Big Brother 20 Episode 4 Recap: An Intense Power of Veto Shock

Sam Bledsoe finds herself in danger this Big Brother 20 week. In order to ensure safety, she desperately needs to win the Power of Veto. Sam has somewhat of a get out of jail free card in her hand, but she’s trying to save that for another week in the Big Brother 20 house.

Big Brother 20 Sam Bledsoe

We know that Sam won a “chance” to return to the game from the App Store twist, if she was voted out within the next 4 weeks; however, in Big Brother, you never want to leave your fate to chance. Steve Arienta also needs to win the Power of Veto or he could be the first houseguest evicted from the Big Brother house. At the moment, Steve seems safe, because he’s an extended member of the alliance F.O.U.T.T.E, but members of that alliance have been planning hinky votes, and shifting their loyalties all week. Bottom line…no one is safe inside the Big Brother house this week.

Deals and Dealings

Prior to the Power of Veto competition, everyone scrambles to decide what to do if they win it. Some players want to use it to force Tyler Crispen to make a big move. Others, just want to play it safe and keep the nominations the same.

Week 1 Power of Veto Competition Results

All week, on the Big Brother Live Feeds, the houseguests have discussed the horror of this Power of Veto competition. They made it sound like a Saw movie. CBS and Big Brother apparently had snakes and shock collars. Let us watch to see if it’s as bad as the houseguests claimed.

Week 1 Power of Veto Ceremony

Now that the Power of Veto competition played out, will the holder make a big move? If Tyler has to put up a replacement nominee, will he stick to his plan and nominate Bayleigh?

Join us again tomorrow at 8:00pm CST/9:00pm EST for the first Big Brother 20 live eviction.

Big Brother 20 Episode 4 Preview: Most Intense Power of Veto Competition Ever?

Friday night, the first Power of Veto competition of Big Brother 20 happened. We already know who won it. But we don’t know if it was as intense as the Big Brother 20 players claim. They spent quite awhile on Friday and Saturday discussing the intensity of this Power of Veto competition. They even claimed it might be the most intense one ever.

Big Brother 20-Sam Bledsoe

Apparently, a lot of extremely confident players did not perform well during this week’s Power of Veto competition. It also revealed some real life fears and phobias for the Big Brother 20 players. To win the Veto, the houseguests had to complete a series of obstacles.

A few of them included eating gross stuff, touching snakes, and a receiving shocks from a shock collar. Things got so intense that Sam Bledsoe stopped being sweet and started screaming at production. She was in that much pain. Big Brother 20 Live Feed watchers have been waiting for today to see it all play out, and confirm if CBS may have really went a little too far.

Big Brother released a promo for this episode. It doesn’t mention the Power of Veto competition. However, it does promote the fact that tonight’s episode happens on the fourth of July. Get ready for the fireworks.

Join us tonight at 7:00pm CST/8:00pm for a live recap of this cruicial Big Brother 20 Power of Veto competition.

Big Brother 20: Week One Alliance Update

After moving into their new summer digs, the Big Brother 20 cast did not waste much time. They immediately started to make deals and forming alliances. In very short order, we have a Big Brother house divided along 2 majority sides, with a few smaller alliances sprinkled in for some more fun.

With so many houseguests still inside the Big Brother house, these alliances and deals can get a bit confusing, so we are here to break it down for you.

The two main alliances inside the Big Brother house, thus far, are Level Six (similar to all former babes & bros alliances) and the “FOUTTE” (reminiscent of former Big Brother Over the Top’s Misfit alliance).  As always, we have used  @89razorskate20 graphics to help explain the current deals and alliances.

Big Brother 20 Promo

Level Six is comprised of Brett Robinson, Winston Hines, Tyler Crispen, Angela Rummans, Rachel Swindler, and Kaycee Clark as the core 6 members of this alliance. Although JC Mounduix is not officially a member of the core alliance, he is certainly a part of this group inside the Big Brother house.

Winston seems to think that he is running the show at Level Six, and none of his fellow houseguests have tried to take the crown. He is certainly a major driving force for these guys and gals. Winston and Brett already have a final 2 deal between them, and Rachel and Angela are as thick as thieves together. Tyler is juggling both sides of the house somehow, while Kaycee is sitting at the bottom of this group. JC is running around the house trying to play ice-cream man with the scooper…let’s just leave that one alone.

On the other side of the Big Brother house, we have FOUTTE which stands for Five Of Us To The End. This alliance includes Chris “Swaggy C” Williams, Faysal Shafaat, Angie “Rockstar Lantry, Haleigh Broucher, and Kaitlyn Herman.  There is no doubt Swaggy lays claim as the leader of this group of houseguests, but Swaggy also claims that. he is the best player inside the Big Brother house…no comment. Although Bayleigh Dayton is not officially a member of this group, she and Swaggy have already made a final 2 deal together in-between their rounds of tonsil hockey.

In addition to the houseguests listed above in FOUTTE, Steve Arienta and Scottie Salton fall to this side of the house as well.  Foutte is working hard right now to save Steve from being the first houseguest evicted. Scottie and Steve have made an unlikely pair inside the Big Brother house in season 20, and they have one of the strongest bonds formed thus far.

