It’s hard to escape hearing about coronavirus. No one is immune to the virus, and that includes our favorite Bravolebrities. We have already told you about Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Jennifer Aydin testing positive. Real Housewives of New York’s Ramona Singer also tested positive for the antibodies. Not to mention our Father of all things Bravo, Andy Cohen, who got COVID back in March. The whole thing is scary and hits home for so many of us. While some housewives aren’t really taking the whole matter seriously, so many are being affected.
Case in point, one more Real Housewives alum has tested positive too.
Former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member, Sheree Whitfield just shared on her Instagram that she tested positive for the virus. Entertainment Tonight reports how Sheree is handling the whole thing. In her Instagram video, she thanks her followers for reaching out to her and apologizes for being “MIA”.
She goes on to say, “I tested positive for COVID-19, so I’ve kind of just really been at home self-quarantining for the past week and a half. I just want you guys to know that it is no joke. I’m feeling much better today, thank you to everybody who knew they had not heard from me and reached out… I just have been out of it.” Sheree captioned the video, “B well u guys….” with a kiss emoji.
Sheree also said she would share her symptoms and experience with any fans and followers who wanted to hear more.
After sharing the news, her fellow housewives offered up their well wishes and support. Real Housewives of Potomac’s Gizelle Bryant commented on her post, saying, “Glad you’re feeling better! Sheree’s former castmate, Cynthia Bailey, commented, “Oh no!!!! Wishing u a speedy recovery.”
Sheree has long been one of my all-time favorite housewives. The drama and humor that she brought to the show is sorely missed. I would love to see her back. But in the meantime, her health should be the top priority on her list.
I truly hope Sheree continues to have a smooth and speedy recovery. Like she said, COVID is no joke.

A lot of people would be better off not being on reality TV. Jana Kramer is one of them. For the readers scratching their heads, Jana was a top 4 finalist on Season 23 of Dancing with the Stars. She also ruined the later seasons of One Tree Hill by playing an annoying character desperate to ruin Brook Davis’ relationship with Julien. Today, she co-hosts the podcast, “Whine Down,” with cheating husband, Michael Caussin. She’s also a country singer, so triple threat!
Jana tends to over-share on social media. In theory, this should make her a fantastic Housewife. Michael, an ex-NFL player, is Jana’s third husband. In addition to the podcast, they share two young children. The couple married in 2015 and separated in 2016 because of Michael’s “massive sex addition.” They renewed their vows in 2017. But a minute later Jana was airing their dirty laundry on the podcast and blaming hot nannies for breaking up marriages. Obviously, the best way for Jana and Michael to slow down this rollercoaster is to audition for a Bravo reality show.
As People reports, the couple’s latest podcast featured Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga. From the sound of it, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is casting for new talent. “I was going to say something,” Jana told the Gorgas, “but I wasn’t sure if I could say it. We might have auditioned for a certain Housewives thing, but we haven’t heard back yet.”
Jana told Joe and Melissa that she auditioned for RHOBH. This makes sense because the couple lives in Nashville. “Would you have to move there?” Melissa asked. “Yeah,” Jana replied, “we would just do like part-time.” Because that’s totally fair and realistic. It would be just like Erika Jayne commuting all the way from Pasedena.
According to People, Jana revealed on the podcast that her and Michael “tried out during quarantine,” because they “weren’t doing anything else.” “We did the whole FaceTime, Zoom thing. It was at the end of May. It’s been like over a month,” she added.
Jana’s “in” to RHOBH is through her friend, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. Teddi has been on the chopping block since last season, so it’s doubtful she has pull in casting. It seems like Jana even agrees, because she said on the podcast, “Teddi is a friend, but I have not heard anything, so I’m sure it’s not going any further.”
While we’re used to watching relationships disintegrate on Bravo shows, Jana and her relationship just seem too fragile. “I would be so afraid that we’d be eaten alive and spit out and then like canceled the next day,” she said to the RHONJ alums. Then Jana concluded talk about the audition, saying she’d, “get hated on a lot,” because she’s, “very sarcastic.” The hate would, “be difficult” for her because she has, “a hard time with criticism.”
Okay, next! A housewife who can’t take criticism? Yes, they exist. But the best housewives are the ones who are so self-involved they don’t seem to register criticism in the first place.

