Real Housewives Of Dallas Season 3 Taglines Revealed
Nothing marks the official start of a Real Housewives season like the release of the cast members’ taglines. Real Housewives of Dallas is back for Season 3 on Wednesday August 15, but it just feels officially official now that the taglines are out. The taglines set the tone for what the fans can expect from each cast member’s story line that season.
What are the taglines for Real Housewives of Dallas Season 3? Season 3 has all of the same cast members from the year before. These taglines aren’t about “getting to know” the Housewives. Their purpose is to set the tone for the season.
For Seasons 1 and 2 of Real Housewives of Dallas, Brandi Redmond referenced her time as a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader in her taglines. So is the third time the charm? Apparently not since Brandi’s tagline this year is “This isn’t my first rodeo, so I’m not taking your bull.” When did Brandi ever take anyone’s bull? She has never had an issue standing up for herself on this show. Could this just be a dig at LeeAnne Locken’s Season 2 tagline: “I’m a true Texan, no bull all horns”? It wouldn’t be the first time that Brandi took a jab at LeeAnne.
Just for good measure, LeeAnne made it clear that she’s no shrinking violet with her Season 3 tagline: “You don’t mess with Texas, and you don’t mess with me.” I don’t know why anyone would want to mess with LeeAnne, but I sure hope that someone does. LeeAnne’s outbursts make this show worth watching. LeeAnne is Real Housewives of Dallas and the show would not be worth watching if it wasn’t for her antics.”
Last season, Cary Deuber referenced the skeletons in her closet in her tagline. This year, she mentioned her closet again in a not-so-catchy (yet very on brand) tagline: “When life gets messy, just build a bigger closet.”
During Season 1, Stephanie Hollman mentioned her “big ol’ mansion” in her tagline. Last year, she went with “I married into money, but family is my fortune.” She continued to reference her wealth with her Season 3 tagline: “Investing in drama is not in my budget.” First of all, since when is Stephanie on any sort of budget? Second, how can she be a Real Housewife while avoiding drama? That is just not possible.
D’Andra Simmons hinted that her biggest story line will revolve around running the business with her mother. Her Season 3 tagline is “Running a family business is a job for one tough mother.”
Kameron Westcott has a cute tagline for Season 3, but it is not at all specific. A Housewife in any city could get away with “I’ve got heels that are higher than your standards.” It’s catchy, it’s adorable. It’s just not at all personal and it does not hint at her main story line.

Big Brother 20 Spoilers: Week 7 Power of Veto Ceremony Results (08/13/18)
Last week, Big Brother 20’s Haleigh Broucher made the bold decision to try to nominate and evict Tyler Crispen. Well, sometimes plans fail and keep failing. This decision would have been fine, because it was anonymous, so Haleigh could have gotten away with her failed attempt to evict Tyler.
However, Haleigh guilt ate away at her, and she decided to come clean about being the hacker. At first, there was no consequences because everyone believed Baleigh Dayton was the hacker. Once she officially convinced Tyler, there was no hope for her Big Brother 2018 game.
Angie “Rockstar” Lantry and Haleigh made constant attempts to convince Tyler to use the Veto on Rockstar, so that she was safe, and the nomination would return to Angela Rummans vs Kaycee Clark on the block. Haleigh and Rockstar have an especially skewed view of the Big Brother house dynamics. They believe that Tyler and Angela just started to form a relationship, but he’s had one with them the entire game.
In reality, Tyler has been playing the Hive members for the entire game. He’s been loyal and working with Angela all season. With Tyler planning to remove Angela from the block, we expect lots of tears after today’s Power of Veto ceremony.

Danielle Staub Files Restraining Order Against Husband Marty Caffrey
Are the cameras still rolling to film Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 9? If they’re not, maybe they should be because the drama between Danielle Staub and her husband of a couple months, Marty Caffrey, is unreal. They just got married in May and their marriage has already hit the rocks- in a very public manner.
Now the soon-to-be divorced couple is embroiled in legal drama. How is Danielle not a full-time cast member? She could bring a lot of drama to the table if her tumultuous marriage was a part of her story line.
According to an article from Page Six, the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member filed a temporary restraining order against her husband after a confrontation they had at her home.

