Jax Taylor Rants About Tom Sandoval & Wedding Pastor Controversy

Star of Vanderpump Rules and avoider of all things dramatic, Jax Taylor, had a moment. Viewers are currently enjoying Jax and Brittany Cartwright’s journey to their first divorce marital bliss. On the last episode, the main topic of conversation was the controversial social media posts Brittany and Jax’s chosen wedding officiant had written. Lisa Vanderpump was horrified and made it her duty to “inform” the happy couple their pastor was not exactly accepting of a homosexual lifestyle. And what would Pump Rules be without every other cast member talking about it as well?

While most disagree with the pastor’s negative statements towards the gay community, Brittany and Jax took a lot of heat for not replacing him sooner. Tom Sandoval was particularly vocal, as he has long been a supporter of LGBTQ rights. Recently, the general manager of Tom Tom and Sandoval’s buddy Max Boyens found himself in the hot seat for sketchy sentiments as well. Yet Tom’s reaction to Max’s past indiscretions were written off as “youthful mistakes”. Jax took to Twitter to share his frustrations, and he did not hold back.

Poor Brittany. She just wants to wear all of the bridal dresses and dance with princesses. Not so fast, there is another matrimonial hurdle to jump! We can’t have an alleged homophobic pastor, but a general manager who wanted to punch Asians is totally fine!

Jax was still feeling some type of way after the episode aired, and let everyone know about it on Twitter. When a follower questioned Tom’s calm vibes after his friend Max’s racist tweets were revealed, Jax was on board. “But like how is Sandoval not outraged at Max? This is extremely hypocritical”. Jax replied, “Explain this to me please…” Let’s be honest, if Sandoval is going to be called out for being a hypocrite, wouldn’t Lisa have to be called out too? Then a follower said Sandoval should not have been involved in the wedding and Jax agreed. “Thank you and I agree with you. I made a huge mistake. #liveandlearn #youdontseeeverything”.

In response to a now-deleted post, Jax appeared to defend himself. “Not believing in something and being hateful are two different things. I don’t believe in a lot of things but I am not hateful towards people about it.” After several viewers stated Tom’s choice to address the drama during a party was for camera time, Jax concurred. “Hey let’s wait till we have a party for poor Peter [Madrigal] who just wants to have a good time, and the cameras are up to bring this up… you had all day to talk to me about this. Purely ruined the party so you could get attention in my opinion.” Because Jax has NEVER been guilty of ruining things for attention.

When one person appealed to Jax’s sensitive side and questioned if he could understand why some could be offended by the pastor’s comments, he stated, “In my opinion you can believe in whatever you want, as long as you don’t hurt anyone. It’s a free country or so I thought. I will never dislike someone because they were raised a certain way, I may not agree with them, but will not hate them.”

In typical Jax fashion, he threatened to block anyone who disagreed questioned him further on the topic. “It’s over and done with we had my good friend Lance [Bass] marry us it was amazing, end of story. If you tweet me anything more on this you will be blocked. Period.” Um, does Jax expect everyone to agree with him? Welcome to Hollywood, Dog.

One of Jax’s fans wrote, “This gay dude loves you Jax and not sorry about it!” Jax proceeded to say, “I love all my gays!!! Y’all make the world a much better place.”  Are people still saying “my gays’?

Some of Sandoval’s fans woke up because Jax started getting called out on the fact that Tom has stood by his side over the years. Jax shared, “Tom does things for tv so he looks good. Period. You all live in a fantasy world.” He followed that with, “Keep in mind, you all see a very very very small percentage of what we film, we film over 5 hours, you saw 5 mins. Not one person has enough information to judge anyone.”

Jax went in on Sandoval’s character. “A good friend/business partner? He constantly belittles Tom Schwartz and puts him down regarding his home, his marriage, how he handles business, but yeah he’s a good friend? Are we watching the same show? #pumprules” This from the guy that had sex with Tom’s girlfriend. In Tom’s apartment, on Tom’s couch. Now literally everyone on the show is sipping from the hypocrite cup.

Someone tweeted, “Ever since they gave Tom a .0000005 % ownership of that bar he been acting brand new he fake af” Jax had a reply for that one too. “It’s an absolute joke. He [Tom] doesn’t own shit, Lisa and Ken [Todd] make the decisions.”

So was Lisa’s “informative phone call” what made Jax and Brit cancel the pastor? Not according to Jax. He said, “@LisaVanderpump has zero to do with any decisions I have made. I make my own decisions, I think I have earned that over 8 years.” A person mentioned that despite the original pastor’s views, Jax and Brittany should do what is right for them. Jax said, “We did. It’s our wedding it’s our choice. Period. i don’t give a fuck what anyone thinks. We did what was right for Brittany and I. What Tom did was wrong, again, just like Stassi’s [Schroeder] party, he had no tact. That’s the last I’ll say about this.” Spoiler alert, I doubt this will be the last he’ll say about this.

Jennifer Aydin Defends Teresa Giudice For Instigating Margaret Josephs’ Hair Pull; Says “I Felt Bad For Teresa”

One of the most shocking moments on this season of Real Housewives of New Jersey was the altercation between Margaret Josephs and Danielle Staub in a clothing boutique. Teresa Giudice and Danielle approached the other New Jersey Housewives to tell them to stop talking about Danielle. Words were hurled back and forth, and Margaret poured water over Danielle’s head.

That didn’t cool off Danielle’s temper. She dumped the contents of Margaret’s purse into a lit candle. And just before leaving, Danielle grabbed Margaret’s ponytail and gave it a vicious tug. Of course, when Danielle left, Teresa went with her, but later returned.

