Below Deck Down Under Season 2, Episode 2 Recap: Man and Ladder Overboard

Things were very intense where we left off on the Below Deck Down Under Season 2 premiere. Captain Jason had warned the guests that if they continued on with their bad behavior, they’d be kicked off the yacht. As the episode came to a close, it seemed as if they had pushed their luck one too many times. Here’s everything that happened in the aftermath, and the rest of Below Deck Down Under Season 2, Episode 2…

Skating on thin ice as a new stewardess arrives

Captain Jason put an end to the after-hours swimming, and the party. Not only did he threaten to end the charter early, but he cut off alcohol for obnoxious guests Kristyl and Brandon. Kristyl asked for more champagne, despite Capt being VERY clear. She was given another hard no, and sent back to bed.

The next morning, Captain Jason spoke to Bosun Luke. He was disappointed that one of the deckhands hadn’t stayed up, as requested. Luke was super apologetic. But this was just the start of the problems for the deck team on day two of their first charter. After telling Adam and Harry they had to get their “sh*t together,” it was time to move. Captain Jason wanted anchor up, and told the boys to make sure they got the swim ladder up before they set off.

They forgot. After anchoring, they realized that the swim ladder had been ripped away. Adam didn’t seem too fazed, but Captain Jason wasn’t impressed. He told the team to “fix it,” and started to wonder in his confessional if Luke was the right person to lead the team. Luke could feel the heat, as he recognized he was probably on his second of three strikes. Not great this early on in the season.

Meanwhile, viewers finally got to meet this season’s third stew. She is Margot Sisson! Margot has only been working in yachting for about six months. She fled an incredibly boring job at Amazon, and didn’t love the last Chief Stew she worked under. Margot seems incredibly sweet, but also incredibly insecure. She said she is “scared to take initiative,” and always thinks she’s doing a bad job. Something tells me she’s going to prove herself wrong this season.

For his part, guest Brandon apologizes to Captain Jason when he finally arises from his slumber. No such apology from Kristyl, however. Still, the guests would like the Captain to join them for dinner. Tzarina is excited to put her culinary skills to the test. She loves preparing French food, and promises that despite her problems, “Today the galley’s going to be my bitch.” She also jokes with Aesha about this being a chance to impress Captain, so he’ll want to marry her, and spend the rest of his life with her. The thirst is real for Capt from Tzarina, but who can blame her?

After complaining that she couldn’t put on the performance of a lifetime for the guests without a proper cancan dress, Laura’s prayers are answered. A provisioner delivers the costume, and she is elated. As the guests take their seats for dinner in full costume, Captain Jason joins them in his blacks. Brandon takes the opportunity to flirt with him, before the stuffed baked potato with caviar starter is served. Everybody loves it, and we learn a little about Tzarina’s need for perfection.

Tzarina explains that while she was in school, an art teacher left her feeling “discarded.” Since then, she has “destroyed” herself if something isn’t perfect, as she doesn’t ever want to feel that again.

Sadly, when the pan-fried duck arrives as the main, Captain Jason feels it is a little “tough.” Not something I would’ve said in front of the guests, but you can’t say he’s not an honest man. The chocolate mousse cake dessert also fails to light a fire in his belly. The presentation is sloppy, and Tzarina even noted it was “one of those ‘polishing a turd’ moments,” while plating.

As the guests threaten to let their personal drama overshadow the crew’s hard work once again, Aesha demands Kristyl and Brandon take their seats rather than sitting on their own outside, demanding champagne. It’s time for the evening’s entertainment, and Laura WILL have her moment!

Aesha has a worrying moment as the internet is playing up, but eventually, the music plays. Laura delivers one hell of a solo, before the rest of the crew join in for the cancan. It’s a huge success, and the guests all retire to bed, leaving their drama for another day.

Captain Jason visits Tzarina in the galley, and asks her how she thinks the night went. She was pleased overall, but brings up the exact same notes that he was going to address. He says he’s “very refreshing” to have a chef who is “self-aware,” and “has the potential to grow.” I think Tzarina is going to have a great relationship with all of the crew this season; and she deserves it.

