Real Housewives of New York alum Dorinda Medley has pushed play for some new opportunities. However, that doesn’t mean that she avoids drama. In fact, Dorinda found herself embroiled in a feud with Southern Charm star Salley Carson. How did this even happen? One hint: BravoCon.
Meanwhile, Dorinda returned to the Scottish Highlands for Season 4 of The Traitors. Last season, she was the first Faithful to be murdered. However, this time around, Dorinda was the final housewife standing. Finally, Dorinda had the chance to show off her finest looks in the castle before being murdered.
Dorinda Medley is now Team Salley Carson
Besides Traitors, Dorinda also joined the upcoming E! docuseries, The Golden Life. She will reunite with some former RHONY co-stars as they embrace life in Palm Beach. After Jill Zarin was fired following her Super Bowl comments about Bad Bunny, Dorinda readied her luggage for Palm Beach.
So, what happened between Salley and Dorinda? During an interview with Page Six Radio, Salley claimed that Dorinda said she “was really not nice.” Salley added, “I messaged that girl, and I was like, ‘I’m so sorry for like coming off that way.’”
Meanwhile, on SiriusXM’s Reality Checked, co-host Kiki Monique asked Dorinda if she heard that Salley had reached out. “Did you look in your DMs? Was there a DM from Salley?” Kiki asked.
“I’ll check in the commercial break. I am afraid,” Dorinda remarked. “Tim called me up and said, ‘Hey, listen, Salley just talked about how you talked about her and being like, she wasn’t very nice. And she said she DMed you and you never DMed her back.’”
Well, Dorinda did receive the DM from Salley, which she chose not to share. “But she wrote me a very sweet, nice, adoring DM. It involved words like ‘I’m sorry’ and ‘you look beautiful.’ And I’m just gonna say, “Charley’s a bitch.” During Season 11 of Southern Charm, Salley has been arguing with her best friend, Charley Manley, over Craig Conover.
“So hashtag team Salley,” Kiki stated, and Dorinda confirmed, “Hashtag team Salley.”
