Bethenny Frankel’s Dating Life Has Dried Up And Divorce Is Almost Final!
It’s Real Housewives of New York premiere night and Andy Cohen welcomed Bethenny Frankel to the WWHL club house as a solo guest. She got candid about her dating life, her divorce, and thoughts on the upcoming season.
The first caller up asks why Bethenny is so hard on Dorinda’s boyfriend John for talking dry cleaning so much when she talks Skinnygirl as much as she does – so why not promote and help him? Bethenny says that John is actually in the middle of helping her with a carpet cleaning issue at her apartment and a moth issue. “It’s nothing to do with his business, it has to do with his persona. I’m talking about him as a boyfriend for Dorinda. He can dry clean the eff out of my life, but I was just talking about his relationship with Dorinda and he can be a little shady.”
A Tweeter asked how Bethenny can be so shady to Julianne about being skinny when she herself deals with this criticism. (We Tweeted this same question tonight, too!) “I knew this was coming. I have a brand called SkinnyGirl. Watch What Happens.”
A caller says she’s very critical about newcomers – she did it with Erika Jayne of BH and now with Jules Wainstein. Bethenny says that she was just giving her honest opinion about Erika’s video and saying what nobody else did. With Jules she says they have a bit of a rocky road but ultimately they’re okay. “Listen, they come in and I say what I think. It doesn’t matter if you’re new or old. I had arguments with Ramona and Luann and everybody. And I have been ripped by Ramona on the Brooklyn Bridge and don’t hate the player, hate the game, baby.”
A viewer asked if she wound up re-following Carole’s boyfriend Adam on Instagram. “I did. Adam is awesome. You know something? Those two are the unexpected relationship of the decade. They’re beautiful, they’re good people. They’re in the moment.”
She says that she and Carole have gotten very close. And then says she’s close with Ramona and that she loves all the women and respects them. Andy said this is the only housewives group that all 8 of the cast members went out for dinner together after the reunion. Bethenny says they all “leave it on the basketball court” and reiterates how much they’ve all been through together.
A caller asks about Bethenny’s dating life and if she’ll marry again. She says that she will never legally marry again. As for the dating life, “it was on fire but now it’s dry as a bone, but I’ll get it going again.”
Andy asks what’s going on with the divorce. “I feel like we’re on the 18th hole. I think we’re at the end of it. It’s been three and a half years and I like to be good at things so I figure if I’m gonna get divorced, I’m gonna have the longest and the most expensive divorce. It’s like a purse. It’s gnarly and I didn’t see it as being this way and here we are. It’s a learning experience. I’m feeling better and stronger and I’m happy, I’m coming out the other side.”
Another caller asks what marriage advice Bethenny would give to Luann. “Uuuuuuuummmmm, you’re gonna have to watch the season. The Countess doesn’t need any advice from me nor does she want any advice from me on her marriage. It’s a whole ride and buckle your seat belts and take a Xanax and take a ride.”
If she was on The Real Housewives All Stars, which cast members from each franchise would she want? “Kim Zolciak, NeNe, Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards.” She doesn’t think there’s anyone from Orange County she needs to talk to.
Andy circles back to the divorce conversation. She reveals that “her friend” (Jason) will be moving out shortly and she’s pretty sure she’ll be getting her old apartment back. Bethenny is very happy in her new apartment and loves the energy there so she won’t be moving back to the other apartment and says they’ll likely “close” on it. Fingers crossed for Bethenny! She deserves some closure on this divorce finally.

Big Brother’s Jeff and Jordan Pregnant and Married!
Huge Big Brother alumni news today about everyone’s favorite showmance-born couple, Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd! Not only have the two lovebirds finally tied the knot, but it seems like the wedding may have been moved up because Jordan Lloyd is pregnant!
The news came as quite a surprise to many of Jeff and Jordan’s fans, since they had originally planned to get married this fall. In fact, Jordan has been posting videos about their wedding planning on YouTube for a while.
Apparently Jeff and Jordan were mightily surprised to find out they had a baby on the way, and told US Weekly it “threw us for a loop.” The due date in October for the couple’s little bundle of joy would be right around when they originally planned to get hitched. Jordan Lloyd decided that was just not going to work!
“I don’t want to be walking down the aisle nine months pregnant, and my dress won’t fit,” the newly married Mrs. Schroeder told US Weekly. “And I’m more traditional anyway, so I was like, ‘I want our baby to have our same last name on the birth certificate too.”
So she and Jeff decided to go off to the courthouse and get legally wed back on March 15. They plan on following up with a big wedding ceremony celebration for friends and family after the baby is born.

