The mess of it all! Thursday’s Celebrity Big Brother 2 feeds started off slowly. We had some game talk, broken alliances, and the Power of Veto Ceremony. It seemed like it was gearing up to be a quiet day. Then wine got involved, and it all went to hell in a hand basket, in a good way.
Tom Green, Lolo Jones, Natalie Eva Marie, Kato Kaelin, and Ricky Williams kind of all avoided each other most of the morning. Tom and Kato debated what to do if Eva Marie used the Veto or the Power of the Publicist. Eva Marie let everyone in her “alliance” know that she probably wasn’t using the Veto. This made Kato and Tom hope for the power to be used so they could either take out Ricky or even possibly Lolo.
The Power of Veto ceremony happens and Eva Marie doesn’t use her veto. Immediately following it, Tom gets upset that Lolo and her didn’t really discuss anything with them. They felt like they made it clear that they weren’t in a true alliance if they didn’t have a group discussion before the POV ceremony about what to do next. Ricky and Lolo and Eva Marie discuss Ricky pretending like he’s confused over them not backdooring Tamar Braxton.
Ricky does this, and Kato and Tom aren’t buying any of the acting. The Fun Five “alliance” have a group meeting. They discussed their lack of communication, and agree to be better in the future. Once Ricky, Lolo, and Eva Marie leave, Tom and Kato establish that they know that whole thing was a lie. They know they’re in danger next week.
Tom and Kato then debate whether to out their alliance publicly or not. They eventually agree not to out it, but they need to get Joey Lawrence and Dina Lohan firmly on their side. They also want to work on Tamar.
Later in the night, the houseguests have a party in Tom’s HOH room. It has dancing, general chit-chat, drinking, etc. Once it’s over, Kato and Tom tell Joey everything about the alliance, him being the target, and who was behind Ryan Lochte leaving. He exposes it all. Kato does the same with Dina, but that’s after he was trying not to tell her too much. He was worried she would tell everyone.
A drunk Dina goes around to Kandi Burruss and confronts her about not being loyal to her, and being with the other side. Kandi is confused, but then brings up the fact that Dina voted her out. It leads to an argument, but they eventually make up.
Dina also confronts Ricky, telling him that she was told not to trust him. Kato just gets more upset about Dina talking too much. Dina continues to demand more information.
Kato and Tom propose to Dina that she goes along with a new plan. They keep Joey and pull him to their side. Dina isn’t too sure because she’s close friends with Kandi, and she mentions how Joey has been spending a lot of time with Lolo and Eva Marie now.
Meanwhile, Joey tells his new alliance everything that Tom and Kato said to them. Lolo and Eva Marie are now upset with Tom and Kato even more. They discuss just ending the fake alliance now, and just letting everyone know where they stand with Tom and Kato.
Dina continued to have funny antics throughout the rest of the night. The Celebrity Big Brother 2 houseguests went to sleep very late, so it might be a late wake up call, especially with nothing immediately planned for today.
As of now, going into tomorrow’s Live Eviction, Joey will stay and Kandi will be voted out. With last night’s drunk antics, we expect some more fall out today. We may see some tension between Kato and Tom, and Lolo and Eva Marie.

Here’s the cast of Survivor Edge of Extinction, and more information on its crazy twist.
Evict Ricky Williams or to not evict Ricky has been the Celebrity Big Brother 2 question all week. Head of Household Tom Green couldn’t decide if he should continue to work with him or pivot and try to evict him. Yesterday, he seemed to have finally decided: Evict Ricky.
He just needed to make sure that Lolo Jones and Natalie Eva Marie were on board for the plan. They were not. This discussion started on Tuesday and just continued up until the Power of Veto competition.
Lolo and Eva Marie were so against this plan that they told Ricky Toms plan to backdoor him. They even started to consider a new final five that could, get this, include Joey Lawrence. Tom’s actions and paranoia really started to rub everyone the wrong way. It almost united the house in a everyone against Tom and Kato Kaelin way.
Joey proposed a plan to keep him this week and vote out Kandi Burruss or whoever ended up on the block next to him on Saturday. They would then team up to take out Tom and Kato. He also stated that as long as he had enough votes with Ricky’s one, he would also not use the Veto if he won it. He would keep nominations the same and trust in his new alliance. When the women told Ricky about this idea, he wasn’t on board.
He still though the best plan this week was to evict Joey. However, after Veto, it seems like the plan may not be to evict Kandi and use Joey moving forward. The Power of Veto basically confirmed that Ricky would not be backdoored.
It was a football themed comp that Eva Marie won. She along with Dina Lohan and Lolo were picked to play in it. She has already stated that she would not use it. Tom and Kato will definitely be in trouble going into next week.
Speaking of trouble, Tamar Braxton ranted to Joey about how she didn’t like that everyone was making this power thing so serious. She felt like it was a bully thing to force someone to reveal that they had it. Joey mentioned that whoever had it, wouldn’t be trusted anymore by the house for lying about it so easily.
Tom had also figured out that Tamar had it. He admitted that he knew Ricky didn’t have the power but he wanted him out because he was a strong player.
We may have a quiet day, since the Power of Veto ceremony won’t likely happen until Friday.

The Celebrity Big Brother 2 Power of the Publicist grants one houseguest immunity for one of the next two evictions. Basically, it is a one week get out of jail free card. This is a power that any houseguest would want, but especially those in the most danger of eviction. This week, those players are Joey Lawrence and Kandi Burruss. Joey because he’s the last member of the Ryan Lochte, Jonathan Bennett, and Joey trio. His buddies have left the house back to back.
With Tom Green in power, things should go as planned. However, Tom still doesn’t trust Ricky Williams. He’s been trying to convince Kato Kaelin that they should evict him before he takes them out. He’s not wrong. However, Ricky should be safe this week unless a power helps Joey stay away from eviction. He really needed that Power of the Publicist.
Last night, the numbers were fairly close between Joey and Tamar Braxton. We knew for sure that one of them would gain this power this week. By the end of the night, it looked like Tamar was the odds favorite to win it.
MAJOR CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER 2 SPOILER AHEAD. PROCCED WITH CAUTION

When yesterday’s Celebrity Big Brother episode aired, it confirmed that Tamar holds the Power of the Publicist. She was in some danger this week, so the power does come in handy for her. However, it might have been more useful going to a player more likely in danger in the next two weeks like Kandi, Joey, or even Ricky.
Are you happy that Tamar won this Power of the Publicist prize?