Page Six reports that the restraining order claims that Marty rigged the garage door so it would not open and then “she found her husband standing in her garage. He appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, agitated and confrontational.”
Then she supposedly found that family portraits were taken down and she went through the house to look for the pictures. This lead to Marty calling the cops, but she is the one who ended up filing the restraining order since “believes that [Caffrey] is attempting to tarnish her reputation and career by making repeated false reports to the media.” The restraining order is valid until their court date on August 20.
It’s safe to assume there’s zero hope for reconciliation here, but then again, you never know, getting back together after this would make for a wild story line.

Big Brother 20 Spoilers: Live Feeds Day 54 Highlights: The Hive Scrambles to Save Rockstar
Like most Big Brother 20 Sunday nights, it was more of a relaxing day for the houseguests. They enjoyed some time lounging outside and Snapchat fun. Tyler Crispen and Angela Rummans spent a lot of time together, which sent red flags to the Hive side. This kicked Angie “Rockstar” Lantry, Faysal Shafaat, and Haleigh Broucher’s campaigning into high gear.
Now more sober, Haleigh made the same pitch as her tub pitch. In it, she promised Tyler safety at least until the final six because of all the numbers she had on her side. Haleigh also reminded Tyler that Kaycee Clark and Angela only became his friends last week, and he should remember how the Hive members have been there for him.
After every pitch, the Hive would believe that they got through to Tyler, but then he would go back to talking to Angela. By the end of the night, the group was in a slight panic, but believed that they could still maybe get through to Tyler. Meanwhile, Tyler and Angela continued to grow closer. She finally shared some personal details with him, especially related to her gymnastic and pole vaulting history.
Kaycee spoke to Sam Bledsoe to see where her head was at in the game. Sam admitted that she was feeling left out with Kaycee and Tyler. She thought Angela was replacing her in their trio. Kaycee reassured Sam that this was not the cast.
Last night, Tyler and Angela also worked to secure JC Mounduix to their side. It seemed to work because JC declared his loyalty to them and plans to vote out Rockstar this week instead of Kaycee.
In a few hours the Big Brother Power of Veto competition will take place. It’s likely to create a lot of tension and stress for the Hive. Join us later today for the results.

The Real Housewives of Potomac Reunion Part 1 Recap: Faux Friends and Schadenfreude
Last night the reunion of The Real Housewives of Potomac kicked off with a huge downer that Karen Huger’s dad had passed away from Alzheimer’s Disease just two weeks prior to taping, and the funeral had been a mere five days earlier. On top of that, her mom had died just seven months ago, so it’s been a terrible time for Karen. When your husband owing millions to the IRS is 3rd on your list of problems, then you know emotions are running wild. She hung in there for a while, but ultimately it got the best of her.
Before we dive into the minutia of grievances these women have, and since all season I have compared them to high schoolers (and sometimes junior high), I’d like to start with my reunion superlatives.
Best Hair: Ashley Darby. I love her natural curls.
Worst Hair: Robyn Dixon. I know, I know. Unpopular opinion. IMHO she swung for the fences but struck out.
Best Dressed: Monique Samuels. From make-up to dress to baby bump, I like her look the best.
Worst dressed: Karen Huger. I love tulle, but Karen stole my old bridal veil and sewed it to her ass.
Best Shoulder to Cry On: Gizelle Bryant. When all the women sat glued to their seats, it was the First Lady that showed Karen kindness.
Best Spontaneous Line: Candiace Dillard: When Ashley called her Pageant Patty, she responded, “Pageant Patty has a National title, Boo. Where’s yours?
Best Impression of a Little Yippee Dog: Ashley Darby. I like Ashley. Why is she trying so hard to be the villain?
MVP: Karen Huger. There is no close 2nd.
At least we get to start with a few fun times but not nearly enough for my taste. I guess no bubble ball or Nemacolins made the cut. I would have loved to see the entire wig slip replayed. However, I do appreciate the new information that Karen keeps her wigs in a Wal-Mart bag. Gurl! I love a bargain too!