Naya Rivera’s disappearance and subsequent is absolutely devastating. Until the Glee alum’s body was found, her friends, family, and fans were hoping and praying for her safe return.
And, then there’s Patti Stanger, who decided to tag Naya in a tweet and use the news as an opportunity to promote the Millionaire’s Club, her dating service. How incredibly insensitive.
Last week, Patti tweeted, “After @NayaRivera was confirmed most likely dead! I wonder if quarentine is doing this. Where are we so alone with no one 2 talk to. This is a very scary time but it doesn’t have 2 be that way, feel free to reach out to others as well as my team millionairesclub123.com 4 help.” What is wrong with her? How did she manage to think that parallel made any sense? Why did she think that was at-all-appropriate to say? Absolutely awful.
Thankfully, she deleted the tweet, but she continued to post some tweets to Naya, which made no sense either. She wrote, “@NayaRivera if you indeed are gone which I hope you are still alive and the police got it wrong we are all still praying for you to come back to your son and family! #FindNayaRivera.” Maybe she should read her drafts before clicking “tweet.” In response, someone told Patti, “This makes no sense – stop tagging her!” Seriously. Thirsty much?
Prior to Naya’s confirmed passing, Patti did share some tweets that actually made sense. At one point, she tweeted, “Praying for her to be found @NayaRivera hopefully she alive and washed to shore!”
At another point, she wrote “Heartbreaking the searchers say @NayaRivera may never be found. The lake has so much debris. This is so sad. I’m praying for her!”
Oh, Patti. All publicity is not good publicity. Trying to promote a dating business while someone was missing is absolutely not OK.

Ok, what is going on with the Real Housewives of Orange County? It seems like they just cannot keep out of the media with negative press. I know they say all press is good press but in this case, I would have to disagree.
The show has already experienced a major shakeup before the season even started filming with the firing exit of OG’s Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. And Vicki has landed herself in hot water with her comments on coronavirus. So has Tamra, thanks to pictures she posted of her out with friends, no masks in sight. Which brings us to the current cast member, Kelly Dodd. Where do I even start? Kelly has been vocal about her constant travel, along with her insensitive comments about the virus. At this point, Kelly should do us all a favor and delete her social media. Honestly, the only person I’m here for with this cast is newbie Braunwyn Windham-Burke. I know people have conflicting feelings on her first season but hey, at least she’s not out there sharing inconsiderate memes about COVID.
Even so, a girl’s gotta work and Braunwyn is no exception. She’s been seen filming with the rest of her castmates, which has caused it’s own controversy for ignoring social distancing rules. And now, Page Six reports they are all taking their cast trip, despite the pandemic.
While we don’t know the location of their trip, members of the cast took to social media to express their excitement. Gina Kirschenheiter posted a pic to her Instagram, posing with a suitcase and wearing a mask. Her caption reads, “Here’s a novel idea…Quarantine us all together. I’m sure it’s gonna go great.” She later changed the caption to read, “Take two….” Whatever that means?
For her part, Braunwyn posted a now-deleted Instagram story saying, “Family bed tonight since mommy is leaving tomorrow for a girls trip!” Ugh, Braunwyn. I was rooting for you. Maybe just cool it with the travel excitement while the world is in shambles.
At least castmates Shannon Beador, Emily Simpson, and Kelly (yes, Kelly) have had enough sense to not post anything. Or maybe they just didn’t have time. I don’t want to give them too much credit here.
According to a rep for the network, “The Real Housewives of Orange County’ recently resumed production with a comprehensive health and safety plan. The plan was developed in accordance with CDC guidance, all state and local orders, as well as NBCUniversal’s own safety guidelines. The health and safety of the cast and crew is the priority of Bravo for all of its shows.”
Let’s just hope that’s true. As much as I would love some new housewives content, I could do without the cast of RHOC for just a little longer.