Bethenny Frankel Calls RHONY More “Raw And Real Than Ever”; Compares It To A “Natural Disaster”
Tonight The Real Housewives Of New York is back for its 8th season! I’m excited – are you excited? Gearing up for an emotional season of love won and lost, businesses besieged, booze, besties ripped apart, health issues, and a new Housewife, Bethenny Frankel compares it to a “natural disaster” and warns things get crazier than ever.
“It’s one of my favorite seasons despite the fact that I’m going to have to go into the witness-protection program,” Bethenny jokes. “I just say exactly how I feel, and I felt a lot of feelings and I was not afraid to express them.”
“It’s more raw and real than ever,” she adds “It’s always been real, but it’s not sensationalized. It’s so dynamic, and shocking, unbelievable things occur. There’s not a lot of foreplay. We get right to the wham, bam, thank you ma’am.”

It’s that realness of the Housewives that makes the season so legit according to Bethenny.
“You can tell when people are being a little contrived or Housewifely,” Bethenny tells Vulture. “I don’t even tolerate that. My life does not revolve around the show. The show revolves around my life. There are many Housewives whose job is to be a Housewife. They get paid that salary and then create other little cute hobbies that they pretend are their businesses that they put on the show.”
Other than business, Bethenny is finally “at the very end” of her divorce from Jason Hoppy and is settled in her apartment and is feeling happier, and more “centered and balanced.” This season reflects that. Oh boo – I was hoping for more crying meltdowns!
A more centered Bethenny, is bringing a “different perspective” to experiences on Real Housewives Of New York.
“I enjoy it now. I enjoy the women and can relate to and identify with what a lot of the women are going through: personally, professionally, getting older,” says Bethenny. “I’m a mom now, and there are many mothers on the cast, and I find it to be different than when I was that single, broke, alone girl trying to figure out what I was going to do with my life.”
Bethenny explains, “there’s a beauty to being where I am now, taking it as a comedy and having a sense of humor about it and not buying into everything.”
In fact Bethenny feels the whole season encapsulates an openness among the women. “It seems people are settling into who they are and what their lives are regardless of anyone else’s judgment or stereotype of it.”
Ramona Singer partially credits the “crazy” season to newbie Jules Wainstein, who got right into the mix. “She went against Bethenny like no one else,” declares Ramona.. “Toe-to-toe… It was fireworks!”
“It’s seven women who have strong personalities, and I think everyone will be really interested to see how we all work together,” Jules explains to E! News.
Despite issues with Bethenny, Dorinda Medley calls Jules a “seamless” addition. Yet, other relationships are put to the test this season, most prevalently the friendship between Ramona and Sonja Morgan. “It’s almost like a breakup,” shares Ramona. “It gets pretty intense.”
“It’s sad to watch,” notes Dorinda. “I cried,” agrees Ramona. Dorinda explains that Ramona and Sonja just couldn’t find “common ground” and became “almost like two different people.”
Dorinda continues to take flack for her relationship with John, but despite their “volatile” nature, they’re best friends in love.
On the cast trip things really go off the rails. Ramona and Dorinda hint it’s “beyond.” Actually “beyond, beyond” and the drama erupted between “everyone.” I can only imagine… I so can’t wait!
In tonight’s season premiere Bethenny is living in her new apartment but still dealing with the stress of divorce. Carole and Adam are still together. Meanwhile Ramona is hitting the dating scene. Sonja’s daughter is at boarding school, and her loneliness inspires her to invite Luann de Lesseps to be her roommate while Luann is apartment hunting.
Dorinda and John are in love, but Dorinda finds herself defending their relationship to her friends. And Jules joins the group for a dramatic brunch with Bethenny and Dorinda that does not go well!

