Leaving royal life may not be so prosperous for Harry and Meghan. The Duchess is facing scrutiny for the ticket prices for her upcoming VIP tour stop in Australia. She’ll be in Sydney at the InterContinental Hotel between April 17 and 19. Those with VIP tickets not only get a chance to snap a few pics with the royal, but they’ll also have front row seats for the event.
Fans have slammed the admission price, calling it embarrassing. Others suggest that the high prices may be because the couple are going broke. Meghan’s product line, As Ever, is apparently not doing so well, nor is her show.
The second season of her docuseries, With Love, Meghan, came to Netflix last summer. Sources say the Duchess failed to get superstars for the second season. In episodes of the series, Meghan is seen whipping up recipes and dishes with celebrity friends. Her As Ever brand consists of jams, candles, honey, teas and other household items.
Based on seven critic review on Rotten Tomatoes, With Love, Meghan’s second season earned a low approval rating of 14%. Ever’s first collection of products sold out in less than an hour after going live in April 2025. However, the products have faced intense scrutiny from the likes of Sky News Australia, which claimed the launch was ridiculed.
