The rumors were true. Married to Medicine star Quad Webb and her boyfriend King have gone their separate ways. King dropped some not-so-subtle hints on Instagram about a potential breakup, and the news comes as M2M fans continue to watch their IVF journey play out on Season 12.
Quad Webb and King are no more
Rumors about Quad and King have been circulating online for a few weeks. Things intensified when King posted and deleted some shady comments about Quad. He replied to a few M2M fans who were asking questions about their relationship and said he “left that situation” and that Quad’s “luck” had run out.
TMZ went straight to the source. Quad confirmed that she and King broke up. She also stopped calling him King. Apparently, his real name was Kirk this whole time.
Quad told the outlet, “Kirk and I mutually decided to bring our relationship to a close in 2025.”
“While our time together encompassed many meaningful moments, that chapter of my life has now concluded. I wish him well,” Quad continued. “In 2026, I am focused on moving forward with clarity and purpose.”
Quad first introduced “Kirk” to M2M fans in Season 11. Within his first few episodes, he gifted her a Rolls-Royce. As the season progressed, he took on a prominent role in Quad’s ongoing feud with her ex-husband, Dr. Gregory Lunceford. At one point, the two men nearly came to blows.
The dynamic between Quad and King has been dramatically different in Season 12 as the two have unsuccessfully attempted IVF. In one emotional scene, King admitted that the process had put a strain on their relationship, both emotionally and financially.
We expect to hear more about this breakup when Andy Cohen at the Season 12 reunion. That’s where we’ll find out where things really went wrong with King, Kirk, or whatever you want to call him.