Lisa Vanderpump Says Lisa Rinna Is “Not Playing With A Full Deck”
Ouch is all I can say after reading this week’s blog from Lisa Vanderpump. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star doesn’t hold back when sharing her thoughts on the events that took place on this week’s episode.
Lisa admits that she couldn’t watch this week’s episode and relied on Ken to watch for her. “It was a harrowing experience, but I garner snippets from my husband as he relays the story, relays the story interspersed with angry expletives as he sees how this unfolds.”
Lisa says she lived it and remembers it all too well, so she didn’t need to watch it on TV. “I have a strong sense memory as I recall how I felt sitting on that yacht for hours, frustrated, hurt and tired of the continual lambasting from ED and LR. Kathryn Edwards I have come to know much better since, and I adore her. She was between a rock and a hard place and might have succumbed to pressure from the group.”
LVP maintains that she was trying to help Lisa Rinna initially, “We all have seen the footage of LR avidly displaying the diagnosis of Munchausen’s on her phone. I, in her defense, tried to minimize it, attempted to defend her actions to YF at EJ’s barbecue. How she can attempt to pass the blame, deflect from her own actions beggars belief. She says she is enraged by Yolanda socializing with Kim and BG. Enraged…that speaks volumes.”
On Lisa Rinna’s crazy past outbursts, “Now then, we should now revisit and remind ourselves of Amsterdam, how she smashes a glass, goes to strangle Kim, tells her she loves her, then sends “f— you up” texts. These are all the rantings of someone who is not playing with a full deck.”
Lisa has nicknamed Lisa and Eileen “Soapy” and “Sudsy.” She thinks Lisa Rinna was encouraged by Eileen, “So, she turns her attentions to me. She is obviously motivated by Soapy, to funnel her aggression in my direction,”Come on LR…attack!” Soapy in the wings, salivating with LR center stage, trying desperately to deflect from her own actions and Sudsy prompting her.”
She continues, “But the real issue here is the importance of two words and how they can radically change the meaning and inference of a sentence. I want to kill you, I DO NOT want to kill you…I wish Kyle would’ve understood that, or even given me the benefit of the doubt and drawn her opinion from my sentiment all season, that I was firmly by her side.”
She wonders why this is being brought up two months after the fact, “So two months later, two months…WTF? LR has clarity, she reiterates a conversation that at the time was apparently innocuous, obviously propelled by somebody who has another agenda, somebody that evidently no amount of apologies will ever suffice. She…being ED. I apologized to her once more as I was tired of her nasty accusatory assertions. I was still mystified as to where her anger came from–the initial conversation in the Hamptons had provoked no reaction until 36 hours later.”
Lisa admits that she was bored by Eileen, but liked her well enough AT FIRST, “At the time I liked Eileen, found her a little boring and certainly didn’t take her to task for leaving abruptly in the Hamptons, but it was never my intention to hurt her when I mentioned casually “the affair.” It had been discussed last season, and I didn’t believe it to be particularly sensitive. Now I have a vastly different perspective as I have witnessed the venom that has spewed from this woman as she tries to manipulate LR to attack me. With hindsight, after seeing so much nastiness where I have never retaliated, I would have asked her how she felt screwing some other woman’s husband. That actually, in retrospect, speaks volumes.”
Lisa says the trip home was hell and she cried – a lot. “I can’t begin to explain how those days felt. Many tears were shed on the phone. I did not want to get on that boat, even the journey home (26 hours) being ignored, is all a form of silent bullying, something I would never be a party to. I have tried to reason, tried to remain calm, tried to make sense of a senseless situation. Now I realize I gave too much credence to their antagonism, just by virtue of the fact that I sat their and endured it. Guilt of their actions with regard to Munchausesn and infidelity is their motivation.”
She denies playing the victim and is glad for the support of her fans, “I thank you for your indomitable support. No, as LR has said, I didn’t play the victim. The victim would be better played by a C-list actress who would depart in floods of tears. I sat there.”
Lisa signs off, acknowledging that there are more important life matters to attend to.
I’m so sick of the M word but Munchausen messiness aside, I will always appreciate that Lisa Rinna has questioned the Yolanda sickie selfies, among other things related to this “journey.” I hate that it’s causing turmoil between the rest of the cast, though. Lets return to shopping and taking glamorous trips and remodeling mansions, mmkay?

