90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way is one of the most enticing 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs. The Other Way follows Americans who move abroad to countries all around the world for love. This differs from other 90 Day Fiancé shows, where the international partners typically move to the United States. The Other Way is always an interesting watch, as it explores the struggles of adjusting to life abroad. Americans run into issues regarding living conditions, religious differences, culture shocks, and more.

While many Americans have tried to permanently move abroad on The Other Way, most haven’t been successful. Many couples on The Other Way eventually broke up, leading the American partner to move back to the US. On the other hand, numerous international cast members decided to settle in America with their partners instead. These five Americans are the only ones who fully dedicated themselves to moving “The Other Way”. They are still living abroad today, and we give them a lot of credit for it!

Jenny Slatten – 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Seasons 1, 2, and 3

Jenny Slatten was featured on the first three seasons of The Other Way. After meeting her now husband Sumit Singh online, Jenny moved to India to start a future with him. Jenny’s journey wasn’t easy by any means, as she discovered Sumit had secretly been married behind her back. However, she still loved him and gave him a second chance. After Sumit finalized his divorce, he and Jenny married at the end of Season 3. Jenny and Sumit are still married and living happily together in India today.

Corey Rathgeber – 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Seasons 1 and 3

Corey Rathgeber appeared on The Other Way Seasons 1 and 3 with his wife Evelin Villegas. From the beginning, Corey and Evelin’s relationship was rocky. After Evelin wasn’t able to adjust to life in the US, Corey decided to move to her home country of Ecuador for her. This was a challenge, as Corey wasn’t well-versed in Spanish and struggled with his new lifestyle in Ecuador. With time, however, the couple was able to make things work. Corey and Evelin still live together in Ecuador and are doing better than ever.

Kenneth “Kenny” Niedermeier – 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Seasons 2, 3, and 5

Kenneth “Kenny” Niedermeier was introduced during The Other Way Season 2 along with his partner Armando Rubio. After moving to Mexico to be with Armando, Kenny found some things to be a challenge. Like Corey, Kenny knew limited Spanish and had quite a culture shock after his move. Kenny and Armando later returned for Seasons 3 and 5, where they married and began looking into having a child together. Despite the obstacles they faced, Kenny and Armando are still living in Mexico with Armando’s daughter Hannah.

Steven Johnston – The Other Way Season 3

Steven Johnston didn’t make the best impression on viewers during The Other Way Season 3. Throughout the season, Steven came off as somewhat of a hypocrite. He expected his wife Alina Johnston to strictly follow his Mormon religion, while he didn’t follow all of the rules himself. Nonetheless, Steven and Alina worked through their troubles and are still together today. The couple originally moved to Turkey, but are currently living together in China. Steven may not have been a fan favorite but he did fully devote himself to moving abroad for love.

Brandan DeNuccio – The Other Way Season 5

Brandan DeNuccio made his debut during The Other Way Season 5. He quickly gained attention for his unusual relationship with Mary Demasu-ay. Before meeting in person, the couple spent 24/7 together on FaceTime never hanging up. Some viewers felt this was a red flag. Nonetheless, this was one of the few relationships of the season that ended up lasting. Brandan moved to The Philippines for Mary during Season 5 and is still there today. The couple now has a daughter named Midnight as well. While Brandan may have been criticized by viewers initially, he deserves some credit for how well he adjusted to life in The Philippines.

Jana Duggar’s Life Since Wedding: Everything You Need To Know

Jana Duggar has always been a hard nut to crack. The eldest daughter of 19 Kids and Counting has kept a low profile over the years. And if fans are being honest most of us thought she would be the spinster of the family. As her brothers and sisters passed her by on life milestones, Jana stayed at home, content with her decision to stick close to her parents. But a lot has changed over the years and Jana is looking toward the future.

Jana Duggar gets married

Since the Josh Duggar molestation fallout, Jana has been concentrating on love and light. The eldest Duggar tied the knot with Stephen Wissman on August 15, 2024. The 34-year-old had finally found her prince charming after years of staying on the sideline. The couple invited 500 guests and hosted a classically elegant ceremony in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. The duo planned the wedding quickly and had only been engaged since June. Standing beside her as bridesmaids were her sisters, Jessa Duggar, Joy-Anna Duggar, Johanna Duggar, Jordyn Duggar, and Jinger Duggar.

