Vanderpump Rules Cast Members With the Most Instagram Followers

Somehow, Tom Sandoval cheating on Ariana Madix with her supposed best friend Rachel “Raquel” Leviss was the best thing to happen to Vanderpump Rules. The cast’s fame has entered another stratosphere as Scandoval became international news. In addition to merch sales and new viewers, cast members also benefited by an increase in Instagram followers. However, the most followed VPR star on Instagram may not be who viewers expect.

Jax Taylor – 1.2 Million

Jax Taylor/Instagram

It seems Jax Taylor really is the number one guy in the group—at least when it comes to Instagram followers. Of current male cast members, Tom Schwartz has the most, with 1 million.

While Jax was fired after Season 8, he was ostensibly the show’s main character for its early years. His wife, Brittany Cartwright, has 1.7 million followers. Maybe that’s why there’s talk of a spin-off, even if the reaction from fans was overwhelmingly negative.

Scheana Shay – 1.7 Million

Scheana Shay/Instagram

Scheana Shay is, like Jax, an OG VPR cast member. The (current) best friend of Ariana and (former) surrogate sister to Raquel was also a big part of Scandoval. Her own affair a decade prior, with Brandi Glanville’s husband, was the reason VPR happened in the first place. Day one fans will never forget when her sit down with Brandi on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills seamlessly turned into a Pump Rules backdoor pilot.

She’s also extra active on socials, and regularly vlogs on her YouTube channel. But Scheana also proves more followers can mean more haters. She’s spoken out before about the “mom shamers” who criticize her parenting of toddler daughter Summer Moon. And after she posted the cast filming together in Lake Tahoe, she had to battle with viewers accusing her of forgiving Tom Sandoval.

Ariana Madix – 2.1 Million

After Scandoval was exposed, Ariana’s fame skyrocketed. That included over half a million new Instagram followers. While she was already a fan favorite cast member on the show, and had an impressive 1.4 million followers, her current popularity is on a very different level. Thanks to tons of spon, a Lifetime movie role, and magazine covers, she’s everywhere. Dancing With The Stars should only bring her more fans and followers.

Her following certainly blasts Sandoval and Raquel’s out of the water, but when it comes to the most popular Pump Rules stars on Instagram, she’s still in the middle of the pack.

Lala Kent – 2.2 Million

Fans suspect some tension between Lala Kent and Ariana over the very different reactions to their public breakups. On a podcast, the single mom wondered if Ariana got more opportunities because she fit the “perfect victim” mold.

However, Lala still outranks Ariana in Instagram followers. And she was able to profit big time from the Scandoval. After an Instagram story went viral, her “Send It To Darrell” sold like hotcakes. She even bought a house with the profits. Unfortunately, like Scheana, her larger following also means an increase in haters and mom shamers.

Lisa Vanderpump – 3.1 Million

Some viewers have grown tired of Lisa Vanderpump‘s queen bee status on VPR. But the numbers don’t lie—she still has an advantage over her former employees. Thanks to RHOBH, Lisa was already a popular Bravo personality, hence why the show is called Vanderpump Rules instead of, say, Sexy Unique Restaurant.

Even her dramatic exit from that show, and the recent closing of restaurant, Pump, didn’t stop her momentum. She has the most famous celebrity fans, including Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lawerence, Lindsey Lohan, and Steve-O.

Stassi Schroeder – 3.1 Million

Stassi Schroeder/Instagram

Stassi Schroeder may have written a whole book about getting cancelled, but her Instagram following doesn’t indicate her career was ever in jeopardy. In her comments, you’ll find famous followers including the Kardashians, Lea Michele, and Darcey Silva. Like Jax, her big following may be because she was such a big part of the show’s initial popularity. Even non-VPR viewers have seen the clips of her birthday tantrums.

She’s spoken about Scandoval, and is still tied to the VPR cast due to her super close friendship with Katie Maloney. Otherwise, Instagram indicates Stassi’s world is very different from the wild antics of current cast members. Most of her posts are about parenting her two-year-old daughter Hartford, and preparing for her baby boy’s arrival. She also seems to have no interest in returning to the show. Clearly, she’s doing well enough without it.

Every Season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Ranked

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? was the first major spin-off of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. The show now has seven seasons under its belt. The spin-off began by following couples from prior seasons of the original series, as they navigate life after marriage. However, in recent years, couples from other spin-offs have been brought back for Happily Ever After? as well. While some seasons of Happily Ever After? have been wildly entertaining, others have been a huge letdown.