Tom Sandoval Says Vanderpump Rules Cast Laughs About How “Ridiculous” They Are
The Vanderpump Rules reunion has come and gone. Despite the fighting and the accusations, Tom Sandoval says the cast is still friends and knows how “ridiculous” they behave. Although he does call out some of these so-called close friendships as being more like allies than true friendships.
Clearing the air about some of what went down at the reunion, Tom’s animosity towards Kristen Doute came from something he recently learned. Tom explains, “Two weeks prior to shooting the reunion, I found out that Kristen had slept with my best friend and former band mate while we were together.” Kristen “of course” denied this.

“It of course makes me look like I’m keeping on and keeping on,” Tom acknowledges. “I’ve gotten a lot of flack about the whole Kristen thing.” Tom doesn’t feel that “flack” is fair.
About the possibly of Tom having a so-called emotional affair with Ariana Madix, he says it’s “completely impossible” since everyone works so close together. I dunno – a whole lotta cheating goes on in that place.
Tom also calls out Kristen, Stassi Schroeder, Katie Maloney, and Scheana Marie (aka The Witches Of West Hollywood) for coming to the reunion an allied force. “They met the day before and hung out so obviously they had some sort of alliance or agreement or whatever,” Tom told E! News. “Anytime anything was said about any one of them, you had to talk to at least two of them. In that entire time, not a single time did Stassi, Scheana, Katie, or Kristen have a single disagreement with each other.”
Tom calls BS on their sudden bestie-bestie relationships, and complains, “Things need to be called out and addressed and I felt like at times that I was the only one who did it.” Well he is the unofficial No. 1 Guy In The Group (according to him and possibly Ariana). I do think the group was focusing a lot of blame on James or Lala, or Tom and Ariana, when it is clear they’re all guilty of really icky behaviors. It did seem as if the ladies had an ‘agreement’ to deny, deflect, and defend each other.
Despite all the arguing and nonsense, for the most part, everyone gets along and doesn’t take it too seriously. “You got to laugh at how funny and ridiculous we are,” says Tom.
After the reunion, Tom and Ariana hung out with Lala and James, then headed over to PUMP to party with Tom 2, Katie, Kristen, and her boyfriend Carter, plus Lisa. Kristen recently admitted to E! News that she agrees it’s inappropriate for her to be friends with Tom 1, although she hopes they can remain cordial. Is that maturity I sense? Is 30+ suddenly starting to act and think 30+. Well that would be the end of Vanderpump Rules then – unless they start majorly recasting!

Eileen Davidson “I Told You Lisa Vanderpump Was Never Really Sorry”
Eileen Davidson is keeping it short and sweet this week: Lisa Rinna isn’t a liar and Lisa Vanderpump is never truly sorry for anything she says or does. Okay, she doesn’t exactly say that last part, but it’s a little bit implied. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is done being stuck in the middle of the nonsense.
Eileen starts her blog this week, “Just to clarify some confusion: I did not manipulate Lisa R. into saying the truth about Lisa V. I’ve been hearing what Lisa V. has been doing all season long regarding Yolanda and what happened the day Munchausen was brought up. Lisa R. came to me many times with information about Lisa V.’s attempts to “manipulate.” I did not want to be in the middle of it anymore. I didn’t like knowing the truth and either having to pretend I didn’t or be the only one saying anything. So I asked Lisa R. to address it with Lisa V. herself.”
Eileen continues, saying that Kathryn doesn’t quite get it yet. “Reading Kathryn’s blog post from last week, it is obvious she did not understand this. I don’t blame her; she came in halfway through the season and still hasn’t witnessed, or been privy to, what I have. However, after this episode, it would be a shame of her to continue her misunderstanding of what really transpired.”
She maintains that Kyle and Rinna are both telling the truth. “What is also so obvious to me, and hopefully obvious to everyone who watches this episode, is this: Lisa Rinna told the truth. Kyle told the truth. I have been telling the truth, shouting it from the highest rooftops, really. THE truth. Not mine. Not theirs. The one and only truth. And now that it’s finally out, I can only hope that people let the truth speak for itself.”
She ends with, “P. S. I told you Lisa Vanderpump was never really sorry.”

