Justin Baldoni has just put his multi-million-dollar mansion on the market. His decision to leave the sprawling Californian home he shares with his wife comes amid his ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively, which began after they filmed It Ends With Us.

Per the Sotheby’s real estate listing, Justin and Emily Baldoni’s home is located on Ojai Road in Santa Paula, California. The “exceptional” property is described as being “more than a home,” with the listing branding it a “rare, retreat-style” compound.
Set across more than 10 acres, the property has “unobstructed views of the Topa Topa Mountains,” the listing reveals. And, there’s more. The home apparently “delivers a lifestyle unlike anything else in the region.”
So, what does that lifestyle look like on the inside? Well, the “impeccably designed and constructed” house has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. There’s also one “partial” bathroom … whatever that means.
At Justin’s soon-to-be former home, you can also find a fully equipped gym, a yoga dome, a pickleball court, a putting green, and a regenerative orchard with fruit and avocado trees. Oh, and let’s not forget the waterfall, too.
“We worked hard to make this house beautiful,” Justin told Architectural Digest of his home back in 2023. “We wanted it to feel like a sanctuary when we come home,” added his wife.
Via Page Six, the actor and filmmaker bought the mansion for $2.12 million in 2020. So, given that it’s now on the market for $8.9 million, he’s set to make a fair bit of profit. That can only be a good thing, considering his ongoing legal battle with his It Ends With Us co-star, Blake, must be costing a fair bit of cash.
