At the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 26, Taylor Swift and fiancé Travis Kelce looked happy, in love and looking forward to their nuptials. The affectionate couple stayed close to one another in public after lying low for the past few months.
Taylor and Travis started dating in September 2023 and announced their engagement on August 26, 2025. Wedding plans have been taking shape and are now coming to light.
The singer and NFL star are “making decisions together”
Us reports wedding plans are in process, and the date and location are set. Sources reveal the wedding will be held in Rhode Island on June 13. “They’re both involved and making decisions together,” a source says. Taylor and Travis are “focused on actually enjoying the process rather than getting caught up in the pressure. They’re keeping things light.”
Another source says the traditional festivities will be held at Taylor’s $18 million home in Rhode Island and the upscale Ocean House seaside resort. “The guest list grew, so the ceremony and private gatherings associated with the wedding [will be split between the venues],” this source says.
The pared down guest list includes approximately 150 guests. Making the cut are Taylor’s friends Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Emma Stone, the Haim sisters, and Zoë Kravitz. Travis’ list includes teammate Patrick Mahomes, actor Miles Teller, and brother Jason.
“They’ve gone back and forth between inviting everyone and keeping it small and private,” says the second source. Further, “As of now, they’ve scaled it down. It’s no longer going to be a massive blowout.”
Additionally, this timeline works for Travis, who will be in the offseason for the Kansas City Chiefs, leaving plenty of time for a honeymoon.