Ashley Darby Calls Gizelle Bryant’s Luncheon A “Session Of Ridiculousness”
She headed into the cougar’s den and made it out alive! Ashley Darby seems to let a lot roll off her back, including the drama that came to a head at Gizelle Bryant’s “Come to Jesus” luncheon this week. And it’s a good thing, as many of her castmates (looking at you, Karen Huger!) made it their mission to straight-up haze Ashley throughout the second half of the season. Though Ashley doesn’t seem all that concerned with “the dried up women of Potomac,” as she calls them in her blog.
Reflecting on what went down on the finale episode, The Real Housewives of Potomac star shares some insight on her castmates’ motivations – and how she and Michael Darby’s lives have progressed since cameras stopped rolling. Ashley updates us on their restaurant, Oz: “The restaurant is the baby! What the hell was I thinking with the idea that I could have a baby in the same year of opening a business? It has been quite a roller coaster since we opened the doors 6 months ago. From a deceitful chef to transient staff members, Murphy’s Law took full effect and every possible problem has arisen at Oz.”

“Michael and I had our share of ups and downs too,” admits Ashley, “as operating a business with your partner adds a whole new dimension to the relationship. We found ourselves talking about the restaurant all the time – pillow talk wasn’t sexy anymore.” Now that things have settled down, Ashley claims, “Michael and I are still shooting for our Gemini/Leo baby, so the boat will be rocking very soon ;-).”
Moving on to Gizelle’s luncheon (and the absence of Jesus at it), Ashley reflects, “I knew that the lunch was going to be a session of ridiculousness. The only reason I agreed to come was because Karen and I needed to clear the air, once and for all. She had previously avoided me at Charrisse‘s party but now there was no place to run.”
Ashley snarks in her blog, “Just as I suspected, the dried up women of Potomac showed out. I wasn’t the least bit surprised to hear the trash talking behind my back – everyone seemed to be kowtowing to the Grand Dame so they all fell in line. The pettiness in people intensifies when they get into groups – just look at any dictator.”
Okay, I already liked Ashley before…but I am kinda loving how she comes for Karen each week in her blog, no holds barred! Perhaps this is an indicator of how the reunion (which looks epic) will play out? #FingersCrossed
Ashley continues calling out Karen on her crass words and rehearsed attack. “It was clear that Karen had been carefully crafting her ‘take down’ for days. She was embarrassed about being called out on her ludicrousness, so she was ready to claw at my jugular. When you back a cougar into a corner they will always try to strike a defensive blow. What came from that was a crass and disgusting comment that shows just how uncouth Karen can actually be. Because the discussion was way over her head, she had to say the nastiest sexual comment she could think of. But it’s no matter – I will continue getting my swerve on with my husband, procreating or not.”
As for the beef between Gizelle, Robyn Dixon, and Katie Rost over racism, butt-grabbing, and self-identification, Ashley seems to side with Katie. She also doesn’t understand why the ladies are so concerned with her husband’s dance floor antics. “For the life of me, I will never understand why Gizelle and Robyn were watching my husband on the dance floor! Here we are at a party with laughter and fun, and these two were all up in everyone else’s business. Grab a drink, find a man and get into the groove.”
“When I look back at the footage I see just how taken aback I was by the stupidity of the conversation – like, who thinks that way? Maybe if they stopped being so judgmental and stuck-up they could each keep a man,” teases Ashley. (Ooh – ouch!)
Praising Katie for the smack she laid down at lunch, Ashley gushes, “Super kudos to Katie for sticking up for herself! Her blackness has always been called into question, even though she embraces her naturalness much more than the faux blonde, straight-haired sistas. This time she laid all the cards out on the table and put everyone in their places like a boss.”

Kim Zolciak And NeNe Leakes In Talks To Revive Road Trip Reality Show “Road To Riches”!
Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes were supposed to have a spinoff about road-tripping and ego-tripping together, but with the demanding schedules of the equally demanding stars, Bravo pulled the plug on the planned Road To Riches. Sadly.
The two former-ish Real Housewives Of Atlanta stars aren’t ready to let their road-tripping dreams die just yet. Kim and NeNe are reportedly “back in talks” with Bravo to give their show another shot.