At the time of the big event, Jana told People, “I think it is one of those things that all girls envision someday. For me, it felt like, ‘Okay, it’s never coming.’ But now it’s starting to sink in. Reality is starting to set in. And I’m like, ‘Wow, this truly is something that I’ve dreamed of.’ And just to see it coming about is incredible and kind of hard to believe. It’s a dream come true.” For viewers who grew up watching the family show and counting on it, it was nice to see Jana fulfill her wish, as she was always seen as a hard worker taking care of her younger siblings.

Jana is currently in wedded bliss with Stephen. Since their ceremony, the duo dove into renovating their home together. Fans may not know, but Jana relocated to Nebraska to be with her husband. The couple bought a fixer-upper and have already started demolishing their kitchen. Jana took to YouTube on October 9 to share how construction was going. The footage showed Jana and Stephen working hard to make their house into a dream home.

The newlywed shared that she loved “warm tones” for the cabinets and “gold hardware up against these neutral-toned wood floors.” For the walls, Jana and Stephen ended up choosing “alabaster and accessible beige” for the cabinets. But not everything was DIY, as Jana revealed she was more than happy to spend a bit of money on what she really wanted in order for her kitchen to look perfect. Jana ended the video, sharing, “After going back and forth, I think we’re going to do a quartz backsplash — the same as the countertops. It’s a little bit more of an investment, but we really love the seamless look it makes, and it’s something we’re willing to splurge on.”

Jana Duggar is holding onto family moments

Jana might be 800 miles away from Michelle Duggar and Jim Bob Duggar, but she is making the distance work. The 34-year-old took to her YouTube vlog to share an update with followers. The TLC star shared that before her move and wedding, she made sure to soak up as much time as she could with her mom and sisters. Jana recalled, “Mom, Jordyn, and I are at the alterations place. We’re taking it in to get altered a little bit more. So, here we go.” It seems Jana tried to make everyone feel involved with her big day.

Since she moved to the Cornhusker State, Jana has run multiple marathons with her family members. She also shared that simple trips to the ice cream shops and dancing were fun activities to do with her sisters. Most importantly, while Stephen stayed back to work on their new home, Jana made frequent trips back to the Duggar home. She said, “Right now, while I’m back in Arkansas, it makes me really want to be intentional. And to make some fun memories with my family and soak up these final weeks here.”

Julia Fox’s New Photo Proves No One Does Quirky Dressing Better

In a new Instagram photo, Julia Fox made a case of wearable art by posing in a sheer, barely-there outfit. Fox sported a risqué outfit in the still but the spotlight remained on the message behind the unusual look. The actor wore a nearly naked attire consisting of a partly see-through micro mini skirt with a tiny bandeau top and transparent sleeves. However, the striking factors of her appearance were the accessories from Gab Bois X Back Market’s latest collab, the F/W 2005: Hardwear collection.

Gab Bois is a “Montreal-based multidisciplinary artist” while Back Market is a “refurbished tech marketplace” that operates globally, as per the website. Their new collection — Back Market and Gab Bois — transform luxury fashion using scrap technology “into a suite of breathtaking art pieces” to create sustainable styles.

After a series of bold fashion moments, Julia Fox donned another daring outfit in her latest Instagram photo, supporting a sustainable cause. She wore an all-sheer two-piece set, layering a fully see-through, micro mini skirt over off-white underwear. Fox then covered her bodice with a more scarce nude-colored bandeau top and added Gab Bois X Back Market’s flip phone belt over her bust. All in all, the outfit exhibited her chiseled body as she flaunted more skin. She also carried a Discman pocket mirror and pulled off the striking tach nails.

The actor opted for dramatic additions to her makeup. Fox went for blue eye shadow with full matte nude lips with a dark brown outline. Moreover, she rocked her bleached eyebrows and platinum blonde locks which have been a constant in her recent fashion appearances. In addition, the 34-year-old wore transparent sleeves and a pair of geeky glasses to finish the look.

However, while Julia Fox’s outfit and the photo may have been alluring, the caption set the stage for a sustainable cause. She first informed that e-waste has taken over fast fashion as “the largest growing waste stream” before introducing the wearable Y2k tech art collection. Fox also noted how “we can do more with what we already have” via this collection.

Lastly, Fox stated that funds generated through the collab “support the Right to Repair movement in both the US and EU.” Additionally, the cause takes a giant leap toward “empowerment, sustainability, and access to repair are within everyone’s reach.”