Happily Ever After? Season 6

(TLC/YouTube)

When it comes to Happily Ever After? seasons, Season 6 unfortunately comes in last place. Season 6 featured couples with boring or repetitive story lines, and there were not many couples worth rooting for. Brandon Gibbs and Julia Trubkina were one of the season’s most tedious couples, and their storyline about moving off Brandon’s parents farm was simply a snooze fest.

Jovi Dufren and his wife, Yara Zaya, were also featured on Season 6, and while they are fan favorites, their storyline was not very captivating either. Combined with repetitive drama from couples including Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa as well as Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi, Season 6 was not worth writing home about.

Happily Ever After? Season 1

(TLC/YouTube)

Season 1 was not much better than Season 6, as most of the couples were also boring and not entertaining. Luckily for viewers, Danielle Mullins and Mohamed Jbali were cast on Season 1, and carried the season. In fact, Danielle going to visit Mohamed with her binder goes down as one of the most iconic moments in 90 Day Fiancé history.

Apart from Danielle and Mohamed, the other couples from Season 1 were a tedious disappointment. While Loren Brovarnik and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, are fan favorites, their segments were not very interesting due to the lack of drama. Similarly, Russ Mayfield and his wife, Paola Mayfield, also failed to entertain viewers.

Happily Ever After? Season 2

(TLC/YouTube)

Season 2 featured many of the same couples as Season 1, so it does not rank much above it. Danielle and Mohamed returned and delivered the drama as usual, as things between the chaotic duo came to an end for good. Loren and Alexei also returned. While they are a wholesome couple, they are not always the most fun to watch.

However, Season 2 did introduce Chantel Everett and Pedro Jimeno to the spin-off. Both of them went on to become franchise icons. The drama between Pedro and Chantel’s family was never not entertaining, and viewers were so intrigued by the couple that they later scored their own spin-off, The Family Chantel.

Happily Ever After? Season 7

(TLC/YouTube)

While Season 7 felt frustrating at times, it ultimately ranks in the middle, as it was still rather entertaining. Season 7 featured a controversial group of couples, including Ed Brown and Liz Woods, who viewers made it clear that they did not want to see. This also marked the fourth season of Elizabeth Potthast and Andrei Castravet, and fans emphasized that they were tired of the continuous drama between Elizabeth’s family and Andrei.

Angela and Michael also returned for Season 7, and their storyline had many viewers on the edge of their seats, since it seemed as if their relationship may finally end. Kim Menzies appeared with her ex, Usman Umar, and while their storyline annoyed some, it was engaging for others. The best thing about Season 7 was the four-part tell all with no limits, where fans got to see the cast interact in ways never seen before.

Happily Ever After? Season 5

Season 5 was certainly one of the better seasons of Happily Ever After?, although some couples were hit or miss. Kalani and Asuelu had an entertaining storyline on Season 5, after the infamous struggle with Asuelu’s mom and sister. Colt Johnson and Larissa Lima also explored new relationships on Season 5 after their split, which was interesting to see.

However, Season 5 also featured some less entertaining segments. Controversial couple Paul Staehle and Karine Staehle were also cast on this season, and their story was not very intriguing.

Happily Ever After? Season 3

(TLC/YouTube)

Season 3 was a wild ride, that thankfully did not have many dull moments. This season introduced Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou to Happily Ever After?, and they went on to become one of the spin-off’s most entertaining couples. Fans were shocked by how naive Nicole could be, when it was evident that Azan was hiding things from her and not being upfront.

Franchise favorites David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan were also featured on Season 3, and did not leave viewers disappointed with their unique love story. Season 3 also continued to document the chaos of the relationship between Chantel and Pedro, as well as the ongoing feud between their respective families.

Happily Ever After? Season 4

(TLC/YouTube)

When it comes to Happily Ever After?, there is no question that Season 4 tops all. Season 4 was the first season of Happily Ever After? that featured Elizabeth and Andrei, back when their family drama was actually fresh and enjoyable. Chantel and Pedro also returned for Season 4, and continued to entertain fans with their chaotic family dynamic.

The real stars of Season 4 were Colt and Larissa, who ultimately ended the season by breaking up after Colt accused Larissa of domestic violence. Colt and Larissa had a tumultuous relationship all season, with many iconic moments such as Larissa asking Colt for a million dollars.