Goodbye to the drama, and hello to the partying!

Breakfast was a huge success, food-wise. The guests were of course fighting again, which gave a dreary atmosphere to a morning where the crew had to dock the yacht for the first time. With the winds strong, and two knots of tide, Captain Jason admitted he was a “little bit worried.”

“Pack your bags, because you’re getting kicked off!” Brandon screeched at Kristyl. Thankfully, they were all going to have to say goodbye, because charter was over! After a tight squeeze of a docking, which had both Laura and Margot helping the boys, it was time to say goodbye. Primary guest Carmen said the crew were “everything I could’ve hoped for.” She was actually a great person to have on board – she just needs to pick better friends! After handing over a chunky tip packet, the crew were ready to party.

In their first tip meeting of the season, the group split $17,500 USD. That amounted to $1,590 per person. Margot managed to wrangle a full tip, despite only being there for two-thirds of the charter! Bonus. Captain Jason brought back his disco helmet, otherwise known as the “You Can Do Better Award.” Today, it was Luke given the privilege. He took it in his stride.

As the crew got ready, Luke told Laura he wanted to be the first person to get his “d*ck sucked with the helmet on.” Gross. Too far. Gary King vibes. Not. Appropriate. Moving swiftly on…

A stolen kiss leaves Margot unimpressed

After Laura takes way too long getting ready, and Tzarina dons a simple tracksuit due to her suitcase still not arriving, the crew head on their first night out together. Harry has a huge crush on Margot already, which is one of the sweetest things I’ve ever seen on Below Deck. He’s smitten! Unfortunately, Margot may be feeling him on more of a best friend level. She even checks in with Aesha to see if he’s gay. He’s not – he’s just a nice, slightly camp Aussie!

When Tzarina points out that Harry and Margot may be flirting, Luke swoops in. He quickly has Margot up on his shoulders. “It’s game on,” Luke says in confessional. Luke takes Margot to the bar, and then sneak attacks her with a kiss. He pretends she has something on her eyelash, tells her to close her eyes, and then plants one on her. Not a great first impression; they’ve hardly even got to know one another yet, and Margot is clearly not impressed.

“Can we kiss?” Luke asks her after the sneaky come-on. “No,” she swiftly replies. She’s pissed – and the aftermath immediately followed in this week’s double bill, in Episode 3.

Who Is Jenna Lyons’ Girlfriend?

Viewers first met fashion icon Jenna Lyons in Episode 1 of the Real Housewives of New York Season 14. The former J. Crew President and Executive Creative Director appeared single and ready to mingle. But apparently, she’s already dating someone.

Jenna, mom to 16-year-old son Beckett (whom she shares custody of with his dad), is the New York franchise’s first openly gay “housewife.” So, who is Jenna Lyons’ girlfriend?

Jenna Lyons is currently dating Cass Bird. Cass is a photographer whose work has been in exhibits both domestically and abroad.

Jenna has quite the dating history. She and artist Vincent Mazeau (Beckett’s father) started seeing each other in 1996. They married in 2002 and divorced in 2011. Despite the divorce, the fashion executive and her ex continued to live together in their Brooklyn brownstone for the sake of their young son.

Following her divorce, Jenna dated jewelry designer Courtney Crangi, though they split in 2017. As she told the other Housewives in Episode 2, in 2011 the New York Post “outed” the fashion designer as a gay woman. Sadly, exposing a person’s private and personal information without their consent is pretty typical of the Post and other tabloids.

Jenna has said that being publicly outed was a traumatic experience. The right to come out to her loved ones, on her own terms, was stolen from her.

“It was so hard and … I hadn’t really been in the public eye that much,” the former executive told the hosts of The View. “It was all still new for me, and I didn’t expect anyone to care what I was doing in my personal life and all of a sudden everyone cared.”

“It was shocking to me,” Jenna went on. “I was also not sure what the hell I was doing. It was all so new. I mean, I wasn’t [officially out] in any way, but I remember … the Post was calling our PR team, and they said, ‘We’re going to run this story, would you like to confirm or deny?’” 