Monique is all about me, me, me says Gizelle
We dive directly into Monique’s accident and whether or not she was driving while intoxicated. They show us Ashley telling Robin that Monique had four martinis before the accident and then we see the umbrella fight she had with Robyn. Andy wants to know if Ashley regrets saying Monique had four martinis before the crash. Ashley references other occasions where Monique has had several drinks as well. Sometimes Shady Andy is the best Andy because he points out that in nearly every scene Ashley is sucking on a Corona. Monique also points out that Ashley herself drank plenty at lunch but it wasn’t until Ashley was on Watch What Happens Live that she came up with the story that she took a nap before driving home. She never said it when they were filming. Let’s just point out that two wrongs don’t make a right. Andy tells Monique that she’s being really defensive.
Monique got lots of pushback for her website called Not for Lazy Moms. People were offended by the name. Gizelle and Robyn both admit they haven’t seen it but are judging it solely based on the name. Andy asks who called her to congratulate her on her pregnancy and it looks like it is just her side of the couch that did. Ashley, Robyn, and Gizelle must have been too busy delivering pizzas to Great Falls to make a call. They also bring up Monique upgrading to first class, but does anyone care about this argument? Now they’re just arguing to argue, so let’s move on to Candiace.
Let’s make it perfectly clear: Andy Cohen will be seeing the brown penis before this reunion comes to a close. He moves on to the Princess fight. What we didn’t know is that in addition to Chris calling her a Princess, he told her not to let the show go to her head because she isn’t s***. That’s pretty bad to tell the woman you’re planning on marrying, but Candiace says they work because they’re so honest with each other. On a side note, I saw that Candiace and Chris tied the knot this weekend, so congratulations and if she gets another season I’m glad we won’t be watching the wedding prep again. I’m just putting this out there: Divorce by Bravo…
It’s time for me to go fill up my wine glass because it’s Robyn’s turn. There’s only one way for me to get through her storyline and it isn’t sober. Robyn and Juan are doing well; they are continuing to focus on their family…basically the same song and dance three years running. Let’s also point out that the medium they hired could have Googled all the info he laid out to Robyn and Juan, but she swears she never revealed the shyster who stole her money and killed himself. Mm-Hmmm… Reality Tea crack team of commenters said at the time that episode aired that this was a big story back in the day. I’m putting my money on them rather than a fly by night medium.
Karen admits to Robyn that she should have handled the gala/woman’s empowerment forum double booking better. She had wanted to go to both, but when Robyn got so angry at her, she decided to blow her off and attend Monique’s more entertaining event and hang out where she was actually wanted. Then there’s the mean meme that Monique’s bother posted on her fan page and of course, Monique doesn’t take any responsibility and instead points out that Robyn is Gizelle’s lap dog. She says she’ll address it with her bother. Yeeeaaah…sure she will.
Karen Huger’s husband owes millions to the IRS
It’s time to talk about Karen. I want to talk about the wig slip during bubble ball or her one-liners. Can we talk about her K-Mart blue light special walking shoes in France? All Andy wants to focus on is the IRS debt. How many times does Karen need to tell us that it’s all behind her? Except for paying them – That part is still up in the air. Karen admits she didn’t question Ray because she trusted him, she was spoiled, and she could have done better.
They talk about the press conference and how Karen arrived in cammo and Gizelle had a #SAVEUNCLEBEN t-shirt on. Karen fully admits she came in with a bad attitude because she felt betrayed by Robyn. However, we are now told that it was JUAN’s fault that the entire mess started. When Robyn got off the phone with Karen, Juan said that Karen was lying, so that’s what prompted Robyn to go around the streets of Potomac and spread the word far and wide. Let’s get one thing straight, and this is just my opinion, but Robyn literally yells at people that they are liars, tells everyone to just own it, but when it comes to her own foolishness, she passes the blame. Why would Karen ever be honest with Robyn again after what happened at the beginning of the season? Karen thought it was schadenfreude and no way was she going to share personal information with any of them. Right now she’s surviving, not lying. On the one hand, she wanted Gizelle to come see her and on the other, she told Gizelle she wasn’t welcome. Everyone knew her parents were sick and was it too much to ask for just a little break? No one expressed any sympathy about it and now they’re both dead and gone. Andy says he’s really sorry about her dad and that small bit of empathy is just enough to send Karen off the edge. She bursts out crying and runs off the stage. Monique reveals that Karen broke down while they were getting dressed. Surprisingly, at least to me, Gizelle is the one that gets up and follows Karen backstage. Giving her a huge hug, Gizelle tells Karen she is the strongest woman she knows, but Karen is tired of being strong. She just can’t do it anymore. Vanderpump Rules Cast Vacations In Puerto Vallarta- Photos
A Vanderpump Rules cast trip is bound to be entertaining- especially when they’re in Mexico. Currently, all of the SURvers are vacationing in Vicki Gunvalon’s home away from home: Puerto Vallarta. Well, almost all of the SURvers are there.
