The love triangles on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 2 made it such an entertaining season to watch. Week after week, the story lines took unexpected twists and turns, so it would make sense to assume that a majority of the cast would return for the show’s third season.
However, that is not the case since it is basically a whole new cast on the third season.
According to a press release from NBC Universal, Season 3 takes place in Italy. Captain Sandy Yawn, chef Adam Glick, and chief stewardess Hannah Ferrier, will all be back for round three, but no one else from Season 2 will be a part of the crew.
Out of everyone to come back for Season 3, it’s Hannah who infamously lied about hooking up with a charter guest and Adam who admitted to spitefully going against the guests’ ingredient preferences? Wow, props to Sandy for giving them a second chance. Or maybe the casting department just wanted some guaranteed dramatics.
So what about the new crew? Joining Captain Sandy, Hannah and Adam are Brooke Laughton as Second Stew, Kasey Cohen as Third Stew, Conrad Empson as Bosun, Joao Franco as Lead Deckhand, Colin Macy-O’Toole as Deckhand, and Jamie Jason as Deckhand.
According to the press release, “New Bosun Conrad cannot seem to keep his eyes off one of his fellow crew, but quickly learns the ups and downs that come with mixing business and pleasure.” Don’t they all? Romance among the yachties almost always comes through to entertain me.
Conrad isn’t the only one looking for love on the boat. The press release describes Joao as the “resident boat flirt” because he “vies for the affection of not one, but two stews.” I’ll miss some of the Season 2 cast members, but Season 3 sounds pretty promising to me.
See the cast in the gallery below!

After a whole season of speculation about Kenya Moore’s mysterious husband Marc Daly, the ladies finally got to meet him during the last episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Marc showed up at the very end of the episode and Sheree Whitfield managed to get in a dig at his nose ring, but then the episode just ended and we didn’t get to hear much from anyone else in the cast. Kenya, Sheree, Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams, and Kim Zolciak all chimed in Marc’s RHOA debut.
During an episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta After Show, Sheree shaded the relationship (yet again) when she remarked to Kim, “She had to bring him out at some time. I mean we were like ‘OK, bitch. You’re lying. You don’t have a husband.’ I understand him not showing up to everybody else’s stuff. Well, I really don’t, but he has to be there for you, so you know, she planned that one.”
I guess Sheree isn’t buying Marc’s “surprise” appearance during Kenya’s PSA screening.
Kenya remarked, “All of those girls- well, not all- but a lot of them gave me so much grief about my husband.” That’s putting it mildly. Kenya revealed, “It’s been so difficult for us – in the beginning, being newlyweds and just having all this opposition and negativity. Initially, it seemed like it was really tearing us apart and now, looking back, it has really brought us closer and stronger together. So I was in the space where we’re good, so if you want to come over here, trust me, I’m ready for you.”
While laughing, Porsha commented, “He looked like his picture.” I guess that was her way of indicating that she really had nothing to hate on him for now that she has met him- at least not yet.
Sheree said, “I feel like he was a nice guy.” Kim asked, “Sheree, what happened?” while she pointed to her nose. Sheree said, “Oh, he has a nose ring.” Sheree shared, “I guess he was on Wall Street or something. I don’t know. He couldn’t get it done when he wanted to get it done. He always wanted to get his nose pierced. I don’t know any guys who ‘always wanted to get their nose pierced.’ So I thought it was interesting.”
Kim responded with, “The whole story doesn’t add up, so whatever. We’ll just see in time. Time will tell in everything.” What doesn’t add up about a nose ring? They’re really fishing to throw some shade here.
In a different segment of the show, an off-camera producer told Porsha, “You went on a date with Ricky Smiley.” Porsha clarified, “It was not a date. We were just good friends going skating together. It just happened to be an empty skating rink and we happened to look cute, but it was not a date.” Obviously. It was just a blatant reach for a story line, but my cynicism aside, they really did have an endearing chemistry.
Porsha continued, “You know, this big, long list that I have of what I want in a man, it really doesn’t matter. I really just want someone that is genuine, who I have chemistry with, who I’m attracted to, and someone who wants to support me and have a family and we’re equally yoked. That’s all I want. I don’t think that’s much to ask for.” It really isn’t.
Jumping back to the Ricky conversation, a producer asked, “Do you think he’s interested? ” Porsha answered, “Is he interested? I mean, I’m sure he’s interested, but he’s a gentleman.”
Some producer was reaching for Kandi Burruss to shade Porsha by asking her about potential love interests. Kandi didn’t fall for that trap and just said, “Who do I think would be Porsha’s ideal man? Ummm.” That non-answer is probably the best answer she could have given. NeNe Leakes gave a little more thought to the question and theorized, “Probably someone single and probably someone a little bit older than she is.”