 “I just said, ‘Confirm,’ and it was like an out-of-body experience.”

A role model to the gay community

Since that time, though, Jenna has embraced her sexuality and is now proud to be a role model to younger people within the LGBTQ community. She stresses how important it is to have representation of different types of people.

“When I was at J. Crew … I had a lot of young kids coming to me and their parents thought that they weren’t going to be successful,” Jenna added. “They were like, ‘My mom is so relieved to see someone successful who’s openly gay’ … They thought that it was going to limit them, or they wouldn’t be happy, they couldn’t find success in [their] career or happiness in love, and those things just aren’t true.”

As a parent herself, Jenna understands. “You want the best for your kids,” she said. “You want them to have everything, and you don’t want them to have any limitations … [being gay] can be seen as a limitation … Why I don’t know — the sex is amazing!”

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Fighting Again After Reconciliation

Well, we certainly didn’t need the Psychic Hotline for this one. Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann might be dialing 1-800-DIVORCE-IS-BACKON after the footage of their fights came out.

While the Real Housewives of Atlanta alums decided to reconcile, they aren’t navigating videos from their fights very well. Now we move on to the next part of their kids’ future therapy bills. TMZ has the scoop.

The beginning of the end?

Will the saga of Kimbo and Kroy ever end? You know the writers over at the Lifetime channel are watching this one like a hawk. Let’s review! First they lied, lied, and denied over financial rumors. Then Kim and Kroy mutually filed for divorce in May.

We transitioned into multiple calls to the police for fighting. Pot and gambling allegations entered the chat. The four minor children are still living with their battling parents under one roof and apparently Kim and Kroy are still in the same bed but not “engaging.”

Allegations Kim has lost the family’s entire stash and Kroy is walking around with a joint and a brain injury, but one trip to church fixes everything and the Lord wants them to work it out.

Now it appears there’s another glitch. An insider said Kim and Kroy are back at it because of the new footage that’s been blasted all over the media. Both are mad about what the other said in the videos. Sigh. Kimbo’s friends are already irritated with her for trashing Kroy and getting back with him. They currently believe the couple might break up again.

That said, the source doesn’t believe Kim and Kroy will file for divorce. Probably because they can’t afford to do so. Stay tuned, the B word is coming.

James Kennedy Renames Dog After Rachel Leviss’ Family Surrendered Him

Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy was finally reunited with his pup, Graham Cracker, during the Season 11 cast trip to Lake Tahoe. Graham was adopted by James and his then-love, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. When the couple split, Rachel kept Graham.

While Rachel was in a mental health treatment facility, her parents were taking care of Graham. According to Laura Leviss, Rachel’s mother, Graham developed some behavioral issues, such as biting. “While caring for him he bit me to the bone, causing severe damage,” Laura said. “After discussing with Rachel, we made the tough decision to drive Graham on May 20 to California Doodle Rescue so that he wasn’t alone and delivered him directly to the trainer’s home with a tearful goodbye.”

Rachel’s mom claimed that Graham also bit the trainers. Lisa Vanderpump’s dog organization, Vanderpump Dogs, took custody of Graham in July. They assured the rescue that he would be rehabilitated and adopted or live the rest of his life at Villa Rosa. James shared a sweet Instagram post showing Graham in Lake Tahoe. “Look who made his way back home, back into my life, I’ll take care of you forever and I love you,” the Pump Rules star posted.

What’s in a name?

Now that Graham is back in James’ loving arms, he is making one major change. Page Six reported that James announced in an Instagram Story that Graham has a new moniker.

He posted a photo of the pup with the caption, “Hippie! We’ve decided to rename this little beauty “hippie” this is a tribute to my late godfather, George Michael’s dog’s name … the only dog I saw around the house growing up.” He continued, “Although George and Hippie are in heaven now together, I know that they are watching over me now, a proud doggy papa!”