Jax Taylor, Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Brittany Cartwright, Lala Kent, Tom Schwartz, Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval, Katie Maloney, Scheana Marie, and Stassi’s boyfriend Beau Clark turned up in Mexico. However, there are two notable names missing from the guest list.
James Kennedy and Billie Lee were not included on the trip. Billie has never been a full-time cast member, so it’s not super shocking that she wasn’t down in Puerto Vallarta. She even tweeted, “It’s obvious I’m not in Mexico. Sucks still being the newbie @SurRestaurant not everyone can get their shift covered so I’ll be hosting tomorrow night at SUR. Come visit me!” But what about the self-proclaimed White Kanye West? Why wasn’t he on the Vanderpump Rules cast trip? Is he just overbooked with an abundance of DJ gigs?
Even though the trip was filmed for Season 7 of Vanderpump Rules, the cast still documented some moments themselves. The girls took a photo (with their backs to the camera) with their bikini tops off. That had to be a humorous homage to Lala’s infamous topless moment during the cast trip to Hawaii years ago, right?
They rode ATVs. They even coordinated outfits during a night out- most likely at Tom Sandoval’s request.

90 Day Fiance Before The 90 Days Recap: Face To Face
Is it too soon to say that season two of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days may even surpass the greatness of season one? Perhaps so, but dang! It’s coming out, hairballs blazing. Last night we met one new couple or rather one half of a new couple. Alright, we actually met a dude who is very unlikely to ever be part of ANY couple, but who does own one very impressive mesh shirt (photo evidence forthcoming in future recaps). And are we all wondering the same thing with this cast, i.e.: Is everyone on this show actively trying get murdered now? Because the double-triple-quadruple catfishing going on here is astounding.
Out of the remaining couples, some came face to face for the first time. Some reunited after months apart. And others demanded pregnancy tests from their foreign fiances while still not learning upwards of 10 words of their native language. (Yeah, you know who you are, Paul.) Okay, let’s take a look at the highlights of the fourteen-car pileup known as 90 Day Fiance.
Rachel and her 8-month old baby, Lucy, land safely at Heathrow in London. She’s hoping the magic that was present in her online karaoke duet with Jon (which I could watch over and over again, so thank you, TLC for playing that sh*t on a loop) will continue in person.
“I need to know that he can handle fatherhood,” says Rachel, but apparently Jon can’t even handle finding his way to the airport. Rachel has to make her way to a train station to meet him, which shouldn’t be difficult considering she found a way to legally send body parts to a foreign country last year. (Seriously, border patrol: Do you not have “umbilical cords” on your watchlist?) Also, this Jon guy is garbage for making a woman with a BABY traipse all over a strange city to find his dumb arse.
Flashback to 24 hours earlier, where Jon reports that he still lives with his MOTHER and works in waste management. He tells us that everything will be perfect when Rachel arrives, and they’ll both turn into “little emoji heart eyes” when they see one another. Um. I don’t even know what to say here. Jon also shows us the UMBILICAL CORD that Rachel stitched into a heart for him (Whaaaaaaaa?) and the onesies/toys/cribs he’s stockpiling in a spare bedroom.
Jon’s mom seems on board with her son’s crazed behavior, but his sister side eyes the situation. She says Jon is a player. Jon and his pub friends also admit he used to essentially be a man-wh*re. And he’s not the marrying kind. But, hey – all that’s about to change! If he can freaking manage to drag himself to the train station, that is. He’s also hoping Rachel doesn’t reject him once she finds out the extent of his criminal record.