After two years of keeping the identity of her boyfriend Randall Emmett under wraps and admitting to lying for the sake of his privacy, Lala Kent has opened up about her relationship with her man and her relationship with his two young daughters. That’s right, Lala is a kind of, sort of step-mom.
Aside from gushing over her bliss with Randall, Lala threw some shade at her former BFF and one-time lover James Kennedy and his girlfriend Raquel Leviss. She owned up to her mistakes she’s made on the show and she even gave a status update on her friendship with Scheana Marie.
During an interview for the Juicy Scoop with Heather McDonald podcast, Lala shared that she and Randall “just celebrated two years” of dating. Heather McDonald commented that it’s “hard to convince someone to get married again” after a divorce, but that isn’t actually a problem that Lala is dealing with. She admitted to Heather, “See, I feel like he’s trying to convince me.” Heather asked, “To get married?” Lala confirmed, “Yeah. I feel like he wants to lock it down.”
Heather asked Lala about the possibility of having babies soon. Lala revealed, “I didn’t want to have babies soon, but then my dad, a few weeks ago, had a stroke while driving and was in a terrible accident. Thank god he’s OK, but I want my dad to have grand babies.” She added, “He was in ICU for about two days and then just regular hospital care for two more days and now he’s a champion.”
Even if Lala doesn’t become a mother any time soon, she will have plenty of practice by the time that happens since she does spend a lot of time with Randall’s kids, which I know thanks to Instagram stories. She confessed, “We’re so close. I feel like I give the nanny a vacation because we are like addicted to each other.”
Everything seems to be all good on the home front for Lala, but that’s not the case when it comes to her friendship with James. Even so, she sort of gave him a compliment when she said, “James Kennedy, even though I think you’re a whack job, I think he’s like a reality TV producer’s dream.” I can’t argue with that one. The man is TV gold.
She also addressed James‘ mixed up Kanye West analogy. In one episode, James said, “You know Ray J hit it first before Kanye, right?” Lala commented, “I got so confused because he calls himself the white Kanye, so isn’t he now Ray J?” She added, “He said Ray J hit it first, so my man is Kanye and he’s now the white Ray J so that’s what I’m going to refer to him as.” Please do that.
Before her friendship with James went south, they were partners in crime. One of those crimes included fat shaming Katie Maloney during the Season 5 premiere episode. Lala described that scene as “one of the most horrific things to watch.” Heather asked if it was one of her biggest regrets on the show. Lala confessed, “Ever, yeah. Besides pushing Kristen [Doute], that is my biggest regret because that’s so not like me. I’m the kind of person that when you push me into a corner, I think about what would really hurt your feelings.”
Then the conversation turned to James‘ girlfriend Raquel. Lala shared, “I want her to have more than just half of a brain.” Damn. Then Lala spoke for almost all of the viewers when she asked, “Why is she allowing him to sit on my chair with me? Why is he not sitting with her at dinner?” She continued, “I just can’t imagine being with someone that every other day you hear he’s banging someone else and now you hear he’s banging boys. For me, she’s either just a very strong woman, wants to be on TV, or she’s just dumb. I don’t know. You tell me.”
Heather told Lala, “I think she wants to be on TV.” Lala agreed and said, “I think so too.” If it wasn’t for this show, she wouldn’t be raking in the money from sponsored Instagram posts.
Before Lala became friends with almost everyone in the cast, the only person (besides James) that would hang out with her was Faith Stowers– the woman who finally came out of the background when she admitted to sleeping with Jax Taylor while she was supposed to be taking care of a senior citizen.
Lala declared, “Faith was the worst caretaker. She got fired because a 90-inch TV screen fell on the lady’s head and Faith wasn’t there. The people called her and were like ‘Faith, where are you?’ She was with me driving in a Ferrari. I was like ‘Damn, girl. You need to get your priorities straight.'”
Lala continued, “The daughter or granddaughter called and said ‘Where are you?’ She kept sending her to voicemail and then finally she picked up, so I take her back and they kept her. Then one other thing happened and after that she got a phone call.” So clearly, Faith is not a reliable person when it comes to taking care of the elderly…. or to be hanging out with someone else’s boyfriend.
Lala is done being friends with Faith, James (for now, at least), and now Scheana might be the next one to go. These two are not nearly as close as they used to be. Lala remarked, “I mean, I would say we’re fine. I think I might be too tough for her as a friend. I think she needs people that baby her a little more.” Shocking.

The post Lala Kent Disses Raquel Leviss; Body Shaming Katie Maloney Is Lala’s Biggest Regret From Vanderpump Rules appeared first on Reality Tea.