It is still a bit confusing why Laura didn’t ever reach out to James about his pup’s issues. It’s no secret that they don’t like James. But that probably would have been in Hippie’s best interests.

Will NeNe Leakes and Bethenny Frankel Team Up to Unionize Reality Television?

If someone is going to get this reality TV union started, I’m not surprised it’s Bethenny Frankel. 

When Bethenny first brought up the idea of reality TV stars unionizing so that they’re protected and treated fairly while shooting, I’m not anyone thought she was serious. Like most of her TikToks, she shoots the sh*t, states her opinion, and moves on. But when she returned with another video, and yet another about rallying the reality troops to start a union, it became real. 

In the first video she posted to her Instagram, reality star legends NeNe Leakes and Vicki Gunvalson responded. Their reactions were unsurprising since the three of them have a huge hand in making the Real Housewives as successful as it is today. However, it’s Bethenny that’s leading the charge. She hasn’t been shy regarding her feelings, telling streamers and networks to pay her residuals or take her previous shows down. 

But in a new video, NeNe shared just a little about her thoughts on the situation.

Keepin’ it real with NeNe

“For a very long time, I have said there’s a lot of unfair treatment in different areas of the reality workspace,” she said in the video. “Reality stars do not receive benefits … any residuals; there’s no union for reality stars,” she continued. 

“All of those things you see … all of the memes … the way your likeness is used over and over and over and over again, and you don’t get one red penny.” 

Bethenny shared something similar in her video, adding that she and others have generated millions of dollars worth of content for networks. Yet, they don’t receive additional pay for the streams on Peacock and Max. 

“I myself have generated millions and millions of dollars in advertising and online impressions being on reality TV and have never made a single residual,” she said. 

NeNe chose not to say too much because of her past issues between herself, the network, and Andy Cohen. Instead, she urged viewers that want to support this new movement to interact with Bethenny’s content as they move forward.

Sai De Silva Has Huge Luggage Requirements for Short Hamptons Trip

Is anyone surprised that a Real Housewives cast member would overpack for a trip? It seems they are trying to outdo each other when it comes to luggage. And with a new group of Real Housewives of New York ladies, it was about getting to know their traveling habits.

Well, Sai De Silva has taken the cake for overpacking. The RHONY cast headed to the Hamptons for a weekend getaway at the request of Erin Lichy, who owns a house there. The influencer ended up with eight pieces of luggage for a three day trip.

Sai packed for each of her “moods”

Sai, and her luggage, featured in a moment of absurdity in the second episode of the rebooted RHONY.

It started with Ubah Hassan arriving in a black SUV to pick up Sai at her brownstone. Little did anyone know how much there would be to pick up.

“Hi boo, this is my travel vibe,” Sai said as she greeted Ubah outside her house.“I’ve never been to the Hamptons in the fall, so this is going to be really nice. I am looking forward to it.”

Sai asked the driver for help with her luggage. As the driver makes multiple trips to the brownstone to carry the luggage, Sai joked, “I travel super light.”

“You know we have one more person coming, right?” Ubah said, suggesting there wouldn’t be enough room.

“Sai packed for every single Instagram post that she’s going to post for the next six months. It’s all about content,” she said in confessional.

In her own confessional, Sai revealed that she packs “for my moods.” The moods rotate between, “overly glamorous, country club, equestrian life and ‘round-the-way chic, hipster who lives in Williamsburg”, and “east side rich bitch.” 

“It’s not my first trip to the rodeo, OK. I know what the Hamptons are,” Sai said of the supposed need to dress the part.

It’s clear why Sai is such a successful blogger and influencer.

Real Housewives of New York Season 14, Episode 2 Recap: Is It Even the Hamptons Without a Caviar Caterer?

So, last week we met the new cast of the Real Housewives of New York. What will they be up to next? This week the lovely ladies of New York City were traveling to Erin Lichy’s home in the Hamptons. Nice.

Ubah Hassan and Sai De Silva were sharing a car for the drive. Sai doesn’t travel light. She packed eight pieces of luggage for a three-day stay, explaining that she packs for her “moods.”

