pastor Calvin speaks to Zach alone, he admits he does not feel any type of chemistry with his wife. Zach is the king of talking in circles. Pastor Calvin asks him straight up if he want to just end his marriage. He decides to stick it out.
This man is clearly only on Married At First Sight for exposure at the expense of his wife. He doesn’t want to wear a ring, live together or do anything that resembles a marriage. His excuse for not moving in is he needs space and wants to miss her. I’m sorry, but the experts need to put their foot down and stop letting people cherry pick aspects of marriage. They should stop filming a person who refuses to fully participate.
Austin Hurd and Jessica Studer wake up in marital bliss. They are excited to see one another’s apartments when they were single. Once Jessica goes to Austin’s home, she immediately goes into investigator mode. One interesting fact we learned is Austin doesn’t sleep with sheets and doesn’t wash the comforter often. Ummm, Ewww. Jessica, you are in charge of laundry FOREVER. She literally clears out her whole house with things to take to her new home. I understand girl, I have a lot of clothes and shoes as well.
Pastor Calvin speaks to this seemingly perfect couple about important topics such as finances, sex, and children. Jessica reveals that she was slightly disappointed that Austin makes significantly less than her. This is the first crack I’ve seen in their relationship thus far. But Jessica isn’t letting their wage disparity get in the way of their future. She has confidence that there will be less of a gap in the future.
Katie Conrad and Derek Sherman are the first couple to move into their new home together. Things seem to be going so well, but looks can be deceiving. I almost feel sorry for Derek. He has no idea his wife is still hung up over another man.
Derek takes Katie to see his home first. He has a typical bachelor pad with a roommate. When Katie opens one of his drawers, she finds a wad of cash and a gun. WTF! Derek claims the gun is isn’t real and is only to scare an intruder. Umm… okay, didn’t look fake to me. Hopefully, he doesn’t have a secret life that will be revealed later.
When Pastor Calvin comes to visit, he asks them the hard questions. When he inquires about substance behind their chemistry, some shocking details are revealed. They both feel that their relationship is surface level and almost feels like roommates. Derek also admits it will be a long time before he thinks he could fall in love. Wow, this is very different from the match made in heaven they presented themselves to be during the honeymoon.
Katie confesses she has lingering feelings for her ex and begins to cry. Derek doesn’t take the news well. He now feels like he is competing with another man. Whew, this was deep. I think things are going to get a little more interesting in this household. I’m sure there will be more that comes out in the coming weeks. Something is a little off with these two.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey are headed to the Jersey Shore! Anything can happen. Jennifer Aydin and Melissa Gorga are still on bad terms, so being under one roof will only make it worse. Where does Teresa Giudice’s loyalty lie in this feud? Will she still with family or side with her loyal friend? She’s given Melissa hell in the past for siding with Jackie Goldschneider against her.
Dolores Catania may regret having all of these women together in one place. She means well, but it’s a little naive to think it’ll go well. All hell may break loose. Danielle Staub is returning in this episode which means possible fuel to the fire. Imagine if Danielle and Margaret Josephs end up in another fight? A lot more may end up going down than a pulled ponytail. Someone might get sent to the hospital.
It’s prom time for Gia! It’s so crazy how much she’s grown up since this show has started. Teresa wants to make the day perfect for her to make up for not being there in the past. Joe Giudice chokes up on the phone talking to Gia because he can’t be there.
This milestone event is more emotional than usual because of Joe’s situation. Melissa and Joe Gorga arrive, and Gia bursts into tears. Her uncle Joe is like a second father to her, so this means a lot to her. Everyone say AWWWW.
Dolores is excited about Gia being Frankie’s prom date because she knows everything about her. This is a moment that actually feels old school Italian. They say it a lot, but this time it seems like an appropriate use.
Jennifer’s going to her brother’s fundraiser and she’s bringing her daughter. It’ll be so great to see her uncle shine given all of the bullying she’s gone through. It’s nice of her to have an example of light at the end of the tunnel.
Bill Aydin finds Joe’s comments at Margaret’s party to be so disrespectful. Most likely this will lead to more drama between Jennifer and Melissa. The Jersey Shore trip is probably going to end with more flying dinnerware.
