Big Brother 20 Spoilers: Week 3 Power of Veto Competition Results (07/14/18)

Big Brother 20 Head of Household Scottie Salton made a bold move by nominating Winston Hines and Brett Robinson. Prior to this week’s Big Brother 2018 nominations, the bros felt fairly comfortable, despite the fact that they fed Scottie the lie that they voted for Steve Arienta to stay instead of Sam Bledsoe. Now they’re in the danger zone going into tonight’s Power of Veto competition.

Yesterday, the Big Brother 20 houseguests were ready to evict Winston instead of Brett. Now, the houseguests seem to see the danger of keeping him longer in the game, so he may be in danger more-so than Winston at the moment. Both of the bros really need the Veto.

Right now, they’re in a no win situation. If one wins the Veto, it ensures the other player goes home. If neither win the Veto, then no one is going to stick out their necks to save one of them. It’s a tough situation. The only chance Brett and Winston will stay this week is if a Big Brother miracle happens.

Now going into tonight’s Power of Veto, most of the players plan to throw it. Therefore, it’ll be really Scottie, Winston, and Brett trying for the Veto. The other playes chosen, Rachel Swindler, Tyler Crispen, and Angie “Rockstar” Lantry, don’t want to win it.

Rockstar will try to win it, just to ensure Winston and Brett don’t, but otherwise, it’s really not going to be beneficial for anyone but Scottie, Winston, or Brett to win this Power of Veto.

Scottie Salton won this Power of Veto. It was the spelling one, and it appears that Brett was close to winning.

Instagram Roundup: Kim Kardashian, Ray J, Ramona Singer, Craig Conover, Lala Kent, & More!

There are certain photos that have become the norm when scrolling through Instagram feed in the summer. Just like your friends, plenty of reality stars are hitting the beach, lounging by the pool, posing on pool floats, and kicking it on boats. And just like your friends, plenty of them made sure to document those occasions and share photos on Instagram- of course.

Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Danielle Staub showed off her bikini body while enjoying some time on a boat. Teen Mom star Leah Messer took her three daughters to the beach. Potomac Housewife Monique Samuels showcased her baby bump in a swimming pool.

Vanderpump Rules cast member Lala Kent posed in a one-piece bathing suit. Ladies of London alum Sophie Stanbury nabbed herself a pool float shaped like a jet ski. Little Women: LA star Christy Gibel and her husband Todd Gibel hit the pool in Las Vegas. Dallas Housewife LeeAnne Locken sipped on a piña colada while she relaxed by the pool.

Big Brother 20 Spoilers: Live Feeds Day 24 Highlights: You Mad, Bro?

Yesterday, Big Brother 20 had one of its most eventful days ever. It began with the last Big Brother App Store power and punishment apps being given out. We now know that Haleigh Broucher received the crap app; Bayleigh Dayton got the power app.

Haleigh’s crap app, “Read It!,” involves her dressing up to read the entire Hamlet play to the other Big Brother houseguests. This should be fun for about five minutes, before Haleigh and others get annoyed with it.

Bayleigh decided to only tell Faysal Shafaat about her BB App Store power. She picked “Identity Thief” which involves making the intial nominations. The Head of Household must claim that these are his or her nominations, and Bayleigh can use this power up until the final 8 players.

Bayleigh and Haleigh’s app rewards and punishment wasn’t even remotely the biggest story of the day. Scottie Salton made his nominations, and Winston Hines lost it.

Winston went into full rage mode. He discussed several times trying to control himself so that he didn’t physically harm Scottie. He then told Scottie that if he stayed this week, he was coming after him. He would target and evict Scottie next week.

Brett Robinson was a lot more calm and cool about his nominations, but he was clearly feeling the pressure. Scottie sees Brett as a much more dangerous player. He even compared him to Paul Abrahamian. Therefore Scottie wants Brett out this week, but everyone else wants Winston out of the Big Brother house.

Today’s Big Brother 20 Power of Veto competition will really determine how the rest of this week plays out. Scottie was planning to put Kaitlyn Herman up on the block as a replacement nominee if Brett or Winston won the Veto.

However, Sam Bledsoe volunteered to go up as the replacement nominee. Both Tyler Crispen and Scottie didn’t like this idea, but Sam tried to get them to promise to nominate her. Sam doesn’t want to leave the power to chance. It expires next week, and whoever gets evicted that week automatically gets a chance to compete to return to the game.

Sam has already said that she wouldn’t use it on Brett or Winston, but she would rather get evicted this week to use it. She said that she would only use it to save Tyler, Scottie, Kaycee Clark, Kaitlyn, or herself.

If Kaitlyn ends up on the block next to one of the bros, she has a good chance of being evicted and returning via Sam’s power. We are definitely in for an exciting, crazy Big Brother 20 week.

Is Jax Taylor Working At Tom Tom?

During the Season 6 finale of Vanderpump Rules, Lisa Vanderpump asked Jax Taylor to quit SUR. Most likely Jax has more than enough money to survive considering that he’s been carrying this show with his antics from Day 1. Not only that, but he’s also taking in that Instagram ad money. With that said, Lisa asking Jax to quit working at a restaurant right before filming ended sounded like a pretty good proposition to me. He gets the time off and he doesn’t have to “work” when he (most likely) has the funds to maintain his lifestyle. There’s no chance in hell that Jax “quitting” SUR actually meant that he wouldn’t be on the show. No matter what happened, he would still be the self-proclaimed “number one guy in this group.”

He was going to return for Season 7 in one way or another. Now there are reports that Jax is working at Tom Tom- the restaurant that Lisa and Ken Todd are opening with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz as junior partners. Jax famously only knows how to make a vodka cranberry when he’s behind the bar, so he probably wasn’t at the top of the potential bartenders list. Even so, there isn’t a controversy that Jax is a bartender at the new restaurant. Maybe he’s applying his skills elsewhere? I can’t help expecting a contrived story line with Tom and Tom “hiring” Jax without Lisa’s approval.

A source told Us Weekly, “Last night they had a birthday celebration for him, but he also knew all the staff because he works there.” The restaurant isn’t expected to be open to the public for a few weeks and it’s not clear what role Jax has. Nevertheless, it’s pretty clear that he’s a part of the new venture in some way. He tweeted a photo of himself with the caption “#ootd meetings at the new #tomtom #pumprules.”

That same source also told Us Weekly that Jax is (not so shockingly) back on the SUR payroll as well.  We will find out what Jax’s “employment” status is next season, but as long as Jax is around to throw shade and mix up metaphors, that’s all I care about.