Big Brother 20 Alliance Five

Faysal and Kaitlyn have a very tight connection also, but Haleigh and Kaitlyn have a final 2 deal that may cause a rift between Faysal and Kaitlyn. That triangle should be fun to watch play out.

Poor little Sam Bledsoe, who is also on the block for eviction this week with Steve, is the loneliest houseguest right now.  Her only true ally is Tyler. His alliance, Level Six, is working hard to keep Sam inside the Big Brother house in hopes of adding her vote to their side.

Tyler is the one houseguest that has managed to spread his wings all over the Big Brother 20 household. Amazingly, he has done this while serving as the first Head of Household.  We will have to wait and see how long Tyler can keep up the charade of making both sides of the house happy with him.  History dictates that those houseguests in this position must choose a side rather sooner than later.

Join us again tonight at 7:00pm CST/8:00pm EST for the first  Big Brother 20 Power of Veto competition.

Big Brother 20 Spoilers: Live Feeds Day 14 Highlights: To Cast A Hinky Vote or To Not Cast a Hinky Vote

Big Brother viewers love to see game devastations come because of a  hinky vote. It’s a gamble to make one, because sometimes it creates a big explosion, but most of the time hinky votes fizzle out. This week’s possible Big Brother 20 hinky vote potentially can become a defining moment this season.

Big Brother 20 Angie Lantry Rockstar

At the start of Tuesday, Level 6 wanted to keep Sam Bledsoe in the Big Brother game. Steve Arienta had to go because of his allegiance to Chris “Swaggy C” Williams‘ side of the house. Sam is a free agent. Level 6 hoped that with this vote, they can save her and gain a new number for their side.

Currently, neither side believes that there are enough votes to keep Sam in the Big Brother 20 game. However, Tyler Crispen continuously works to secure either Haleigh Broucher or Kaitlyn Herman‘s votes for Level 6 and Sam. Level 6 views these two members of F.O.U.T.T.E  as the weak links in that group.

Haleigh remains a. firm member of Swaggy’s side, and it doesn’t seem likely that she’ll flip her vote. However, all the drama with Faysal Shafaat and her created tension that could lead to Kaitlyn going over to the other side. Yesterday, Tyler really made her believe that Kaitlyn’s side didn’t care about her feelings in the game.’

Big Brother 20 Tyler Crispen and Kaitlyn Herman

Tyler and Kaitlyn discussed moving over to Winston Hines‘ side, targeting Swaggy, and voting out Steve over Sam. Tyler even brought up the possibility of Sam having the Big Brother App store power. Kaitlyn seems hesitant but could be persuaded to jump off team Swaggy and jump onto team Level 6.

Meanwhile, Angie “Rockstar” Lantry hatched a plan that might screw up her side’s game. She spoke to JC Mounduix about whether Level 6 would vote for or against Sam to stay. JC lied; he said they’d vote Sam out of the Big Brother house. Angie took this knowledge and proposed an idea to Swaggy.

She wants to have two hinky votes cast against Steve, so that F.O.U.T.T.E can blame it on Brett Robinson and Winston. This would set them up to become Steve’s targets. Swaggy said they should only do these hinky votes if they knew for sure that they have all the votes to vote out Sam.

If Swaggy’s side falls for JC’s lie, then we could have had an exciting blindside on Thursday.

Big Brother 20 Angie and Chris

However, the kicker is that very late last night, things changed once again. Winston and Brett decided that they didn’t want to lose Scottie Salton as an ally. Scottie is very firmly aligned with Steve, so they knew if they voted Steve out, then that would create a wedge against Scottie and them.

They also didn’t really see the benefit of keeping Sam in the house. At the end of the night, they settled on voting out Sam. We’ll have to stay glued to the Big Brother Live Feeds to see if anything changes once again before tomorrow’s live eviction.

Meanwhile, Kaitlyn continued to be a little hostile to Swaggy C, Faysal, and Bayleigh Dayton. Haleigh and Kaitlyn hashed out their drama on Monday night, so Kaitlyn channeled her inner rage at the rest of the alliance.

Big Brother 20 Brett and Winston

Bayleigh and her talked in the morning. Bayleigh told Kaitlyn that Swaggy didn’t like Kaitlyn’s behavior, and Kaitlyn said she didn’t like how she felt about the group, and them not caring about her. She said she felt that Level 6 showed her more sympathy and compassion.

Later, she told Faysa that that’s the reason why she spent so much time with Brett and Winston in the house yesterday.

The Big Brother Live Feeds were also down for a few hours so that the Big Brother houseguests could practice for the upcoming Head of Household competition. It looks like it’ll be a memory one.

BB20’s unwanted touching, racist language prompt a new kind of CBS statement

CBS has responded to Big Brother 20 houseguests' behavior—a conversation with racially charged language and repeated, unwanted physical touching—by releasing a statement that differs from its usual response to these kinds of incidents. The people involved have been "warned" and may receive "future consequences," the network said. The specific incidents involve JC Mounduix's unwanted touching of other houseguests' genitalia, and a Monday night conversation between Angela Rummans and Rachel Swindler, as reported by Big Brother live feed... keep reading this story »