The incident was scary, and Margaret took to Twitter to share her thoughts. “Part 3: a full 12 minutes after the fact from behind. My neck was snapped back, easily could have been broken. I could not defend myself. I could have been paralyzed. Everyone was crying including production. It was horrific. I wanted to forget move on. To this day devastated,” Margaret wrote.

RHONJ viewers finally saw the tense sit-down between Melissa Gorga and Danielle. When Melissa told Danielle that none of the ladies wanted her around anymore, Danielle dropped a bomb. Danielle said that Teresa told her to pull Margaret’s ponytail. There is even footage of  Danielle telling Teresa that the owner told Danielle to pull Margaret’s hair. Teresa is seen and heard repeatedly telling Danielle, “Do it. Do it.” Thank goodness for hot mic moments! I am shook.

Bravo’s Andy Cohen was also shocked, and it just so happens that his guest on Watch What Happens Live was the tequila monster herself, Jennifer Aydin.  In a clip from the show, Andy began with the poll question. He asked viewers, “On a scale of 1 to 10, how shocked are you by this revelation?” Jennifer confirmed that she did not see the video and hot mic moment until she watched the episode. And Jennifer’s response about the bombshell? (Warning-there is some rough grammar ahead.)

“I…I felt bad for Teresa, honestly,” Jennifer said. Andy asked, “You felt bad for Teresa?”

Jennifer replied, “I did. I did…because I know why she said what she said. And I know why she did it. And she thought… you know, we spoke about it at reunion, so I don’t really want to give anything away…but ummm…”

This is nuts! How could Jennifer possibly feel bad for Teresa? Teresa is lucky to have Jennifer as her loyal soldier now that Danielle is quitting RHONJ.

Jennifer continued trying to defend Teresa. “She didn’t even think it was going to be that brutal…which at the end of the day, I guess you could think how could someone pull someone’s hair not be brutal? She [Danielle] really did drag her across the room, and nobody was expecting that,” Jennifer explained. “We even saw, by the time we turned around, Margaret was halfway across the room… and it was brutal.”

Not only was Andy surprised by Jennifer’s comments, but the poll results were also unexpected. “You guys were shocked…. not a 10, but a 7.” So what does that say about Teresa?

Below Deck Mediterranean Star Captain Sandy Yawn Had A Heart Attack During A SoulCycle Class

Captain Sandy Yawn, star of Below Deck Mediterranean, is taking care of business. She is a leader in a career mostly dominated by men. Cancer tried, but Sandy beat it. And she overcame a life-threatening motorcycle accident. Throughout the many personal challenges Sandy has faced in her life, she has pushed through with a staunch positive attitude and forayed that into becoming one of Bravo’s most-discussed celebrities.

Even if Captain Sandy isn’t your cup of tea, with her penchant for giving hugs and exasperation of Chief Stews who take too many meltdowns smoking breaks, there is one thing that cannot be denied. Sandy is a badass. Recently, Sandy experienced another harrowing medical incident. Now she is using her platform to raise awareness and share some advice we could all probably stand to hear. Listen to your body, y’all.

Sandy is no stranger to crisis. No, I’m not talking about the walking, talking crisis that is Hannah Ferrier. I mean real-life crisis situations. This is a woman who faces adversity head-on, from being surrounded by gunboats while adrift in the Red Sea to her partner’s recent cancer diagnosis, Sandy doesn’t quit.

After experiencing some questionable symptoms during a SoulCycle workout, Sandy can tack another bullet onto her already impressive resume. Heart attack survivor. According to People, Sandy was doing her thing at a SoulCycle class. She began feeling some subtle signs and decided to take action. “I remember thinking I was going to clip off the bike so I don’t fall, I didn’t want to disrupt the class, and I certainly wasn’t going to call 911 in the middle of Beverly Hills,” Sandy explained.

She didn’t want to disrupt the class, you guys. Meanwhile, I would be writhing on the floor and crying for my mommy. Not Sandy though.

Remaining as calm as possible, she… called an Uber. “So I decided to call an Uber, and then I called my sister — and I survived.” I guess level heads do prevail after all. Thankfully Sandy recognized the signs and symptoms and acted accordingly. Remembering what she’d heard from physicians regarding the warning signs that could indicate a heart attack for women, Sandy said she felt “odd”.

“I could not swallow. I was watching my heart rate on my watch and it didn’t go down, and I started to feel lightheaded. I didn’t have any numbness, then when I got off my bike and walked outside, I started to feel the tingle in my left arm, exactly how described,” Sandy shared.

Sandy had previously undiagnosed high blood pressure and it led to spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD), a tear in the heart’s blood vessels. “My health is great and it was great. That’s misleading to think that you have to be unhealthy to have a heart attack, that is not it. My veins are clean. I didn’t know I had high blood pressure, so as a result, I had what’s called SCAD, which they don’t have a lot of information on … I didn’t have blockage, it was a tear.”

Sandy also mentioned her prescription for Adderall might have had something to do with the incident. “I have a hard time focusing — until I’m docking a boat, that’s when I can laser-focus because it’s so intense — and …”

Sandy revealed, “I had a prescription of Adderall. I started taking the prescription as prescribed, and I believe it was a combination of the Adderall, topped with the high blood pressure and on SoulCycle.” She has since stopped taking Adderall as a result.

After four days in the hospital, Sandy was released. Now she’s using her experience in partnership with the American Heart Association to raise awareness for heart health. So glad this story has a happy ending and Sandy was able to turn her scary episode into a teaching moment for others. Best wishes in her health and continued efforts moving forward.