The montage of all of the times Gia has cried on this show is so upsetting to watch. How can this family put these kids through so much? Nothing about their lives is normal. It’s been turmoil and pain since Day 1. No wonder Gia and her sisters lash out at their parents the way they do.
Jennifer’s brother’s reaction to her ordering a tequila drink is hilarious. He tells her she has to behave. This leads me to believe that Jennifer acts insane around everyone. The Tequila Monster isn’t just reserved for the Housewives.
Despite her inability to acknowledge her son for who is he, I love seeing her there supporting him. Baby steps are important. It’s not the giant leap into acceptance that would be ideal, but it’s a start. Even more important is the positive example the event itself and the tolerance is setting for Jennifer’s daughter.
Teresa meets with Danielle to catch up since it’s been a while. Naturally, Teresa brings up The Hamptons trip, which intrigues Danielle. Danielle seems shocked that nobody wants her around anymore. Move on. Why are you surprised that people wouldn’t want to associate with you?
Danielle wants to reach out to Melissa to mend that fence. There’s no chance of that happening. Melissa is way too tight with Margaret to jeopardize that for Danielle. Beverly is barking up the wrong tree here.
Crikey! I’ve spotted a wild David Principe! I can’t believe we are actually seeing Dolores’ ghost boyfriend right now. He’s NEVER around. How is this a real relationship? They have zero chemistry. However, her and Frank Catania are everything and should just admit they want each other.
SHOCKER!!! David can’t go on the Jersey Shore trip. Has he mingled with any of the other cast members this season? He’s so elusive. I get his job is demanding, but it comes across like she’s last on his list.
I am living for Jennifer buying a shirt that says “sorry not sorry”. She is horrible at apologizing anyway, so might as well make a joke out of it. I don’t see this going over well with Jackie. S**t is about to go down at the Jersey Shore.
Danielle is totally going to crash this vacation and cause a scene. She’s slightly terrifying, but it’ll be great. She’s leaving the show anyway, so let’s see one last epic hurrah. Let’s give her this moment.
The last few seasons wouldn’t be as exciting if it weren’t for Danielle and her erratic behavior. I’m not a fan of her personally, but I recognize the value she brings to the show. She shakes things up and keeps the storylines from going stale and staying stagnant.
Everyone arrives at Dolores‘ house, and it’s only a matter of time before things explode. Melissa still isn’t addressing Jennifer, but that can only last so long. Eventually it’ll all be talked out. Whether or not glass breaks in the process is another story.
It’s so refreshing to see Teresa be so upfront about her marriage with Joe. I have actual goosebumps hearing her finally admit that Joe cheated. JUST WOW. It’s about damn time. This Teresa is not at all the Teresa that Joe married. The new Teresa is an empowered woman who doesn’t take anyone’s s**t and knows her worth.
Joe and Bill make up a lot faster than their wives probably will. Joe is sooo into the drama. For real though. I mean, how many husbands get their own confessionals? He comes off a little thirsty. Okay, A LOT thirsty.
Teresa is probably going to blow up about her brother joking about Joe’s cheating. Give it a few to marinate, and she’s freak out. She doesn’t take lightly to people mocking her.
Nobody is really enthused at the idea of running into Danielle. Teresa thinks everyone should give Danielle a chance, but COME ON. There’s a reason nobody wants to be around that pariah. Her past actions speak for themselves.
So far this trip has been a lot calmer than expected. That’ll change with this group. There’s no way it’ll stay relaxed forever. Jennifer and Melissa are gearing up for another confrontation, and it won’t be pretty. Melissa doesn’t stand a chance against THAT one. Not at all.
Melissa makes a joke about Teresa going after a cute boy at the cabana. Sweetie. What are you doing? Will you ever learn? Your sister-in-law will never find that funny. She’s finally
Margaret throws a massive dig at Jennifer about not knowing if she works. Everyone knows that she works hard as a mother, so that’s not really fair. Here we go though.
Margaret and Jennifer have been mostly good this season, but the peace is over. Margaret does make snippy comments at people all the time, so this isn’t surprising. That’s a big cause of a lot of her issues actually.
