It is Tyla’s world, and we are just living in it. The South African pop star arrived at the 2026 Grammys, sweeping in, quite literally, with her Dsquared2 dress’ feather train that took up its own space on the red carpet. She stepped out at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, wearing the vintage gown from the brand’s Fall/Winter 2013 collection. The look, styled by Ronnie Hart, combined old school glamour with a modern attitude that felt completely true to Tyla.

Tyla’s Dsquared2 dress at the 2026 Grammys did most of the talking. She wore a nude-colored, slip silhouette that featured crystals, thin straps, and a low neckline. It was finished with gold embellishments across the bust. From there, the gown dropped into a dramatic feather skirt that exploded into a gorgeous train behind her. The train added some drama to the look.
Additionally, PEOPLE reported that Tyla wore over 100 lab-grown diamonds from Pandora, including a custom necklace in 14K white gold set with 116 diamonds totaling 11.6 carats. She added additional pieces, including rings and bracelets, and even accessorized with a diamond chain around her ankle. Besides, the singer-songwriter wore a bronzed makeup look, with a soft nude lip, and side-swept waves that framed her face and let the jewelry shine.
Tyla went into the ceremony nominated for Best African Music Performance for “Push 2 Start” — and she won, taking home the Grammy again after making history in 2024 with “Water.” Speaking to PEOPLE about that first win, she said it felt “surreal.” The singer continued, “Hearing my name, being able to get on that stage and say a whole speech was crazy,” adding, “I’m just so grateful that it happened. It’s history.”
Between the vintage Dsquared2 dress and the unforgettable win at the 2026 Grammys, Tyla owned the moment.