At Paddington Station, Rachel drags her luggage and baby through the terminal, but can’t find Jon. Where is he? Oh, he’s just out on the street VOMITING in public, then dry-brushing his teeth to get rid of the hangover smell. Prince Charming! At least Rachel thinks so when she finally sees him and throws her arms around him, crying. “I love you,” says Jon, of the vomity kisses. “I’ve always loved you.” Rachel is smitten, and she hopes Lucy is too. Because apparently, Jon is her new “daddy,” whether this baby knows it or not.
Paul lands in Manaus, Brazil, embracing Karine and drinking in her smell like all serial killers do. Paul’s criminal records are buried deep within his 45 crates of stuffed animals and dildos, and he worries about what Karine’s dad will say when they read them. He’s also concerned about Karine posting “kissy face emojis” on some other dude’s social media recently. Paul remains unconcerned, however, that he and Karine are still communicating through a translator app.
But there’s a bigger issue: ALL of Paul’s super creepy luggage is missing! Somewhere, there are Brazilian airport security personnel peering into the abyss of Paul’s shrink-wrapped teddybears, unicorn onesies, and vibrators. And, for real, they deserve an immediate raise.
After Paul and Karine arrive at the hotel (after which they’ll move into an apartment for three months), Paul is greeted by a giant mosquito net over the bed, Pepto Bismol on the nightstand, and poop-water pills galore. Paul is ecstatic. He’s got everything he needs except that dirty-ass windbreaker from last year to get him through the next few months.
The next day, Paul’s luggage arrives and so does our continued break with sanity. As Karine hugs her emoji pillows and teddy bears, Paul wonders how her police officer father will react to reading his criminal record later. Until then, the reunited couple roams the streets, then sit down to have their first full-fledged argument.
Paul doesn’t like how much Karine is on her phone, but uh, Paul – the phone is the only thing that can understand her! Paul’s more concerned with some guy named Joe who Karine has been communicating with. Joe is actually a trainer, and gay (as reported months ago when he reached out to news outlets to defend himself against Paul’s claims).
But in this moment, Paul still thinks Karine is creeping. So he demands a pregnancy test. She firmly says, “NO,” then just walks away. This time, Paul doesn’t need a translator app to understand it.
Ooh! It’s time to meet Tarik (43, Virginia) who lives alone with his sweet 5-year old daughter, Ari, who is on the autism spectrum. Tarik has taken on Ari’s care solo after not having married Ari’s mom. Now he’s looking for love, and he thinks he found it in Asia. After visiting Bangkok and losing foreign girlfriend #1, he’s hit up Filipino cupid to try again. Tarik thinks Hazel, a 25-year old woman from the Phillipenes, will be his one true love.
“I guess you could say I’m risking…a lot?” shrugs Tarik just before calling Hazel – who promptly rejects his call! OMG. “I’m sorry, I’m shy,” texts not Hazel. Then we’re told that Tarik has never actually SPOKEN to this woman, therefore we must immediately put him in the Ricky category. Because Tarik still plans on flying over there. This will not end well, guys. Sigh.
At least Tarik’s storyline offers one shining diamond in the pile of turds: Dean. Dean is Tarik’s younger brother and SOLE ambassador of solid brain functioning. As they work out in Tarik’s house, Dean reminds him that this Hazel person is just some “mail order chick” taking advantage of him. Probably just like the Thailand girl Tarik claims he “dated.” Another point of contention: Hazel still has other man-friends in her life! Idiotically, Tarik doesn’t suspect foul play.
“A con artist is a con artist is a CON ARTIST!” shouts Dean while Tarik just stares blankly back at him. Basically, Dean is every single one of us screaming at the TV right now, except he gets to scream right in Tarik’s face. And he gets to go to the Philippines with Tarik! YAY!!! Thank you, TLC, for this blessed twosome. Who cares about Hazel anyway. Hazel WHO?
After saying a tearful goodbye to his daughter, Tarik takes off for parts unknown, hoping that Hazel will make a good stepmom – and that Hazel will actually show up at the airport. She’s already trying to back out via text message, but Tarik boards the plane to meet his doom anyway.