Kim and NeNe are aiming for something a little more highbrow rather than the original ‘The Simple Life For Cougars’ plan and want some changes to the original concept. The new idea is for Kim and NeNe to embark upon an “Oprah/Gayle King-type journey.”
Apparently, Kim and NeNe will work on their friendship, while also confronting other obstacles (Kim’s plastic surgery obsession!?), as they journey both physically and spiritually. Sounds um… intriguing, actually.
Kim told TMZ that “maybe” the show is back on, but both she and NeNe are interested in going forward. Maybe they could even get Sheree Whitfield on-board.
The main issue, still remains, however: The schedule! Kim doesn’t want to be away from her kids *ha* for long periods of time, and is currently busy filming Don’t Be Tardy. Meanwhile, NeNe has several other projects in the works, including her comedy tour, some acting gigs, the premiere of her gameshow pilot for ABC, along with Fashion Police, so it will be difficult to take a long break.
A source insists both ladies are very serious about moving the project forward and are “close to wrapping their other projects” in order to convince Bravo they’re ready for the open road.
Hmmm… I feel like NeNe would make this happen, but Kim is notoriously flaky! Remember her ‘motivational speaking tour‘? Or ‘singing’ career? Or wig collection?! Kim was reportedly the main problem with making the show work the first time Bravo attempted.
Seriously – how could all that ego and all those wigs fit in one tour bus? Even Oprah is less high-maintenance!

NeNe Leakes On Jumpsuits, Porsha Williams Problems, & Re-Loving Sheree Whitfield; Plus Supports Kim Fields At DWTS!
NeNe Leakes returned to Real Housewives Of Atlanta to remind these ‘babies’ how Big Momma built this house! In a white, sequined catsuit from the figure skating house of horrors, NeNe sent Porsha Williams back to school, and let Sheree Whitfield know all is forgiven, so Sheree can bow down at any time to kiss NeNe’s Louboutins!
“Obviously I have been at every reunion for the past eight seasons and things have definitely changed over the years,” NeNe reminds us. One thing that has definitely changed is NeNe embracing Sheree! “Having Sheree back as one of the original girls I started with was great.”
Continuing with her Housewives Helpers, above, NeNe suggests, “READ dumb bitches then smile.”

One change in desperate need of NeNe’s assistance, according to NeNe, is Porsha. She began the show as Mrs. Kordell Stewart and has now transformed into PeachHulk.
NeNe supported Porsha after her dramatic dragging of Kenya at the reunion two years ago, but now notes, “Three physical fights clearly say something is wrong here.” Agreed!
Since what’s ‘wrong here’ is Porsha, NeNe didn’t approve of Porsha reminding NeNe of her own past! “I certainly felt it was unnecessary for Porsha to say, ‘Didn’t you choke somebody?’ I was purely trying to give her good advice out of love, as I was asked to do by Andy.”
“I consider myself a real friend as long as you are one, and I don’t condone the B.S. I’m not the friend that’s going to lie to your face and tell you what you want to hear!” NeNe brags. “I’m the friend that’s going to school you, but I’m also the friend that knows when my advice is not welcome.”
“We all have made mistakes along the way, and we are all a work in progress at times, but I believe viewers tune in to our show for the shade and not the wrestling,” advises NeNe in her Bravo Blog. “No one should laugh at, uplift, support, or encourage violent behavior.”
I agree NeNe made some good points, but given her behavior on last season’s Real Housewives Of Atlanta or the year before that when she was amped up all kindsa crazy at her Bedroom Secrets PJ party, I question just how much NeNe has learned and embraced her own mistakes. Obviously Porsha’s behavior, at this point, deserves NO EXCUSES and needs serious correcting, however Ms. Leakes should remember those in glass houses (or unfinished monstrosities in the ogre’s den or unfinished monstrosities drowning in a moat of lawsuits) should be careful where they cast stones!
As for what she wore to stomp some peaches – no, it wasn’t She By Sheree, it was actually Pedram Couture. “I know how much Andy likes a jumpsuit,” declares NeNe, “so I wanted to switch it up a bit and bring some hot, sexy fun.”
Finally, despite announcing that Kim Fields has no place on RHOA, NeNe is more than happy to support her at Dancing With The Stars. NeNe paid a visit to her former haunt to give Kim some support on the red carpet – where else?!