After having appeared on two seasons of 90 Day Fiance and one season of the spin-off series 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, the franchise’s most notorious ’will they or won’t they?’ couple is making headlines once again by providing fans with some fresh new antics to criticize.
Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou first graced our television screens back in 2016 when Nicole traveled to Morocco for five weeks to meet her “Arabian Prince” in person for the first time. Hoping to secure an engagement by the end of the trip, Nicole and Azan put each other through the wringer non-stop by butting heads over literally everything for nearly the entire duration of her stay. And yet- even SHE ended up with a ring on her finger. Whoever said true love was dead? But alas- here we are in 2020 and, although they’re still together, they’ve still never actually gotten married. They do remain engaged, however, and both are in Morocco- which fans have been quick to criticize. Why, you ask? I MAY give you a hint… (see what I did there?)
According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Nicole’s mother, Robbalee Nafziger, has come to her daughter’s defense after fans of the show criticized Nicole for flying to Morocco in March amidst the early stages of the global pandemic and essentially abandoning her young daughter, May, in the process. On a recent Instagram post dedicated to celebrating Robbalee’s youngest daughter’s pregnancy, the comment section quickly filled up with fans who were eager to call out Nicole’s recent behavior.
“Haha! This feels like lifetime ago. My little girl is having her own little girl. Love you Taylor!” Robbalee wrote alongside the photo.
“Congratulations! I bet Taylor will be an amazing mommy and actually keep her daughter unlike Nicole who gave hers away for a guy who married his cousin,” one person commented. After denying the rumors surrounding Azan’s alleged marriage to his cousin, Robbalee had some choice words to offer in Nicole’s defense.
“There was no abandonment,” she wrote. “[May] is getting to spend time with her grandparents while her mommy is away. There is a lot more to this story than a simple answer. I am grateful for the time I get to spend with May, many grandparents don’t get this much time or get to make this many wonderful memories.”
While Robbalee and May are back in Florida AKA nearly four and a half thousand miles away from Morocco, she praised Nicole‘s attempts to stay as involved as possible in May’s life.
“Nicole Facetimes with May almost every day,” Robbalee wrote. “They watch TV together or she shows her the peppers that grow in the garden. Right now Florida is not even a safe place to come home to, when it is safe to travel she looks forward to coming home. We are lucky to have this time with her.”
Nicole has also defended her recent actions by claiming that she isn’t able to afford a plane ticket back to Florida. She has also remained active on social media amidst the controversy and recently posted a photo of herself with her mother and thanked her for watching May since she can’t come home.
“Missing my mom so much,” Nicole wrote on Instagram. “She is the best mom and grandma out there. Thank you for taking care of my little girl since I can’t come back home yet.” But she wasn’t done there. Addressing the recent backlash, “Stop judging my [life] and decisions,” she continued. “Just an idea. I know you won’t listen because it’s easier to pin me as a bad mom and gossip about the drama.”
Public scrutiny continued as websites including Soap Dirt have claimed that Nicole has deliberately not taken advantage of opportunities offered to her by the U.S. Government to come back home.
“Nicole Nafziger has skipped out on flights back to America before that wouldn’t have cost her a dime out of pocket,” the site claimed. “The American government had set up a few flights out of Morocco to America. The United States government will even pay for Nicole’s airfare until she is able to afford to pay her debt back at a later date, and at a cheap no-interest payment plan. So, Nicole wouldn’t have to worry about dishing out the money all at once. But, she seemingly didn’t jump on the opportunity.”
The article continued: “[She] will have another chance to leave Morocco – if she actually wants to. The U.S embassy in Morocco has arranged yet another special flight for U.S citizens to return to America. The flight leaves in about a week.”
Although we cannot confirm the website’s claims, Nicole has yet to specifically reveal if and when she will be returning home to the United States and- more importantly- her daughter. One thing is for certain though- Nicole is very lucky to have such a protective mama bear in her corner to help her fight her battles.

I would be hard pressed to find someone who isn’t a fan of Porsha Williams. And if you’re not, please stand up and explain yourself to the class! The longtime Real Housewives of Atlanta peach has really emerged as a fan favorite over the last few years and it’s not hard to see why.
Not only does Porsha serve us the best looks and realness on the show, but she has come a long way. That is a major understatement. Long gone are the days of her being Mrs. Kordell Stewart. Porsha is her own person, becoming the activist we all need in this crazy world. After all, it’s in her blood. Porsha has opened up about being at protests as a child with grandfather and well known civil rights activist, Hosea Williams.
Now Porsha is taking activism to the next level. TMZ reports that Queen Porsha was arrested while fighting for justice at a Breonna Taylor protest. The demonstration was taking place in Louisville, Kentucky and Porsha was just one of many attendees. The reason for her arrest was staying and organizing on property after demonstrators were told they were breaking the law in doing so. The protesters were warned by police but opted to stay and peacefully protest instead.
Before her arrest, Porsha posted an image to her Instagram with a sun symbol and the words, “It’s A Beautiful Day To Arrest The Cops That Murdered Breonna Taylor.” Her caption on the post reads, “We’re in Louisville and our bottom line is there MUST be JUSTICE for #BREONNATAYLOR.”
There are multiple videos of Porsha being led away in handcuffs on social media. She was cited for criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and intimidating a participant in the legal process.
Following Porsha’s arrest, her sister, Lauren Williams, posted to Porsha’s account. It shows a video of Porsha stating that today would end with her being “in handcuffs”. Lauren captioned the video, “This is Lauren posting on behalf of Porsha! Please keep tagging #BreonnaTaylor#BreonnaTaylor #BreonnaTaylor let’s keep saying her name.”
Castmate Tanya Sam showed love on her own Instagram, sharing a video of Porsha being led away in handcuffs. Tanya posted, “@porsha4real you are my SHERO and inspiration to so many. Thank your nonstop championing for JUSTICE.”
Now that Porsha has been released, she took to her own social media, posting a picture of herself and Breonna’s mother. Both women have their fists raised in the air and are wearing masks. Porsha captioned the photo, “It was my pleasure! I love you and as always praying for you Ms.Tamika Palmer (Mother of #BreonnaTaylor ) Ps: Thank you for waiting on us to get out! It was heartwarming exiting and seeing your family.”
There’s no doubt that Porsha is making her grandfather, along with her own family and all her fans, very proud.