In Georgia, Angela is having a change of heart. As she prepares to leave for the airport, the wise words of her kin in the smoking tent haunt her. Also, she doesn’t have a passport…so, no dice. She may not even be able to afford a change of flight, what with spending every last penny on tickets, new hair do’s, and pawn shop rings. On the phone, Michael doesn’t sound toooooo bummed out, if ya know what I mean. (Maybe a solid Azan-55%?) Angela is devastated, though, breaking down in tears by the side of the road and her cig burns down to a nub.
Good/terrible news though: Angela’s passport arrives the next day. So she packs up all of her MAGA gear and purse for Michael’s mother (with the Lord’s Prayer emblazoned on it), telling her daughter, Scottie, that all will be well. “She should trust me. But I’ve never been nowhere outside of the United States,” says Angela, mother of the year and Mensa candidate.
Scottie reminds us that she is actually older than Michael, and that Angela is basically a world class dunce for believing that going to meet her Nigerian Prince is a bright idea. Oh, Scottie. Why couldn’t you hide that passport for just ONE MORE WEEK? “She’s going all the way across the country to get a man!” chides Scottie, who is obviously also geographically challenged.
Somehow, Angela arrives in Lagos, Nigeria, where she’ll soon run screaming out of the airport into the waiting frightened arms of Michael. 24 hours earlier, we see Michael at home with his mother and siblings. His hero is Donald Trump, and he tells us he’d like to meet him when he comes to America. In fact, he keeps Trump’s framed picture in his house in homage to his dream.
Michael’s friends support his business ambitions, but not his plan to wed Angela. “She’s just like your grandma!” they exclaim when they hear Angela is in her 50’s…and is also literally a grandmother. Michael doesn’t care. If Angela is his ambassador of future Trump mentoring, he’s in. Um…who’s gonna tell Michael that his plan isn’t, erm, the soundest? You? Me? Nah. Let’s just leave it to fate!
Now that Jesse is in the U.S., Darcey hopes he’ll start being less of an enormous pr*ck. Alas, nothing has changed. So plan B is to introduce this total pri*k to her daughters! Nice.
Before that happens, Darcey wants to reignite their “soulful love” <puke> by cuddling in a booth and reminding Jesse, “We need to fight for our love.” He’s like, “Uh…yeah.” Jesse still thinks Darcey is a mess, and her immature antics on social media have cost him “business.” Ummmm, like schilling random coffee brands on Instagram, dude? Because last I checked, that was your one and only job. #PersonalTrainerMyAss
After Jesse pokes her one too many times with his snarky commentary, Darcey storms out of the restaurant and bawls her head off on the street. Unperturbed, Jesse just sloooooowly savors each bit of his American meal inside. No more need for his meal ticket.
Leaving her last pathetic shred of dignity on the sidewalk, Darcey slinks back into the restaurant to give Jesse the room key – then to apologize. (!?!?!) Jesse barks, “OWN IT! Then we move on,” next delivering his rehearsed line, “I love you.” This is all Darcey wants to hear, so of course she immediately snuggles back up with Danish Psycho. Uggggggggghhhhhh.
Ricky lands in Colombia with a diamond ring, ready to propose to his dream woman, Melissa. Although “Melissa” (whose name will heretofore be put in quotes until we see PROOF OF LIFE) can’t meet Ricky at the airport, he and his fanny pack are undeterred! He shall meet her at a restaurant tonight, even though she has responded to ZERO of his text messages, Ricky still buys her flowers and plans on showing up. “It’s gonna be a great day!” cheers Ricky. Oh lord, you guys – I can’t! I CANNOT. Please, someone, anyone…H-E-L-P.
At the restaurant later, Ricky sits behind a plant and waits. And waits. And waits some more. With a fanny pack and flowers. The camera crew is probably cringing even more than we are at this point, but somehow, they nobly continue on their fool’s errand of filming the any-moment-now-arrival of “Melissa.” But wait – PLOT TWIST! “Melissa” finally texts Ricky back that she’s running late and will be there at 7:30. “I can’t wait to meet her!” chirps Ricky, watching 7:30 come and go. Well, neither can we, Ricky. Neither. Can. We.
