Lisa Barlow Collaborates With Wendy’s

Many fans consider Lisa Barlow to be the true breakout star of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. But it was a process for most. She didn’t start out completely lovable, but the more fans got to know her, the more they fell for her demeanor.

One thing fans grew to love was Lisa’s clumsiness. Her attempts at creating drama and manipulating others were so ham-fisted and awkward that it came off as hilarious. It was like Lisa was doing a Real Housewives parody or subversion. But that’s probably giving her too much credit.

And the more fans fell in love with her, the more they adopted her mannerisms. More than one viewer calls their pet “baby gorgeous” because of Lisa. Then there’s the iconic “I love that” –such a simple phrase turned iconic. And with that iconic status, it only makes sense for Lisa to go and get that bag.

On July 25, Lisa posted an Instagram reel with the hashtag “ad.” The reel featured Lisa inside a Wendy’s having the time of her life eating her nuggets and drinking her soda. She captioned the reel, “Baby G’s, this is major. [Wendy’s] is NOW OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT OR LATER!!! and all I know is … I love that!”

There are too many college students who are going to be all too pleased by this news. Over the reel were soundbites of Lisa repeatedly saying, “I love it,” as she’s prone to do. And commenters loved it just as much. “The greatest brand collab since Dorinda [Medley] and Christmas,” one user joked.

And the ad certainly proved effective with one commenter writing, “BRB GOING TO WENDYS AFTER SEEING THIS!” Many proposed a Lisa Barlow-themed meal or menu item, a la McDonald’s celebrity meals. And as a cherry on top, John Barlow commented, “Drooling! And not because of the food…”

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is expected to return for its fourth season later this year.

Sutton Stracke to Launch Non-Binary Clothing Line

It’s easy to be enthralled by the Housewives to such a point that we forget they often have jobs outside of the show. Sure, some of them only found success elsewhere because of their TV appearances. But it’s good for them to have other interests. It keeps them from feeling one-note.

Such is the case for Sutton Stracke. Many Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans would say Sutton doesn’t even fit the typical Housewives mold. They find her sincere and often appreciate her unwillingness to take any shenanigans.

And perhaps it’s her sincerity that inspired her new business venture. On July 20, Sutton told her Instagram followers that she would use her fashion ties to march towards another step of equality. She announced the upcoming release of a non-binary fashion line.

Sutton posted a selfie to Instagram with the caption, “My newest SUTTON Green Line NBS1971 Patch shirt (NBS: non-binary) coming soon! All original and unique.” She also added the hashtags “sustainability” and “work in progress.” She further advised her followers to “Stay tuned…”

The non-binary market might be small, but it’s still a budding market. It’s estimated that only about 0.3% of the US population is non-binary. But acknowledging and accepting them matters. Still, some IG commenters detracted, with one writing, “I don’t even know what this means. Since when are clothes non-binary? You’re either wearing men’s clothing or women’s clothing.”

Luckily, other commenters were willing to help educate. “[Last] I checked,” one user wrote, “clothing doesn’t have a gender. If you can label it for men or women, who does it hurt to label it non-binary?” Based. Gender identity hurts no one. While a lot of clothing is practical, many ideas around clothing are just social constructs, such as the idea of gendered clothing.

Lenny Hochstein’s Mistress Claims Lisa Hochstein’s Aunt Was Antisemitic

Well, this is among the stranger cases of she said, she said this year, but we’ll roll with it. Fans of Real Housewives of Miami should recall what went down between Lisa Hochstein and her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein. And Lenny hasn’t done much for his image since then.

Reportedly, Lisa went on vacation last week, prompting Lenny and his girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, to show up at the house unannounced. Lisa’s mother and aunt were at the house to watch Lisa’s two children. Allegedly, once Lenny and Katharina were there, they refused to leave.

What happened next is now up for debate, though Lisa claimed that Katharina was walking around the house in just a negligee. That prompted Lisa’s mother to go off on Katharina, and Lenny allegedly threw Lisa’s mother out of the house. But now, Katharina has her own story on the events.

