Previously on Southern Charm, the group went to Whitner’s family farm for a weekend. Including the very pregnant Madison. Along the way, Austen revealed to a select few that he broke up with Audrey. Salley was overjoyed by the news. Meanwhile, Salley warned Charley that Craig told people she would fall in love with him and he’d break her heart. Craig denied saying so, and it made things worse between him and Salley.

This week on Southern Charm, the Itchy Grass Farm trip continued with some revealing dinner games. Austen avoids telling Craig and Shep about the breakup. Salley keeps openly thirsting after him. But her feud with Venita goes unresolved. What else happened on Southern Charm Season 11 Episode 11, “Cabin Fever”?

On the way to dinner, Austen tells Rod that he doesn’t want to deal with Shep or Craig’s reactions to his breakup. That’s why he doesn’t want to tell them. Inside, Whitner’s dog Bacchus (or Ruckus, as Craig calls him) nudges his head just under Craig’s glass, causing him to spill a little on Molly’s dress. Venita jokingly asks the dog if Craig’s lying, but this time, footage clears him.

Charley explains what’s going on with her and Craig. In a surprising move, Austen defends Craig and explains the context behind those comments. He assures Charley that Craig was just overthinking and worrying about how things could go wrong in the future, which was premature considering they haven’t even kissed.

Later on, Austen admits Craig’s homemade honey is delicious. Maybe there’s hope for this friendship yet?

Craig does find out about Audrey, but not from Austen. After dinner, Charley tries to convince Craig to talk to Austen, and spills the beans about his breakup.

In the other room, Shep tells Rodrigo and Madison he wants to confront Austen about his indecisiveness. He mentions the Audrey situation, but Rod and Madison keep Austen’s secret. Well, Madison already spilled the beans to Salley. Madison advises Shep to ask Austen questions instead of giving him advice. Shep says he has to give Austen advice, and Rod fires back, “You do? You?!” In a confessional, he asks, “Shep, where’s your girlfriend?” Madison agrees Shep should be the last person to give advice about relationships.

Meanwhile, Craig asks Salley if they’re good. He accuses her of always starting the drama and spreading rumors. He continues to insist he never said the comments about Charley. Salley calls Craig the ultimate gaslighter.

Whit’s parents are big hits at dinner. Molly jokes that she’ll marry Whit just to spend time with his mom. They have question cards for the table, but Madison is not in the mood for dinner games. Answering the questions, Venita says she wishes she were less overprotective. Craig admits he needs to work on his reactions. Austen wishes he could go back to his last night bartending in New Zealand, where he ran around butt naked.

Salley, of course, wishes she could see it. She gushes that he’s so hot, especially his dad bod. She doesn’t like when men are too chiseled – “there’s nothing to cuddle!” She even asks if he wants help going to the bathroom, which causes Austen to say “Salley, down, dog.” “I want Austen’s f*cking dick,” she whispers to Molly. And she drunkenly declares that Austen will eat her ass before too long. Despite her huge crush on Austen, Salley is still annoyed to see Craig and Charley flirting.

Speaking of revealing moments, the mermaid statue in the house makes Craig ask the group if they’ve ever jerked off to a statue.

Back inside, Shep tries to talk to Austen. Ignoring Madison, he tries to give Austen advice. When Shep mentions his indecisiveness, Austen points to his kittens and tattoo as progress. He doesn’t want to talk to Shep about his relationship because he chose to confide in Rod and Madison instead. Austen says he can’t trust Shep not to “revel” and tell other people about his problems. Shep is clearly shocked and upset to realize Austen is closer friends with Madison and Rod than him and Craig now.

The next day, Shep, Austen, and Rod go fishing. Austen teases Shep for being a world-traveling fisherman without knowing how to bait a hook. Shep insists he’s a fly fisherman, it’s different. Austen’s catch and release of a fish naturally leads to talk about his dating life. Austen doesn’t want to talk about it with Shep. Finally, Shep asks if he’s, single, and Austen says yes. Shep commends Austen for doing the right thing.

Charley and Craig go for a canoe ride, which she compares to The Notebook. Craig says they have so much fun when it’s just the two of them. They just can’t let other people (Salley) get to them. Charley promises she’s not overthinking things, just enjoying the moment. Well, until she sees a snake!

Can Venita and Salley ever work things out?

As the others head to the pool, Venita grabs an apple from the tree. She swears it’s good, and Salley doesn’t believe her until she tries it. Venita comments that this is why Salley should listen to her. Clearly, they didn’t resolve the tension the day before. Both feels like the other puts them in sh*t they’re not in. Salley accuses Venita of setting her up to look bad, referencing the Molly vagina rumor. Venita claims she told Salley not to share that. But Molly asks why Venita came for her in the first place. Venita blames Salley. But Salley says Venita only shared that rumor after telling her that Molly talked behind her back, so of course she was receptive to it.

When Venita talks about the difference between her and Salley, Whit interrupts her to ask why that’s an important distinction. Venita tells him to shut up. He fires back that he’s only in this conversation for Molly’s sake. Venita feels attacked and betrayed, wishing she and Salley could just talk one-on-one. Venita apologizes to Molly, who accepts. Salley accuses Venita of trying to come between her and Molly. Venita starts to cry and walks away. Salley yells that if she keeps leaving, they’ll never resolve anything. She wants to work things out, but Venita walking away isn’t taking accountability.

Once they’re back in Charleston, Austen helps Miss Pat and Whitney pay tribute to Chauncey. He’s joining the others in Pats pet cemetery. Austen stops by to pay tribute with a beautiful speech. He remembers Chauncey as “a true legend. A noble companion. A four-legged, tongue-dangling potato with the spirit of a lion, and the mental fortitude of a toddler.” A “confidant, a snack stealer, a friend.” Austen continues, “what he lacked for in brain power, he more than made up for in spirit.” The speech is hilarious and incredibly touching, along with the footage of Chauncey over the seasons. I’m not crying, you are!

In a post credits scene, Venita gets a call from Madison … in the hospital! As Madison predicted, Teddi came early. Venita is the first person in the group she told. Once they’re off the phone, Venita squeals with excitement. She gushes to her dog Charles, “We have a baby!!”

Southern Charm airs Wednesday at 9/8c on Bravo. Episodes can also be streamed on Peacock.