Every single cast member is really going through it during the current season of Vanderpump Rules. From making out with (and doing even more than that) with people outside of their relationships to arguing about pasta, almost every cast member has done something to instigate some backlash (and meme formation) from the fandom.
That’s why it’s tough to say who is “winning” this season. In a way, this could just go to the person who’s had the least amount of screen time because it would be someone with less opportunity for internationally televised embarrassment. Then again, not getting screen time, wouldn’t qualify as a “win” to most reality stars.
During an interview for the Be Here For A While podcast, Stassi Schroeder did her best to break down who’s having the best and worse time this season.
So who does she think got the best edit at this point? Stassi admitted that this was a tough decision to make. Instead she said, “Can I say who’s losing first? I need to narrow it down.” Fair enough. It has really been a rough season for a lot of these people – minus the cast member salaries, increase in Instagram followers, sponsored social media posts, and other benefits of reality TV stardom.
Stassi stated the obvious: “Scheana [Marie] is definitely losing. This is her season where she’s losing.”
Ironically enough this statement holds true in regard to a season with Scheana bragging about how she’s winning at life episode after episode. Scheana may have felt like a winner during filming, but the backlash and memes about Scheana bragging about her relationship have to be pretty overwhelming for her.
Stassi continued, “I think, obviously Jax [Taylor] and Brittany [Cartwright] are losing because shit hasn’t been the best for them.”
Jax cheating on Brittany has been the biggest story line of the season so far. It has been addressed in almost every episode and I would have to assume that it will also be front and center during the reunion episodes as well.
Stassi added, “I think James [Kennedy] is kind of losing a little.”
Eh, yes and no. James had a falling out with Logan Noh after Logan told Brittany’s sister that he and James had been “f-cking.” He argued with Lala Kent about pasta, which did fracture (and ultimately end) their friendship, but it did bless us all with an iconic scene and give him a plethora of options for Instagram captions. So it seems like James is coping with all of his scandal fairly well and making the best of things.
So who is actually faring alright this year? Stassi shared, “I think Katie [Maloney] and Tom [Schwartz] are winning.”
Aside from Tom making out with one of Lala’s friends and drunkenly forgetting about it, things have been going pretty well for Mr. and Mrs. Schwartz this season. It is far better than the constant arguments and rage texting from the seasons before. Married life suits them, especially in comparison to all of their costars’ drama.
Kristen Doute hasn’t had much screen time this season (which seriously annoys me), so it makes sense that Stassi would conclude, “Kristen’s winning’ish. I guess.” She also pointed out, “This is a season where I feel like the Witches of We-Ho situation, we don’t look that bad.”
That’s very true. Overall, this season is a good look for Stassi, Kristen, and Katie – or at least a better one than they’ve had in the past.
Then she got to herself. Stassi confessed, “I mean, there have been things where I obviously don’t look great.” She cited her birthday as evidence. She also mentioned, “People saying I’m ignorant and stuff like that wasn’t the most fun. Stuff with Jeremy Madix, Ariana’s [Madix] brother, hasn’t been as fun. I feel like I’m winning a little bit though.”

Unlike some rookie Housewives, Erika Jayne slayed her first season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. On her second season, she went up against Dorit Kemsley over the never-ending pantygate story line and most of the viewers were on her side. During that same season, Erika also flipped out against her good friend Eileen Davidson for no discernible reason, which was not something most viewers could get behind.
This season, Erika made up with Dorit, but now she’s butting heads with new girl Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave at every turn. She snapped at Teddi when she innocently asked about her father. She snapped at Teddi for accusing her of having “pretend amnesia,” which is understandable, but her reaction was definitely over the top. Of course, there are many Erika fanatics, but the tides have definitely turned this season, at least a little bit. There are a lot of people siding with Teddi. So what did Erika think going into the Season 8 reunion?
In an interview with TooFab, Erika declared, “I fear nothing at that reunion.” That’s really not surprising. Does Erika ever emote fear? Not very often.
Erika explained why she wasn’t stressing before taping those episodes: “What difference does it make? It is what it is at this point.”
Erika insisted, “I am who I am and I know what I am and I know the truth.” Then let it out at the reunion. That’s what reunions are for. If we get a boring reunion on top of this already-boring season, I am going to be so annoyed. Don’t get me wrong, I will watch every episode of it multiple times and live tweet my reactions, but I will still be so annoyed.
When Mrs. Girardi was asked about how she thinks she came across this season, Erika said, “No matter how it’s spun or used or written about or protested, I know the truth. I’m very firm in my beliefs.” But will she express those during the reunion? I guess we will find out soon enough.