Katharina’s claims of discrimination

According to Katharina, Lisa’s mother was not kicked out, but her aunt, due to offensive comments. “Lisa’s aunt resorted to foul, offensive and derogatory language, including making antisemitic comments about my boyfriend and his mother’s background in front of the children, leading to her removal from the premises following necessary intervention.”

Page Six reported all these details from Katharina. When they reached out to Lisa for comment, she said, “They can say all they want, as they usually do … Remember, this is not the first time Lenny has gotten caught on video showing his true ugly colors, and just as expected, and like last time, they respond with lies.”

Lisa was referring to Lenny’s hot mic moment from Season 5 where he was caught on camera admitting he would leave Lisa. And she makes a good point. Lenny’s reputation isn’t exactly that of a truth-teller. Of course, there are so many allegations here that it’s hard to keep track of.

Real Housewives of Miami is expected to return to Bravo in late 2023.

Katie Maloney Reacts to ‘Crazy Jo’ Filming for Vanderpump Rules

Vanderpump Rules seems set to continue with the surprises in Season 11. Now, Katie Maloney has some choice words after witnessing ex-husband Tom Schwartz film with “friend” Jo Wenberg. With ‘Crazy Jo’ a part of filming, everybody’s left confused.

A clip was uploaded by fan account QueensofBravo on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. It saw Jo joining Schwartz and his castmates James Kennedy and Ally Lewber chatting at SUR. Katie commented on a second clip where Jo was seen following Schwartz around. She said, “I can feel that energy from here. Yikes.”

Katie and Schwartz would have been an important storyline if not for Scandoval

If it wasn’t for Tom Sandoval’s affair with Rachel Leviss and his subsequent breakup with girlfriend Ariana Madix – now popularly known as “Scandoval,” Katie and Schwartz’s marriage would have been the biggest topic of discussion on Pump Rules Season 10.

The former couple parted ways in March 2022 after over a decade together. Schwartz, however, continued to raise eyebrows after he made out with Rachel at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies’ wedding. Jo entered the scene when speculations of a connection with Schwartz arose, as people saw the duo at a concert in December 2022.

Initially, Schwartz denied claims of dating Jo. In an interview in February 2023, he called her a “beautiful soul,” and said he appreciated her on a “deeper level.” However, this didn’t age well after Scandoval happened a month later.

Katie was definitely a mess in Season 10 as she tried to navigate the loss of her marriage and her ex-husband making out with Rachel. The same month, a fan account speculated that the make out happened only because Schwartz wanted it as a cover for probably hooking up with Jo.

Katie didn’t hold back then. She called Jo a “psycho” and expressed that none of the cast members could stand to be around her. Calling her energy “on par with a crack head,” Katie threatened to light her on fire, metaphorically speaking.

If the comments section weren’t enough, Katie also addressed her concerns with Jo on the show the following month. She said, “The last text Jo sent me after Tom and I announced our divorce was her saying she will always love and respect me. And the fact that she moved in with Schwartz two seconds later, she’s that kind of b*tch.”

Schwartz quickly came to his “friend’s” defense. He soon confirmed being in a casual relationship with Jo, stating that it quickly evolved into “a situationship or a friends with benefits things with clearly defined boundaries.”

If only Schwartz could defend Katie as quickly as he did for Jo. Well, it’s his loss anyway as Senorita Bubba is thriving and living life – doing very well without him.

Jason Wahler Missed Daughter’s Birth Due to Addiction Relapse

Addiction spares no one. But the ones who manage to overcome it and are on their sobriety journey often are left with a few regrets. Jason Wahler shared that relapse led him to miss the birth of his daughter Delilah Ray, who turns six this year.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, The Hills alum opened up about his sobriety journey and his relapse incident. It made him miss out on a hugely special moment in his life. He revealed that missing his daughter’s birth was “one of the lowest points.”

Jason said, “At five years of sobriety, I ended up relapsing on Adderall. I ended up going down, spiraling on and off for two-and-a-half, three years, that landed me at the first floor at Hoag Hospital while my wife was giving birth on the third floor with my daughter.”