“Sai packed for every single Instagram post that she’s going to post for the next six months,” Ubah commented. “The girl is all about content. Mama needs to make money. Good for her.”

Just as the driver finished cramming all of Sai’s luggage into the back of the SUV, Jessel Taank arrived. She’s also sharing the ride. Hope she packed light! They might have to attach one of those little U-Haul trailers to the back of the car.

Unfortunately, Jessel also packed “a lot of stuff.” When they walked to the back of the vehicle to see how much space was left for Jessel, Sai blamed it on Ubah.

“This is all of Ubah’s stuff,” Sai said. “I can’t believe she would bring this much stuff!”

Finally, all the bags were loaded, and they were off to the Hamptons. As they pulled away, Jessel suddenly remembered Brynn Whitfield was supposed to be riding with them. Sadly, Brynn wasn’t feeling well and was hoping to join them later in the weekend. It’s a good thing she canceled, because there wasn’t any room in the car for her bags.

Meanwhile, in Sag Harbor, Erin was going from room to room, leaving personalized PJs on each bed, signifying room assignments. Both Erin and her husband Abraham grew up going “Out East,” so when they got married, they decided they needed a Hamptons house of their own. They bought a “depressed property that looked like sh*t” and renovated it to be the five-bedroom/seven-bath showplace it is today. It’s gorgeous.

And how would one even “Hampton” without a caviar caterer? Erin greeted Cynthia and Feliks at the door, bringing the yummy little fish eggs for the ladies to nosh. What? No cheese plate?

“I’m not prepared for Cheesegate 2.0,” Erin explained, “so I picked caviar because that’s a nice bougie snack for these bougie bitches.” She joked with the caterer that Jenna Lyons will “dry heave” if she eats dill, so “give her all the dill.” Mean. I don’t care for dill either. It’s right up there with cilantro. Both are disgusting.

But when the girls called Erin from the car to ask about lunch, they found out she was preparing caviar and it didn’t go over so well. Neither Sai nor Ubah was enthusiastic about eating fish eggs (more for me!) and asked if there was a place nearby they could pick up a sandwich. Erin wasn’t pleased.

Jenna arrives in style

While Sai, Ubah and Jessel were all packed into an SUV with Sai’s luggage, Jenna drove to the Hamptons in style. She pulled into Erin’s driveway in a vintage baby blue Mercedes Benz sedan.

Jenna had never been on a girls’ trip and didn’t remember the last time she’d had a sleepover. Well, you’re a Bravo Housewife now, honey. You’re gonna be doing a lot of traveling with the other ladies. It’s part of the job.

When Jenna joined Erin in the kitchen, Erin offered her an hors d’oeuvre that apparently contained dill. Fortunately, Jenna noticed the garnish before she put it in her mouth, calling Erin a “f*cking ho bitch!” Even with her glasses off, she recognized the demon herb.

“Dill does not deserve to be on the f*cking planet,” Jenna proclaimed, even though Erin insisted it’s delicious. I’m Team Jenna 100%.

OMG, they’re eating caviar with crème fraiche on a Pringle! All this time I’ve been eating my Pringles plain. They’re killing me!

Jessel drops a bombshell

Back in the car, the ladies were wondering what activities they’d be doing over the weekend since none of them had been to the Hamptons in the winter before. When Ubah suggested that they might go horseback riding, Jessel innocently said, “I haven’t ridden anything in a really long time.”

Sai joked, “When’s the last time you had sex?”

Jaws dropped and all the air left the vehicle when Jessel responded, “Since I’ve had the kids.”

“I haven’t really gotten, like, down and dirty,” Jessel admitted.

Both Sai and Ubah were stunned. “Your children are one!” Sai said.

“Yeah,” Jessel confessed. “It’s been a while.” I’m sure her husband is so pleased that his wife just spilled their personal tea on national television.

“Who doesn’t get their pipes cleaned in over a year by their husband?” Sai asked. “Poor girl.”

Jessel explained that they’re “both exhausted” with two babies, and she’s still self-conscious about the scar from her C-section. Sai basically advised her to “use it or lose it.”

Jenna gets personal

Jenna has a home in the Hamptons also, though it’s only 1500 square feet, compared to Erin’s 6500. Sai asked Jenna if she kept clothes at her Hamptons home.

“It’s a little complicated,” Jenna answered. “I rented my house out and then my mom got sick. So I never … moved back in. I moved out to rent it, and then things happened and I left town.”

“I’m so sorry, by the way, about your mom,” Erin interjected.

Apparently, Jenna’s mom was sick for eight months and only passed away about six weeks ago. Even though she said she wasn’t close to her mom, she still seemed affected by the loss.

Jenna revealed that her mom had Asperger’s (a form of Autism), “So she didn’t have the ability to make connections.”

“While she knew she was always called out for saying weird things,” Jenna interviewed, “or for [seeming] cold, or for not having any kind of emotion, my mom had no idea that she had Asperger’s. She got diagnosed much later in life.” I don’t think anybody knew about Asperger’s 50 years ago, and it’s technically no longer used as a medical diagnosis. It’s been replaced by “Autism Spectrum Disorder” or ASD.

“Growing up, I knew something was missing,” Jenna added, “but I had no idea why. I just thought our family was different.”

“Which is why when I met Jessel’s mom,” Jenna told the ladies, “I completely fell apart ’cause her mom was, like, literally the mom I wanted.” This explains a lot about the way Jenna interacts with other people. She never had the attention and affection she craved as a child because her mother wasn’t capable of giving it to her. I want to hug Jenna now.

Jenna reveals why she stays “covered up” all the time

Erin’s mom taught her to never arrive at someone else’s house empty-handed. Sai brought her own toilet paper to Erin’s, just in case one-ply was the only choice available (as if Erin would buy one-ply! Please!). Jenna brought sexy lingerie for everyone.

Sai and Erin told Jenna that Jessel hasn’t had sex since “before the babies,” so they hoped Jenna brought something sexy for her to wear. Everyone got beautiful undergarments and nighties. Erin said they should have a fashion show tonight after dinner.

But Jenna insisted no one would ever see her in lingerie. “You will see, behind closed doors, why I would not,” she told Erin. “I have a pretty rare genetic disorder. That’s why I never show any skin.”

“The scars are just hyperpigmentation,” she said, pulling up her sleeves. “The one place I do not have any scars or any mottle is right here [on her chest] in this landing strip, so that’s why it’s often on display.”

Ubah has some quirks, but she’s adorable

The ladies finally went to dinner at Erin’s favorite Hamptons restaurant, the Topping Rose. Before Ubah could sit at the table, she pulled out her phone and used the compass app to determine which direction was north.

“Ubah is the only person who could bring a compass to dinner,” Jenna said, “and I would not be surprised. Like, of course. There’s her compass.”

Ubah explained, “I like to face north because it reminds me to be my true self.”

The Somalian model also doesn’t drink. “I drank when I was younger,” Ubah said. “Not good news. Also, I smoked weed once,” and she had to go straight to the hospital.

“My life is so beautiful,” she continued. “Any time I try to escape the beautiful life I have, God is like [slapping motion], ‘Get back there!'”

“I don’t drink,” Jenna also confessed in a production interview. “I don’t like being hungover. Not fun. I feel healthier, I feel more present, I’m just happier not drinking.”

The conversation turns to (what else?) sex

After grilling poor Jessel a little bit more about her (lack of a) sex life, all eyes turned to Jenna when Jessel asked about her sex life.

“It’s so different with – women is a different conversation,” Jenna hedged, obviously uncomfortable. But the ladies weren’t having that and insisted that Jenna spill the details of lesbian love.

“How did you know,” Jessel wanted to know, “it wasn’t guys that do it for you any longer?”

“I was in a very tricky situation,” Jenna responded. “My very close friend was gay, and we [had] a conversation. My [marriage] was falling apart … And I asked her, like, ‘What happens with women?’ I just was curious.”