Jason Wahler has had a struggle like no other

Jason married Ashley Slack in 2013 and the couple have two children: daughter Delilah, five, and son Wyatt, two.

In his interview with the outlet, Jason recalled the moment and said, “To not be able to be present or in the moment to remember one of the greatest memories or moments in your life, is something that, I’ve forgiven myself, but it’s really hard.”

He got into the archetype of the “bad boy” during his stint on Laguna Beach and The Hills over 18 years ago. But beneath all that was a teenage struggling with mental health and addiction issues. Jason, however, said it created an identity that he was able to escape.

The alum said, “What you so on television was a character I created and wanted to live by that – which is like the partying, out of control type of person, and I fed into that.” When asked how much of his appearance was his true self, he said, that it was the Jason who was “really sick.”

His struggles included multiple arrests, and an attempt to take his own life. But he’s finally sober, and for four years now he has celebrated his sobrierty. The family has moved out of Orange County, where he said that he’s “finally taken control of his life.” Good for you, Jason!

When he asked what he had to say to the teenager back then, he said, “It’s going to be okay. There’s a way out. There’s solutions. There’s an opportunity to be able to talk about it and share that. You’re not alone. There’s help all around you.”

Tori Spelling Blasts Realtor ‘Mocking’ Her Family Amid Housing Crisis

Tori Spelling and stressful situations seem to go hand-in-hand right now. She recently found issue with a real estate broker and chose to reveal text messages from their interaction, where he called the family’s housing crisis “amusing.”

The 90210 alum has been dealing with a mold infestation issue at her house for the past few months. She is also in the process of divorcing her husband Dean McDermott after 17 years of marriage. As if that wasn’t enough, all of that is playing out in the public eye.

Tori took to her Instagram Stories on Friday, July 21, 2023, to reveal the text exchange. It looks like the broker, named Robert Vinson, is unaware how cruel he sounds. He goes as far as to call the entire situation “amusing.”

What does Tori do in response? She reveals their interaction to her 1.7 million followers. What’s more, she slams him and reveals his name and Instagram handle, subjecting him to an immense backlash. Actions have consequences, Robert!

In the text exchange, the broker started by writing “The latest bizarre enquiry.” The former reality star looked taken aback by the message and wrote back, “I’m sorry? I’m assuming that wasn’t meant for me.”

The realtor, who wasn’t aware that Tori was on the other end of the exchange, said, “It is more for Karen. Tori Spelling has been asking for a 1 month rental. If you follow her situation on TMZ it is all amusing.”

At this point, he dug his own grave. How is a mold situation “amusing?” Well, Tori didn’t take the comments lying down. She lashed out at him and said, “This is Tori Spelling. Wow! Human empathy and kindness prevails. Kids in crisis is amusing.”

She added, “And, this human is a father! I guess I hold out too much hope that people lead by kindness. Shame on you Robert Vinson @vinsongroup real estate!”

Tori expressed disgust at the realtor for “mocking the situation,” when her and her five kids, Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, six, have been struggling with mold infestation. It even got to the point that the star and her kids were spotted staying at a cheap motel.

Broker tells his side of the story

Robert didn’t hold back once he received hate comments from the former reality star’s fans. He told Page Six, “Celebrity impersonation is rabid in Hollywood. As a real estate broker, I have a fiduciary responsibility to be certain of the identity of the person we are dealing with.”

He also claimed to not believe Tori when she initially texted him about the monthly rental. The broker believed it was a “scam” and that he “never received a call back from the text. I am now being publicly shamed for my due diligence.”

There are a lot of ways to verify a scam but surely not one of them might have to do with calling a family dealing with a difficult situation “amusing.” Hard to justify.

After Robert claimed to receive vulgar messages from her fans, the broker claimed to send a text message to Tori. which said, “I am sorry about the message. I was raised by a single mother and understand the challenges you are dealing with. When you did not call me I thought I was being spoofed by someone who was pretending to be you.”

Was this enough of an apology? Considering his actions, I wouldn’t think so. He just didn’t see this coming.