“I had no idea, honestly,” she added. “And by the end of the conversation, after a lot of detail, I realized that, like, I felt sort of hot. I had never had that feeling before. Like, I just wanted to kiss her.”

“Something happened when I turned 40,” Jenna continued in an interview. “I had this beautiful little boy, I had this great job and I had this feeling inside that I wasn’t happy. I remember thinking to myself, I don’t want to feel like this for another 40 years.”

Jenna then admitted that when she was growing up, she didn’t even know women could be gay. Same here. Nobody talked about it when I was in high school. We whispered about things, but nobody was really “out” in those days.

“The only person that was even remotely gay, who was not admitted, was Billie Jean King.” Right?! I think Jenna must be close to my age and probably went to my high school.

And all the other ladies went, “Who?” Seriously? The Battle of the Sexes? 39 Grand Slam titles? There was a movie!

When Erin commented, “It’s just so crazy that people couldn’t be themselves for so long,” Jenna admitted that she didn’t even know she wasn’t herself.

Sai asked when Jenna had come out, but the sad reality is that Jenna was outed by the New York Post before she’d had the chance to tell anyone. She’d been at a restaurant with her friend, only three weeks into their relationship, when they were spotted. A reporter from the Post called her office to confirm or deny that she was dating a woman, and she was so shocked, all she could say was, “Confirm.”

“While it was devastating and probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced,” Jenna said, “I am so grateful for how incredibly gracious everyone at the office was … not my mom, but everybody else.”

Jessel has a breakthrough

When Jenna asked Jessel how she met her husband, the fashion publicist said they were introduced by a mutual friend and were best friends for two years. They actually shared an apartment as roommates, until Jessel’s mom visited one day and recognized that Pavit was “completely in love” with her.

Jessel and Parvit were married seven years before they had their twin boys. It was very stressful because, in the Indian culture, family is everything. They were trying to conceive, but nothing was happening. They went through five cycles of IVF before finally getting pregnant.

“In Indian culture,” Jessel shared, “if you can’t have children, it’s such a taboo … It becomes, like, gossip, and I didn’t want to be the subject of any negativity.” She was hesitant to even speak to her mother about it because she didn’t want her to worry.

Suddenly, Jessel had an epiphany. “Do you know what? Now that I think about it … I was probably so scarred by the fact that [getting pregnant] was ‘work.’ It was like, ‘I’m ovulating. Go, go, go, go, go! I was putting him on a schedule, and so maybe now when I think about it…”

“Omg,” Sai said, “you’ve discarded him. Maybe he feels like that, too!”

When Jessel agreed with her, Sai announced, “Guys, we’ve had a breakthrough.”

“Thank you, therapists!” Jessel said.

“I look like a f*cking Christmas tree!”

Back at Erin’s house, the ladies all tried on the lingerie Jenna brought them. Most of them liked their presents, but Jessel was very vocal about hating her green satin and black lace nightgown. To make matters worse, it was a size large, which she found offensive.

“Anyone that thinks that this is sexy is, like, crazy,” Jessel announced. “I feel like a f*cking Christmas tree.” Even though everyone assured her she looked gorgeous, Jessel told Jenna, “I absolutely hate it … This is not my vibe at all.”

Meanwhile, Jenna’s feelings were a little hurt. “It doesn’t seem to me that she has any connection that what she’s saying might really be kind of rude and offensive,” Jenna interviewed.

“She’s going on and on about how ugly the garment is,” Erin noticed. “It’s not that bad. She’s being a huge bitch, and she has no f*cking clue.”

Even Sai realized how offensive Jessel was being. “I can see on Jenna’s face she is horrified,” she said. “But at the same time, Jenna doesn’t have enough balls to say, ‘Hey, can you guys stop?’ If I was in Jenna’s shoes, I’d say, ‘Bitches, give back my sh*t.'”

I’m surprised the words “To Be Continued” didn’t come up on the screen because I’m sure we’ll hear more about Jessel’s “hideous” nightgown next week. Stay tuned…
